So a typical day for me starts usually about 5:15 to 5:30 when my daughter wakes up, she's

kind of like my alarm clock.

So we have our branded application that we use to keep in contact with clients.

So the day begins with checking on the four projects that are going on at one time.

The application shows deadlines, things that are due that day, I have a laundry list of

things, punch list items for every little project, so I begin the day by looking at

that app, and looking and seeing what I have to accomplish that day.

From there I head to the office for about an hour and a half, get some stuff done there

at the office, and then I head to job sites, to actually check on projects, meet with clients

and also business development.

So the clients and also the subcontractors and vendors all view the app at the same time,

so if I wanted to create say a punch list item, say we had to paint a closet wall, I

would just notate who I wanted that to go to, my project manager's also copied on it,

so everybody's on the same page, everybody gets pinged, either by an email or a text

message.

So that way everybody's kept on that same page and knows exactly what's happening.
