Chelsea worry Arsenal's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could snub them for Liverpool as personal terms - Duration: 3:07.Chelsea worry Arsenal's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could snub them for Liverpool as personal terms talks stall
CHELSEA are worried Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is getting cold feet over a £40million move. The Premier League champions have agreed a fee with Arsenal but there is some way to go before the transfer is complete.
Chelsea fear Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could still join Liverpool over them.
Antonio Conte sees Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain as a versatile wing-back. And with Liverpool waiting in the wings to try and hijack the move, the Blues are getting jittery.
Oxlade-Chamberlain, 24, was still with England at their St George's Park base last night — having NOT requested permission to leave for Chelsea talks.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp wants to play the former Southampton ace in central midfield, which is his preferred position. But Stamford Bridge manager Antonio Conte sees the versatile star as a wing-back.
Talks are ongoing and Liverpool have yet to make a bid because of bad blood between them and Arsenal.
The fallout dates back to 2013 and the Gunners' cheeky attempt to trigger Luis Suarez's release clause — with a bid of £40million plus £1.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has not asked to leave the England camp for talks with Chelsea.
Jurgen Klopp would play Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in his preferred central midfield role.
Chelsea remain in pole position to sign Oxlade-Chamberlain but face a frantic next 24 hours as they battle to get the deal over the line.
The Ox has already rejected a new deal worth £180,000 a week at the Emirates and is now in the final year of his contract. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could yet finish the season at Arsenal.
But there is still a chance he may see out this season with Arsene Wenger's side. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Perrie Edwards enjoy some off road driving on holiday. Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette scores amazing chip goal in France training.

Kaylee's Story: Her Fight Against Cancer & Her Experience with Wigs for Kids - Duration: 9:23.Kaylee welcome to the Hair Loss Solutions TV program. Hi. Hi. So tell me
Kaylee, the good news that the audience has got to hear right off the top of the
show, is that you are a year and a half clean of cancer is that true? Yes. Pretty
exciting news, huh. Yes. I'm so thankful. In December 2014 I
got diagnosed with a brain tumor and had emergency brain surgery. And then in
January we, of 2015, we went to St. Jude and I got treated there with radiation
and chemotherapy for nine months. You said St. Jude's, that's a tremendous
Hospital and just an incredible charity that I know engulfed you and your family
incredibly into it I'm sure. Yes. In fact, you had the opportunity to do some
commercials for them as well, am I correct? Yes. And who did you do them with?
Jennifer Aniston. Well, you know, she is my absolute favorite. I think she has the
best hair in the world. Best color, best everything, except for your hair. And to
let the audience know, that's a beautiful head of hair you have, but that happens
to be something that Wigs for Kids provided for you. Tell us the story about,
how did you find out about Wigs for Kids, and what was it like to go through that
experience? Well my mom had heard of a couple different places and so she was
doing research on them and then Wigs for Kids popped up. We realized that it was
such a great place, and yeah that's how we found it. You went online and you, you
registered and requested a new wig, which is a beautiful wig that you're
wearing right now. Did you have to find a salon? What was the story, what was the process
that you had to go through? Well we could not find a salon that would do all
the wig stuff in Colorado Springs. So we actually had to travel to Denver, just
about an hour away from here, and we could finally find one there. We have
wonderful salons from all over the world. They cut the ponytails that people
donate, but the most important part that helps us, besides all those important
parts that are already working, is the important part of being able to fit you,
and size you. And be sure that we've got the right color for you and the right
look, and then fitted on you and, and cut it into the style you want or braid
it like you got it today. And that's a message we sent out to all of the salons
that are listening to us today Kaylee, because that message is something we
train people that are hairdressers that want to really do something for people
like you, that have that need to look beautiful because you already look
beautiful inside, you're just, you're gleaming smile radiates Beauty. You know,
you put that wig on the first time, what was it like? What does it feel like
to have hair again? Because you were a year and a half without hair. Yes sir. And
I just felt like a normal girl again. It felt so great. You were going to school all that
time? Yes. Yeah? And did, did you have any difficulties going back? Did you wear a
hat? Did you wear a cap, anything that you did to kind of camouflage the hair
loss? Yeah, I wore like a little hat type thing. Just sometimes, some people that
don't understand, you know, when kids don't understand, they don't, they don't
know when they say something might hurt your feelings. Was there any of that, that
went on while you were there? No. There was a lot of staring at first, but that
got better and like, as soon as I started wearing my wig, that got a lot
better too. Tell our audience that the fact that you went through chemotherapy
and radiation, but because of the treatment that you, have it's most likely
that you told me you won't get your hair back? Mm-hmm. The sides are growing but the rest isn't,
so. Because of the donations that come in as ponytails, the donation of dollars that
people provide Wigs for Kids, we're going to help you continually each year with a
brand new hair piece for how much? Nothing. And we're going to continue to
give you that hair system all the way through college because that's a part of
what Wigs for Kids does. And we're going to help you look yourself and live
your life because I just, I just know you have such a special character
inside yourself that you're going to make a difference in other people's
lives. As you've already made I'm sure, every
place that you go. Thank you. Your welcome girl. Well then it's more than, more than just
myself. It's a tremendous amount of people that work in Wigs for Kids that,
like I said, the salons all over the country that cut the ponytails because
it takes 20, almost 20 ponytails to make one hairpiece. And it takes, you know,
$1,800 in actual dollars and cents, and that hairpiece would cost anywhere from
three to four or five thousand dollars in a normal salon that sells hair pieces
like that, that are custom made. But for you it's absolutely nothing and we want
you to know that we're here to support you for the entire journey of you
becoming something very, very special. What are you going to be when you grow
up by the way? I would like to be a brain tumor doctor. My doctor at St. Jude was
very inspiring and I just want to be like him when I grow up. Well I know how
St. Jude's has absolutely been wonderful to you, your mom who is a very special lady
who's sitting over on the side over there that nobody can see right now
inside the cameras side. And the reality is, that it takes some great parents that
you have, thank God. It takes your faith, which I know that you got that as well.
And it takes the inner beauty that you have that gives you the strength every
day. But boy, it sure help when you got the people like Saint Jude's, and Wigs
for Kids, and the donors that are out there that really care about you and the
people that are praying for you, so. We are just, we're grateful to celebrate a
year and a half of no cancer and no future of cancer because you're just
going to make a big difference being a brain tumor, solving the problem. Now you
got to work at solving the problem so there's no cancer, to put you out of a
job. How's that. Can we like kind of pray for that? Yes. Thank you. Yeah that'd be great.
Do you have any hobbies that you can share with the audience that you do now that
you're back on your feet and doing your normal kid thing? I love doing art, um,
that's probably my favorite thing. And then I'm doing horseback riding. In your
artwork, is it painting, is that sculpturing, what kind of art work do you do? Um,
more just sketches. Sometimes I do paintings, so. Do you think that someday
you could sketch on a napkin or something and send me one of your
sketches? Totally, I would love to. What would be the message that you would want to share with, with
kids that are out there that have been challenged with these kind of
difficulties. Whether they're cancer or whether they alopecia, which was an
autoimmune disease where their hair falls out. Or even trichotillomania, where they
pull their hair out. Kids we take care of everyday at Wigs for Kids. What would the
message to encourage them be from Kaylee? Never give up. I know it's hard and
sometimes people say things, sometimes feel awkward or people stare at you, but
never give up. Mr. Churchill gave that speech when he said never, never, never,
ever give up, and you're a good example of that. You know, you, you inspired me
from the day that I first met you a couple weeks ago, and I am just, I'm
blessed to be able to, I hope call you my friend and me your friend as well,
because you truly are a special, special individual. Thank you. You're welcome.
We are so excited that we hope that maybe soon we might be able to get you
get to meet you personally and I've seen if I can make some arrangements to be in
your area to be able to visit you live and in person. But thank you. That would be awesome.
And we could go horseback riding together! How's that?
That would be awesome. Alright we'll work toward that and you tell your family
continue to be as special as they are, because you're, you're a part of that
product of what they've been to you. So I know that they cherish you and love you
and I thank you for being, taking the time to be interviewed with us, thank you.
Thank you. You've just met a real hero. A person who really has fought a battle
that most of us much older than Kaylee will probably and hopefully and
prayerfully never have to battle. But you can pray for her, you can, you can seek
out to help other kids through Wigs for Kids and donations of your hair and
finances. But you know what, do me a favor tonight when you get ready to go to bed,
stay a little special prayer for Kaylee and her family and
thank God for the blessing of her complete healing of cancer and her
future of finding the cure to cancer. So until we meet again on Hair Loss
Solutions TV, we'll look forward to our next interview.
But remember, beauty begins within. I'm Jeffrey Paul.

Kieran Gibbs completes West Brom move: Arsenal star heads north for £7m - Duration: 1:49.Kieran Gibbs completes West Brom move: Arsenal star heads north for £7m
The 27-year-old finalised the deal after passing a medical with Albion late last night.
The move ends a 13-year-association with The Gunners after West Brom hijacked Watford's attempts to land the full-back. The Hornets pulled out of an attempt to sign Gibbs when the Midlands club came in and matched their offer.
Gibbs, who was in the final year of his contract at The Emirates, was valued at nearer £10m by Arsenal. The Londoner, who made his full England debut against Hungary in 2010, lost his place last season and hasn't featured this campaign.
Gibbs made over 200 appearances for the Gunners - and picked up ten England caps. Gibbs said: I watched the boys in the first few games of the season and theyve got a lot of energy.
Thats the end of our news for today. thanks for watching, please comment and subscribe for me to keep up with the news everyday.
I really appreciate it, thanks! Theyve made some good signings and I feel this is a good move for me..

Risk Management for Vegetable Growers - Duration: 2:48.managing risk is difficult especially for a vegetable farmer
*music*
some of our vegetable farmers are growing 40 different species of vegetables within
those 40 species of vegetables they could have three or four different
varieties all requiring different care and different fertility levels and
planting sequences and pest profiles so now they've got to determine how are
they going to manage this production risk in case they have a total loss
the first step would be to meet with the Farm Service Agency which is a branch of
the U.S. Department of Agriculture they have to report their acreage that they
plan to grow what crops they will be growing and that gets a baseline
established so that would be the step number one after that they can talk to
the University of Rhode Island our risk management team they can talk to the
Farm Service Agency and determine you know what level of risk they're able to
take because every farmer is different on how much financial loss they can
handle the farmer the vegetable farmer now again if he's growing all these
different species and different varieties he also has to keep good
production records because in order to determine a loss you've got to know what
your base level was and what your production was last year so that you can
determine how much of a loss you had most of our loss in Rhode Island
area has been from climate change and climate variabilities
we've had deep frosts in April that substantially hurt our peach industry we lost almost
all our peaches in Rhode Island due to that early frost
recently now in September the Secretary of Agriculture declared a state of
emergency because of the drought
climate change can also have a positive impact
which is what we're seeing in New England is that our seasons are getting
a little longer and we had a grower in Rhode Island that was harvesting
broccoli on Christmas Day so that is very unusual for New England
because usually our first frost or killing frost would be much sooner than
December 25th so that I see is one positive side of climate variability
climate change is that we can grow things a little bit longer into the
season which is allowing the grower to you know adapt to these changes that we're seeing

Waiting For Butterflies - Trailer - Duration: 2:41.(phone ringing)
- [John] Tell you what.
Take that, order whatever you want,
and make sure you get two.
- [Lila] Okay - [John] Alright?
Twan, what's up man?
Okay, yeah, what are you thinking?
(gunshot)
(tense music)
(sirens blaring)
- [Mother] Oh god!
(Mother panting)
(Mother yelling)
(paramedics clamoring)
- No! No! No!
(sobbing)
(siren blaring)
(melancholy music)
- Hello?
Hi sir, how are you?
Yeah, one second.
It's for you.
- Hey grandpa.
Yeah. Of course, of course I can come.
My grandma?
She's sick.
- What are you going to do?
- Toss some stuff in a bag and go to Aiken.
My grandmother was always clear about one thing.
At the end of our days, the truly meaningful parts
of our lives have absolutely nothing to do with luck.
Life is about being aware of the promises made to us by God.
Understanding that God never promised
a life without pain and heartache.
- [Grandmother] I don't ever want to see you again!
This will not be forgiven.
- Who said faith was easy? If it was easy
it would be the key to so many amazing things.
- John Archer came to the house.
He told me I need to come in here with an open mind.
That you're a changed man.
That you're not the same man as you were.
- This family has had to endure tragedy.
But for the first time since it happened,
it seems we're making strides to be a family once again.
There's nothing in the world your grandmother
wanted more than to have that happen.
- You have something so special inside of you, John.
But you have to bring it out.
- [John] It has been said that if nothing ever changed,
there would be no butterflies.
I pray that we all have lives full of butterflies.
Full of change that is met with our eyes on the miracles.
(gentle music)

Tips for First-Years (Part 5) - Duration: 1:59.The weekend that you move in, make sure you bring all of your amenities, and things that
you'll need because its a long weekend in Waterloo, and in Canada, a lot of things are
closed.
So, the number one thing I'd recommend is that you bring your own fan.
Take advantage of all the green space around our residence buildings, you can go for a
run or walk at Columbia Lake, you can play frisbee at Village 1, or if you live in UWP,
Waterloo Park is basically your backyard.
And if you decide to do something for yourself, make sure not to cancel on yourself.
Treat it as a class that you can't skip, because you need that personal time.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask someone around you, call quick home, I did
it in first-year, I would ask my mom, hey, is this a good price for tuna at the grocery
store, and she'd say ya, so i'd buy it.
In residence you're going to be around lots of other people, so keep in mind how your
actions are impacting maybe your roommates, or your suitemates, so think about noise and
lights to make sure that everyone has a positive experience and be mindful of those quiet hours.
Flush the toilet.
Go outside your comfort zone, join a club, try an intramural, meet new people, it will
be great.
Don't be afraid to ask for help.
Everyone needs it sometimes.
If you don't do as well on your first assignment, if you fail or get a grade you've never gotten
before, its okay, you're still great, you can try again, and there's lots of people
who want to help you succeed.
If you really don't like your program, don't worry its not the end of the world, you can
change it.
Be considerate and thoughtful of the people around you, they're all in the same position.
If you feel like you're not getting along with your roommate or there's some conflict
there, talk to them, they may not know and its a great chance to build that relationship
and to deal with that situation.
And then it can work out.
Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need extra support.
And reach out to your family, I'm sure they also wondering how university life is going
and you'd be surprised how supportive they are of your journey.
It goes by really fast, so don't forget to have fun as well.
