Hi there I'm Adrian Carter I've been in the hygiene and food safety industry for

over 10 years and have found a common theme within food handlers kitchens and

restaurants that no one really understands what bacteria is often we

come across bacteria in school and we're not introduced to the concept of

bacteria being within our daily environment I developed this course as a

quick introduction to bacteria and how it can affect us in the kitchen

environment welcome to this course on understanding bacteria in the kitchen in

this course we will learn to identify what bacteria is as well as specific

bacteria which are the most common food poisoning germs

how we identify bacteria in the lab where bacteria commonly occurs in the

environment as well as what bacteria needs to grow and survive we will also

define what food poisoning is what the common symptoms of food poisoning are as

well as what the specific bacteria we mentioned in this course will look like

as well as what they need to grow the specific bacteria we'll be looking at in

this course are E coli Staphyloccus aureus Salmonella Listeria Clostridium

and Campylobacter we will also take a look at how common food poisoning is and

does it really only occur within the restaurant environment we will discuss

the theme of our internal flora and how to identify good and bad bacteria we

will also do a quick introduction on how to reduce our risks within our kitchens

using the common theme of the food safety pillars I hope that you will

enjoy this course and hope that it will give you a better understanding of what

bacteria is and how it can affect our families and the food in our environment

And judging from this pic, his ladylove Gigi Hadid, 22, and his mom Trisha Malik appear to be digging his new hairless look! What prompted Zayn to shave off his hair?! We have to know!.

While visiting LA, Zayn and Trish happily posed alongside Gigi showcasing the "Pillowtalk" crooner's new hairstyle, or lack there of! Trish even plants a kiss on her adorable son's head for the camera! She captioned the black-and-white pic with three heart emojis! No words! Wondering if Gigi's really digging Zayn's choice to go hairless? Well, she's smiling ear to ear in the casual snap, so we've gotta guess it's not bothering her! Of course, there's always a chance it's a bald cap, but what could possibly require such an elaborate look over the holiday weekend?!.

Trish and her world-famous son celebrated the Muslim holiday of Eid Mubarak with Gigi's family on Sept.

Trish even shared a heartwarming pic of the gang all together, including Gigi's mother Yolanda Foster, 53, to mark the special occasion! Of course, Zayn still had some hair then! Could it be the heatwave in Southern California that prompted the hair removal? Or perhaps it's the feverish response he's received for the tease of his upcoming single "Duck Til Dawn"!? Regardless, it looks absolutely fantastic!.

What is the problem with how Replacement theologians interpret the Bible? - Duration: 2:38.

Ankerberg: That's what God tells Ezekiel over and over again.

What else would you add to that?

Hitchcock: Well, I think the big problem here in this whole issue of Replacement Theology

is a lack of a consistent literal method of interpretation.

You go back to many of the prophets and they'll take, you know, Israel to mean Israel and

Judah to mean Judah when all the judgments taking place.

But then when you get to the end of almost all of the Minor Prophets, there's a great

promise of a future for Israel, of a glorious future that I believe are promises of the

ultimate messianic kingdom to give them hope.

Well, then they change the meaning there, and Israel no longer means Israel, Judah doesn't

mean Judah.

They transfer all of that to the Church.

And so, it's what someone has described as the worst case of identity theft in history,...

Ankerberg: Yes.

Hitchcock: …where the identity of Israel here has been stolen.

So it's a lack of a consistent literal method of interpretation.

Also, there's a reading of the New Testament back into the Old Testament that changes the

meaning of the Old Testament.

Now that's a very big problem.

The New Testament can amplify, can add to the meaning of the Old Testament, but it can't

change the meaning of it.

Ankerberg: You have a great illustration of a professor, a well-known professor, who was

espousing this view, and you asked him a question from Acts 1.

Tell us about that.

Hitchcock: There was a wonderful well-known godly Bible teacher in Oklahoma City where

I live, and he was teaching there.

And he said the kingdom will never be restored to Israel, but that Israel will be restored

to the kingdom.

In other words, Israel will come into the kingdom which is the Church, but the kingdom

will never be restored to Israel.

Now, I went up after he was speaking and asked him about Acts 1.

In Acts 1 Jesus has been resurrected from the dead.

And during that 40 days before He ascended to heaven it said He was teaching His disciples

about the kingdom of God.

Near the end of that time the disciples asked Jesus, "Is it at this time you're going

to restore the kingdom to Israel?"

Now, that would have been the perfect time, if there was no future kingdom for Israel,

for Jesus to say, "Look, you guys have gotten it all wrong.

There isn't going to be a future kingdom for Israel.

The Church has replaced the promises to Israel."

But all Jesus said in response to that is, "It's not for you to know the times or

the seasons which the Father has fixed by his own authority.

You go and be my witnesses."

So I think that passage, Jesus failing to correct what they said, meant that Jesus agreed

with what they said, and that is, someday the kingdom will be restored to Israel; that

there is a future for national Israel and for the Jewish people.

Sex Is Not Supposed To Be Painful - Duration: 2:30.

So, there's so much associated with chronic illness, or chronic

pain conditions, or disability, and our sex life, right?

We often don't want to have sex if we don't feel confident,

if we feel like we are unattractive because we have now gained

100 pounds in 3 years because of steroids, or you know, all of

our hair has fallen out because of medication, or what have you.

If we don't feel confident, we're not going to feel sexy,

and it's hard to get turned on if you're self-conscious.

By the same token, it's hard if you have no self-esteem, right?

So if you are dealing with a partner who maybe doesn't understand

what you're going through, and you're having a hard time

communicating what you're going through, they don't understand it,

and so, there are assumptions made about your worth because

of a lack of productivity or what have you,

you're probably not going to want to feel like being intimate.

And then, there is the very physical side of it.

It's, you know, "Well, I might like a certain position, but I can't get into

that position right now, so I'd rather just not have sex."

Or, you know, things like vulvodynia, or things that are going to cause very,

very painful reactions to sex or sexual activity,

and these are a lot of things we don't talk about, right?

Especially people who are women, or who have been raised as women,

it's, "Well, you're here to kind of serve somebody else in a sexual manner,

and if it hurts, that's just normal." Like, not, "Hey, here are some things

to do about that," or, "No, it's not supposed to hurt," or any of these

number of things that come along with being sex positive and body positive

that I really think have to be, you know, folded into all the work

that we do with chronic illnesses, and disabilities, and chronic pain conditions.

Because sex is an important part of life.

There are people who are asexual, or who are not as interested in sex,

and that's fine. For me, I'm extremely interested in sex.

I make inappropriate jokes at very inappropriate times.

And, you know, it's very difficult if I'm struggling with my own sex life

to, you know, live my life as fully as I'd like,

because that's a huge part of who I am.
