Kellyanne Conway Eviscerates Hillary Clinton For GO AWAY Comment At Rutgers

Kelly and Conway Kelly and we're not gonna ask you about that we're gonna ask

you about the big issues of the day such as stocks their rallying is the

president outs his economic gains and a plan to boost spending on infrastructure

my question for you really is you know it seems infrastructure is something

that benefits the whole country why do Dems continue to just play politics and

not root for the US of A it seems in this regard well it's an excellent

question why infrastructure can't be done more easily you would think it's

the most non partisan issue one can imagine the air traffic control system

built for a time and we had about 100,000 passengers annually we're not

close to 1 billion airline passengers annually and we all know what it's like

for those tarmac waits the the fact that you see many improvements can be made to

security to timeliness less hassle for the passengers also think about the

50,000 bridges or so that are in disrepair the 240,000 or so water main

breaks we have every year the list goes on and on I think people see it as a

tangible problem in their community so what is this president doing about it

he's asking the Democrats to come to the table and in the Omnibus last week there

was 21 billion dollars toward infrastructure spending that's a good

start but there are many administrative actions and fixes this president can

take and is looking at very closely acting on two or three major points to

his infrastructure vision which we think every Republican and Democrat should get

behind one is is 1.5 trillion dollars in spending and it's meant to incentivize

also pieces of that mention incentivize local communities and private private

actors organizations to come and give money as well number two it's reducing

this Crees permitting process we have sometimes eight ten years incessant

amounts of public comment period and then get it down to one or two years the

president is a builder he's accustomed to as we know the trumpian way of on

time and under budget deliver major projects so we certainly

hope Democrats will come to the table this should be a nonpartisan issue there

are many things as president do a speech yesterday really showed what a job

creator infrastructure is as well and we coming hot on the heels of his massive

tax cut historic tax cuts his workforce development skills education initiatives

all of this blends together and it means that the time for infrastructure

improvements are here we certainly hope people won't just look at this through

the political lens and they'll listen to their constituents who are saying the

potholes the bridges in disrepair the traffic hassles all of that this

president wants to tackle it even though we know the local communities know best

how to fix it in their areas Kellyanne you mentioned how

infrastructure should be nonpartisan well the same the other thing that

should be nonpartisan is our justice system yet we've seen abuses in the

fysop process under the Obama administration a lot of calls from

members of Congress to potentially appoint a second special counsel while

they led a response to a letter yesterday from the Attorney General says

he will not be appointing a second special counsel to investigate fights of

abuses instead nominating an attorney John Huber to look at it from the

outside and work with the IG is that enough for the white house the outside

John Huber to work with the IG or would you'd like to see a second special

counsel well based on everything that we see publicly including on this network

on a daily basis there's no question that more information needs to come

forward and we know there's an inspector general's report coming soon and we know

that everybody's been able to read these texts there were people at the top

involved in an investigation who obviously had political points of view

that they were not shy about expressing and frankly acting upon it seems so

having this prosecutor take a fresh look at everything that we know and could

know is a very positive development I respect the Attorney General's decision

I've also noted that you've had people in like Sarah Carter congressman meadows

Congress in Jordan last night on a different program on your network I

believe are rooms for them know coming forth and and giving us more information

and so the question for America remains if we're an investigation mode in

Washington DC this one seems like quite a right boy

why was John why was John Huber why was he selected he's a guy that

lives out in Utah what what's the significance well you'd have to ask the

Attorney General that just seems but it is the I read I read the Attorney

General's letter last night it was four or five pages long it's a public

document your viewers can certainly take a look at it and understand the Attorney

General's reasoning but I have faith that this will be handled in the way

that more information will be forthcoming we respect the 25,000 or so

rank-and-file men and women in the FBI but there is very little doubt now that

shenanigans and untoward conduct was being had in the way that rises to the

level of continued investigations yeah certain certainly seems like the

evidence is balanced even more so on that abuse than it ever was for Russian

collusion that justified an entire Special Counsel but we will stay on it

for sure another another aspect of all this is Hillary Clinton and she's not

gone away as you know she yesterday had some words to say about why she lost the

election and shouldn't go away listen I was really struck by how people said

that to me you know go away go away they never said that to any man who was not

elected I am really committed to speaking out and doing what I can to

have a voice in the debate about where our country is going so why still those

types of explanations well let me just say you brought her up I did and I think

there should be a topic today she's wrong comparing herself to those male

candidates Republican and Democratic who lost presidential elections as well they

were much more gracious about it and as for wanting to be part of the

conversation the only conversation she's having these days is about her and the

2016 election when you've got Democrats wanting to move forward off of her look

at their public comments and into 2018 so this whole Oh what was me I I'm a

victim of sexist and misogynist I'm because of the election and women white

women listen to their husbands and their sons as to where they get their

political cues obviously I certainly don't but the fact is

that Hillary Clinton is still talking about her at an election that happened a

year and a half ago ahead of the next elections

I also took note that it was publicly reported she got about twenty five

thousand dollars for that speech whoa she used to get ten times that folks ten

times then there's no smell she was giving speeches before she lost her

second presidential election they're 5,000 people that's about 5,000 a person

and so I mean the five - excuse me five dollars a person and so I think if she

wants to be part of the national conversation she should cause about

infrastructure opioids health care attachments there are many conversations

to be had I don't see her out there doing talking much about anything beyond

herself Karolina Conway we got to go thank you very very much thank you

god bless you and God bless america

Anti Trump Voters Are The Most Energized For 2018 Midterms - Duration: 4:26.

According to new polling data, 60% of the people who say they are very excited about

voting in this year's mid-term elections, 60% of them also happen to strongly disapprove

of the job that Donald Trump is doing as president.

Only 32% of people who are excited about voting this year say that they strongly approve of

the job that Donald Trump is doing, so by about a two to one margin, the people who

are most excited about heading to the polls this coming November also want to see Trump

defeated.

This is really bad news for Republicans, as most news these days is.

We had already talked earlier about the fact that you have 23 Republicans from the House

of Representatives not seeking reelection this year, and now we find out that the majority

of people who are excited about voting in this year's mid-terms are ready to send a

message to Republicans all over the country.

I am positive that those two are related.

But here's the thing.

Typically in mid-term elections, especially in a first-year president's mid-term elections,

it's not uncommon for them to lose one of the chambers of Congress, so it is likely,

just based on nothing more than past as precedent, that Donald Trump and the Republicans would

lose the House of Representatives this year.

Even if Donald Trump wasn't one of the most hated politicians ever and if the Republicans

in Congress weren't the most incompetent and corrupted Congress we've seen in years, they

would still stand a very good chance of losing just for the sake of people changing things

up.

That is typically what happens.

Now, according to FiveThirtyEight, Republicans typically do have an advantage in mid-term

elections, but that advantage is actually nullified when there is a Republican in office.

All of the signs right now are pointing towards Republicans losing at least the House of Representatives,

possibly the Senate, though that is going to be very, very, very tough for them to do.

This election in November is the Democrats' to lose basically.

Everything is set up for them to make a clean sweep and take back the House of Representatives.

The only question is are they going to do something stupid between now and November

to screw it up?

I mean, recently we saw a lot of Democrats side with Republicans to vote in favor of

a deregulation bill that puts banks basically in the same situation they were in before

they caused a massive economic crash.

That was a bad move, Democrats, and if you keep doing stuff like that, then yeah, that's

going to hurt you in the mid-term elections.

That's what bugs me the most about these Democrats in DC, is that they want to do the right thing.

I believe that for most of them, except for like Joe Manchin, but when they're given the

opportunity to do it, they think nobody's watching, so they're like, "All right, well

I'm just going to vote yes on this one thing," and that one thing snowballs.

We've seen it time and time again from these Democrats.

I remember predicting after the 2014 mid-terms, where Democrats lost heavily, I remember predicting

the day after that election that Democrats were going to not change their ways and then

somehow manage to lose the 2016 election, and this was even before anybody had announced

that they were officially running for president, and I was right.

Democrats didn't change, and they lost.

They know a little bit better now, but change is hard for them, and so far we haven't seen

too much of a change from them.

Again, this mid-term election is theirs to lose.

The people are excited.

They want the Republicans out.

They're not quite sure at this point if the Democrats are the very clear answer to countering

Republicans, so Democrats have to get out there and prove that they are a very clear,

a very distinct alternative to these disastrous Republican policies.

Natural Remedies for Children with Poor Appetite - Canada 365 - Duration: 7:19.

Natural Remedies for Children with Poor Appetite

A child with a small appetite can be source of constant worry for parents who often dont know how to solve this issue.

It can also cause a child to feel stressed, forcing them to eat more than they wanted to.

The key is to address their poor appetite naturally.

In this article, well explore remedies that stimulate childrens appetite so that theyll eat everything their body needs without having to force them.

Reasons children wont eat.

Many children go through stages during childhood where theyre not very hungry.

In some cases, the child is going through a phase and it doesnt last long.

However, sometimes it can last longer and lead to weight loss, which worries parents greatly.

Some reasons a child may not have much of an appetite include:.

Food intolerances: In some cases, when a childs poor appetite only involves certain foods, it could mean theyre intolerant to them.

This can happen with milk, flour, and dried fruit for example.

Youll have to consider whether your child could have a digestive problem.

Anemia: Iron deficiency could be why your child has a small appetite.

In this case, youll have to ensure that their diet is balanced and adequate.

You can also add iron-rich foods to their diet.

Intestinal parasites: Parasites are very common in children, as they often put their hands in their mouth.

However, their symptoms can go unnoticed or be mistaken for other issues.

Other symptoms include nervousness, dilated pupils, or an itchy nose/anus.

Emotional issues: Dont rule out emotional problems as the cause.

For example, a complicated family life or any problem in a childs environment can affect their appetite.

Other illnesses: If their appetite doesnt quickly return or is excessive, consult your physician so that they can perform any necessary tests.

This way, you can rule out illness as the cause.

Before giving your child any medication, keep in mind that some cause harmful side effects.

For this reason, its recommended that you first try natural remedies, accompanied with a balanced diet and lifestyle.

Tips for children with a poor appetite.

Pollen.

Pollen is a superfood that can solve a childs nutritional deficiencies, like anemia.

To reap its benefits, it should be taken ground and before eating, using a dose thats age appropriate.

Nutritional yeast.

Nutritional yeast is rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, and is excellent at increasing appetite.

Whats more, its an ideal supplement that fosters healthy physical and mental development.

Yarrow.

Yarrow is a medicinal plant that increases appetite and aids digestion.

Its also used to prevent and eliminate intestinal parasites, which could be responsible for the loss of appetite.

Alfalfa.

Alfalfa is a highly alkalizing and healthy food that is ideal for preventing various health issues.

On top of stimulating appetite, it fights heartburn and prevents stomach ulcers.

Original recipes.

Try making food that looks visually appealing so that your child will try new things.

You can make shapes or unique food art out of food.

If they dont want to eat legumes, fish, or vegetables, you can try to make fillings or dough using those ingredients.

A good way to get them to eat legumes is by using chickpea flour.

Helping in the kitchen.

Children should help out in the kitchen according to their age.

This will help increase their appetite and theyll want to eat what they made.

Sports.

A major problem facing children today is that their lifestyles are much more sedentary than before.

This is the result of new technology, city life, or overworked parents.

Its critical that they play and take part in dynamic activities every day.

LOVE FOR UNICORNS - Duration: 5:31.

My Little Pony, My Little Pony, My Little Pony...

I even have a tail now.

Hello puddins, or should I say unicorns today?

I even have a tail see?

Tail, unicorn tail.

Anywho, today I'm gonna explain to you guys why do I love fluffy animals,

why do I love shiny shit,

why do I love glitter, pink, purple and all those

.....????

And all that things so much,

and specially why my love for unicorns!

So, it's no secret to anyone in here that I am obsessed with unicorns.

It got stuck. Technical problems. Stuck, stuck, stuck.

Love for unicorns.

I love unicorns.

I love unicorns.

Still love unicorns.

"I wish that I could that I could bake a cake

made out of rainbows and smiles,

and we're all eat and be happy."

So, as I said, no secret to anyone.

I have unicorn cups. Sometimes it's tea,

not gonna say coffee because I don't drink coffee.

Sometimes is vodka in here.

I have that. I have unicorns plastic cups, I have

unicorn planners, I have unicorn pens, I have unicorn random shit,

I have unicorn things to put your coins.

I forget I have coins.

BITCH I'M RICH!

I have unicorn things to get showered.

I even have this fucking unicorn plastic bag

that I literally bought cuz I thought they were cute.

Yeah, they have no use.

And unicorn notebook, notebook, unicorn notebooks!

And I have a book called "Be a unicorn".

So what do the unicorn symbolize?

Unicorn is a magical being.

Obviously they ain't real.

For me they are.

But let's pretend there are not.

And they symbolize hope. They symbolize magic.

Because come on, who doesn't believe in magic? Even though you believed it when

you were 5 years old watching Disney movies,

or reading magical books. We all believed

in magic one day, and I'm pretty sure we all still do believe.

But most of all

unicorns, they symbolize hope, they symbolize faith, and I think this is very,

very, very important to keep - you know just to keep a crazy side of yourself,

and I have the crazy unicorn side as you can see.

Not only unicorns I like - I like

my little pony. Where's my little pony?

I even have a unicorn shower cap. I shower with that.

This is how I shower. Obviously with my hair in, but I shower like that.

But anywho, is there vodka here?

No, no vodka. Dammit!

Anyways...

Sorry, ayyy.. I scared my baby!

I think this is very important, not just as kids.

As we grow up, I think it's important for us to keep

that magical side inside us, that magical belief, that mystical belief.

Because deep inside, there is something that has to keep us going.

I mean we all have to believe in

something that is not real. Unicorns are not real.

I'm sorry they are.

if you tell me I'm delusional, I might fall off my unicorn.

I didn't come up with that.

Yeah, I read that off somewhere.

I love my unicorns not only

because they were pink, and cute, and they have horns, and they're glittery, and they piss glitter..

They probably shit glitter too.

But because they symbolize hope,

because magic is hope.

Because we grew up watching movies where at the end

everything becomes okay, and sometimes it becomes okay for

reasons that are not real. But even though we know it's not real, it's just

good to keep that belief inside us. Just some days when you're feeling down...

I especially look at my stuffed animals. They're usually in my room, by the way.

But I do think is important to have something mythical inside of you to

believe in some kind of magic, because again, it brings us hope... It brings us

faith and this is what the world needs.

Not necessarily unicorns. I'm not THAT crazy.

But that's my way of, you know, bringing glitter in my life.

Sometimes when I'm having a bad day and I think a unicorn my shit in my head,

and the shit might be glitter and then I'll become all glittery and just jump around and shit...

Anyways, that's it!

Thank you guys for watching! If you hate it, comment.

Love you haters, by the way!

If you love it comment too. Ideas for videos, comment.

Like me, subscribe. Like the video, hate the video do your own shit. I don't give a f***!

I'm kidding I do, who doesn't?

Bye Puddings!

Unicorn thought: "Why walk, when you can skip?"

Ahh, this is a good one:

"It might have never been a weed, but unicorn thought it was beautiful."

Shocking Victory For Proponents Of Alternative Medicine - Duration: 10:08.

Shocking Victory For Proponents Of Alternative Medicine

By Jon Rappoport

Breaking: In Australia, an effort to label all alternative (traditional, complementary)

medicine products as based on pseudoscience has failed.

Traditional remedies (much older than mainstream medicines) are defended as appropriate, and

can include health claims.

The Crazz Files, a major defender of health freedom in Australia, reports: In a major

win, the Federal Government has ignored the Australian Greens and anti-complementary medicine

activists like Doctor Ken Harveyand passed a reform package that protects traditional

medicine.

The Therapeutic Goods Amendment (2017 Measures No. 1) Bill, which passed Parliament on February

15, supports positive claims for complementary medicines based on traditional evidence, and

abolishes the current complaints system.

Greens voters were shocked to learn Greens Leader and General Practitioner, Senator Dr

Richard Di Natale was aligned with skeptics, whose platform is: There is no alternative

to [modern] Medicine.

One of his [Dr. Di Natales] concerns was that people were being misled by

traditional claims about the effectiveness of complementary medicine.

He, and the skeptics, wanted labels on complementary and traditional medicines to state: this

traditional indication is not in accordance with modern medical knowledge and there is

no scientific evidence that this product is effective. The Minister for Rural

Health, Senator Bridget McKenzie, told Di Natale: I think it is offensive and disrespectful

to those who practice traditional medicine.

For some, particularly those using Chinese medicine, the history of practising in that

traditional medicine paradigm goes back thousands of years.

Its been extensively refined, practised and documented and in many cases incorporated

into mainstream medicine.

So, a statement required by the Australian Government that the indication is not in accordance

with modern medical knowledge and that there is no scientific evidence will be seen as

arrogant and insensitive to those practising and using traditional Chinese medicines,

Senator McKenzie said.

Boom.

All right.

Now I want to treat readers to a brief analysis of modern medicine, the so-called scientific

system that is the only valid system. It is the system employed in Australia, America,

and virtually all countries in the world.

People who watch the news or read mainstream news have the impression that scientific

medical research is remarkably valid and always progressing.

Doctors and medical bureaucrats line up to confirm and ceaselessly push this view.

But they are concealing a dark truth.

Lets go to the record.

Here are two editors of two of the most prestigious and respected medical journals in the world.

During their long careers, they have read and scrutinized more studies than any doctor,

researcher, bureaucrat, or so-called medical blogger.

And this is what they have written:

ONE: It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that

is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical

guidelines.

I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two

decades as an editor of The New England Journal of Medicine. (Dr. Marcia Angell, NY Review

of Books, January 15, 2009, Drug Companies & Doctors: A Story of Corruption)

TWO: The case against science is straightforward: much of the scientific literature, perhaps

half, may simply be untrue.

Afflicted by studies with small sample sizes, tiny effects, invalid exploratory analyses,

and flagrant conflicts of interest, together with an obsession for pursuing fashionable

trends of dubious importance, science has taken a turn towards darkness

The apparent endemicity of bad research behaviour is alarming.

In their quest for telling a compelling story, scientists too often sculpt data to fit their

preferred theory of the world.

Or they retrofit hypotheses to fit their data.

Journal editors deserve their fair share of criticism too.

We aid and abet the worst behaviours.

Our acquiescence to the impact factor fuels an unhealthy competition to win a place in

a select few journals.

Our love of significance pollutes the literature with many a statistical fairy-taleJournals

are not the only miscreants.

Universities are in a perpetual struggle for money and talent (Dr. Richard Horton,

editor-in-chief, The Lancet, in The Lancet, 11 April, 2015, Vol 385, Offline: What

is medicines 5 sigma?)

There are many ominous implications in these two statements.

I will point out one.

Incompetent, error-filled, and fraudulent studies of medical drugsfor example, published

reports on clinical trials of those drugswould lead one to expect chaos in the field of medical

treatment.

And by chaos, I mean: the drugs cause widespread death and severe injury.

Again, if a person obtains his news from mainstream sources, he will say, But I see no evidence

of such a vast scandal.

That is a conspiracy of silence.

Because this widespread death and grievous harm HAS been reported.

Where?

In open-source medical literature.

For example: On July 26, 2000, the US medical community received a titanic shock, when one

of its most respected public-health experts, Dr. Barbara Starfield, revealed her findings

on healthcare in America.

Starfield was associated with the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.

The Starfield study, Is US health really the best in the world?, published in the

Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), came to the following conclusion,

among others:

Every year in the US, correctly prescribed, FDA approved medical drugs kill 106,000 people.

Thus, every decade, these drugs kill more than a MILLION people.

On the heels of Starfields astonishing findings, media reporting was rather perfunctory,

and it soon dwindled.

No major newspaper or television network mounted an ongoing Medicalgate investigation.

Neither the US Department of Justice nor federal health agencies undertook prolonged remedial

action.

All in all, those parties who could have taken effective steps to correct this ongoing tragedy

preferred to ignore it.

On December 6-7, 2009, I interviewed Dr. Starfield by email.

Here is an excerpt from that interview.

Q: What has been the level and tenor of the response to your findings, since 2000?

A: The American public appears to have been hoodwinked into believing that more interventions

lead to better health, and most people that I meet are completely unaware that the US

does not have the best health in the world.

Q: In the medical research community, have your medically-caused mortality statistics

been debated, or have these figures been accepted, albeit with some degree of shame?

A: The findings have been accepted by those who study them.

There has been only one detractor, a former medical school dean, who has received a lot

of attention for claiming that the US health system is the best there is and we need more

of it.

He has a vested interest in medical schools and teaching hospitals (they are his constituency).

Q: Have health agencies of the federal government consulted with you on ways to mitigate the

[devastating] effects of the US medical system?

A: NO.

Q: Are you aware of any systematic efforts, since your 2000 JAMA study was published,

to remedy the main categories of medically caused deaths in the US?

A: No systematic efforts; however, there have been a lot of studies.

Most of them indicate higher rates [of death] than I calculated.

Q: Did your 2000 JAMA study sail through peer review, or was there some opposition to publishing

it?

A: It was rejected by the first journal that I sent it to, on the grounds that it would

not be interesting to readers!

end of interview excerpt

Physicians are trained to pay exclusive homage to peer-reviewed published drug studies.

These doctors unfailingly ignore the fact that, if medical drugs are killing a million

Americans per decade, the studies on which those drugs are based must be fraudulent.

In other words, the medical literature is suspect, unreliable, and impenetrable.

WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT THE TWO ESTEEMED MEDICAL EDITORS I QUOTED ABOVEMARCIA ANGELL AND

RICHARD HORTONARE SAYING.

If you know a doctor who enjoys sitting up on his high horse dispensing the final word

on modern medicine, you might give him the quotes from Dr. Angell and Dr. Horton, instruct

him to read them, and suggest he get in touch with Angell and Horton, in order to discover

what has happened to his profession.

assistance in order to quickly make a better decision

toward malaria diagnosis

In order to develop a machine learning approach

this study investigates the textural, morphological and

colour features of the red blood cells for discriminating

both the affected red blood cells due to malaria

infection and non-affected red blood cells

The first process is to extract the red blood features

of both groups using different feature descriptor techniques

The second step is feature selection

Among 96 extracted features, 94 features were selected

as training data for the machine learning procedure

The last process is classification

Here the red blood cells are considered as testing data

to be divided as affected or non-affected red blood cells

This figure shows the results based on the subset of

features and the accuracy of the classifiers applied in

dividing the red blood cells

Two types of classifiers are used in this research

The Bayesian approach and the Support vector machine or SVM approach

Bayesian learning considers each feature independently

whereas SVM verifies the interactions between features

The figure demonstrates that the Bayesian approach

achieved 84% accuracy with 19 most significant features

and SVM leads to 83.5% accuracy for 9 most significant

features of the red blood cells

This proposed method is able to classify different

stages of the malaria disease

Moreover, it can be applicable in telemedicine to provide

quick diagnosis in remote places where pathologists

are not often accessible

Plantain Fufu: 4 Tools For Plantain Fufu | All Nigerian Recipes - Duration: 6:04.

Hey guys I'm Flo and as promised, here's the recipe for Plantain Fufu.

I'll be using unripe plantains also known as green plantains.

Unripe Plantains have so many health benefits, please look it up.

You can use as many plantains as you can finish.

Hahaha

First wash the plantains thoroughly.

The bunch of plantains are placed in all manner of places

so the skin is dirty and when peeling it,

your hand will touch the skin then go on to touch the peeled plantains.

That's why you need to wash it very well.

The same goes for ripe plantains that you want to fry.

Just like bananas, plantains have a natural peel

so just make a cut and peel naturally.

Then slice it up like this.

Unripe plantains are not as soft as yams when cooked

so you need to slice them thinly so they can be evenly

and well-cooked enough to be mashed into a smooth paste.

Put in a pot.

Pour enough water to cover them and start cooking on medium heat.

Cook till you can easily crush the plantain pieces with a fork like this.

You do not want it too soft neither do you want it too hard.

Decant the water and set it aside because we will use it later.

The first method of turning the plantains into fufu is by using a potato masher.

Put the pot of cooked plantains back on the stove,

this time on the lowest heat if you are using a gas burner.

If you have this kind of vitro ceramic cooker no need to turn it on

because the residual heat from cooking the plantains is enough.

While mashing, if it is putting up too much resistance

so that you absolutely can't mash anymore,

add a little bit of the water we used in cooking it and continue mashing.

Mash mash mash till the pieces of plantains are crushed.

Don't add too much water even if it's hard at this time.

Try to resist that temptation.

When all the pieces of plantains have been crushed into a paste,

follow up with a wooden spatula.

Mix with all your manpower or woman power

till you achieve the smoothest plantain fufu.

It's perfectly fine now but at this time, if you want it softer

you can add more water and mix very well.

Plantain fufu has the tendency to harden up when it cools down to a comfortable temperature

so play around with different consistencies when making it.

Cover and leave it to heat up for about 1 minute.

Mix once again and it's ready!

The second method you can use to turn the plantains into fufu is

to use your stand mixer just like I did with the pounded yam.

You can also use a blender like I did with the pounded yam.

The fourth and my favourite method is using a mortar and pestle,

the traditional way!

It's my favourite because the pestle crushes the plantains very well.

And the plantain fufu has the perfect consistency.

Pound as much quantity as your mortar can allow

while giving you room to crush the plantains very well.

With the mortar, make sure you have crushed every piece of plantain before adding water.

I didn't not even need to add water to this one.

Which is your favourite method?

Wrap with a plastic film or put it in a container with a cover

so it does not dry up.

Serve immediately with any Nigeria soup for Fufu!

Enjoy!!!

Heroic Mom Makes Ultimate Sacrifice For 3-Yr-Old Son Swept Away By Waves - Duration: 2:41.

Heroic Mom Makes Ultimate Sacrifice For 3-Yr-Old Son Swept Away By Waves

A mother's love truly knows no bounds, especially when it comes to the safety and security of

her children.

She is willing to sacrifice everything – even her own life – to ensure that her kids can

live theirs.

One Palestine, Texas, woman proved just that Monday when she heroically ignored her own

safety for that of her son's.

Brandy Mosley was on vacation with her family in Galveston, Texas, and they were enjoying

some time in the surf and sand on Crystal Beach.

Brandy's son was wearing water wings and playing at the water's edge when an unexpected

wave knocked him over.

Seeing that her son was struggling in the water, Brandy ran over to help.

"He lost his footing and was having trouble regaining his footing," Maj. Douglas Hudson

of the Galveston Sheriff's Office said.

"She saw him in distress and retrieved him."

Brandy grabbed her son and passed him to another adult who was nearby, but when that person

turned around, Brandy was gone.

"We're not sure if it was an undercurrent or riptide that grabbed hold of her or if

she was knocked down by another wave," Hudson said.

"We don't have a witness, all we know is she went under and never resurfaced."

Rescue teams scoured the area by helicopter and boat through the night and into the next

morning.

At around 6:30 am, a body matching Brandy's description was discovered about two miles

from where she had disappeared.

Officials are waiting on a medical examiner's report before they officially confirm it is

Brandy, but they believe it is her.

It is clear this heroic mom was well-loved, and her influence and spirit will not be forgotten.

About a month before she saved him from the turbulent waters, Brandy had shared a sweet

conversation she had with her son.

"When your 3 year old tells you, 'I'll always love you.

And, I'll always keep you at my house.

And, I'll always love your eyebrows,' you must be doing something right," she

wrote.

Brandy's love and faith were evident in everything she did.

The salon owner often posted conversations with her clients on her Facebook page, sharing

little miracles and "divine appointments" she had witnessed.

One client even told Brandy that she had learned how to treat people because of Brandy's

influence.

Brandy will be incredibly missed, but her spirit and her legacy of faith, love, and

compassion will live on.

Please join us in keeping Brandy's heartbroken family in your thoughts and prayers.
