This is not philosophy, this is Physics.

We often say such things are impractical, bookish knowledge, or label it as philosophy. But here it says it links to frequency and physics.
It is scientific, pure science.
There is so much conviction and the line is so authoritative
Match the frequency of your vibration with the reality you want.
And you cannot help getting that reality.
In the second line it says there is no other way.
It gives a 100% guarantee.
We have been seeing over the last few episodes that whatever we desire to have in reality
We need to create those thoughts.
But today we are mostly creating thoughts about whatever is currently happening.
And about the reality that we need - we say it cannot happen.
Match the frequency of your vibration with the reality you want.
Over the last few episodes we have been discussing about habits in children.
We want the reality to be that - they study well, they eat whatever we cook for them with love.
These small instances which are a part of many households today
But whatever is happening has now become a part of that thought process.
Today many parents are saying that children do not obey them. This is a very common line.
They say kids to not study, they watch TV for long hours and they don't eat food.
Very normal lines which we may feel is fine or nothing is wrong in saying so.
Why we are unable to bring a transformation at that level is
Because we don't even feel that our thought is wrong.
It seems very normal for parents to say that that children are not obedient, they do not eat well and they do not study.
"Children in today's times" is a special phrase these days. Every generation of parents refers to their children that way.
We are thinking about a specific behaviour in our child, which we can see existing in him today.
Suppose we consider a simple line - my children do not obey me.
Now this is just one line.
Let's say out of 20 times in a day, a child obeyed his parents 10 times in a day and disobeyed the remaining 10 times.
There may not be a child who will obey all 20 instructions. So suppose this child obeyed 10 times.
The parent created a thought - my child did not obey me.
The moment she created that thought, it got transferred to the child.
Suppose she shared it with her spouse and so both of them created the same thought about the child
Both of them discussed about this topic.
They even discussed it with the child's grandparents who live in that house.
Very soon it becomes the vibration of the house.
You put 11 on him that he does not obey anybody.
Between two or more people at home create the same kind of energy regarding that kid
And if they also create a thought several times a day that he does not obey them.
Then what is the message that boy will get?
That he does not obey them.
What happens after that?
When a child gets this same message repeatedly everyday from everyone at home.
Then the probability of that happening more
The kid will start becoming like that.
The line that your read was - you need to match the vibration with the reality which you want.
If you match your vibration with the reality you want
The reality which we want this that he should obey his parents.
But the vibration reaching him is that he is not obeying them.

That the child should be obedient.
This is the reality we want.
So what is the vibration that we should create?
This child is obedient.
When we start thinking - as to why we should create a thought that he is obedient when he is actually not obedient.
Then we should explain to ourselves that technique - that the reality we want
We should create a thought corresponding to that.
Suppose a child gets very angry, we want that he remains peaceful.
If a child praises his hand at another child at school.
If a child fights with his friends
The reality we want is that he should be peaceful.
So what thought should we create for him?
He is a peaceful soul.
He is an obedient child.
This child lovingly eats all the food that is prepared for him.
Again bring that problem here as 50%.
Always we have to keep bringing it here.
We bring it here at 50%. That child is 50% obedient today.
When everyone starts giving him the thought that he does not obey them
Then the chances of him obeying them reduces further.
So the problem increases from 50% to 60%.
Now if everyone in the family - in the morning, at night and many times during the day
Create a thought that the child is very obedient
His obedience level is at 50% right now.
But when he gets so much energy from all around him
That he is very obedient, he listens to us, he always obeys us.
He's a such a nice boy, he respects everybody.
Now he will obey them 15 times out of 20.
This is how it works. Create the vibration to match the reality that you want.
Not to match the reality of what is.
We need to underline this. The other important line is - This is not Philosophy, this is Physics.
Yes, we think negative about children but we can change it in this way, which is fine.
But the child's opinion about parent will be - my father is very strict, he always gets angry, he never appreciates, he is never happy with me.
Yes any soul can create such thoughts about any other soul.
The child's thoughts like this about the parent - is this a response to the parent's thoughts
Or is it a response of the child out of his own experience?
Reaction in the sense?
Reaction to the parent's complaints that the child is not obedient.
Even the child gets a feeling - My father is so strict, he gets angry, he always scolds me.
He finds faults in whatever I do.
So such thoughts come back to the parent from the child also.
So whatever is the reality that child is seeing
Suppose a child is seeing that the parent is very strict.
He can see that the parent is very controlling and very aggressive.
This equation is not between a parent and a child alone.
This equation is between a soul and another soul.
When anyone creates vibration towards another person it reaches that person.
Save the child sees that his parent is very controlling, dominating and overpowering.
So what vibration is the child creating for the parrot repeatedly
That he is strict, scolds often and is aggressive.
If the child is young he will talk to his siblings. If he is married then he will discuss that with his wife and she will in turn discuss it with her family.
It means there is so much talk about just one person.
It is not about talking about people at home or about children. It is about one soul speaking about another soul.
It is about any soul for another soul.
We were talking about children to see that, if we want to change their habits how to go about it step-wise.
The first step is to match our vibration with the reality that we want.
Not with the reality that is currently present.
That line very beautifully said - Match your frequency with the reality, and you cannot help but get it.
There is no other way which means you cannot get any other reality if you constantly create that frequency - this is Physics.
Now we can select any one habit of our children
You feel that habit is not healthy for the child so you want him to change that habit.
So you should empower the soul.
First of all, we should stop thinking or discussing about the problem. He should also not be counted about it. The energy at home should get purified.
The blessings that he gets from everyone about what he is and how he does things reach him as energy.
It is an energy of rejection and its frequency will only strengthen his wrong habit.
Next is to bring the reality that is required in front of you, with clarity.
What do I want? I want this reality.
Start creating vibrations of the reality that is required.
The first step to help another soul to change his habit
To help him change his own habit, is to change our thought about that habit.
This is the first step. If we say my kid lies, gets angry, fights - yes he does. But by us repeating it, that becomes a blessing for him.
From today the equation should be very clear. He says it is Physics.
Create the same thought as you want in reality.
My child is a peaceful soul. He plays with other children very lovingly. He eats whatever food is served to him. He studies very well.
This becomes the reality.
Let us just visualise. Not just for a day but over a period of time if everybody in the house creates such vibrations
Then the problem reduces from 50%.
We travel long distances to meet Saints and Mahatmas to get the same blessing.
It is a blessing which we can give children throughout the day.
Has to be done constantly because blessing is energy.
It has to be sustained constantly.
Nobody's Sanskar can change in a minute or in a day.
Constant sustained energy.
Let us get back to that same example of children not eating food without their iPad turned On.
What is the thought that we should create now?
We create thoughts like - there is no iPad at home. Food is placed on the dining table. My child is relishing the food.
So the thought is - my children relish the food served to them and eat them very lovingly.
Everyone in the house should create this so that it becomes the collective energy of the house
All the family members have to create this in a sustained way.
The vibrations are reaching the child. The thoughts need to be created at that specific time when the food is being cooked or it is being served to the child.
These are small practices to inculcate. When these vibrations are in the house and reached the child.
And the vibrations are in the food also at the time of his eating it.
And then the parent comes to the child with the food.
So that day the parents should not carry any gadgets or technology along.
She needs to sit for 30 seconds with that food in silence.
The child is in front of her so she needs to create a very powerful thought - You are eating this food today very lovingly.
She can give that vibration to the food also.
This is energy working and it says this is Physics.
We are creating the energy to make it a reality.
Otherwise when we were unaware of the science or The Spiritual equation
We were creating the opposite energy in such situations.
Right from the first step we would create the opposite energy.
Now we start feeding the child.
A very large percentage of chance is that he will start eating that food.
But suppose 1% chance is that he does not eat food.

Don't want to eat? Does not matter. You can eat it whenever you are hungry.
After an hour if he still hasn't eaten, the parent needs to say - No problem, you can eat after 2 hours.
When the child is hungry, he will not ask for an iPad at that time.
It may take 1 day, 2 days, 4 or even 5 days to change the habit.
But what happens is that although we want to change the habit, our vibrations that are created are of opposite energy.
Right from the beginning we create a thought that he will not have his food without the video game.
Even while preparing the food the parent creates thoughts that he will not eat without his iPad.
And then they bring the plate of food to the child and about to feed him. The parent does not bring the iPad yet because she wants to change the habit.
But the thought is still the same.
We ourselves remind the child about his iPad because of our thoughts.
That is beautiful. We are thinking and our thoughts are getting transferred there.
The parent creates thoughts like - I know he will ask for it that is why I have kept the iPad closer. The moment he asks I will fetch it for him.
I need to go and get it otherwise my child will not eat his food.
The energy we create is different but outwardly we are asking the child to eat without the iPad today.
Does it not feel like this topic has been exaggerated by parents these days?
Such habits, unless we make efforts to change them, make us their slave.
Once we are a slave to a habit, it becomes a big issue.
It is only that children are not having food the weight has to be eaten.
Any habit for that matter.
If we do not put some efforts to change any habit.
When that habit overpowers us.

If we look at our own life, children in every house would eat without a fuss.
Why has it today become a problem that kids are not eating food properly?
They have become very choosy in what they want. They don't want vegetables.

We put that habit in the child and now it is overpowering us.
If the problem is of this size, because of our thinking and speaking about it, its size increases.
Vibrations spread like perfume at home
When we keep complaining - my child does not eat vegetables, he does not drink milk, he does not do this and so on
This is a blessing for the child because everyone at home is giving it every day to him. And he is getting it repeatedly several times a day.
He does not eat this, he does not do that.
The energy will match the reality.
And it said so beautifully - You cannot help but get the reality.
So if everyone in the house creates I thought that he does not eat vegetables, he will not eat them.
It says there is no other way, you will get that reality
We have a family member who would not also eat vegetables. So he was given other things to substitute. That person never ate vegetables even 10 years later.
His parents would say - This is what he likes, so we give it to him.
Now the deficiency which the child will face is not only about vegetables or pulses.
We are not looking at it to be a physical problem. This is a spiritual problem.
This is an emotional problem.
The deficiency of nutrients is at a physical level.
But here comes the Vitamin-N deficiency which we discussed the other day. The soul has not created a habit of listening to a "No", of being flexible, of adapting, and most important - the habit of being able to change his habits.
It is a habit that a particular thing is done in a particular way.
That soul does not have a habit in him of being able to change his habits.
This is something we have to teach children.
If we teach them - From today we are not doing it this way, we will do it that way.
The best way to do it is to start doing the same things in different ways, changing the procedure after every few days.
So that he gets into the habit of being able to change his habits.
You were eating in this way all this while, for the next few days we will eat like that.
You were drinking it like this, now you will drink it that way.
When you keep on changing, they will create the habit of changing here.
So it has to start from the vibration or energy through the thought that we create.
And at that time when we are with the child, our thoughts are very important.
Because food and water have their own vibrations.
Food and water absorb our vibrations also.
So while cooking and having the meal, the thoughts we create work very powerfully.
So at that time if we put a thought into the food and then feed it to the child.
It has to happen.
This is what we have to do at an inner level through thoughts and vibrations.
Rest of the things are to be done outside. For example if the child does not eat for 1 hour, it is fine. Even if he does not eat after 4 hours, it is still fine.
Be assertive. There is no need to scold the child. The frequency has to be right. And then we need to tell the child assertively - This has to happen this way.
Whenever he is hungry he will eat. So within 4 to 5 days the habit will change.
It is that habit about which we kept saying - It will never change.
We said - My child cannot eat without an iPad.
How many days will it take to change one habit?
But it is so strongly confirmed in the mind about ourselves, that our habit once formed cannot change.
That is why we feel the same about other people also, that they too cannot change their habits.
Yes, that is why we felt even the child cannot eat without his iPad because it was his habit.
Often when my wife enters the house from outside, she immediately asks us to turn on the AC and says the child who has been playing in the room will feel hot.
And then I tell her that she is the one who is come from outside and so only she is feeling hot. The child is doing fine.
Likewise, when we ourselves have a strong belief that our habits will not change
How will we help the child to get rid of his habit?
If we get to this realization and start thinking in the right direction.
We are only creating the thought. If we create the right thought, the reality will be one thing. If we create a wrong thought, the reality will be something else.
So is it exactly like - there was this Saint to whom a mother brought her child. She told him that the child it's too many sweets so he should advise the child.
He told her to take the child to him the next day, then the next, and then again another day. This happened for 10 days.
On the 10th day he told the child - child you should not eat too much of sweet.
So the mother asked him - Why did you call us 10 times just to say this?
He said - Until now I myself used to eat sweets. I myself as a victim of this habit.
We need to change our habits and we are working towards it. We can even see that they are changing gradually.
There is nobody who has not worked on his habits at all.
If we change, our vibrations reach children and they will also be able to change their habits.
Everyone has experienced that habits can be changed.
There may not be anyone who has not changed any habit, all his life.
It could be the time of waking up, for example. Someone joins a particular professional so he has to wake up at a certain time every day.
So his habit changes.
Or it could be related to diet. For health reasons, he may have to change his diet and he will be able to change it.
This is a about habits, not Sanskars.
There cannot be a soul who has never change his habit. Everyone has changed.
The change could be because of time, a situation or a person.
But we know that it can be changed.
First of all we should record a very affirmed line here repeatedly
My habits can change very easily.
We need to change this. It influences us and it influences other people around us also.
That habits change very easily.
