Waching daily Apr 1 2018

who knows what today is I don't know why I'm pointing down there Easter! Not really.

Okay yeah I mean today really is Easter and it's April Fool's but more important

than anything today is Veda it marks the first day of April I'm not fooling

around do you even know what Veda is Veda means

vlog every day either in April or August this is something that a lot of YouTube

creators do they do it for a number of reasons I have a video coming up about

that tomorrow because this is vlog every day of course

so you can check that out tomorrow make sure and subscribe as well as check the

descriptions in these videos because if you're not you're missing out how do you

come up with ideas to vlog every day in April or August or whatever you want I

made a video about that so you can check that video out think I made that last

week because someone asked me so I do listen to what you have to say so I'm

listening to your audience obviously one thing check the video out it's in

the description you know what Veda is and you know how

to make your videos like if you're excited I know you're gonna participate

because if you're treating your blog or vlog YouTube channel like a business

then you need to show up so that's the first part of this and there's no

excuses for the equipment that you use I'm filming this on my iphone right now

and I made a whole video about the equipment that I use and what I would

use to get started today if you have any questions so there's no

excuses for video ideas and there's no excuses for not having the right

equipment because everybody has a phone you need to start treating your vlog

like a business and the best way to do that is to invest in yourself and in the

right tools but if the right tools start with a phone then you're really just

getting started and you should have that already there's tons of ways that you

can do this maybe video about that already all you need is your phone to

get started I've given you ideas I've told you about the equipment that you

need check that out in the description make sure to subscribe and comment below

I want to know are you participating in Veda are you a vlogger are you doing

this thing so that I can follow you and everyone else on my channel can also

meet you it would be a really good idea to hang out in my comments section and

let me know what you want to hear I've made some room I've got some videos

coming out about how I plan my content and how to film how to edit there's a

lot of really good stuff coming up soon this month so you're gonna want to stick

around oh by the way I'm brandi of www.BlogginBrandi.com I talk about

branding business and most importantly how to promote yourself on social media

like YouTube so that's part of this whole Veda thing I want to help you get

better I want to help myself get better and we can do this together thanks for

stillness is the death that you enter voluntarily if you're ready for it to

relinquish your attachment to the structures of thought to step out of the

stream of thinking is death because thinking is form primordial form to step

out of that is death the rising of stillness is your death the death of the

little me of course it is and there are still many humans on the planet who are

not ready for that they want to stay entangled in form they want a

continuation of the drama or form they don't want an end to the drama there are

humans many humans still on the planet who are not ready for the end of

suffering even if the possibility were presented to them they would run away in

fear it would seem like no the end of suffering would seem like a kind of

death the end of my drama I don't want that so I but there are many humans also

who are ready to stop suffering to come to the end of suffering it's an

evolutionary development now for this too is shift to happen to you

there is one requirement and we can put it in simple language you need to be fed

up with suffering not Rutten not run away from it

not avoid it but be fed up with it you've had enough

and if you are in psychological suffering and all suffering

psychological suffering the rest may be pain to think whatever it may be you can

ask yourself at any moment when you can see that you are in suffering is that

what I want is that what I'm choosing at this moment is that what I'm creating at

this moment

humanity as a whole is coming to the point where the suffering is just too

much it's been going on for so long

and for most of you it is true you have suffered enough but it means to be it

needs to be true for you that realization needs to come to you so

that no situation nothing that happens to you is converted into drama and

suffering anymore and the quickest way out of that out of converting events

situations interactions with people into drama and suffering is to be present

moment centered not story centered not thought centered not imposing

interpretations and stories on the present moment allowing the moment to be

as it is I gave a simple example of what is what the mechanism that makes up the

manufacture of drama and suffering in people's lives the mental mechanism the

mechanical nurse behind it I gave a brief example in this little book

stillness speaks wherein one entry one entry starts with three statements one

statement says what a miserable day the other statement the other statement says

he didn't have the decency to return my call the other statement says she let me

down then the text explains a little bit that these are stories that you impose

on situations events and people in your life

and those are simple very simple examples but even the complicated drama

basically but work works according to that same principle it's just that the

stories that you impose become more complex but this is where they start and

the stories are imposed in many cases they're one of their main reasons for

being there is to enhance your egoic mind mate sense of self to be right

because if you are right if you can complain about this miserable weather

unconsciously the mechanism behind is if you've made the weather wrong and

yourself right you ain't of superior position because

you're complaining about it well that's dreadful white is just

grateful if you can say he didn't have the decency to return my call it implies

this is unconscious that you of course are morally superior in every way to

this person this is the position that you are coming from in identified ways

I'm not saying you do not see that certain people do very unconscious

things you see it but the story then personalizes it you find a reactive and

personalized relationship to somebody's perhaps unconsciousness and then use it

to enhance your mind made sense of self it doesn't mean you don't see

dysfunctional behavior for what it is but you do not have a personalized

reactive relationship to it anymore you allow that to be also there's no person

there there's only human unconsciousness you don't enter into that personalized

relationship that forms at peace based story-based

you

BREAKING! Trump Just Had Them All Arrested! ENTIRE Democratic Party Is FURIOUS! - Duration: 6:04.

BREAKING! Trump Just Had Them All Arrested!

ENTIRE Democratic Party Is FURIOUS!

Illegal immigration is a concern for many Americans.

And the Trump administration has made it there mission to stamp it out as much as possible

and crackdown on criminals.

One story that recently surfaced in the conservative media is something that everyone should be

worried about.

During a sting operation to try and reign in a plethora of illegal aliens, over 475

gang members were arrested by law enforcement agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement

(ICE).

65 were released by an American immigration judge while merely four were actually maintained

on arrest for criminal charges.

A recent report indicates that 99 MS-13 gang members who came to the United States illegally

were unaccompanied minors.

Sadly, over 64 of them, the majority, were granted the status of Special Immigrant Juvenile.

This special designation is a quasi-amnesty program for those who crossed the America-Mexican

border illegally.

Breitbart News reported,

"Nearly 100 recently arrested MS-13 gang members arrived in the United States by crossing

through the U.S.-Mexico border as "unaccompanied minors" and then getting resettled throughout

the country by the federal government.

About 475 gang members have been arrested by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement

(ICE) agency's "Operation Matador" sting, with 99 of those gang members arrested having

arrived in the U.S. as "unaccompanied minors."

Of the 99 MS-13 gang members who entered the country as unaccompanied minors, 64 of them

were granted Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJ), which acts as a quasi-amnesty program

for young illegal aliens who cross the southern border.

Of the 475 gang members arrested by ICE in this operation, 65 of them had been allowed

to be released into the U.S. by an immigration judge, while four were re-arrested on criminal

charges after they were released.

Unaccompanied minors who cross the southern border have continued to be resettled across

the U.S. despite a direct correlation of the quasi-amnesty program — known as the Unaccompanied

Minor Childrens (UAC) program — with the proliferation of the MS-13 gang in regions

of the country like Nassau County and Suffolk County in New York.

Under President Trump's administration, the UAC program has continued.

For example, in Fiscal Year 2018 thus far, nearly 200 unaccompanied minors have been

resettled in Suffolk County, along with almost 280 in Queens County, and more than 115 in

Nassau County, despite the regions' issues with the MS-13 gang.

Miami-Dade County also struggling with a massive illegal alien population, has had to take

in nearly 400 unaccompanied minors thus far in Fiscal Year 2018, as well as Palm Beach

County, which has had more than 33o unaccompanied minors resettled in the region."

This large sting operation is not the only one that has taken place that led to the arrest

of MS-13 members.

In Maryland, six members of the street gang were seen before a federal grand jury.

All of the perpetrators were aged 19 to 22 and a part of a nine-count indictment.

Their crimes ranged from murder, racketeering, to conspiracy.

The Baltimore Sun reported, "The latest indictments come roughly two

weeks after an MS-13 member from another Maryland community was convicted in a federal racketeering

conspiracy.

Raul Ernesto Landaverde Giron of Silver Spring was found guilty of murder in aid of racketeering

and faces a mandatory sentence of life in prison.

Following that conviction, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Maryland has "suffered

terribly" because of the "uniquely barbaric" gang's criminal activities.

In charges announced Thursday, Juan Carlos Sandoval Rodriguez, 20, is accused of luring

a victim to a park in Annapolis, where he and other alleged MS-13 members and associates

murdered him.

Prosecutors believe the March 2016 killing was motivated by a desire to enhance or maintain

rank within the gang or gain status as a member.

In October 2016, four defendants allegedly attempted to murder two others in Annapolis,

largely by stabbing the victims repeatedly.

Last year, Sessions designated MS-13 as a "priority" for the Department of Justice's

Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force.

That designation directs prosecutors to pursue all legal avenues to target the gang and lets

local police agencies tap into federal money to help pay for gang-related investigations."

MS-13, or the Mara Salvatrucha, is believed by federal prosecutors to have thousands of

members nationwide, primarily immigrants from Central America.

It emerged in the 1980s from a stronghold in Los Angeles.

But its true rise began after members were deported back to El Salvador in the 1990s.

President Donald Trump blames lax U.S. immigration laws for allowing deported members to return

to the U.S.

Federal authorities say the danger posed by the decades-old street gang has been increasing.

During a December stop in Baltimore, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen described

MS-13 as a "threat to our homeland security.""

Immigration remains a hot-button issue.

While conservatives argue that we need to toughen up on border security liberals have

argued we need to be more generous with children who were brought to the United States illegally

by their parents when they did not have a choice.

The rise in gang violence by gangs such as MS-13 that are run by illegal immigrants has

pushed this controversial debate to the forefront of news outlets all across the nation further

dividing people.

Wow.

I totally agree.

I think water is my favorite thing, too.

We love water!

I really don't like things that don't appreciate water.

I guess, like, droughts.

And fire.

Oh yeah.

He's going to host us a couple times

and teach us more about plants.

We're really excited about it.

THIS is the Main Cause of Suffering for Most People (The Hungry Ghost) - Duration: 6:24.

have you ever noticed that you're always just trying to fill some type of void

that you can't really explain well you might be a Hungry Ghost

what's a Hungry Ghost make sure that you stay tuned to find out and we'll also be

discussing the solutions what is up everybody this is Chris from the rewired

soul where we talk about the problem but focus on the solution and today's topic

is extremely extremely important as we dive into it it'll start to make sense

but this whole topic this is a primary source of suffering for so many people

so so many people but the problem is that most people don't even realize what

they're actually doing so do me a favor if you can relate to this video if you

find anything of value in this video please share it because like I said a

lot of people are struggling with this but they don't even realize it so we

want to get the message out there and help even more people alright but let's

get started and talk about what this Hungry Ghost is so the term The Hungry

Ghost actually comes from Buddhist philosophy okay and they came up with

this term as they notice that this is a key source of suffering for many many

people they use this term to describe how so

many people are driven by intense emotional needs in an animalistic way in

a more modern neurobiological way of looking at this we're constantly seeking

for the next dopamine hit okay so some of the modern examples of this we're

always looking for the next thing to buy or we're waiting for the next like on

Facebook or the next light on our latest Instagram photo or for you fellow

youtubers out there the next subscription sometimes we're working for

the next tasty thing to eat or the next sign of love affection attention or

we're looking for even more ways to make more money because we feel that that's

going to be the thing that fills that void inside of us something that we got

to make very clear first off is that we're looking for these very temporary

solutions to more of a long-term problem and these are just distraction

techniques no matter what we do no matter how many likes that we get on

Facebook or Instagram or anything like that

they are very fleeting and they don't last very long these are distraction

techniques this is one of the many reasons why I am NOT a fan of fidget

spinners and fidget cubes and things like that because we have to sit back

and think what's going to happen now that we've become dependent on this

thing what's gonna happen when that thing isn't around what happens when you

forget your fidget spinner at home right what's going to happen when you don't

have money to buy the next thing what's gonna happen when you're not getting

likes on Facebook or Instagram what's gonna happen if you stop getting

subscribers what's gonna happen if you're not making more money right all

these are things that are completely outside of our control in many cases but

we start to freak out if we don't have them because we've been relying on these

things to fill this void we're basically trying to put a bunch of different

band-aids on these wounds right but we need to get down to the source of this

wound and start to heal that instead so loneliness stress fear anxiety anger

sadness these are all very uncomfortable feelings that we just don't like to feel

and that's when we're looking for these things to feel this void right because

none of us like to be uncomfortable none of us do and the problem is is that we

keep looking for things to make us not feel uncomfortable even though it's

something that's very very fleeting and this is one of the main reasons why we

meditate meditation helps us start to feel comfortable with the uncomfortable

these things these sensations these emotions that we have they always pass

something that I always say which I learned from one of my meditation

teachers is this the word emotion okay look at it in two separate words II

motion motion is going to pass through but so many of us don't just simply let

our emotions run their course so we're never able to fully solve the main

source of our suffering so imagine a lie for these various emotions that we don't

like they arise but we learn how to sit with them and just watch them and bring

a curiosity to them rather than trying to look for something to temper

distract us think about what a life of like that would actually be it's

extremely empowering because we're no longer looking for the next thing we

learn how to just simply sit and be with it and the best part about it is our

brain starts to rewire itself and it knows it knows with absolute certainty

that this emotion this difficult time is going to past and it will not last

forever one of the reasons why I'm always trying to get all of you out

there to meditate even if it's only for five to ten minutes a day it's because I

am living proof all right over the past few years that I started to meditate

which I thought wasn't the dumbest thing I've ever heard of over the last few

years since I've made this part of my daily life I have been able to reap the

benefits over and over day after day because I've learned how to sit with

these things rather than trying to distract myself from them and if you're

interested in some of the videos I've done on getting started with meditation

if you're a beginner if you don't know much about it if you want to find apps

and all those other things all right be sure to check out the info cards and I

will also link the entire playlist at the end of this video and by the way how

awesome is my thumbnail it was made by my beautiful girlfriend Tristan so make

sure that you go follow her on instagram at tag dot doodles but yeah thanks so

much for watching everybody and like I said if you can relate to this if you

find that you're costly looking for the next thing to fill that void and you're

constantly looking and looking and looking and seeking if you can relate to

this please please please do me a favor and share this video with other people

even if you just post it on your Facebook Timeline someone is gonna watch

this video they're gonna be able to relate and they might be able to find a

solution like you are now that you've subscribed to my channel alright but

anyways if you like this video please give it a thumbs up and if you're new

here make sure you click that little round subscribe button my entire channel

is about helping you out with your mental and emotional needs and like I

said right there is my playlist if you want to get started in meditation and

mindfulness alright thanks so much for watching
