Keto/Low Carb Healthy Meal Prep For the Week! - Mind Over Munch - Duration: 8:24.

You guys are the CHEESE knees!

It's always BUTTER when we're together!

Aw, you guys are BACON me blush.

We're fat, but we're the GOOD fat!

Woah, bro. That's an avoca-don't!

I was only yolk-ing…

Ha ha ha ha ha.

Ahhhhh!

Hey munchies! Welcome if you're new, I'm Alyssia

and today, after MANY requests, I am sharing my first keto meal prep,

which is also paleo and of course low carb.

If you don't know about a ketogenic lifestyle,

I encourage you to check out the video I did a few weeks ago

that breaks it down along with some other common diet lifestyles

that we hear about these days.

If you are not specifically on a low carb lifestyle, you can still incorporate these recipes,

remember, you can always modify and find inspiration,

and that's the goal here rather than specific meal plans.

PLUS, remember that we're all different—

different people need different amounts of fats, proteins and carbs

whether they follow a ketogenic lifestyle or not,

because everyone has a different carb tolerance so you will have to adjust as needed,

but I wanted to share some fun low carb recipes

since it is a hot topic and highly requested lately.

For breakfast, I'm making some bacon cheddar egg cups.

First I cook up some nitrate free bacon—enjoy the smell and listen to that sizz!

Give that a chop, and then whisk together some eggs, almond milk, and salt and pep.

To the muffin tin, I add my toppings of choice,

which are my mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, and chopped bacon.

Then I distribute the egg mixture into the compartments,

about ¼ cup or a large ice cream scoop each, and top it off with cheese.

Bake until beginning to brown on top and set through.

Enjoy immediately, or allow to cool and refrigerate, OR freeze!

You can reheat these in the microwave, and they're also tasty cold!

Perfect for meal prepping and making more batches at a time for later.

You can enjoy one or two of these with a "bulletproof" coffee,

or skip the coffee and enjoy a few extra! It is up to you!

Check out my Facebook page for a bulletproof coffee recipe that I really like!

For lunch, I'm making a beef and broccoli bowl with cauliflower rice.

Start with your fat of choice: coconut oil, grass fed butter, or ghee!

Ghee is clarified butter without any lactose or casein

so it's great for people who are sensitive to those,

and it's also nutritionally rich like coconut oil.

It has a deep, rich and nutty flavor.

I add garlic and ginger paste to the melted ghee and allow that to become fragrant,

before adding my beef. I cook that through,

and then add in my veggies: cauliflower rice and broccoli florets.

Once the broccoli is bright and vibrant, and cooked to your liking,

add your sauce ingredients: coconut aminos or soy sauce, sesame oil,

salt & pep, and red pepper flakes for a kick, if you want it.

Coat completely and season to taste.

You can stop here and refrigerate or freeze, so it's another great bulk recipe,

but when you're ready to serve,

I like to top it off with sliced avocado, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions!

If you're on a low carb diet and missing rice,

cauliflower rice is a GREAT mental trick and you won't even miss the rice in this bowl.

It's delicious and nutritious! Thumbs up for substitutions!

For dinner, I'll need some mayonnaise for my dish.

There are different approaches to a high fat diet—some people just go by macros,

but I think of a ketogenic diet as a WHOLE FOODS diet.

A lot of the oils used in mayonnaise can be inflammatory and processed,

so I'm making my own olive oil based mayo.

In a deep measuring cup I add egg yolks, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard,

olive oil (a lighter olive oil, NOT extra virgin) and sprinkle with salt and pep.

Allow to sit for a minute or two and settle,

and then begin pulsing with an immersion blender on a low setting.

Continue to pulse until it starts to become thick and creamy at the bottom,

and then allow the blender to follow the measuring cup up and down

to emulsify and integrate completely.

Place in a jar and store in the fridge for up to a week!

This mayo is really a great option for anyone wanting a cleaner mayonnaise,

whether you follow a keto lifestyle or not.

If you're enjoying these recipes and tips,

be sure to subscribe so you don't miss any content!

Hit that bell to be notified each week!

Go ahead, hit it!

Come on! You can do it!

So how am I using this in my meal prep?

Well, first I'm going to turn this into a WASABI mayo by whisking in some wasabi paste.

This is optional but adds a lot of flavor,

and then I'm going to coat a piece of wild caught salmon for dinner in the mayo.

I add that salmon piece to a panini press and cook through to my liking!

That wasabi mayo adds SO much flavor!

The beauty of this meal is it's a fresh cooked meal every day.

You can keep your salmon in the fridge or freezer if you're worried that it won't last,

because usually fish only makes it a few days in the fridge,

just thaw it out the night before using in the fridge.

You already have your mayo ready to go so it's super easy.

I like to serve that with a side salad so I'm jarring up some of my favorite greens,

as well as some tomatoes, and sliced mushrooms. This way it's all ready to go each night.

I've also made a zesty cilantro lime dressing to top it off.

I simply add jalapeño, seeded if you don't want it spicy,

garlic, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, and salt to a blender and let it rip until it's smooth.

You could also add avocado to this dressing,

but it may not make it the whole week in the fridge.

It's so flavorful and makes a boring salad fun.

I top the salad off with avocado and some of my favorite EVER

Trader Joe's Everything but the bagel seasoning (this is NOT sponsored!)

and I serve that with my salmon for a delicious dinner

with a great ratio of fat, protein and carbs for a ketogenic lifestyle,

or just a healthy whole foods meal in general!

As snacks for the week, I portion out my favorite nuts,

which are macadamia, pecans and PILI nuts!

If you've never heard of Pili nuts, they are one of the most keto-friendly nuts

because they have the highest oil content and lowest carbs of any nut!

Only 1 gram of carbohydrates and it's fiber,

and 24 grams of fat per serving.

They are a great source of magnesium, vitamin B1 and manganese.

They are significantly more expensive than any other nut, so I don't buy them regularly,

but it's a pretty neat keto-friendly food that I wanted to share with you guys.

I also make sure to have some olives, full fat cheese,

and lower carbohydrate fruits like berries on hand for snacks.

One beautiful thing about a ketogenic diet is you don't really get cravings

and you are generally full—BUT we are human

and sometimes we just FEEL like eating a sweet treat,

so for that, we can make fat bombs! These are my maple nut fudgy fat bombs.

First I make a nut butter with macadamia nuts, pecans, cinnamon,

and maple extract in a food processor.

This is delicious on it's own,

but for the treat I'm melting that down over the stove with coconut oil and erythritol.

Coconut oil has TONS of nutritional benefits as is,

but the fact that coconut oil contains medium chain fatty acids (or MCTs)

as opposed to LONG chain fatty acids means the fat is used as energy,

rather than circulating in the bloodstream.

Since the crux of a ketogenic diet is using FAT as fuel instead of CARBOHYDRATES,

coconut oil obviously becomes a principal ingredient for the lifestyle,

because of those MCTs.

I can then divide that mixture into mini muffin cups lined with silicone liners,

and top them off with chopped pecans and macadamia nuts.

Freeze until firm and you have those ready to go when your human craving or desire hits!

I keep them in the freezer.

And that is my a ketogenic and paleo friendly meal prep for the week!

For tips on GENERAL effective and efficient meal prepping

this week only at mindovermunch.com/ebooks.

Remember, my goal with meal prep videos is never for you to replicate them exactly—

you can if it suits you, but they are here for general inspiration,

so take them and make it your own!

If you aren't on a keto or paleo lifestyle, you can adjust these recipes,

or maybe this is just here for you to educate yourselves about other lifestyles.

For that type of info, again you can check out my video from a few weeks ago

which is linked below.

I hope you found this useful, if you did, please give it a thumbs up!

Inside KSC! for Sept. 8, 2017 - Duration: 1:13.

Hi, I'm NASA Kennedy's Amanda Griffin and I'm taking you Inside KSC!

The last of the major components of a United Launch Alliance Delta IV Heavy rocket were

delivered last week aboard the company ship, Mariner.

The rocket's second stage, along with the third and final first-stage booster core,

arrived together at Port Canaveral.

Each piece was carefully offloaded, then transported to processing facilities at Launch Complex

37 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

The Delta IV Heavy is slated to launch NASA's Parker Solar Probe next year.

Kennedy is taking precautions ahead of the possible arrival of Hurricane Irma during

the next few days.

The powerful storm is currently predicted to affect Florida as a possible Category 4

or 5 major hurricane.

In October 2016 the spaceport was affected by Hurricane Matthew, which passed just offshore

as a Category 3 storm.

Kennedy's Damage Assessment and Recovery Team, or DART, identified all the needed repairs

- such as damaged roofs, water intrusion and power outages.

Kennedy returned to normal operations a few days later.

And remembe, SpacePort Magazine digs deeper Inside KSC!

Engineers use squid ink to fish for gum disease non-invasively - Duration: 8:22.

I work in the Department of NanoEngineering

where we use a variety of small particles,

nano sized tools, to improve human life in diverse areas

including medicine as well as energy.

My lab studies ultrasound and this is a

very exciting project where we're using ultrasound to improve dental health.

Many people are familiar with ultrasound in obstetrics and monitoring pregnancy but

it's used in a variety of applications, but rarely in dentistry.

We think this is a very exciting application of ultrasound

to improve what's known as the pocket depth measurement.

The current approach to assessing gum health includes the pocket depth measurement.

And what it essentially does is measures how strong does the soft

tissue of the gum stick to the bone of the tooth?

So in a very healthy gum, there's a lot of attachment between the tooth and the gum.

But over time, due to infection or inflammation or poor dental hygiene,

there can be detachment between the tooth and the gum.

And that leads to a deeper pocket.

So if you've ever had this done, and they read off numbers

3, 4, 6, 7, 3, that's how many millimeters this little stick

can go in between the tooth and the gum.

The deeper it goes, the less the sicker the tooth is.

So there's a tremendous amount of variability in the force.

So you can imagine if there's a lot of pressure being placed

the probe will go deeper into the gum,

if there's a small amount of pressure the probe does not go very deep into the gum.

So studies have shown that there's a variability as high as 40 to 50%

between technician to technician and between dental practice to dental practice.

What this leads to then is unnecessary treatment as well as a lack of

treatment if patients are under diagnosed or over diagnosed with dental disease.

There's also a tremendous amount of pain involved in this process.

And this can lead to bleeding and can in fact even lead to additional new infections.

It also takes a lot of time. So if we're imagining in ways that we

could reduce costs in healthcare, if we could either see more patients per unit time,

or reduce the number of caregivers that are needed for a patient,

we could allow more patients to have access to dental care.

One of the most exciting features of this approach

is that we're measuring the entire pocket depth.

You could imagine that if the technician probes to the left side of the tooth or

the right side of the tooth or the center part of the tooth, they could miss

or identify disease in a very variable approach. So there may be a region

that has a very deep pocket, but because they're to the left or the right of that

pocket, they don't identify it. Therefore the patient is will have

disease that isn't treated. What we're doing with imaging is imaging the

entire pocket of every tooth. So we can see the contours of the pockets and the

depths of the pocket throughout the region and not just looking at

individual parts. It's the difference between looking in a dark room with a

flashlight versus turning on the entire room lights.

When the patient appears at the dental office, they would first be given an oral

rinse with a squid ink contrast agent. So this is the same kind of squid ink that

people use in pastas and various other types of foodstuffs throughout the

Mediterranean region. It's considered quite a quite a delicacy. What we've done

is slightly reformulated it into a more liquid format, so essentially just

diluted this food grade ingredient into a more liquid form. The patient would

then rinse their mouth with this, similar to any mouth rinse, and capillary action

would increase the amount of this squid ink between the tooth and the gum.

The patient would then undergo a ultrasound imaging event. And the current generation

uses a transducer that looks very similar to this. So you would imagine

that the patient laying back in their chair like in a traditional dental chair

and then having this transducer placed next to the tooth and the gum.

This is what we've done in our preliminary studies.

Our long-term vision is that we're building a special transducer that looks like this

kind of mouthpiece that the patient would just essentially place this in their mouth,

close their mouth and zip!

All of those pocket depths would be taken instantly and then even beamed

wirelessly back to the patient's chart.

We actually got the idea for squid ink with a dinner with some Japanese

colleagues and we were discussing some of the various cuisines throughout the

world and we realized that squid ink actually contains a very high

concentration of melanin nanoparticles.

So melanin, as you might know, is involved in hair and skin coloration.

It's a dark, light-absorbing molecule.

And these animals create these melanin nanoparticles to avoid predators.

But we realized that it would also absorb a large amount of light.

And that's a technique and a feature that we need

in this type of ultrasound known as photoacoustic ultrasound.

Photoacoustics is light in, sound out,

as opposed to sound in, sound out, as in traditional ultrasound.

Alexander Graham Bell originally described photoacoustic imaging

about a hundred years ago, but it hasn't been used in human imaging until the last

five to ten years. In photoacoustics,

incident light on the tissue is absorbed, and that absorption creates a small

amount of heat, and that heat creates a pressure difference. And that pressure

difference, with the right kind of transducer, can actually be detected

acoustically and converted into an image. What's great about it is has a lot of contrast,

contrast being the difference between a specific area and the

background area, so how much difference do we have. And that's why we use this

squid ink nanoparticle because it absorbs a lot of light and can convert

that light then into sound, and hence can be used to measure the pocket depths.

It actually tastes slightly bitter, slightly salty. You can imagine that this

has a lot of salts and other stabilizers in it. Long term, we'll imagine that we

will add some wintergreen, some other type of mints to make it more palatable,

but, as of now it's slightly salty. An important thing is that this is not

going to turn your teeth black. We spent a lot of time in this manuscript

studying how stable is this dye when it's on the teeth? And we were really

happy to see that if the patient would, or excuse me at least in our model, if

we rinse the teeth with water, the dye remained in the pockets. But then when we

back went back and brushed the teeth that this this this squid ink was very

quickly removed with a simple tooth brushing.

What's next is moving into real clinical trials. So we actually have an IRB

approval, which is the necessary permission required to do a study in

human beings, so we're recruiting volunteers and we're working with our

dental colleagues to correlate the measurements that we make with our novel

ultrasound approach to the gold standard method that a dentist would approach.

So using this in real human patients as opposed to the animal models that we've

done in our initial projects. We're also really excited to start building this

kind of mouthpiece that would allow for instantaneous scanning of the entire

mouth as opposed to this sort of point-by-point approach that we're doing

with our current ultrasound transducer.

Ultimately the goal here is not only to

increase the quality of care that patients receive but also the number of

patients who have access to dental care. You can imagine that this technique is

relatively low-cost and is easy to apply broadly so we could imagine that not

only does the care get better, but more patients have access to this care.

Steven Gerrard set for "fantastic opportunity" with Liverpool U19s in UEFA Youth League - Duration: 3:59.

Steven Gerrard set for "fantastic opportunity" with Liverpool U19s in UEFA Youth League

With Steven Gerrard set to manage the Liverpool U19s in this season's UEFA Youth League, the 37-year-old can oversee an invaluable experience.

Gerrard, as manager of the U18s, will lead the young Reds out in Europe, after the first team sealed their place in the Champions League last month.

Their fixtures will mirror those of Jurgen Klopp's side, taking on Spartak Moscow, Sevilla and Maribor in the group stage, providing a tough test of their credentials.

And Neil Critchley, who left his role as U18s manager to take over from Michael Beale in the U23s setup this summer, believes it is a "fantastic opportunity" for Gerrard's young charges.

"I was fortunate enough to take the team with Alex [Inglethorpe] and Mick Garrity three years ago now," he explained. "It was a great experience for coaches, staff and more importantly for the players.

"I remember Trent [Alexander-Arnold] coming on in Real Madrid away when he was an U16. Ovie [Ejaria] was in and around that team. It's great for their development.

"We're delighted that the first team did us a favour and we're both in, and hopefully we can both have successful Champions League campaigns when it kicks off next Wednesday. Exciting times, can't wait.

"On the away games we travel with the first team, play in the afternoon and then go and watch them in the evening which is brilliant.

"We went to Real Madrid to watch that game, I'd never been to the Bernabeu, it was unbelievable.

Along with Alexander-Arnold and Ejaria, Sheyi Ojo, Matty Virtue, Pedro Chirivella, Ryan Kent, Yan Dhanda and Harry Wilson were all part of Critchley's U19s in the UEFA Youth League in 2014/15.

The experience of traveling and interacting with the first team is clearly crucial, with the club overseeing a merge of the senior and academy training facilities in the future.

And this season can give Gerrard's side, including the likes of Liam Coyle, Curtis Jones, Luis Longstaff, Edvard Tagseth and Rhian Brewster a taste of European football.

As Critchley attests, this should be "great for their development," as they push for a place in the first team in the future.

Sterling Simplicity: Understated Looks for this 2011 Ford F-250

As Oscar Wilde once said, "Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months," and it's no different in the world of custom trucks.

Styling elements that were winning awards five years ago may now seem unimaginative or unattractive.

But what if you want your truck to look as good in a decade as it does today? If that's your thought process, we recommend you follow the formula laid out by Travis Hickman's '11 Ford F-250 Super Duty.

Travis bought the truck in showroom-stock condition, but he wanted to start a project that would teach his young son the value of hard work and introduce him to the world of custom trucks.

"This truck gives me the opportunity to share my passion for trucks with my son as he grows older," Travis says.

After going through a few iterations of the pickup, Travis says he has it where he wants it, with each product carefully chosen and masterfully installed to create a clean design that looks great going down the road.

2011 Ford F 250 Truck Front Quarter. Trucks with $20,000 paintjobs might have all the attention at one show then be totally abandoned at the next one.

But the design of Travis Hickman's '11 Ford F-250 Super Duty will always be in style, thanks to its sleek styling touches that let the truck's quality craftsmanship speak for itself.

Travis turned to his friend Jason Naron for help in creating the subtle beast. Jason is the owner of Jays Fine Line Rigs Offroad and Performance in Tyler, Texas, and his team picked up Travis' truck in 2014 to begin the build.

The "first draft" of the Super Duty featured a shorter lift kit, smaller rolling stock, and substantially fewer custom parts, but Travis wasn't totally satisfied.

As such, some of the existing parts were ripped out and replaced with a 10-inch Fabtech Suspension lift, Fabtech traction bars, four-corner Bilstein 7100-Series shocks with remote reservoirs, and polished 24x14 American Force Burnout wheels.

Aggressive 38-inch Nitto Trail Grappler M/T tires provide both grip and style, appropriate for a show truck designed for an off-road enthusiast. 2011 Ford F 250 Truck Suspension.

Each front suspension component was thoughtfully designed, with some bits getting blue powdercoating and accents. 2011 Ford F 250 Truck Wheel Detail.

The brake caliper covers get slapped with some candy blue, with space saved on their faces for the name of the shop that did much of the work, Jays Fine Line Rigs.

Jays Fine Line Rigs made those changes to create additional options for Travis to personalize his truck.

"On the Super Duty, with a lift of only about 6 inches, it's harder to detail the suspension with powdercoating to make it pop," Jason says.

"With the taller lift, we had enough space under the truck to detail it just the way Travis wanted it.".

Before installing those hardware updates, Jays Fine Line Rigs powdercoated much of the Super Duty's suspension in a candy blue tone, providing the right amount of contrast to the silver bodywork.

The springs, torsion bars, traction bars, and some steering components took a bath in the lollipop hue, and the same color was applied to the G2 differential covers, mesh inserts on the Rigid Industries grille, MGP brake caliper covers, and "F-250" fender badges, tying the truck together very nicely.

The grille-mounted 30-inch and bumper-mounted 40-inch Rigid Industries lightbars add extra visual pop, day or night, while the headlights are color-matched units from plainANsimple. 2011 Ford F 250 Truck Interior.

Interior tweaks include color-matched dashboard and console trim, tying in the Super Duty's silver bodywork. The air vents match the exterior's accent color, and silver seat inserts and stitching make a quiet statement without sacrificing comfort.

The interior was suitably updated, but as with the exterior, restraint was the order of the day.

Foregoing outrageous stereo modifications and impractical material choices, Travis instead opted for custom silver seat inserts and silver stitching for the '11 Ford, and the dashboard trim was color-matched to the exterior color.

Travis brought his sweet tooth inside as well, using candy blue for the dashboard vents, center console trim, and gauge needles.

A simple subwoofer box, custom-built and wrapped in black vinyl by Tyler, Texas' James Halter, houses two Kicker 12-inch subs behind the rear seat.

In addition to the styling updates, the truck also features an H&S Mini Maxx tuner with custom tunes, supplied by Power Stroke Enginuities of Houston, Texas.

The team also added an S&B cold-air intake, a Flo-Pro exhaust, and a Rolling Big Power exhaust tip to improve breathing and add style. Part and parcel to this truck's attractiveness is the collaboration between Travis and Jason.

"The build went pretty smoothly, with a lot of touching base with Travis to make sure he got what he wanted based on the idea in his head," Jason says.

"He had a good idea of what he wanted, and he has a good grip on the truck scene.". 2011 Ford F 250 Truck Grille.

Up front, body-color headlamp nacelles and a Rigid Industries grille insert imbue the Super Duty with icy-cool style, while candy blue accents on the grille mesh and front suspension add some pop.

Retrofit projector beams, a 30-inch grille-mounted lightbar, and a 40-inch bumper-mounted lightbar ensure the road ahead stays perfectly illuminated—even on dark nights. 2011 Ford F 250 Truck Side.

The tall lift leaves plenty of room in the wheel arches and under the truck to put the powdercoated suspension components on full display. Note: Even the fender badges get some custom love in the way of candy blue "F-250" script.

Travis agreed, saying he made numerous changes to the truck's design and worked hard on it until he felt satisfied with the end result, which he calls the Silver Bullet.

"I tried to bring detail to every part of the truck to give it the unique look I wanted," says Travis. "Overall, I am very pleased with how the truck came out and love every bit of it.".

Jays Fine Line Rigs specializes in these kinds of understated builds.

A truck with a clean color scheme gives its owner a chance to add extra personalization as appropriate, like Travis' color-matched exterior and interior parts, but the end result isn't overbearing at all.

Indeed, with Travis' vision of his truck and Jason's philosophy about subtle style, the pair seems to make a good team. As you can see, the Silver Bullet is proof of that.

2011 Ford F 250 Truck Rear Quarter. The rear view of the truck is just as clean, with American Force wheels and aggressive Nitto tires pairing with candy blue traction bars, rear axle blocks, and towing components.

An earlier build of the truck had blue wheels; we think the mirror shine looks much nicer. Year/Make/Model: '11 Ford F-250 Super Duty. 7L Power Stroke V-8. Induction: S&B cold-air intake.

Special Thanks: "I can't thank my friends and family for supporting me the way they have. I want to thank the companies who have helped out along the way providing parts and service.

Also, thanks to Pat Carter, James Halter, KP Concepts, and Jason Naron and his crew at Jays Fine Line Rigs Offroad and Performance.". Fun Fact: Travis built this truck in part to help share his passion for trucks with his son, Kade.

Come on to the center of town Oh I designed a special balloon for it and everything oh, I love balloons

Especially specially designed ones except. I've got the noise

I'm gonna miss it

Well, I'll see you guys after I invent something as soon as I figure out something to tell me what that great idea is we

Can put together a different grade and bring it right by the house that way Bob can see it when he looks outside?

Remember everything that Bob said you like to fight a parade

Let's see he likes marching and music and noise

So we'll start with the first one we need to find something that marches, New Orleans

But how are we gonna get them to follow us home? I guess we could just ask him

Could all of you

Maybe follow us back to our house to find something else that Bob likes about a parade you take that to him instead

Something that makes either music or noise and I know where to find both come on Roli

It could be that one that one

this

One's pretty noisy, so I've heard, but that we'll look see the noise

This one's just kind of a box doesn't think it makes me noise at all what's this thing dude?

Sure but come back tomorrow, I'm closing early to see the parade you

Think of anything nope you I don't think so

Marches makes a lot of noise wait a minute

These Ducks could be a parade for Bob these Ducks could be your what for a fool

You'd be perfect for you and best of all you have to go right in front of Bob's house to get there

Which means he can see you much?

maybe

Let me quick it over with the family

Was gonna be so happy when he looks out his window and sees we brought a parade right - yep puts marching and noise in

Music you, and I know how to make music yes

Robert can cross the street we have to look both ways

Then if no cars are coming, it's safe to go looks okay, everyone be careful

I better make sure this braid goes in a different direction so they can be safe another place to watch it

But at least we get to see those cute little duckies

So we need to get off this thing and go to Oh

We've got nothing are we blocking your view not at all because

Now the beauty which I design

Because you two love splashing in the water, and you love splashing me

There yeah

According to this your second box fell off the boat somewhere near the Great Barrier Reef

It's pretty rare that we find boxes lost at sea buddies anyway. Have fun big scuba doggies

See you later pups

Bob is really sad about that lost box

I wish we could find a frog or it looks like maybe it will look like this one, Baba

Did say they went together so we just need to find another box with a blue pop. We don't set a bubble

I'm going back to Bob

The Great Barrier Reef is a special place made up of colorful coral reefs where thousands of sea creatures live

That's a lot of sea creatures

Really wait how do we know with a great failure we fish all right? We need a boat which we can find at the Harbor

Is it this barrier reef great work. It looks like the ocean is having a party down there. Oh boy

Oh, it will close reefs are one of the places bombs bombs my feet just rolling

We're looking for a box with a paw print inside a bubble one double box filled up got it

Oh, we're inside a bubble pour it inside a bubble

Okay, I'm coming up. You're wet tell them that turns into purple

You see I see a purple turtle that turns into ray. I think I see something. It's

Doing way out here. Are you on vacation right now you can't hey?

Catch up with my family okay, just like Whaley said

Well this boat was doing pretty cool before it wait glug glug glug and sinks in the ocean

Well we searched this whole thing and didn't find the missing Basra bah

I know if you only bottom jewels and sparkly stuff me neither, but I've said there were thousands of sea creatures around here

Let's go, I thought I was I think

To go this way

Washed up on shore except

Yeah, oh it looks for a bus at the law school. Well, then you've come to the right spot

What does the box?

Oh

Someone must have found it and then delivered it right here. Yeah, we found a ball

On it. Oh, this is so exciting

They're special flippers just for dogs it can help you swim. Even faster

Are those my puppy dogs I hear we've been having a little fun with them

Hey Sophie look cute. Well I'm sure they do

Oh, thanks

Puppies and I are headed home. So maybe we'll see what we get there

Our house is that way

We meet again

But part of reading away right now is to make sure we get Bob home sick, so let's make sure

The flowers smell nice at least Bob's nose working even if his eyes, are you they are so colorful I

Don't know which ones to pick hi you look for anything in particular

Do you like that one

This way guys will behold the no time

Reaper walk-in chimes everything I need for a happy life

They should buy some fresh fruit to take home

Let's go into this store Pop's

Wow this place sure is big

That Way's blocked

Got everything we need baseball grapefruits and wind chimes oh, I could just live in this terrific

Fine no nose get arraigned today, I would have brought a hat to keep my head dry

Boss can be wants to walk, so we'll read the way make sure you keep swore

You want to go this right? Okay? Didn't see those

I'm glad the sidewalks not so crowded anymore
