you got Jermaine Kearse on one in and you got Sheldon Richardson who was a

defense alignment on the other end now Jermaine Kearse started for the

Seattle Seahawks in 2014 he lost his job when Tyler Lockett showed up and we all

know about Tyler Lockett you know he's a speedy receiver you know he's good on

deep routes something you guys picked him on fantasy last year he tanked the

Jets are also against Seattle Seahawks 2018 second-round pick and possibly

swapping seventh round pick from 2017 last year Jermaine Kearse only have 41

receptors for 510 yards of one touchdown but he is going down right now but he

can possibly bounce back with the Jets they're not tough like that and they did

lose Brandon Marshall Sheldon Richardson on the other hand has been with the Jets

since 2014 um he won Defensive Rookie of the Year

and after that he didn't do anything but cause Jets problems and get into feud

with Brandon Marshall I wanted to see the Jets versus the John's because

Brandon Marshall over there Sheldon Richardson was with you still

with the Jets at the time before this trade I wanted to see those two Jermaine

Kearse is set to make 2.2 million dollars on a thirteen point five million

dollar three-year contract Seattle getting that guy off the books Sheldon

Richardson is guarantee 8.1 million dollars

I just need hundred thousand of that Oh Seattle Seahawks will pick that check up

and that's good for the Jets because they have been trying to get rid of

Richardson since last year so is this a good move for the Jets no

is this a good move for Seattle Seahawks yes here's the thing I want to see Richard

Sherman and Sheldon Richardson actually get along because you know Richard

Sherman is like a diva he's like a queen over there he's always

you know he's always in the media talking or whining about something even

though I like the guy and I am picking him early for all my fantasy owners out

there that defense but anyway this guy and you know it you know he's so he's a

deep and then you got Sheldon Richardson coming out there so and you know he's

always in the media but he is a real as though I gave it to him he isn't really

maybe speaking his mind but you got him coming out there so how would these two

egos mix I can't wait to see so here's the question is Sheldon Richardson a

Planning and Preparing for Speeches - Duration: 1:05.

Hello and welcome back.

In this lesson, we learned about practicing and preparing to help reduce anxiety during

speeches.

The communication apprehension that most affects me is state anxiety, especially getting negative

evaluation.

I believe that I have this because of a few bad experiences, which are way too long to

get into in less than a minute.

The cog- the restructuring that I intend to try is breathe and relax, taking a great, deep

breath before I speak and then relaxing to help me stay calm.

My schedule to help prepare myself is on Monday and Tuesday, I will be doing the lesson and

the quiz.

On Wednesday, I will be doing the discussions posts.

On Thursdays, the peer evaluations.

And Friday through Sundays, I will be preparing and practicing and presenting my speech.
