I'm a creature of habit when it comes to my morning routine and this blueberry banana. Smoothie is going to rock your world

That's what I drink every morning when I get home from the gym. Okay first things first

We're gonna make this flax, Chia hemp seed mixture

Which is I mean everyone always tells you to put like protein powder and your smoothie is time pretty that so just make my own

Little mixture at home, so we'll pour equal parts of hemp seeds

put chia seeds

flax seeds, I just put in a jar because

You pop the top on and then you can just shake it up. Everything gets evenly combined feel like a bartender

Every morning I can just pour a couple tablespoons this into my blender for my smoothie mix so good for you

Okay, super easy. I'm just gonna put in a little bit of almond milk. I always use vanilla almond milk unsweetened

You don't need to add more sugar. I'll just point about a cup of that

You could also make your own nut milk, and I'm going to teach you guys how to do that in an upcoming episode

But for today, we're going easy some almond butter you could also use cashew butter

But this is also like a really great source of protein

Whatever is left over. We'll put in a whole banana

And then about a cup of frozen blueberries you could also do

raspberries strawberries

With the purple color from the blueberries of every

I'll just pop the top on

Put it on our smoothie

And that's my favorite part about the Vitamix that just turns off on its own movies

Literally my favorite part of every morning. I'm so excited

We just poured in by the way that recipe I just showed you it makes one serving

There will be plenty of TV treats to keep you warm, toasty and glued to the box.

Here's a round-up of some of the best entertainment shows and dramas hitting our screens in the new year and beyond.

CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER: It should be called Celebrity Big Sister as it's starting with women only going into the famous house on launch night.

The stunt is to celebrate the fact that it's the 100th anniversary of women getting the vote.

Maybe 2018 will be the year they do it? But does anyone remember the past winners? DANCING ON ICE Axed back in 2014 due to falling ratings, the show is back with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby hosting and Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean sitting on the judging panel.

BRITAIN'S BEST COOK Tipped to be the BBC's "new Bake Off", it will be hosted by Strictly's Claudia Winkleman.

Former Bake Off star Mary Berry will be one of the judges.

The aim of the show? To find Britain's best cook by testing the expertise of truly great home bakers.

Does this sound familiar? THE GENERATION GAME Former Bake Off hosts Mel and Sue have mighty shoes to fill.

They are reviving the late Sir Bruce Forsyth's old Saturday night family game show complete with the famous conveyor belt and cuddly toy.

It was last seen on TV in 2002 with Jim Davidson in charge.

The BBC claim this is the show "that viewers most want back on their screens".

McMAFIA One of our hottest actors, James Norton, stars in this BBC eight-part adaptation of a book about Russian corruption and money laundering.

He plays good-guy Alex Godman whose family's Mafia past returns to threaten them.

To protect them, he has to decide whether to enter their sinister, dangerous and dark world.

BRITANNIA It's being called the "new Game Of Thrones" on Sky Atlantic.

Set in 43AD it tells the historical tale of the Romans' attempt to invade Britain and conquer the Celts and the mystical Druids.

It has a stellar cast including The Missing's David Morrissey, The Office's Mackenzie Crook and veteran actress Zoe Wanamaker.

DEATH IN PARADISE Ardal O'Hanlon, who played Dougal in Father Ted, now takes the leading role in this BBC crime drama as DI Jack Mooney.

It is filmed once again in the Caribbean and promises some impressive guest appearances.

Joining the show are Reggae Reggae sauce multi-millionaire Levi Roots, Car Share's Sian Gibson, Denis Lawson from New Tricks and Mark Benton of Waterloo Road fame.

KIRI Everyone's favourite TV actress Sarah Lancashire heads up this gripping new drama from Channel 4.

It follows the devastating fall-out when a young black girl named Kiri – who was soon to be adopted by her white foster family – is abducted and then murdered.

It's written by the talented team who brought us National Treasure.

CALL THE MIDWIFE As the nuns and midwives reach 1963, they face new dramas on the BBC show.

The arrival of West Indian nurse Lucille Anderson causes a racist backlash in the community.

Turkish President voices support for Iran amid anti-government protests - Duration: 1:47.

Turkey has voiced its support for Tehran as anti-government protests have spread across

Iran over the past week.

The vote of confidence came after the presidents of the two countries spoke on the phone to

discuss the unrest, as well as other issues.

Ro Aram has the details.

Turkish media reported Wednesday that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told his Iranian counterpart

Hassan Rouhani that Ankara valued Iranian stability and security.

It was the first regional support for Iran as anti-government protests turned violent

over the past week, resulting in more than 21 deaths.

Rouhani reportedly responded by saying that he hoped the demonstrations would be over

in a few days.

Erdogan also reiterated that Turkey backs Rouhani's statement in which he upheld Iranians'

right to protest but urged them not to violate laws.

The Turkish president also reportedly described critical comments made by the leaders of the

U.S. and Israel against Tehran as "hackneyed and meddlesome."

European nations have also expressed similar sentiment, saying the issue should be dealt

with through dialogue.

Turkey and Iran have seen relations improve recently as they work together to try and

end the conflict in Syria.

Meanwhile, Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards have deployed forces to three provinces to

put down the anti-government rallies, describing them as "the new sedition."

The deployment comes as thousands of Iranians took part in pro-government rallies in several

cities on Wednesday morning in a state-sponsored show of force against the unrest.

The threats of force and even execution, however, did not stop demonstrators from taking to

the streets to rise against the clerical elite, especially the country's supreme leader.

McGregor, 29, hasnt set foot inside the Octagon since claiming the lightweight title in the main event of UFC 205, a card which saw him become the first fighter in UFC history to hold two titles simultaneously.  McGregors lengthy hiatus from the Octagon was initially down to the imminent arrival of his first child, Conor Jr, who was born in May.  It was extended in June when it was announced he would take on Floyd Mayweather Jr in a multi-million-pound boxing match, .    Immediately after his unsuccessful boxing debut, McGregor vowed to return to the Octagon to defend his lightweight crown.  Not long after that, McGregor reiterated his eagerness to be given a new contract and shares in the UFC.

president Dana White refused to entertain the possibility of giving McGregor shares in the promotion, saying: "Listen, we're not looking for any co-promoters in the UFC. "But we've always got a done deal with Conor.

Perhaps its Glennons sketchy past, or the fact that he and Amber really havent been together very long, but for whatever reason, fans were not happy to see the Marriage Boot Camp producer looking so cozy with Leah.

I like Amber and I said she's come a long way. But she brings men into her daughter's life seemingly quickly and to see this girl next to a man she knows less than 8 months I'm going to say.

Even under a year," wrote one commenter. "It's not like they've been a family for a long time. I just felt uneasy that she'd put and or let her daughter be in the position/situation," She continued.

Other followers remarked on the fact that Amber hasnt been spending much time with Leah due to a struggle with depression, noting that her emotional issues didnt seem to prevent her from dating.

It's sad when my 9 year old thinks a picture is funny and cute and I can't even post it without f**ked up comments from ignorant people. I have an amazing daughter and a loving and brilliant man.
