Cheryl has been a recurring judge on the X Factor since 2008, but now she appears to have cut ties with the show for good - after shutting down the company she used to manage her wages.

CherCo Productions has been officially liquidated - confirming her involvement in the hit ITV show is over, reports The Sun .

The Girls Aloud star last appeared on the programme back in 2015 where she is said to have earned a cool £1. 8million, sitting on the panel alongside Simon Cowell , Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw.

A source previously told the Daily Star: "Simon wants to pull out all the stops for this year's show and bagging Cheryl's long-awaited return to telly would be one of his top wishes.

After joining the X Factor in 2008, Cheryl twice won the show with Alexandra Burke and Joe McElderry.

In 2011 she quit the UK show to join the US version – and was then axed by Cowell in the auditions round over claims viewers were struggling with her Geordie accent.

After the dust settled Cowell admitted: "I got it wrong. She was humiliated on both sides of the Atlantic.". Cheryl then returned in 2014 for two more series of the UK series.

There will always be challenges and obstacles in life.

Some more difficult and some less.

What matters is how we look at the problems we face.

Are we looking with a fixed, or a growth mindset?

A fixed mindset is thinking your abilities are carved in stone.

It's a belief that you can't change who you are and that you're stuck with whatever genetics

and surroundings offered you.

Failing means you're not reaching your potential.

On the other hand, a growth mindset is thinking you can improve and develop over time.

It's knowing that your genetics and surroundings don't define who you are, and that you can

always improve yourself.

Failure and setbacks give you growth and learning potential.

Let me introduce you to a story of twin brothers and their father.

In a study on alcoholism, scientists found a particularly interesting pair of identical

twin brothers who had an alcoholic father.

Despite their identical genes and their presumably similar environments, they took a different

path from one another.

One of the twins grew up to become an alcoholic, a homeless bum on the street.

But the other twin was as a successful businessman, who never took a sip of alcohol in his entire life.

So they interviewed them both, hoping for insight as to why they ended up so different.

The alcoholic son told them: "Well, I grew up with an alcoholic father.

Alcohol was in the house all the time and I saw my dad drinking.

So I guess it was natural enough that I became an alcoholic, too".

The son who was a businessman said: "Well, I grew up with an alcoholic father.

So I guess it was natural enough that I swore I would never be like that, and so I don't drink!".

The twins started in the same place, with the same circumstances.

However, the path they chose was different as a result of their mindset.

The alcoholic twin looked at his father with a fixed mindset.

He thought that because of his fathers influence as an alcoholic, he will become one as well.

He was sure that his future was sealed and so he didn't even stop to think, that maybe

this could be a learning experience, on what he shouldn't become.

The successful twin was looking at his father with a growth mindset.

Just like his brother, he was also influenced by his father, but he saw the problems it

was causing.

And unlike his brother, he saw it as a learning experience of what he didn't want to become.

An alcoholic.

So he decided to act on it and he went down a very different road compared to his father

and brother.

We can't control the circumstances and we don't always get to choose what happens

to us or around us.

But we can try our best to put ourselves in the growth mindset every time we face a challenge

or a setback.

After all, mindsets are just beliefs.

They're powerful beliefs, but with enough dedication you can change them over time.

Just knowing about the growth mindset and reminding yourself that your intelligence

and skills can be developed over time, will yield amazing results.

Remember, we all have the power to choose.

So will you choose a fixed mindset?

Or a growth mindset?

That is up to you.

but hey guys welcome to my channel for today's video I'll be doing my

long-awaited beginner-friendly I bet you so if you

want to see how I actually achieve this eyebrows keep on watching so basically

there are three ways you can actually do your eyebrows the first one is using an

eyebrow pencil why it gets most natural and beginner friendly eyebrows like the

ones are rocking today the second method is when user an eyebrow from a while get

modified and dramatic eyebrows the Instagram iris those I will feature in

the next video the third method is actually using an eyebrow powder this is

gonna be a bit tricky for me to show you because hello I do not have the eyebrows

for that but basically what you doing that is for those people who have more

fuller eyebrows and they just want to fill the tiny bits of spaces in between

for this tutorial gonna need an eyebrow pencil like super beginner friendly or

you could use a chromate the second bit you're gonna need is a policy like I

never choose a cream base concealer or a liquid concealer but whatever type of

concealer you actually decide to go with make sure it's either your shade or

white shade lighter than you do not go any higher or any noise just gonna look

hideous um the third thing that you're gonna

need is actually a spoolie if you do not have a spoolie can always use an old

mascara wand and if you also don't have an old mascara wand you can always go

ahead and use a toothbrush make sure it's just not the fancy type you should

have a flat top the next week you're gonna need like an eyebrow gel if you do

not have an eyebrow gel then you can always use like aloe vera gel and the

last thing you're gonna need an angled or flat brush so with that out of the

way let's just jump into the video and see how we can achieve natural okay

beginner-friendly iris but before I get right into the video

hey guys so what I'm doing right now is a quick technique called AI promoting

your eyebrow should begin vertically along your nostril followed by a 45

angle from your nostril which forms the app and lastly at the corner of your eye

you have your tail for this process you're gonna need a spoolie and an

eyebrow pencil begin by brushing your eyebrows upward and outward upward and

outward then start tracing a line on the lower part of your eyebrows using soft

light and short strokes in order to achieve this make sure you're using a

well shap eyebrow pencil and also hold it at a slanted position as I'm showing

you when you reach at the arc start tracing your way downwards to build up a

tail uh-huh see it's beginning to build up like an

actual brow foundation remember we have the beginning of the eyebrow the arc and

the tail moving on start by brushing your eyebrows downwards and when tracing

the upper part of the eyebrows start stressing slightly behind from the

beginning of the eyebrows remember we are still doing the soft light and short

strokes like we did down below upon reaching the arc trace your way

downwards to complete the tail

after that brush your eyebrows back remember

upward and outward start by creating short straight lines at the beginning of

the eyebrows where we did not trace this is used to mimic the appearance of ours

and give it a natural flawless look in the end after that while holding the

eyebrow pencil at a slanted angle do start filling up the rest of your

eyebrows following the growth of your eyebrows remember shot and light strokes

is how we do it next up using a spoolie brush over the

eyebrows as you did while you were filling them up this is useful to give

them a seamless look also it helps to get rid of any harsh limitations that

you might have made along the way going in with an angled or flat brush

and a concealer we are about to clean and define the eyebrow I gotta be honest

with you guys this is definitely my favorite part what you do is trust the

eyebrow line that you did in the beginning correcting any bits and bobs

that you might have missed along the way remember to use a concealer of your

shade or one shade lighter touch of the most natural and seamless looking Ivor's

remember to take your time blending but if you did use the courage concealer

shade you will be done in no time

the next step isn't as necessary when you get the hang of it but as a beginner

it's basically just using a foundation or an exact concealer shade to clean up

the top part of your eyebrow remember blend blend blend blend it all

away you can totally see the differences between the two eyebrows one is clearly

built by the gods anyways is a close-up of the final natural looking eyebrow I'm

gonna do the same process I did with the right eyebrow brushing the hair upward

and tracing the lower part of the eyebrow followed by brushing the hair

downwards and tracing the upper part of the eyebrow next I will be mimicking the

hair and filling up the eyebrows you know all that good stuff one thing you

do have to remember is your eyebrows are ancestors for some they might be distant

cousins however in my personal opinion this bras better come all the way

through honey
