Kellyanne Conway says Melania Trump is a "superior" First Lady to Michelle Obama, and the country

is lucky to have her.

Yep, that's the word she used.

We spotted the White House counselor in D.C. and asked about reports that Melania has gotten

the cold shoulder from U.S. magazines while Obama appeared on at least a dozen during

Barack's 8 years in office.

"Melania Trump is such a superior and excellent First Lady," Kellyanne told TMZ, "This country

is so lucky to have her."

Conway proceeded to rave about Melania's achievements, calling her a wonderful role model for women

and girls.

"I don't think she needs to be on the cover of a magazine for everyone to see how wonderful

her work is."

One person was conspicuously absent as Melania Trump posed alongside four past US presidents

and three former first ladies at Barbara Bush's funeral.

Newly released pictures show Mrs Trump attending the service in Houston with Barack and Michelle

Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton, George and Laura Bush and widower George Bush.

But the president was not among the 1,500 mourners.

Instead, he spent the day visiting a golf club at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach,

Florida.

Mrs Trump was seated next to Mr Obama at the service.

At one point they shared a warm exchange, prompting one person to tweet: "Add 'make

Melania smile' to the long list of things Obama can do that Trump can't."

The White House said he had decided not to attend the funeral "to avoid disruptions

due to added security, and out of respect for the Bush family and friends".

Mr Trump has had a difficult relationship with the Bush family, in particular clashing

with Jeb, brother of George W Bush, when they were running for the Republican presidential

nomination in 2016.

Mr Trump and the First Lady were at the White House today to greet French president Emmanuel

Macron and his wife Brigitte, who are making the first state visit of Mr Trump's presidency.

- We're helping to deliver

one of the largest commitments to conservation

in Canada's history

with investment of $1.3 billion dollars

to conserve more land and waters,

preserve bio-diversity and protect wildlife in our country.

- The Boreal Forest is one of the largest

terrestrial ecosystems in the world.

If Canada is gonna meet it's targets,

it has to live for the Boreal.

- My name is Valerie Courtois and I'm the

Director of the Indigenous Leadership Initiative.

The Boreal Forest is an indigenous forest.

It is where the majority of indigenous peoples

in Canada live.

There's over 600 indigenous communities,

and a mark of success of those cultures

has been to not only live within an ecosystem,

but to protect it and care for it

in order for it to be pristine

and that's exactly what we have in the Boreal.

- Dasiqox Tribal Park is located in the

Chilcotin Cariboo Region of British Columbia.

Gwaii Haanas National Park which is located in

Haida Gwaii.

Another great example is Thaidene Nene.

74 percent of Canadians support indigenous protected

and conserved areas be led by indigenous peoples

Canadians agree with me

that conservation's a good thing,

that indigenous people generally should be leading

that effort, and that's exactly the work that we do.

10 Signs Your Gut Is Out of Balance And How To Correct It! - Duration: 3:18.

10 Signs Your Gut Is Out of Balance And How To Correct It!

Not a long time ago, the balance of microorganisms in the intestinal tract, likewise known as

gut microbiome, has been quite often encountered in health news.

In addition to its obvious connection to gastrointestinal health, it has likewise been associated with

skin problems, autoimmune conditions, weight, as well as mood disorders.

Unfortunately, the bad North American diet, the deficiency of fermented foods in the diet,

the use of anti-bacterial products, as well as the overuse of antibiotics have provided

the ideal conditions for an imbalance in the gut microbiome.

Symptoms Of Imbalance In The Gut Microbiome

Pain in the joints Eczema, psoriasis, acne or hives

Learning or behavioral difficulties Depression

Digestive problems—bloating, irritable bowel, indigestion, abdominal pain, constipation,

diarrhea, or bad breath Mental fog

Frequent yeast infections Allergies

Weight gain Sugar cravings

Implications Of An Imbalanced Gut Microbiome Of Importance

Emotional Health In the case of an imbalanced gut microbiome,

the individual is more prone to fatigue, anxiety, depression, and brain fog.

Stress can likewise have a negative impact on the microbiome, thus affecting the digestion,

mood, and general health.

Inflammation The presence of too many bacteria can trigger

inflammation in the body, which can result in joint pains, body aches, as well skin issues.

What is more important, inflammation has the ability to trigger the development of autoimmune

illness as well.

Weight Weight loss is very dependent on a healthy

microbiome.

It has been significantly demonstrated that the rebalance of the microbiome can alter

the metabolism.

How Can You Treat An Imbalanced Gut Microbiome

Prebiotics Prebiotic foods are carrots, okra, leeks,

onions, garlic, artichokes, beans, and asparagus.

These are foods that feed the good bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract and involve

fiber, arabinogalactans, and inulin.

Probiotics Probotics are healthy bacteria that can help

balance the microbiome.

They are natural present in yogurt, kefir, kimchi, picked veggies, kombucha, as well

as naturally fermented foods.

Moreover, they can likewise be found in supplemental form, pills or powder.

Avoiding sugar and all foods that are made with flour

The minimization of foods made with flour and sugar is an important step when it comes

to rebalancing the microbiome as many pathogenic organisms grow in diet high in refined carbs

and sugar.

Anti-microbial supplements If the increasing prebiotics and probiotics

doesn't help, you might need to take supplements and antimicrobial herbs in order to eliminate

pathogenic organisms, like bacteria, yeast, and parasites.

For instance, you can take uva ursi, oregano, olive leaf extract; garlic, grapefruit seed

extract, berberine, and caprylic acid.

What is people analytics? - Duration: 5:04.

So I'm going to talk about people analytics

which is a sort of like Moneyball for business.

I think what's really interesting is that you can go to

pretty much any company in the world and ask really

basic questions about what goes on internally that

people just can't answer. You know, you could ask

how much does management talk to the engineering team? Nobody knows. You can

even ask how much should a sales person talk to a customer? And you think about how

basic, how critical, those questions are and the reason that we can't answer them

is we don't have any data. We use surveys, we use consultants, it's not

to say that data it's useless but we know the issues with it. If

it's a sunny day out you'll answer differently than if it's cloudy. At

the same time if I have thousands or tens of thousands of employees I can't

follow them around every day. I can't ask them extremely detailed questions about

what they do every day. But of course we do generate a lot of data about what do

work. We have email, chat, meeting data, and then also sensor data. Despite this,

it's fascinating there's really only one industry in the world that is completely

data-driven with how they run their businesses and these are actually

baseball teams. So if you started a baseball team 150 years ago the way you

built the team is you had a bunch of old guys who knew a lot about baseball watch

people play baseball and then based on their subjective evaluations they built

a team. Now sometimes they're right, sometimes they're wrong, that was just

viewed is the best way to do things. They kept doing it that way until 2001 and

then you get this one guy, Billy Beane, or played by Brad Pitt in the movie

Moneyball, who used behavioral data to build his baseball team. In

the case of baseball, and for those of you not familiar with the game it's sort of

like cricket but it's more fun to watch when you're drunk, and what you do - or

what he did was again using behavioral data about what people do on the field

to build the team. Everybody thought he was crazy but they went on

a record winning streak, they made the playoffs, and now every single team builds their

organization this way. When you take this perspective, we can start to

understand why a lot of the management decisions we make are just fundamentally

flawed. You can think of a simple question: why is

organizational change hard? Which might seem like a weird question

things like mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, we know that they're very

difficult. But as a society and as managers, we make lots of difficult and

complicated decisions but when it comes to the people side of business we fail

lot. Mergers and acquisitions is a great example. It fails conservatively about

60% of the time, wasted over two trillion dollars last year in destroyed market

value from failed M&A - which is crazy! We have lots of smart people, year

after year, making the same kinds of decisions and we're consistently failing.

One approach is to say well this is just really hard and we don't care if we

waste trillions of dollars every year. But another approach would be to say

maybe we're looking at the wrong metrics. Because what we tend to look at is the

formal stuff. You think about org charts, processes, training programs, and you

should look at those things but there's this other side to business. There's the

informal side. How much is management talking to the sales team? Who's the

social center of an organization? How much time do we spend a meetings? These

are, again, simple but critical questions that you can't answer. But because we

have all these other data sources available to us today we're now able to

to capture those things. In particular, not just on the digital side,

(because we all already have volumes of data on email, chat or meeting data)

but now we also have sensor data (from cell phones,

microphones even in meeting rooms). Today, you think about even

next-generation ID badges that can measure who talks to who - and how people

talk to each other. Again, importantly, not what people say but using voice

analytics that happen in real time to really understand the dynamics of

collaboration within companies. All of this data gives rise to the the whole

field of people analytics. Essentially, what people analytics is, is about using

behavioral data to understand what's going on with inside a company and using

those analytics to change how you manage the business.

What Is Involved in Becoming a U.S. Citizen? | Connecting Point | Apr. 20, 2018 - Duration: 8:04.

>>> GOOD EVENING AND WELCOME TO "THE STATE WE'RE IN,"

"CONNECTING POINT"'S WEEKLY LOOK AT POLITICS.

I'M CARRIE SALDO.

IMMIGRATION AND THE LAWS THAT GOVERN IT IS OFTEN A HOT BUTTON

ISSUE.

AND THAT'S BEEN THE CASE IN OUR REGION IN RECENT WEEKS WITH TWO

WOMEN, FEARING DEPORTATION, ENTERING SANCTUARY AT CHURCHES

IN SPRINGFIELD AND NORTHAMPTON.

THE MAYORS OF THESE CITIES HAD TWO VERY DIFFERENT RESPONSES TO

THE ISSUE.

>> STILL RULES AND LAWS AND REGULATIONS THAT ARE BROKEN, AND

I JUST GO BACK TO LEGAL IMMIGRATION.

>> MEANWHILE, NORTHAMPTON MAYOR DAVID NARKEWICZ SAID HE

SUPPORTED THE MOVE AND WOULD NOT INTERFERE.

BOTH WOMEN, ONE FROM PERU THE OTHER FROM RUSSIA, ARE MARRIED

TO AMERICANS AND HAVE U.S. BORN CHILDREN.

AND THAT'S HAD PEOPLE REACHING OUT TO US WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT

WHY THEY COULD BE DEPORTED AT ALL.

I SAT DOWN WITH ATTORNEY MEGAN KLUDT TO TAKE THE POLITICS OUT

OF THIS ISSUE AND LEARN SOME OF THE INS AND OUTS OF IMMIGRATION

LAW.

>> TO BECOME A FULL-FLEDGED CITIZEN THE PRERECOGNIZE WHICH

IS IT IS TO GET LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCE STATUS, SO I THINK

THERE'S CONFUSION AROUND.

THAT ONCE YOU HAVE LAWFUL

PERMANENT -- THAT'S A GREEN CARD.

THAT GETTINGS YOU MOST OF THE RIGHTS THAT CITIZENS HAVE.

YOU CAN'T LEAVE THE COUNTRY FOR TOO LONG OR THEY'LL TAKE IT A

WAY, SO YOU'VE ABANDONED IT.

CERTAIN CRIMES WILL STILL GET YOU DEPORTED.

YOU CAN'T VOTE, OBVIOUSLY.

BUT IT'S AN IMPORTANT STEP AND SOME PEOPLE KEEP THEY'LL WAY

FOREVER.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BECOME A CITIZEN.

YOU HAVE A GREEN CARD FOR FIVE YEARS, THEN YOU CAN BECOME A

CITIZEN IF YOU MEET CERTAIN CRY TIER YEAH, HAVE GOOD MORAL

CHARACTER, THINGS LIKE THAT.

SOME PEOPLE VONL TO WAIT THREE YEARS IF YOU'RE MARRIED TO A

U.S. CITIZEN.

I'M MEETING, ESPECIALLY AFTER LAST YEAR, A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE

COMING TO ME WANTING TO GET CITIZENSHIP AFTER 20 OR 30

YEARS.

>> ANY REASON THEY'RE TAKING THAT STEP?

>> ONE IS THEY WANT TO VOTE, AND ANOTHER REASON IS THEY'RE

AFRAID.

SO THEY'VE HAD GREEN CARDS, THEY'VE BEEN ABLE TO

WORK, THEY'VE HAD NO RESTRICTIONS ON TRAVEL OR WORK,

BUT NOW THEY'RE AFRAID THAT HAVING A GROWN CARD IS NOT

ENOUGH AND THEY WANT TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP TO CITIZENSHIP.

>> IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS WHEN WE'VE SEEN TWO WOMEN GO INTO

SANCTUARY CHURCHES IN THIS AREA, THERE HAVE BEEN A LOT QUESTIONS,

BECAUSE EACH OF THESE WOMEN IS MARRIED TO A UNITED STATES

CITIZEN.

AND I'VE HAD PEOPLE CALL ME AND SAY, WELL, DOESN'T THAT

AUTOMATICALLY MAKE THEM A CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY?

BUT IT DOESN'T, RIGHT?

>> IT ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT.

JUST LIKE ANYONE ELSE, THEY FIRST HAVE TO APPLY FOR A GREEN

CARD, THEY HAVE TO APPLY FOR LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCE.

NOT EVERYONE IS ELIGIBLE TO DO THAT.

IF THEY'RE IN A LAWFUL STATUS FIRST, YES, THEY CAN MARRY A

U.S. CITIZEN AND GO THROUGH THAT PETITION PROCESS, IT TAKES SIX

MONTHS TO A YEAR, THERE'S AN INTERVIEW WITH OFFICERS.

BUT IF THEY ARE NOT IN LAWFUL STATUS, OKAY IF THEY CAME IN

LEGAL BY BUT NAY OVERSTAYED THEIR VISA, THEY CAN STILL DO IT

IF IT'S MARRIAGE TO A U.S. CITIZEN.

NOT OTHER FAMILY CATEGORIES, BUT MARRIAGE TO A U.S. CITIZEN.

HOWEVER, IF SOMEONE CAME IN WITH NO PAPERS, THEY ARE ACTUALLY NOT

ELIGIBLE TO ADJUST THEIR STATUS TO A GREEN CARD HOLDER THROUGH

MARRIAGE TO A U.S. CITIZEN.

>> SO WOULD THEY THEN NEED TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY AND START THE

PROCESS OVER?

>> THAT'S A GOOD QUESTION.

YES, THEY WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY AND START OVER,

HOWEVER THERE'S A PROBLEM THERE BECAUSE AS SOON AS THEY LEAVE

THE COUNTRY, IF THEY'VE BEEN UNLAWFULLY PRESENT FOR MORE THAN

A YEAR THEY HAVE A 10-YEAR BAR ONCOMING BACK AGAIN.

>> SO THAT BECOMES REALLY PROBLEMATIC.

YOU'VE BEEN LIVING HERE, HAVE A LIFE WITH KIDS.

>> ABSOLUTELY.

THAT LAW WAS ENACTED IN 1997, WENT INTO EFFECT IN '97, SO IT

CREATED A REAL BOTTLE NECK BECAUSE A LOT OF FOREIGN

NATIONALS WHO HAD NO PAPERS WERE MARRIED TO U.S. CITIZENS, BUT AS

SOON AS THEY TALKED TO AN IMMIGRATION LAWYER THEY REALIZE

THEY HAD NO CHOICE, THEY'RE STUCK.

IF THEY GO BACK THEY RISK BEING STUCK FOR 10 YEARS.

IS THERE A WAIVE PROCEDURE SAYS BUT YOU HAVE TO SHOW EXTREME

HARDSHIP ON THE U.S. CITIZEN.

PRESIDENT OBAMA MADE THIS A LITTLE EASIER, BECAUSE HE

EXPANDED THE PROCESS.

SO YOU CAN APPLY FOR A WAIVER BEFORE YOU GO HOME TO START THAT

PROCESS.

SO IF YOU'RE MARRIED TO A U.S. CITIZEN, YOU CAN ASK

THE GOVERNMENT FOR A SPECIAL PASS FROM THAT 10-YEAR BAR AND

THEY'LL TELL YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF YOU'RE GOING TO GET IT.

BUT ANOTHER COMMON MISCONCEPTION I SEE A LOT IS THE U.S. CITIZEN

CHILD.

HAVING A U.S. CITIZEN CHILD DOES NOT PROTECT YOU NECESSARILY.

YOU CAN BE DEPORTED WITH U.S. CITIZEN CHILDREN, I'VE SEEN MANY

PEOPLE DEPORTED IN THE PAST YEAR WITH FIVE U.S. CITIZEN CHILDREN.

I. DOESN'T GET YOU ANY IMMEDIATE BENEFITS IN MOST CASES.

IF YOU CAN HANG OUT UNTIL THAT U.S. CITIZEN IS 21 YEARS OLD,

THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO PETITION FOR YOU AS AN ADULT, MAYBE.

BUT AGAIN YOU'D HAVE TO HAVE THAT LAWFUL ENTRY AT SOME POINT.

>> LET'S LOOK A LITTLE MORE AT PROCESS.

IN TERMS OF ACTUALLY WANTING TO FILE FOR CITIZENSHIP, AS I

UNDERSTAND IT, IT'S A FORM, AND ARE THERE 76 BOXES THAT YOU NEED

TO BE ABLE TO CHECK?

AND CONFIRM?

>> IT'S ALL SECURITY QUESTIONS.

GREEN CARD APPLICATION FORM HAS THIS, TOO, LOTS OF PEOPLE WERE

NAZIS IN GERMANY IN WORLD WAR II, WE ASK PEOPLE ABOUT

TERRORIST ACTIVITIES, ABOUT ANY KIND OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.

A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT PRIOR IMMIGRATION APPLICATIONS.

THEY'RE LOOKING FOR A HISTORY OF FRAUD, HISTORY OF CRIME.

THEY ARE REALLY VETTING YOU, IT'S THEIR LAST CHANCE TO CATCH

YOU AT THE CITIZENSHIP STAGE.

>> I KNOW YOU WORK A LOT WITH THIS ISSUE WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE

INTERESTED IN EITHER GETTING GREEN CARD OR TAKING A PATH TO

CITIZENSHIP.

WHAT'S THE MOST COMMON REASON THAT YOU FIND PEOPLE ARE DENIED?

>> WHAT WE'RE SEEING WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE NOW IS THEY ACTUALLY

ALREADY HAVE DEPORTATION ORDERS FROM AN IMMIGRATION JUDGE.

SO IF YOU COME HERE, YOU ARE UNLAWFULLY PRESENT, I.C.E.

FINDS YOU, THAT'S THE IMMIGRATION

POLICE, THEY FIND YOU AND SAY YOU'RE NOT HERE LEGALLY.

SO IF I'M A FOREIGN NATIONAL, VERY NO

STATUS, I'M HERE FOR 10 YEARS WITHOUT STATUS, I.C.E.

CATCHES ME.

I'M NOT GOING TO GET DEPORTED, I'M GOING TO BE GIVEN A DATE TO

APPEAR IN A COURT IN BOSTON IF WE'RE IN MASSACHUSETTS.

AND THEN AN IMMIGRATION JUDGE WILL HEAR THE CASE AND IT MAY

TAKE THREE OR FOUR YEARS TO GET A FINAL HEARING BEFORE THAT

JUDGE.

BUT ONCE YOU GET THROUGH THE (IF THE JUDGE ORDERED YOU DEPORTED,

YOU CAN APPEAL IT ONCE, BUT AFTER THAT IF YOU HAVE A

DEPORTATION ORDER IS VERY HARD TO DO ANYTHING ELSE AFTER THAT.

BECAUSE YOU HAVE A DEPORTATION ORDER, LIKE I HAVE CLIENTS THAT

HAD THEIR DAUGHTER IS A U.S. CITIZEN, SHE'S 21, BUT THEY HAVE

DEPORTATION ORDERS FROM 10 YEARS AGO.

SO EVEN THOUGH SHE'S A THEY ABSOLUTELY CANNOT DO IT,

UNLESS WE CAN CONVINCE A JUDGE TO REOPEN THEIR CASE AND GIVE

THEM A SECOND CHANCE IN THE COURT.

>> I WANT TO ASK YOU ABOUT THIS CONCEPT OF GOOD MORAL STANDING.

I NOTICE ON THE HOMELAND SECURITY WEBSITE, IT SAYS BE A

PERSON OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER ATTACHED TO THE PRINCIPLES OF

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AND WELL DISPOSED TO GOOD

ORDER AND HAVENNESS OF THE UNITED STATES DURING ALL

RELEVANT PERIODS UNDER LAW.

HOW IS THAT EVEN DETERMINED?

>> MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IS THEIR CRIMINAL RECORD.

THEY WANT TO SEE THAT -- IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH OF A CRIME

FOR THEM TO DECIDE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD MORAL CHARACTER

DURING THE PERIOD.

SO A LOT OF PEOPLE COME TO US, SAY CAN I APPLY FOR CITIZENSHIP?

I SAY WHY DON'T YOU BE ON GOOD BEHAVIOR FOR THREE YEARS, THEN

WE'LL TRY AGAIN.

OTHER THAN THAT, THEY DO WANT TO SEE YOU PAYING YOUR TAXES, THAT

CAN BE AN ISSUE IF YOU OWE TAXES, IF YOU OWE CHILD SUPPORT,

THEY CARE ABOUT THAT A LOT.

BUT FOR THE MOST PART, IF THERE'S NO BLACK MARK, THEN THE

DEFAULT ASSUMPTION IS THAT YOU ARE A PERSON OF GOOD MORAL

CHARACTER, YOU DON'T HAVE TO BRING LETTER OTHERS WORK WITH

COMMUNITY SERVICE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

BUT IF YOU DO HAVE A CRIME, THOSE THINGS MIGHT HELP BALANCE

IT OUT.

>> IT'S A COMPLEX ISSUE, I APPRECIATE YOU TAKING SOME TIME

TO HELP US UNDERSTAND IT.

>> THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME.

Is The iPhone X Waterproof? Here's The Truth! - Duration: 3:10.

Hi guys, David and David here from Payette Forward and in this video we're going to answer

the question: is the iPhone X waterproof?

And the short answer is no and that's why we sell an awesome case in the Payette Forward

shop that will keep your iPhone dry.

Yeah, you know link to that below it's very good.

But obviously you've heard that the iPhone X is water-resistant.

So how deep is it water-resistant?

Here's the long answer — so the iPhone has an IP rating, that's Ingress Protection rating,

of IP67, which means it's dust resistant.

That's the six you see.

Tell me more.

And the 7 is the water resistance.

That means it can resist water up to about a meter deep when underwater.

And how long is a meter?

Well, let's talk about American.

How long is that?

It's about 3 feet 3 feet or one yard, but the meter is slightly longer than that so

if you've ever been anything deeper than a kiddie pool.

Yep, this could be for you.

So if waterproof or water resistance is really important to you, right maybe like my IP rating

isn't high enough David Lynch and I Right, but IP ratings you and like the two people

that care about that.

Well, it's um, sorry it is important because and it's important for this reason.

It's important because AppleCare+ doesn't cover liquid damage.

So you bring your iPhone into the pool.

It's water-resistant you're swimming around you swimming around and all you take out of

the floor.

It's broken the Apple Store.

Yeah covered under warranty, right?

Mr. Appleton.

It's not it is not covered by AppleCare+ and there's actually a little liquid damage indicator

on the side indeed.

There are we're looking for those in the apples.

Yeah.

I want me to say see that that's red.

It's the best thing that happens in the day of an Apple tech get to say you're not covered

get out of here.

So water that I mean water damage you to get your phone clip and brave replace replace.

Yeah apple doesn't you know do repairs to water damage phones and sort of rightfully.

So because they say that they can't warranty anything that has been water damage because

water damage is "Insidious".

Yeah, you never know how deep it is.

So they don't warranty you got to replace the phone.

So that is the answer of the - is the iPhone X waterproof and for the record the iPhone

7, 7 Plus, 8, and 8 Plus are also IP67 phones.

So be careful when you take those phones around water, right and definitely check out our

shop because we've got that awesome case that lets you take it very very deep.

Yeah, it's a waterproof case.

Well, actually it actually is waterproof.

So unless you're going on a Journey to the Center of the Earth, right that will probably

require would probably melt the bag right?

We need you.

No proof that case doesn't exist.

Thank you guys for watching our video an Apple phone.

So we bring to the core of the apple apple Corps billion.

That's well.

Thanks you guys for watching this video If you enjoyed it, give it a thumbs up.

immediate update when every uploaded your video.

Is it waterproof or is it not waterproof?

What do you mean sort of its water proof If you play into the pool then Be interested

This Is Why You Should Sleep on Your Left Side - Duration: 4:10.

This Is Why You Should Sleep on Your Left Side

Everyone knows how important sleep is for keeping in good physical and mental health.

However, how long you sleep is just as important as the way you sleep.

The position you sleep in can affect your health, help keep your skin looking young,

and boost your digestive health.

Here are six ways sleeping on your left side is good for your health.

1.

It Bolsters the Lymphatic System

Ayurvedic medicine says that sleeping on your left side lets your body better filter lymph

fluid and waste through the lymph nodes.

This is because the left side of our body is the stronger lymphatic side.

Western studies also found that sleeping on the left side can help the body break down

waste materials from the brain.

However, sleeping on the right side can lower the lymphatic system's power.

2.

It May Improve Digestion

When it comes to digestion, sleeping on the left side may be better than the right, because

of gravity.

Lying on the left side lets food waste easily move from the large intestine into the lower

colon, meaning you're more likely to have a bowel movement when you wake up.

Sleeping on the left side lets the stomach and pancreas hang naturally because our stomach

lies on the left side of the body.

This can make sure the body keeps creating pancreatic enzymes and will help other digestive

processes.

3.

It's Good for Your Heart

Doctors advise that pregnant women sleep on their left side to boost circulation to the

heart.

Even if you're not pregnant, or a woman, sleeping on the left side may help take some

weight off the heart.

Gravity can help lymph drainage toward the heart, and aortic circulation away from the

heart.

4.

It's Ideal for Pregnant Women

Sleeping on the left side doesn't only boost pregnant women's circulation.

It can also help ease weight on the back, keep the uterus from squeezing the liver,

and raise blood flow to the uterus, kidneys, and fetus.

For this reason, doctors tell pregnant women to spend as much of their sleep time as possible

on their left sides.

5.

It May Reduce Heartburn

A study written in The Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology found that lying on the left

side can help lower acid reflux signs.

This is because our stomach lies on the left side.

Lying on the right side may worsen these signs.

The help comes very fast; if you're feeling heartburn after a meal, try lying down on

your left side for ten minutes.

6.

It May Relieve Back Pain

People with chronic back pain may feel a little better if they switch to sleeping on their

left side.

That's because sleeping on your side can ease weight on the spine.

Feeling more comfortable will raise your chances of getting a good night's sleep.

If you usually sleep on your back, your front, or your right side, you may wonder how to

break that habit and start sleeping on your left side.

It will take some time and practice, but you will be able to quickly train your body to

sleep in this position.

Here are some tips:

You can try lying on your left side and press a full-length body pillow up against your

back.

The pillow will stop you from rolling over during the night.

Try switching the side of the bed you sleep on.

This will make it easier for you to flip to your other side and have the same great sleep.

Another trick is to keep a dim light lit on your right side.

Because your body will naturally want to turn away from the light while you sleep, it will

make it easier for you to sleep on your left side.

Try these small changes as soon as you can - they will make your sleep better and lead

you to better health.

It's important to note that some people - like those with heart disease, sleep apnea,

glaucoma, and carpal tunnel syndrome - may not get help from sleeping on their left sides.

If you're not sure about what sleep position would be best for you, it's always a good

idea to ask a doctor.

What is a Health Plan Research Network - Duration: 2:55.

Health plan research networks are a new network within the PCORnet

infrastructure that really focuses on the health plans. There are currently two health plan

research networks.

Health plan research networks are really focused on

creating and longitudinal picture of a patient experience as they traverse

health systems for example a patient may be seen at hospital B one week, in hospital A

another week and so while hospital B

may be part of the Clinical Data Research Network,

and the infrastructure those clinical outcomes and details are well captured within the existing infrastructure within

the CDRN. However, the experience of having a clinical event at hospital A is not and so

health plans bridge that gap because when you go to the hospital A and hospital B

you present a form of payment. Most patients have a insurance card and that insurance card

allows to the capture of that digital record across health systems.

There's really a long term vision with the collaboration with health plans, with an eye towards

sustainability, and I think as healthcare changes and as healthcare evolves and approaches more

the value-based payment models as well as really making sure that we evaluate

the totality of the care that an individual patient

receives it's becoming more and more important for

health plans to engage directly with clinical leaders, such as clinical data research networks, to engage in the data

that's necessary to ensure the high quality and provision of care. That's being administered and

additionally, it's really critical for

clinical data research networks as the practice of medicine evolves for them to get closer to the data that

payers have that insurance health plans have

to better manage care as patients traverse different healthcare systems. So, what PCORI and PCORnet is setting up

today is going to become extremely relevant as we move forward,

in both the provision of care, the measurement of quality, and the measurement of comparative effectiveness research

that needs to be done. This has been a long time coming and being able to engage the patients both where they are, and

sometimes where they are is within a health plan, and I think that as we move forward I foresee

patients being engaged in more of the

observational longitudinal data that's done at health plans, because of the PCORI and PCORnet infrastructure that's been built.
