Oyster Card vs Travelcard Price Comparison, Transport for London - Duration: 3:55.

Hello everybody and welcome to our office. Today instead of us traveling to

the city we're gonna tell you how you can travel cheaper in London. One of

these travel videos. So let's get to it. Since you came to this video you might

wanna consider the other videos we made from this playlist towards travelling in

the city which are "How to buy your oyster card",

this little thing over here, how to use it and go around the city and inside tips

of traveling in the underground in London. There are three ways you can pay

for the transport in London which are using your bank card, using an oyster car

which comes in different forms but it's always an oyster card and three using a

paper ticket like this one. In the first video we made I told you: do not buy

paper tickets! and now I'm gonna tell you why. in this video we're gonna go

practical. this is what we like to do! We gonna talk about prices, we gonna

compare prices and we gonna tell you the cheaper one. When it comes to

travelling in London there is one single website you need to know at bouwhich is

TFL.gov.uk where TFL stands for Transport for London Here is all the

information you need when you travelling in London but if you go up here on the

menus and you click on fares and payments you can find fares to the

various transport you can use in the city but what's more interesting is on

the top left corner you find single fare finder. click over there and let's say

you found yourself a hotel in Stratford which is in zone 2/3 and you go to see your

friend which is in Wembley which is zone 4. You are

and adult, show single first and you see using oyster or contactless you will be

charged £3.90. That's in the peak periods and they

even state them which are from Monday to Friday,

6:30 till 9:30 in the morning and from 4:00 till 7:00 in the

evening. Off peak you're gonna be charged £2.80. Look down here... cash. You're going to

be paying £5.90 so from here you save at least two pounds. If you scroll a little

bit down you see alternate affairs which is

avoiding zone 1. And you want to go and see Big Ben which is in Westminster- show

single fares, go down, actually is the same thing: £3.90, £2.80. Here you don't have

alternative routes because Big Ben is in zone 1. Now lets say you have a child

with you from 11 to 15: show single fares, look at that..

85 pence with the oyster card. Off peak- 75! Amazing! and that is why I told you in the

first video- do not buy paper tickets. the only reason you buy paper tickets is

because you don't know of the existence of the oyster card. So make yourself a favor,

make your friends a favor and share this video. Next video we gonna be talking

about something called Capping and after that we're gonna compare the oyster with

the bank card. Pretty interesting videos coming up so make sure you subscribe.

thank you very much for watching, I will see you in the next one

13 Secrets To Slim Down For Summer - Duration: 7:52.

13 Secrets To Slim Down For Summer

If the number on your scale is rising with the temperature, don't sweat it! This summer, we've got you covered with everything you need to reach your goal weight.

By the time summer rolls around, most of us aren't as motivated to tackle our weight loss goals as we were when planning out New Year's resolutions.

So if summer snuck up on you this year and you're not where you want to be, don't get discouraged.

You've still got time to shed a few extra pounds — and not just by switching out all your sweaters for crop tops. As long as you're willing to make the right changes, your goals are already within reach.

Before you stop reading and sprint to the gym, slow down. There's no need to beat yourself up over the empty calories you consumed all spring.

Instead of jumping into a fast or designing an intense workout regimen, simply incorporate these tips into your daily routine. By putting our summer guide into action, you'll slim down just in time for the warm weather months.

1.Wake Up With Water

Summer and sweat go hand-in-hand, but just because you're sweating doesn't mean you're burning calories. In fact, this means you're losing water faster than normal, which is not a good thing.

Water is vital to your metabolism and drinking more of it can increase your calorie burn, so avoid dehydration at all costs.

Instead, start chugging! A study in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism found that drinking 17 ounces of water can bump up fat burning by 30 percent.

So start your mornings off right with a couple glasses of water and try mixing it up with different detox flavors so you don't get bored.

2.Dress To Impress

As tempting as it is to stay in your PJs all morning, especially during those lazy summer weekends, head to your closet before you head to your kitchen.

According to clinical psychologist Katie Rickel, you can keep your goals front and center by dressing up before a meal.

Showing that you care about your appearance is a great reminder to eat in a way that reflects that, whether you're throwing on a nice sundress or your favorite bathing suit.

3.Opt For Oats

When the last thing you want to do on a hot day is stand over the stove, no-cook meals like overnight oats are a great way to start your morning.

Not only can this breakfast be enjoyed cold, but a bowl of oats is high in fiber and will keep you satiated. That means you won't be dying for a snack only a couple hours after you've eaten.

4.Rise And Shine

Wondering how to score a lower body mass index? The answer might be simpler than you'd expect. Just open up your blinds as soon as you wake up and… that's it.

According to a study in Plos One, getting sun exposure sooner rather than later can lead to a significantly lower BMI, regardless of what you're eating.

Another study in the Journal of Marketing Research found that eating in well-lit spaces can trick you into making healthier choices.

Researchers found people were 16-24 percent more likely to choose healthy foods when they ditched a dimly lit room for a bright one. With summer in full swing, there's no time like the present to test this out.

5.Go Green

Resist the temptation to order a cold, sugary frap at Starbucks and ask for an iced green tea to beat the heat instead. Better yet, order it unsweetened and save 11 grams of sugar for every 16 ounces you drink.

Not only will this green tea do wonders for your waistline, but it's a great source of EGCG, a metabolism-boosting antioxidant.

6.Get Your Fresh Fix

The farmer's market isn't just a great place to spend a Saturday afternoon, but it's also the secret to healthy eating. The faster food gets from the farm to your plate, the higher its nutritional value.

So head to your neighborhood market to stock up on fruits and veggies. Make sure to keep an eye out for what's in peak season during the summer like high-fiber raspberries, anti-inflammatory strawberries, and leafy greens.

7.Munch On Tomatoes

You know what else peaks in the summer? Tomatoes. Whether you're juicing them, slicing them, or eating them whole, tomatoes do wonders for your body.

They're high in water content, low in calories, and high in lycopene, an antioxidant that helps combat sunburns during hot summer months.

And as if that isn't convincing enough, a study in Nutrition found that drinking a small glass of tomato juice daily for eight weeks can result in almost an inch off of your waistline.

8.Grow Your Own

There's nothing like a DIY garden of herbs to freshen up your kitchen and keep you in shape.

Research conducted by the University of Utah shows that people who garden are about 11 to 16 pounds lighter than those who don't. So throw on some gardening gloves this summer and get to planting.

But don't plant just anything — you'll want to cook with herbs that are especially aromatic since a study in Flavour found that the stronger a dish smells, the less you'll eat due to a release of satiety hormones.

9.Snack Smart

If you don't have the summer body you want, it's time to stop focusing on what you're eating for each meal and start paying attention to what you're eating before.

Snacking on a little something is always a good idea even if it's just broth or a side salad, but certain fruits are even better.

A study by Penn State found that participants consumed 187 fewer calories for lunch when they ate a large apple 15 minutes prior.

Starting every meal with a grapefruit can also do the trick; it shrinks waists up to an inch, according to University of Arizona research.

10.Spice Up Your Meals

Even if it's hot outside, you shouldn't be afraid of a little heat on your plate.

Adding spicy peppers to your diet isn't just a great source of capsaicin, a fat-burning chemical that will help speed up your metabolism, but also a clever way to trick yourself into drinking more water.

11.BBQ With Beer

A beer belly probably isn't what you have in mind for bikini season this summer. But don't be afraid to pull out the alcohol when you fire up the grill for a Fourth of July barbecue.

If you marinate meat with beer for four hours, you can lower the harmful chemicals in it by up to 68 percent, according to a study in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.

Make sure you pick up some grass-fed beef, which is full of healthy fats.

12.Choose a Positive Influence

You may have thought you left peer pressure in high school, but it's back and it's here to ruin your diet.

According to an Eastern Illinois University study, you're in danger of consuming 65 percent more calories if you're eating with someone who gets seconds. So choose your dining partner wisely or be prepared for a night of temptations.

13.Laugh Lots

Sometimes all you need for a little metabolism boost is a call from your best friend or a YouTube fail video.

What do these two things have to do with weight loss? They make you laugh and, according to a study published in the International Journal of Obesity, laughing can increase your basal energy expenditure and resting heart-rate up to 20 percent.

So find what tickles your funny bone and stick with it.

Spencer Scott Q&A for FA - Duration: 5:11.

- [Woman] Fucking Awesome.

- [Interviewer] Well, hello, Spencer.

- Hi.

- [Interviewer] Did you enjoy shooting your first scene

for Fucking Awesome today?

(laughs)

- Yes, it was fucking awesome.

- [Interviewer] Excellent.

I'm glad you liked Darcy.

You like Darcy, right?

- She's hot. (giggles)

- [Interviewer] Cool.

So, do you play with girls much outside of porns?

I know you only do girl-girl, right?

- Only girl-girl, yes.

- [Interviewer] So, outside of porn?

- Yes, I do.

Yep, hm-hmm.

- [Interviewer] Do you have a girlfriend?

- I don't know.

I play the field.

(laughs)

Not one girl.

- [Interviewer] So you just pick up girls

at clubs, or what's the deal?

- I have, for sure.

I have a few on my phone speed dial, you know.

(giggles)

- [Interviewer] Wow, so you just, like,

find girls down on Venice Beach?

Find one down there?

- They're everywhere, actually. (laughs)

- [Interviewer] They are everywhere, aren't they?

- They kinda are.

Yeah, we're in California, come on.

- [Interviewer] What's the weirdest

sexual encounter you've ever had?

- Hmmm.

Somebody who liked feet.

It was a little much.

Yeah.

He kept wanting to play with my feet.

And he would order me shoes

and it was a little much. (laughs)

- [Interviewer] He or her?

Was it he or her?

- It's a he, actually.

- [Interviewer] So you went out with some guy

and he's just into your feet?

- Yeah, he was into my feet and he would buy me shoes.

- [Interviewer] Wait, how did you meet the guy?

- I actually met him on a dating site,

I'll just say that. (laughs)

A dating site.

- [Interviewer] So you found him online?

- Mm-hmm.

- [Interviewer] Did he say he was into feet online?

- No. (laughs)

- [Interviewer] He just threw this at you?

- Yeah.

- [Interviewer] Wow.

So where did he take you?

What'd he do?

- And a lot of other stuff came after.

Well we went to dinner and he seemed normal.

(laughs)

And then yeah, I went back to his place

and he was into feet.

And he was into nipple clamps

and all this stuff.

And tying me up,

which I didn't mind that part,

it was fine.

That was kind of fun.

- [Interviewer] Was his name Christian Grey?

- No! (laughs)

Not Christian Grey.

He was better than Christian Grey.

Yeah, but the feet part.

Nah, not so into it.

- [Interviewer] He was way into it.

- Too much into it.

- [Interviewer] Too much.

Was he sucking the whole foot?

- Yeah. - [Interviewer] Oh!

- He was getting way too into it.

- [Interviewer] He was rubbing it on his balls and stuff?

- No, he found a lot of different ways. (laughs)

- [Interviewer] What?

- He found a lot of different ways, yes.

Hm-hmm.

- [Interviewer] Wow.

So what happened to this guy?

You don't see him anymore?

- No.

A little too much for me.

- [Interviewer] Alright, so in other words.

For guys out there, if you're gonna take out Spencer,

do not be way into feet.

(laughs)

- Don't spend too much time on the feet.

- [Interviewer] So, what about the weirdest place

you've ever had sex?

- Weirdest place?

Oh, well I guess this isn't really a weird place

but at a sex party,

which is obviously appropriate.

And I asked the person I was dating at the time

if we wanted to be performers there

at this party and we were like,

"Maybe, we'll think about it."

It's private.

- [Interviewer] So did you do it in front of everybody?

- Yeah.

People were coming in the room and everything.

The door was open.

- [Interviewer] Sounds like a swing club or swing party.

- It was fun, though.

I liked it.

It was pretty wild.

I don't think any of my friends would have done it,

they just came for the experience.

To see the party.

- [Interviewer] Wow.

So you're sitting there banging some guy

and people are just walking into the room--

- Pretty much, yeah.

- [Interviewer] You know, with a Coca-Cola, "Hey, ooh."

- With their Coca-Cola.

Their martini.

- [Interviewer] With their martini.

Shaken, not stirred.

So, tell us about any interesting hobbies you have.

- Interesting hobbies.

Hobbies.

Well, Pilates is one of them.

Let's see, Pilates, dancing, obviously, on the pole, too.

Pretty good.

Pole dancing, Pilates, let's see.

I like going out and hiking.

I'm active.

You know, those things.

Pretty healthy.

Except for going out and drinking all the time.

- [Interviewer] What are some

good hiking trails around here?

- Well, Runyon's one of them, obviously.

- [Interviewer] Can't believe there's a Runyon.

- I know, it's so gay.

- It's so trendy.

- But it is good.

At least, I'm not, like, wearing a wet bikini,

running up there.

That'd be a little much.

I know girls who do that.

- [Interviewer] They do.

They all do that.

- I know, I'm like--

- [Interviewer] It's a pick-up trail.

- "What are you doing, guys?"

- [Interviewer] Walking and running,

you might as well, it's like walking on Tinder.

It's, like, a total pick-up place.

- It's true.

You'd be amazed, though.

There's a lot of hot people on Tinder.

- [Interviewer] Well, I know there is.

And on Runyon.

- And on Runyon.

- [Interviewer] So, no secret hiking trails

you're gonna let out to us?

- No secret ones, not yet.

I mean, I know 'em, but there's a few,

but I can't really name them.

Anyways, yeah.

That's it.

- [Interviewer] How did you get into porn?

- "How did I," I like that question.

I had a solo site, and I was obviously,

I did Playboy a long time ago.

I was a Playmate, so I always wanted to do new modeling.

I couldn't do it, because of my contract,

and then, when I was not in my contract,

I had a solo site, and then I just signed with

LA Direct when I was 23, and I decided to do

girl-girl and solo, so I've been shooting for five years.

Long time.

- [Interviewer] Wow.

Where are you from?

- Georgia.

Atlanta.

- [Interviewer] Atlanta?

- Yeah.

- [Interviewer] I used to live in Buckhead.

- Did you?

Did you like it?

- [Interviewer] Loved it.

I was right by Lenox Mall.

- Oh, nice.

That's nice.

Nice area.

- [Interviewer] All right, well,

thank you very much for coming by.

- Thank you for having me.

(kisses)

Altered Bezels for Polymer Clay Cabochons Tutorial - Duration: 13:27.

Have you ever wished that you could have the ease of using pre-made molds, but still have

the flexibility to make a piece that's uniquely your own?

In today's video I'm going to show you how you can make polymer clay cabochons and bezels

using purchased molds, but customize them so they are completely unique.

Hi there, Sandy here.

Welcome to another polymer clay video at KeepsakeCrafts.net.

So here are a few of the cabochons I have shown you how to make.

Most of these were done in this, the Sculpey cabochon mold.

A couple of them I went free form with.

This one you can see started as a triangle and then shaped it and this one, but all the

rest are just shaped by the mold.

Sculpey also has a mold for making bezels for all of these pieces.

And as convenient as that is, when I look at that, I think, "boring".

Just a plain straight square, squared off edge, no decoration and they're all going

to look like anybody else's who is using this mold.

So today I'm going to show you several ways that you can use this mold with these cabochons,

not these, but all the rest of them and have a very unique look.

So the first thing you need to do is make some cabochons.

Now this may seem obvious, but it's actually a tool to help you get your bezels shaped

nicely that you need to have your cabochons baked in the shapes you want.

So for myself, I just grabbed some scraps of clay and actually made cabochons from each

of the sizes and shapes in the mold.

So there are three each: round, teardrop and triangle.

The round and the donuts are actually the same size and shape.

They share the round bezels.

Now if you know exactly what you want to make, you know you want to make this exact pendant

with that finish and such, you can just make one, but for me, I'm usually experimenting.

I'm playing.

So I just made one of each and I ended up making at least one of each of the bezels.

Then it's time to get out your bezel mold and some scrap clay.

Here's the bezel mold and I just got a little bit of scrap clay.

You don't have to use scrap clay.

You can use clay in the colors that you want.

I just decided I wanted to paint mine to get the finishes I wanted.

So the easiest way to fill these narrow channels is to roll your clay into a snake that will

fit in the channel and then you can pack it down.

So I've got quite a few inches here, maybe 5-6" of the clay and you can see it just fits

in there and I'm going to make my way around once, tucking it in and then I'm actually

gonna work around again.

I can pull that so it's thinner, but twice is good and then start filling in the center.

Try not to incorporate air bubbles.

So just keep spiraling around, obviously that's way too much clay, until you have that filled.

And to make sure that it's packed in there well take an acrylic roller and just roll

over it in a couple different directions so that you know it's packed into those channels

evenly.

Now when I first started doing this I was using a flexible blade because it was thin

and it cut a bit easier, but I found since that the back of my bezel, because this base

between the top and this right here is so thin and the flexible blade was bending and

making it even thinner, so I decided to use a stiffer blade and just do a sawing motion,

resting the edges of the blade on the edge of the mold.

And I kind of use a finger to lightly hold the clay in place.

And now you have that nice and clean.

If it got a little deformed you can put it back in shape.

Now if your clay is very soft, you might want to let it sit in the mold for awhile, but

that came right out.

I just flexed the mold and it came out.

This is the reason why I wanted you to have the baked cabochons in all the sizes because

you can see after being pulled out of the mold, it is no longer round.

So I'm going to take the corresponding cabochon and pop it in there and once you put it in

there you can see how much that got distorted.

It got stretched out of shape so I'm just going to gently pat it back into round and

also into the size of the cabochon.

Now if you just plop that in there gently the way I just showed you, you can bake it

like this and still pop the cabochon out after baking.

It will just come out.

The bezels are flexible.

Here's one that's baked.

You can see it's flexible so you can pop the cabochon right out.

So really what these are, the baked pieces I just showed you, they're shaping tools.

The teardrop is especially difficult to keep in the right shape once you pop it out of

the mold.

Now you could just leave it like this.

You could take your clay blade and make it all perfectly square.

I mean, if you want it perfectly square then don't even take it out.

Just leave it in the mold and it will be absolutely perfect and boring.

I just don't love the look.

I prefer a more organic textured look.

So now the next thing to do is just grab a tool and start making marks.

The very first tool I grabbed this.

This is the Christie Friesen Wow It's Awesome tool and there's one edge that's smooth and

there's one end that's got a point, kind of a sharp edge on the bottom.

And I just started making marks and you can just keep filling in until you

like the look and probably do it a little more carefully and a little more evenly.

So start grabbing tools.

Anything you've got.

Let's see.

So that's the mark that this edge makes, but what about this edge?

Now that's a different look all together.

What about a needle tool?

You have a pretty good idea of what that will look like, it kind of almost looks like a

bottle cap.

Or what about this tool?

This is another Christie Freisen Can't Live Without It tool.

This is a sharper line.

Another different look.

How about this blunt edge?

That may be interesting.

I like that.

I don't think I tried that before.

You can use the end of a brush handle, an awl, a dotting tool.

You can make marks and then put dots in between them.

This is just a mandrel.

You can make little circles and then go in with an awl or needle tool and make holes.

These ones I had a lot of fun with.

This is a leather stamping set.

I think I got the idea to purchase this from Ginger Davis Allman at the Blue Bottle Tree

and I've gotten so much use out of these tools making impressions in polymer clay.

What about this cool little round one?

A couple of my favorites on the finished ones were this tool.

I'll show here on this.

I really love the shape and just the little fine detail on here, kind of giving a scalloped

edge.

This one was just done with the first technique I showed you.

This one I made with this tool, just going in like this and making the marks.

For this one, I took it out of the mold and then I rolled the handle over it to make that

kind of subtle one.

This is the one I showed you before.

I just used the end of the mandrel to make dots and then poked holes in the middle.

This one I made lines and then used the ball tool to make dots in between them.

This one was tricky.

I'll show you how I did that one.

This one started out as the small round bezel and I did it just the same way, packing a

snake around in clay into that channel, going around a couple times so I'm sure it's packed

in there well.

You can see once you get the hang of it, I made that really fast and like I said, you

can just make these and leave it in the bezels and bake it right here and it will be perfectly

round and perfectly shaped and not deformed at all.

You can add decoration to it afterwards too.

then you'd have a bit more of a precise shape.

But what I did to make this one is once I got it all around my cabochon, nice and round,

which I won't bother to do right now, I took a cutter.

This is a cookie cutter set.

It's double sided.

I'll have a link to it on my blog, but it's got a round on one side and a scalloped round

on the other.

I think it took me three tries to get this on here evenly enough so that it cut that

edge.

I thought this was just kind of a fun way of using the bezel, getting the center nice

and getting an interesting edge.

And while I have these out, I'll just show you these tools because I love to use them.

You can see those kind of marks and you do want to, you can see how I really squished

that down there.

You don't really want to do that.

You want to try to have even pressure with every mark.

I love that one!

I just think that looks fantastic.

This one was just done with the ball tool, making dots around it.

So you don't have to have these fancy tools.

And this one was done just by making little balls of clay and the way I made them all

even, I rolled a snake and then used an acrylic block to roll it out and that makes your snake

pretty much all the same thickness, which is nice.

And then I used a tool like this.

This is a Marxit and I used the 3mm ridges, press down.

I want to kind of cut off the taper where it's probably not even and then you can cut

on each of those marks and every single one of those balls will be the same size.

And then I popped them on here for that beaded edge.

I definitely like that one the best.

Of course it's the most time consuming.

So then the next step is once you have your bezels to this stage, you can paint them however

you like.

Of course you can start off with the color of clay you want and then go over it with

white paint for antiquing for shabby chic look or brown or black or whatever color you

want.

What I did was I painted all of mine with Swellegant paints and patinas.

I've got a little bit of everything right here.

This one's iron.

This one's silver.

I've got brass, browns, copper.

If you want to learn more about using Swellegant paints and patinas, I've done a whole video

on that and I'll link to that in the cards.

But then once you have your bezels all done, now you can start pulling out your cabochons

and seeing which you want to use with them.

This is the way I like to do it.

Rather than making one, this just gives you options to play with.

So as you can see, I've now taken what was a basic plain kind of simple and boring cabochon

mold and turned it into something completely unique and different and interesting.

And I may go back over, once I decide which cabochons go with which, I may go back over

these and add more paint.

If you have those Swellegant Dye Oxides, which I have not yet had a chance to play with,

but those would be fun.

What would the glyphosate ban mean for Polish fruit farmers? - Duration: 3:43.

Our orchard

was started by my grandfather, before the Second World War.

He began planting

apple and pear trees.

I was born

in 1964,

to an already horticultural family.

After introducing plant protection products,

used for fighting weeds

in our orchard, we could

devote more time to the production of apples,

and protection of apples, and less to

fighting weeds.

We use glyphosate twice a year.

During years with a longer

growing season, we spray

once more,

in the fall.

Doses in horticulture are generally

decreased rather than increased,

we use lower doses. We spray

only the strips that

trees grow on. We do not spray the middle of the orchard,

which is covered by green turf.

The orchard that my father inherited was established

by my great-grandfather

before the war, and from there it was passed

from generation to generation, from generation to generation,

and eventually I also got a piece of the land from my father,

And bit by bit I'm working on it myself.

I like to commune with nature.

I prefer spending my free time outdoors,

rather than in front of the TV or the computer.

It's satisfying to me when the apples are on the trees,

when they look nice, when people like their look and taste,

when they praise these Polish apples of ours.

My father's passion for fruit-growing was so strong

that despite his illness,

despite

his reduced mobility, last year,

when this orchard was filled with cherries,

I brought him here

to show him –

he jumped out of the car like an eighteen-year-old

and went into the cherry trees.

And he returned to the car

without supporting himself with a cane.

This is possible through the power of one's passion, of one's hobby.

I learned a lot of things from my father, but…

the most important thing for the fruit-grower

is so-called punctuality.

In our business, there is no such thing

as putting it off until tomorrow.

If the time comes to carry out a procedure,

even if it's Saturday night, for example,

we have to carry out the procedure. If we don't have an employee,

we have to carry it out ourselves.

But the procedure needs to be carried out. Even postponing it

by a few hours can already have an effect

on our harvest.

And since the crop yield only occurs once a year,

we really have to take care of it.

The withdrawal of glyphosate

will have very negative effects on fruit-growing.

Production costs will definitely rise.

If production costs rise,

so will the prices in shops. And society should be aware of that.

Performing a greater amount of procedures using different,

worse products, will result

in increased pollution.

Fruit growers do not have an alternative to glyphosate,

because there is no product similar to glyphosate.

At the moment, we do not have such an alternative.

How to Prepare for Success with Your Parata PASS - Duration: 1:33.

One last thing that I just have to ask you because I use this example a lot.

When we go into pharmacies,

when I first met you

I told you my job is to hone in every program

so that if it's just a pharmacist and a tech in a pharmacy,

you'll still be able to grow with this.

And starting with your base is always so important

for that growth model.

Perfecting your enrollment,

getting your patients ready for everything.

And really getting your staff ready,

so when it rolls in, you're not overwhelmed.

Your staff is training on your real patients, not Mickey Mouse and Skittles.

Right, I always say that.

One thing that we did do is I took your advice

and I went out and explained what we were doing

to the doctors before we actually had the PASS in.

That gave us the ability to, with the samples that we received from you,

to say, "Here's what we have, this is the program.

What patients would you like to set up on this?

We can get them started on this date."

We were able to have our patient base

but also begin the growth process right away

because we had that support from you.

It gives me confidence to know that I can call you and say,

"Here's the presentation that I'm planning on giving to the doctors.

What's your opinion on it?"

And a lot times you may not tweak it,

other times you say, "You should add this,"

or "You should take this out."

It's just a boost in confidence for me

because I know I have that support there.

Dillion Harper Q&A for FA - Duration: 11:09.

- [Announcer] Fucking Awesome.

- [Interviewer] So, did you enjoy shooting

your first scene with Fucking Awesome today?

- Yeah, it was great.

- [Interviewer] Dillon, tell us how you got into porn.

- Well, I started camming on MyFreeCams about six years ago,

and I had a member basically say, hey, why don't you

just like, shoot porn and make more money at it?

I'm like, okay, well I'm fucking my regular life

as it is a lot, so, why not try it out?

Even though I never even watched it.

But to make a long story short,

within a couple hours,

I sent my photos in to an agency on Craigslist,

which I do not recommend anybody to do that,

but I got lucky and found a great agency

based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida,

and took a Greyhound bus from north Florida

to south Florida to go shoot my first porn scene,

not really having a clue what I was getting myself into.

But slowly, within a month, I was like,

shit, I love this.

I ended up coming out here to California

to shoot more of it.

I was only supposed to be

out here in California for a month,

and decided, why not just stay?

So left everything behind in Florida,

and I haven't been back since really.

So, yeah.

- [Interviewer] Wow, so six years ago

you basically came to California

to stay for a few weeks and you're still here.

- Yeah.

- [Interviewer] Did you go by yourself on the bus?

Seriously, you just took off by yourself,

or did you bring a boyfriend, girlfriend, anybody?

- No, I packed a duffel bag and got on the Greyhound bus

and yeah, sat there for four hours

'til I got picked up at a bus station around Fort Lauderdale

by the agents, and like I said, it was hard.

I was in tears.

I was crying, all that,

having to leave home and not really knowing

what I was getting myself into,

really taking a big step in life,

and it ended up being a really good step.

- [Interviewer] So they were really cool to you, I take it.

- Yeah, I still talk to them to this day.

It's a former porn star,

so she told me a little bit about her experience

in the industry, and that's kind of like got me going,

and it's like, why not give this a shot?

- [Interviewer] Yeah, it's a little comforting.

You have somebody to tell you, hey, it's not that bad.

- Yeah, yeah.

- [Interviewer] It's nice.

So are there any special talents outside of making,

you know, amazing porn that you might have?

- Well, I like playing guitar.

I like writing music.

It's always been in my life since I was like young.

My father played guitar, bass,

was always in a band,

constantly going to bars, and like,

I guess it's why I like going to strip clubs

to go feature dance now, 'cause it's very similar,

like, the atmosphere, and like being out late

'til like four a.m. in the morning,

and wrapping up on stage,

and so yeah, I think music

is definitely a side hobby of mine.

Love going to the beach and traveling and seeing the world.

Yeah.

- [Interviewer] You still in a band right now?

- Well, I'm in a band.

My dad's not in a band anymore.

But yeah, we just pretty much write our own stuff.

- [Interviewer] So do you perform like right now?

- I do not perform.

Just feature dancing.

Feature dancing.

I never really played music on camera.

Nobody really knows about that side of me.

- [Interviewer] Well, good to know.

So, if you could fuck anyone, past or present,

who would it be?

Anybody.

I'm talking Joan of Arc, whoever you want.

- Captain America.

(Dillon laughs)

I'd fuck him, yeah.

- [Interviewer] Wait, wait, is that real?

I think that's a fictional character.

- He's so real.

He's so...

In my dreams.

- [Interviewer] So the actor who plays Captain America?

- Yeah, yeah, the actor.

- [Interviewer] But he has to dress like that.

(Dillon laughs)

- Dress like that, yeah.

He has to dress in his uniform, totally, his costume.

- [Interviewer] You have to do it on the shield.

(Dillon laughs)

- Yeah, yeah.

- [Interviewer] Okay.

You probably have a lot of fans, especially dancing,

being in porn as long as you have.

Have you ever fucked on your fans?

- Ever fucked one of my fans.

I'm sure I have.

I'm sure, since I've been in for a while,

I feel like there's new male talent that comes in

or like with female talent,

and I'm sure, I'm so sure

that one of them were a fan at one time.

- [Interviewer] Like a fan who's not trying

to be also become, that's almost like a coworker.

You know, a fan, a guy, like, hey,

you know, I've always been a fan of yours.

How about I buy that hamburger and chips for you,

and we go bang?

Have you ever fucked a fan?

- No.

(Dillon laughs)

Yes.

Yes, I have.

I've let my fan take my to dinner,

and yes, we have fucked.

Technically, yes.

With no work involved, no strings attached, yes.

- [Interviewer] Nice.

Must have been a good dinner.

Where did he take you?

- Where did he take me?

A nice steak.

Steak and lobster, baby.

- [Interviewer] See, everybody, listen to that.

Take 'em to a nice restaurant.

Very good.

So where do you see yourself in five years?

- Five years.

- [Interviewer] You've been doing this for six years.

Here you are a decade in, let's say,

about five years down the line.

Where do you see yourself?

- Six years ago,

I couldn't tell you that I was going to be here.

It's very, like, I never planned much of my life.

Everything I had planned,

it never really works out that way.

But, yeah, I'm just kind of like rolling with it,

and taking my brand and making it grow,

taking it more mainstream

with YouTube a little bit.

Trying to broaden my fan base by going towards doing

more of the costume, going to Comic Con and things,

just playing other roles than just porn.

But yeah, adult, I love it.

It's always gonna be there.

I mean, sex is just amazing,

and it's always been my life even before porn.

So, yeah, it's probably still gonna be somewhat of the same,

six years from now.

Anyway.

- [Interviewer] Okay, who do you dress as at Comic Con?

Who would you dress up as?

- I actually have my own comic book character.

- [Interviewer] Really.

- Yeah, my altar ego is Velvet Sinn.

And I made my first series that came out, first edition,

and now I'm working on the second edition.

So.

- [Interviewer] You wrote this and drew it, or who did that?

- We went back and forth, me and the artist did,

Bad Boy Studios.

- [Interviewer] So you have a comic.

- Yes.

- [Interviewer] Is it a sex comic where you fuck in it?

- Well, her name is Velvet Sinn,

so back in the day, I'm sure, like,

if you're old enough, you would know

that that's kind of like a slang word for pussy

back in the day was like, that was velvet,

and so it's like a yeah, she's very,

she can manipulate and control a man's mind,

if that makes sense.

(Dillon laughs)

- [Interviewer] So it's an erotic comic.

- Very, yes.

- [Interviewer] So there's hardcore fucking in this comic.

- Well, no, no hard.

It's very minimal, 'cause I wanted to try to open up

to a bigger fan base and stuff,

take it to Comic Con without being too adult,

something I could give to a kid and then not like, yeah.

- [Interviewer] Not go to the police?

- Yeah, right?

Pretty much.

But to where an adult could still get, hey,

that is kind of sexual.

- [Interviewer] Wow, that's cool.

- That's how comics have always been.

- [Interviewer] Maybe you will fuck Captain America one day.

- Yeah, right.

- [Interviewer] Maybe this character

could become an Avenger.

(Dillon laughs)

Why not?

So what is your biggest fantasy?

- Oh, my biggest fantasy, I would have to say,

is to go to Alaska and get fucked in an igloo.

Yup.

(Dillon laughs)

- [Interviewer] And coldest fantasy.

- Well, my nipples would be nice and hard for you.

(Dillon laughs)

- [Interviewer] Well, who's gonna fuck you, like an Eskimo,

a dog racer or something?

What?

- A real live Eskimo.

(Dillon laughs)

Anyways.

Yeah.

- [Interviewer] A lot of Eskimo kisses.

What's the most embarrassing thing

you've ever had happen during sex?

Not just in a scene.

In real life, whatever.

Most embarrassing thing that ever happened.

- Why would I tell you

if something embarrassing happened to me during sex?

Yeah.

Probably getting farted on, I guess.

Awkward.

- [Interviewer] Did he do it in purpose?

- There's a lot of pressure, you know,

a lot of pressure going on.

I'm not gonna say it's a he or a she.

I mean, he's and she's have farted.

Anyways.

I wanna skip this question.

- [Interviewer] Fair enough.

Hey, so what male talents are some

of your favorite guys that you like to have sex with?

And girls.

Who do you like working with?

Give us some of your favorites.

I really like working with Danny Mountain,

Johnny Sins, Chad White,

and, I mean, that's like,

if they know what they're doing, I mean hey.

I don't have any like, favorites.

I hate to say favorites.

But definitely don't have anyone I don't like working with.

(Dillon laughs)

- [Interviewer] What about girls?

Is there a girl that you'd like to work with

or that you haven't worked with?

- Well, the famous Alexis Texas.

Haven't done that scene yet.

Shoot.

Just throw 'em at me.

Just throw 'em at me and I'll take 'em.

(Dillon laughs)

- [Interviewer] Wow, taking all comers.

- Give 'em to me.

- [Interviewer] Okay, Velvet Sinn.

All right.

Any final words, and any last thoughts?

- Not really.

You guys can...

I don't know if I can share my Twitter and stuff.

- [Interviewer] Go right ahead, please.

- Follow me on Twitter @dillonharper or on Instagram,

@dillonharperexclusive.

Check out my site, dillonharperexclusive.com.

And I hope you guys enjoy this scene.

I had a great time, and yeah.

See you later!

(Dillon laughs)

- [Interviewer] Keep on rocking.

- Yeah.

- [Announcer] Fucking Awesome.

Miss Bum Bum models stripped, bound and gagged – for a good cause - Duration: 2:32.

Miss Bum Bum models stripped, bound and gagged – for a good cause

The annual Miss Bum Bum competition in Brazil has turned political this week as the contestants shared photos of themselves tied to trees in a bid to protect the Amazon.

These photos protest the recent decision by Brazilian president Michel Temer to get rid of an Amazon reserve and open it up to mining. His decision has sparked outrage across Brazil and among environmentalists worldwide.

GOOD CAUSE: The contestants have tied themselves to trees for a good cause.

ACTIVISTS: The Miss Bum Bum contestants are protesting the decision to mine the Amazon.

The Rena reserve covers 4.6millon hectares of the Amazon and has been protected for 33 years. Half of the worlds' tropical rainforests are located in here, yet the president said the decision to mine the area will "stimulate" the economy.

The contestants for Miss Bum Bum tied themselves to trees in direct repossess to this decision with slogans across their bodies condemning the act. In a statement they said: We do not agree with this decision.

It is our forest, it should not be used for exploitation. The winner of the Miss Bum Bum competition will have the opportunity to do a Playboy Portugal shoot as the grand prize.

Brazillian's are known for their pert assets and this competition aims to find the best bum in Brazil.

WORTHY: The contestants are drawing attention to a worthy cause. The competition began on August 7 and is still running – yet only contestants with burns up to 107cm were allowed to enter. Last year's winner was Erika Canela, from Bahia.

She and her 42-inch derrière took home £18,000 and a lucrative modelling contract. She won the competition the same day Donald Trump was elected president of the United State and commemorated by getting a tattoo of him on her body.
