This Is the Murderer of Obesity, with Only a Tablespoonful Will Go down 30 POUNDS in

a MONTH!

Numerous experts claim that the key to losing weight is speeding up your metabolism.

There are many natural ingredients that can help you, but you also have to be careful

about the spices you use for cooking or preparing food.

Many people think that they should be hungry if theyre trying to lose several kilograms.

Luckily, if you know how to combine several natural ingredients, your metabolism will

become faster, so youll manage to lose weight faster.

A study from the University of Iran managed to prove this.

The participants in this study were divided into 2 groups.

Every group had 44 women.

They all wanted to lose some weight.

During the period of 3 months, these women were all told to eat healthy, with less than

500 calories a day.

They only took different spices.

The first group took 3 grams of powdered cumin every day.

Many of the women usually mixed their cumin with 140 g of yogurt.

The second group consumed the same amount of yogurt but without taking cumin.

The results stunned everyone.

The group that took cumin managed to lose even 14 pounds more than the group that didnt

consume cumin!

The first group also lost more fat than the second group e.g. the first group lost 14.64%

of fat, and the second one only 4.91% of fat.

Cumin contains filosterole which is an extremely powerful compound that can prevent the retention

of cholesterol in your body.

Numerous scientists claim that this compound is the one that actually speeds up the metabolism

I Am, I Am, I Am - book review: An extraordinary memoir by Maggie O'Farrell

I Am, I Am, I Am: Seventeen Brushes With Death by Maggie O'Farrell (Tinder Press, £18.99) What follows is a chilling event, unflinching in fact and emotion, setting the tone for this remarkable book.

I Am, I Am, I Am recounts the 17 times when novelist O'Farrell has narrowly escaped death. There are episodes of near drowning, of life-threatening miscarriages, of amoebic parasites.

There are close shaves with cars, with turbulent planes and a knife-point robbery in Chile. As an award-winning writer of seven novels including Instructions For A Heatwave and This Must Be The Place, O'Farrell is renowned for her emotional acuity.

One chapter in I Am, I Am, I Am explores a doctor's failure to listen to her medical history, which causes her near-death during childbirth and provokes outrage at the arrogance of the doctors she encounters.

And yet, at the end of the same chapter, while the surgeons are "stitching and stapling me together again" after an emergency Caesarean section, an anonymous "man in beige" in the operating theatre shows her tenderness and compassion in a moving conclusion to the story.

One of the striking features of the book is the respect O'Farrell shows her secondary characters. Whether ex-boyfriends, her husband, her friends or her children, she tells you as much as you need to know without ever betraying those around her.

With all these incidents, there is a sense – sometimes explicit, usually implicit – of how they have contributed to O'Farrell's career as a writer.

On a plane ride to Hong Kong, "suddenly the plane is falling, dropping, plummeting, like a rock thrown from a cliff". O'Farrell had been mourning her disappointing degree result and the academic life she would no longer live.

But by the end of the chapter, "in the monsoon season, when the rain is a constant… I started to write". I Am, I Am, I Am is an extraordinary book.

Each of O'Farrell's experiences would be anecdote enough in their own right, but collectively they recount an extraordinary life thus far lived. The writing is beautifully restrained and all the more emotionally powerful for it.

And this is a book of extraordinary courage: the courage to have survived these "seventeen brushes with death" and the courage to write about them with such searing candour.

It is a profoundly affecting, powerful and life-affirming book.  If you only read one memoir this year, make it O'Farrell's.

The USA is turning into a Ukraine and advancing its own Maidan. Ruslan Ostashko - Duration: 7:13.

Five minutes of common sense. USA is turning into a Ukraine and advancing its own Maidan.

A notion that the USA tomorrow would be like Ukraine is today might have appeared radical in the past,

but today it is becoming mainstream and even banal.

This would have been absolutely impossible to imaging several years ago.

The USA, obviously, is not an exact copy of Ukraine but our transatlantic partners are undergoing rapid "ukrainization",

and this process can easily be seen with the naked eye.

As I have said many a time, this seems funny but, on the other hand, it is downright scary.

If the Kiev regime completely loses it, a few hard kicks from the Russian Army

would make Poroshenko eat all the neckties that have been left uneaten by Saakashvili.

Importantly, Poroshenko himself as well as even the most unhinged leaders of the Ukrainian nationalists understand this prospect very well.

However, how to rein in the USA if the power in Washington or in any American military base with nuclear weapons

is seized by madmen is entirely unclear.

The danger is that after the very process of reining in the US the planet would have to be populated anew.

An attempt to remove the memorial to General Lee in Charlottesville and the mass riots that followed

is a symptom of a very serious disease that will not be cured easily.

When approximately half of the country's population is labeled not quite human and the Nazi,

who could and should be dutifully beaten up by every decent person, this cannot end well.

I do not believe that tomorrow the United States will see reenactment of the civil war of the North against the South.

However, if the country will continue to be split like that, a similar scenario might be realized in the end.

I would like to stress specifically a completely idiotic and indecent coverage of the events in Charlottesville by many Russian media outlets.

Only compete idiots that understand absolutely nothing in the American politics

could say that there took place clashes between fascists and anti-fascists.

It doesn't matter what names the participants of the conflict use for themselves.

To say that in the USA there are anti-fascists means to offend the memory of real antifascists.

The real antifascists are at this moment fighting in Donbass,

whereas on the streets of Charlottesville on the one side fought the Nazis,

which, by the way, accounted for a minority of protesters against the removal of the General Lee memorial,

and on the other side there were agents of Soros, or a version of the regiment "Azov" named after Hillary Clinton.

To call them antifascists would be equivalent to calling the civil war in Ukraine "antiterrorist operation", which is simply gross.

These days, a simple operation is being conducted in the USA to dehumanize half of the population,

and this scenario is very similar to that played out in Ukraine.

First, an idea is promoted that it is permitted or even desirable to hit the Nazis in the face.

and then, when everybody accepts that idea, it is stated that everyone who supports Trump is a Nazi,

and what follows is that it is permitted or even desirable to hit him in the face.

Doesn't it remind you of something?

In Ukraine, they first announced that every "vatnik" ("vatnik" - derogatory name for Russian-speaking residents of the South-eastern Ukraine)

should be beaten up, maimed and denounced to the state security (the poster reads: "$10,000 for a Russian).

Then they started to kill, burn, and drop aviation bombs on civilians that failed admire the Bandera ideology (Stepan bander - leader of Ukrainian nationalists).

By the way, the Ukrainian propaganda is already promoting a thesis: Putin = Hitler,

and very soon we will hear the same on CNN and other "respectable" American media

that are for now hinting that Trump is Hitler.

But only one step is left to the conclusion that Trump and Putin are collective Hitler

that has to be fought against and against whom some kind of "Normandy landing" needs to be organized.

As they say, remember this Twitt.

For the USA, this story will end badly regardless.

If half a country, that is tens of millions of people, many of them armed, are told every day that it is bad to be white;

that to be an American proud of his history is shameful;

that to be a Christian means to be a scumbag;

that to be heterosexual is beyond horrible -

sooner or later that part of the population would want revenge and to make themselves respected and feared.

And if Clinton, Kagan and that whole team try to remove Trump - and that is what all this "Maidan" is about -

then they will definitely find themselves out of place in the USA.

The temptation to show the Washington establishment the middle finger would be great,

and that temptation would not be limited to rednecks.

It is a delusion that Trump supporters are exclusively dumb and poor farmers in the middle of nowhere

who drive rusty pickup trucks and have no idea what Facebook is.

There are many Trump supporters in the American Army, FBI, many police departments around the country,

small and midsize businesses, the military-industrial complex, the intelligence community.

They cannot be pushed around indefinitely.

Sooner or later this will result in an explosion.

We should remember that every country has its own way to express and to channel its dissatisfaction.

For Russia, it is a riot, sometimes "senseless and merciless", sometimes great and revolutionary,

whereas for the USA the national way to express frustration is not a revolution or riot but secession, i.e. separatism.

The USA is in essence a country-separatist.

Their national myth is a separatist war against Great Britain.

When an angry Russian is thinking about rioting, an American thinks about voting in elections,

but if that doesn't help, then he thinks about secession.

No need to expect a remake of the war between the North and the South. History doesn't not repeat itself that precisely.

Take a look at the map of the regions supporting Trump in the last elections.

and at the map of the regions supporting Hillary Clinton.

Compare them. Supporters of Clinton, Soros and globalization are just islands in the sea of Trump supporters.

So, its in unclear how such confrontation would end.

In general, we would be content with any outcome except for the nuclear Apocalypse.

The most attractive side of the situation is that it would be a manifestation of the high justice

if the country that invented the Maidan technology is itself broken up

because of the use of the "color" technologies in internal political squabbles.

Hard to imaging a better end for the epoch of the American hegemony.
