Waching daily Sep 4 2017

so hello all the people there

you know, my mother quite often buys me stuff on targ

that is like a market without a roof, you know?

usually she brings me from their socks and sour cucumber

but in the beginning of a summer suddenly

she bought me on targ airplane tickets to Georgia

I don't know why

probably them were cheap, you know?

and that's why I went to Georgia

you wanna see me in Georgia?

let's go

Pawels Travels

so I know for sure that Georgia is a country

but I've got no idea where it lies okay

I have been there but I have been flying by airplane

so I didn't see the way, okay?

what I can say about this country that they have their own flag

is different than polish flag

it has four red crosses

so for all of you smart people in there

it must be obvious

that Georgian flag is sponsored by PCK

Georgia a poor country

so, Goergia may by poor but Georgians are very very smart

they worship Lech Kaczyński

they have made separate rondo for him and his wife, you know ?

and having your own rondo in Georgia is a sign of high social status

when I was in Georgia I also worshiped Lech Kaczyński, you know?

so you may have some questions

I understand that

first of all who is Lech Kaczyński?

well he was a clone of our supreme leader Jaroslav

you can see all the movie about that there in a corner okay

watch that

and well second of all

why Georgians worship Lech Kaczyński ?

it is simple

because some time ago Georgia was invaded by Russia, okay?

and Lech Kaczyński went there

and gave his famous speach to protect Georgia

he said something like that

eee, Ruskie paszli!

paszli mi stąd

sio, sz, sz, sz

he was that powerfull leader, you know?

and when Russians heard that

Russian tanks crawled back home with their tails under their legs

as you may have seen in previous clips

Georgians quite often use like really really

really really weird font to write, okay ?

it's worse even than these old windows font Wingdings

you cannot understand what is written in there

get your stuff together Georgia

start using some more normal fonts

for example Comic Sans, okay ?

and here I've got riddle for your my viewers

you may guess what is written in the picture you see

it's way simpler than you think

do that, write in the comments

this woman I watch - Globstory

told me in her video

that in Gruzja they have really really good food

no, it's not true

I have been traveling through whole the country

I have been everywhere

and everywhere I have been asking if they had mielony

and nobody had mielony

that's why I had to eat lots of other werid stuff

good I have taken from my mother a bag of polish cebula

that is why every day I had something tasty and nutritious to eat

you may ask did I liked it in Georgia

ehhh

ehhh

and one more

ehhh

it was not exactly bad, you know ?

but I prefer Mielno and Krościenko

so, now like this video because if my Channel is a locomotive

likes are fuel to this locomotive

and if you will give me a like

my channel will be

able to go CiuchCiuch faster

What Kind Of Meat Is Good For Diabetes? - Duration: 4:06.

Hello, I am Ty Mason of thediabetescouncil.com, researcher, writer and I have type 2 diabetes.

Today I want to talk what kind of meat is good for diabetes.

After you watch the video today, I invite you check out the description box for my new

ebook.

This is one of the most comprehensive diabetes meal planning book you can find.

It contains diabetes friendly meals/recipes, recipes for different goals such as 800-1800

calories per day meal plan, diabetes meal planning tips and tricks.

There are also tons of diabetes friendly recipes for everyone!

Let me state right up front, that religious issues and other factors aside, I consider

meat the flesh from an animal, mammal, amphibian, fish, etc.

With that being said, this question really isn't all that difficult.

While I advocate that meat is an important part of the diet for one with diabetes, not

all meats are the same.

I am in favor of an occasional steak and hamburger each week.

I think it helps us feel "normal" sometimes, and those of you with diabetes will know exactly

what I mean.

Red meat does get a bad rap because of our propensity for heart problems, but I am talking

about a few meals each week, not 3 each day.

But that advice given, the question didn't concern my opinion on how often to eat meat.

The question is what kind of meat is good for those with diabetes.

And so, the overwhelming answer is fish.

Why is fish so good for those with diabetes?

Most fish and seafood is low in unhealthy saturated fats, trans fat, and cholesterol.

The fat that it contains is mostly healthy, unsaturated fat.

Seafood is a natural source of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

It's packed with high-quality protein.

Seafood itself does not have any carbohydrate, so it will not cause blood glucose to rise.

Most fish cooks quickly and makes for an easy meal that your whole family will enjoy

One key component to think about when discussing good foods for diabetes is the Omega 3's.

Some types of fish are good sources of omega-3 fatty acids.

These healthy fats may help to reduce the risk of heart disease by decreasing triglycerides,

blood pressure, slowing hardening of arteries, and can also decrease the risk of arrhythmias.

Sometimes, these fish high in omega-3s are called "fatty fish".

Though fatty fish are a bit higher in calories than their lower-fat counterparts, they contain

mostly good fats and minimal unhealthy saturated fats.

We still consider them a great protein choice!

Fish that are particularly high in omega-3s include:

Salmon Trout

Herring Albacore tuna

Mackerel Halibut

Sardines Besides fish, you can get in more omega-3s

by eating walnuts, flax, or by cooking with vegetable oils such as canola, soybean, flaxseed,

and walnut oil.

In addition to helping with heart health, omega-3s aid in fetal development during pregnancy,

curb inflammation, they may protect against Parkinson's disease, and may reduce the risk

for Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

The Omega 3 factor combined with a great source of protein and the low carb element makes

fish the best choice of "meat" for those with diabetes.

Don't forget to get my new ebook and please, subscribe to our channel for many more videos

like this one in the future.

Thanks for watching.

I am Ty Mason.

Why is Gibraltar not part of Spain? - Duration: 7:13.

Gibraltar, on the southern end of the Iberian Peninsula, has a long and complex history.

Throughout the centuries many have coveted the land; and who wouldn't,

the Rock of Gibraltar boasts panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea

and North African coast and is strategically located at the gateway to the Atlantic

its location, location, location at its best!

Today, at just 6.7 square kilometres and home to over 30,000 people

Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory.

So why is a small piece of land on the southern end of Spain,

one of the last remaining colonies of the British Empire?

We pick up our story in October 1700.

The Kingdom of Spain, with Charles the Second on the throne, controls Gibraltar.

Generations of royal inbreeding had left Charles physically, emotionally, and mentally retarded

as well as infertile.

He died childless on the first of November leaving Spain without a clear Heir.

European powers had seen this coming, and had attempted to make diplomatic arrangements.

There were three competing claims: from Austria, France and Bavaria.

Bavaria being the weakest of the three was preferred by European leaders.

King Louis the 14th of France colluded with his rival William of Orange,

who was both Stadtholder of the Dutch Republic and the King of England.

The two signed the Treaty of Den Haag to resolve the issue.

They proposed dividing the Spanish Kingdom, which included holdings in Italy,

the Southern Netherlands, and colonies in the Americas and Pacific between the three houses

but Joseph Ferdinand of Bavaria was suggested the heir of the bulk of the Spanish Empire

preserving the balance of power between France and Austria.

Quite to everyone's surprise, however, the health stricken Spanish King outlived Joseph,

undermining the whole treaty.

Louis and William reconvened and signed another treaty (of London), under the new arrangement;

Archduke Charles from Austria was to inherit the Spanish Crown,

with the Italian holdings going to France.

However the Spanish didn't want to see their Empire split, and refused to sign.

As did the Austrians, who desired the entire inheritance for themselves and furthermore

were more interested in Italy than Spain.

In one final effort to find a diplomatic solution Charles, on his deathbed, named his grandnephew

Philip, the second-eldest grandson of King Louis as Heir to the Spanish Crown.

As Philip was not directly in line for the Throne of France his advisors hoped this would

ease tensions and stabilise the power dynamics across the continent.

This left Louis with a decision to make.

He could follow through with his agreement and forbid his grandson from claiming the throne

or he could accept the will of Charles of Spain and back Philips claim

Both option appeared to lead to war,

and accepting the Austrian claim would leave France with nothing, so he choose the latter.

The growing dominance of Europe's big blue blob worried the other European powers.

The Grand Alliance that had fought France in Nine Years' War was reconvened

and Britain, The Dutch Republic, and Austria declared war on France on the 15th of May 1702.

The War of the Spanish Succession had begun.

While the majority of the land offence took place to the north of the Pyrenees;

the British sent a force to the Mediterranean to carry out a diversionary naval offensive.

This took the form of an attack on Gibraltar,

after heavy bombardment, British marines attacked the town, and the Spanish surrendered shortly after.

Although the Spanish attempted to retake Gibraltar they failed to do so before the end of the war.

Legend has it, that during one such attempt Spanish soldiers attempted to sneak into position

to launch a surprise attack, only the monkeys that inhabit the Rock spoilt the surprise.

This has led to the notion that as long as the monkeys remain on Gibraltar so will the British

However, during the war, the King of Austria who was by way, the Holy Roman Emperor

and his successor died, leaving the Empire to Charles.

The prospect of a union of the Austrian and Spanish crowns was just as undesirable

as a unified Bourbon monarchy of France and Spain.

Peace would come with the Treaty of Utrecht; Philip was accepted by Britain and Austria as King of Spain.

In exchange for guarantees that the crowns of France and Spain would not be unified

and Spain ceded lands to the Austrians and British,

crucially for our story, Gibraltar was officially ceded to Britain,

but Spain resented the loss of territory.

Spain attempted to recapture Gibraltar during the Anglo-Spanish War of 1727 to 1729,

and again during the American War of Independence; but they failed to retake the region.

Gibraltar's strategic value became more apparent with time.

Allowing the Allies to control naval traffic into and out of the Mediterranean Sea during war

and during peace she was a useful port for trade vessels sending cargo east via Egypt.

In 1954 the Queen visited Gibraltar, this angered Spain's fascist Dictator General Franco

who responded by imposing increasingly stringent restrictions on trade and the movements with Gibraltar.

But this didn't weaken the resolve of the population to remain British as intended,

the isolation did quite the opposite, and now they say that Gibraltarians are more British than the British.

After the war the United Nations was established, and opposed to imperialism.

The UN called for decolonisation throughout the world, including Gibraltar.

But while other British colonies moved through self-governance and then onto independence,

that option was unavailable to Gibraltar.

The Treaty of Utrecht contains a reversion clause where if Britain is to give up her

claim on Gibraltar, it will be returned to Spain.

But the UN push for decolonisation reignited Spanish efforts to recover the territory.

The result was a referendum in 1967 where Gibraltarians were asked to choose between Spain and Britain.

The results were resounding, with over 12,000 opting to maintain the current relationship with Britain,

to only 44 supporting a union with Spain,

less than the number of invalid or blank votes.

The Francoist regime responded to the defeat

by ramping up pressure on the dependency and closed the border.

While Gibraltar moved to establish a constitution that agreed the British would not impose a

solution on Gibraltarians and acknowledged their right to self-determination.

After General Franco's death, Spain sought to join the European Economic Community,

and needed British support.

The Lisbon Agreement was the first of a series between the British and Spanish Governments

intended to resolve their differences over Gibraltar.

These talks eventually led to the reopening of the border; but didn't quite settle the issue.

Eventually, in 2002, Britain and Spain proposed to share sovereignty,

but the government of Gibraltar, excising their now constitutional right, put it to a referendum

and the agreement was rejected 17,900 to 187.

It seems, given their options, the Gibraltarians wish to remain a British dependency,

but Britain's impending departure from the European Union has once again brought up the issue,

and Gibraltar finds itself again as a pawn in a bigger European game.

Is Kit Harington a good actor? // Game of Thrones Acting Lesson - Duration: 6:30.

I mean he's gorgeous.

yes obviously he is. I'm not gonna bash Kit Harington on my

channel, but I do want to talk to you

about one specific thing that makes him a smart actor.

There was an article in Entertainment Weekly where they talked

to him and Emilia Clarke about their long awaited incestuous relationship and in

it, Kit Harington talked about how he was looking for places where there might be

sexual tension between him and Daenerys

well before that ever happened in the script

and I bring that up because it may seem obvious to you as something

that an actor would have to do, but a lot of beginning actors will skate over this

kind of stuff and it's so important to recognize that what happens at the end

of a script, is there from the very beginning.

and what I mean by that is

for example, if you have to cry at a certain point in the scene, whatever is making

you cry is likely there from the beginning.

You don't just suddenly get bothered by it. It's likely bubbling under the

surface for a while until you finally can't contain it anymore. So you have to

know all of that and really emotionally plug in from the beginning and of course

cover it. You try to be okay for most of the scene until the point where in

dialogue someone asks why you're crying.

cool? Also applies to physical realities,

so if you say god "I'm sweating balls," at some point in the scene, from the very

beginning of the scene you need to have the physical reality of heat. So even if

you're in an air-conditioned room you need to notice where the sweat might be

dripping down your back or on your thighs, sometimes it's in the back of

your neck. If you have clothes sticking to you.

all that work needs to be done at the beginning of the scene

what this boils down to is that you have to do your homework

you have to read the entire

script, not just the little section that you're working on, but the entire thing

before you ever step into a table read or a first rehearsal, whatever. You need

all of that done and I can't tell you how many times I've seen people go into

a rehearsal without having read the entire script and what it does is it

makes it impossible to get real work done, because the realities that need to

be there aren't there when a actor doesn't know everything that his

character needs and wants and cares about

for example if Kit Harington

had not read the part where he sleeps with Daenerys or he hadn't read the part

where I don't remember who mentions that they're attracted to each other but at

some point that happens. If he had not yet read that stuff or had an awareness

that that stuff was happening you could have easily approached all of their

scenes earlier in the season as straight up business. That he just needs to get

dragonglass and get support for the Great War and he wouldn't have any of

the reality of their budding relationship and then by the time it

actually comes, it would feel totally inauthentic and not justified. cool? so

read the script. yeah just just read the whole thing. It's fun.

I highly doubt that Kit Harington had any difficulty being attracted to Emilia

Clarke, but all the same he's not in a relationship with her in real life, so he

had to do some acting here. What do you do to create that kind of attraction?

Now this just goes back to personalization

and you can use your imagination or you

can use real-life examples to plug in and make yourself emotionally connected

to another person, Whatever you use, my main thing that I want to say is get

specific. We don't love people in general. We love specific parts of them.

So if I'm using Danny as a source of mine, I'm not gonna think about Danny in general, I'm

gonna think about Danny's jawline or his dimples or I'm gonna think about the way

he talks about acting. I'm gonna think about the specific things about him that

I find attractive and that's what I'll plug into the other person. And then you

just transfer it over and you rehearse together and you look for those little

things in them. And besides that you look for what's in front of you. You may not

find your scene partner attractive in general, but look and see maybe their

lips are attractive to you. Maybe some small part of them, a mole or something

that's just very specific and small you find endearing or attractive or whatever.

Look for that stuff and the other person and use that as well. Thank you so

much for watching. If you're new here, I'm Shea Depmore. I'm an actor and a

vlogger in Los Angeles and I have videos every single week so please subscribe

and turn on all the notifications. Be my friend. And please tell me in the

comments below if you have an actor you would like me to cover in a video like

this. I have a growing list. I have not forgotten you guys from the last video,

but I want to keep getting suggestions and I will be making more of these soon.

More than anything that I said in this video,

the real key to Kit Harington's success as an actor is simple:

squats

that ass is the

mark of a truly brilliant performer
