It`s Sunday and we just had to take a trip in the sun!
We found our way back to "Femundsmarka" today

It`s burning well.. Cant compare with our last trip.. was so hard getting the fire going..

The weather suddenly changed, so the rain came really fast

And the reason i chose the dense forest is because it takes more for the rain to get down to the ground, so the wood is more likely to be more dry here! Soo.. easy choice!

Slept a long time today.. got to bed around 8pm.. got to sleep about 9:30pm.. and woke up about 12:15pm

It has loosen up abit.. the sun has been here sometimes aswell!
Temperature is descent.. thought it would be abit colder tbh!

But of course! Cant wake up without a cup of tea! And for many thats coffee.. but that`s not really my thing, if i dont have loads of sugar and milk in it!

Ma Lin and Wang Hao Applied for National Team Coach (CCTV5 news) - Duration: 1:21.

Both of them were humble to mention,
they were inexperience in coaching and
needed to build up their experience in the coming years.
(My) Shortcoming is lacking of coaching experience
as compare to other senior coaches.
I have retired since 2013.
It has been 4 years.
I worked at the pre-elite level and
have not directly coached national team members.
Speaking of my advantage,
I am quite professional when I was an athlete.
I am more interested in and passionate about table tennis.
I have experienced a lot.
This might be my advantage.
As for my weakness
After all I have coached for a short period of time.
It's around 3 year.
I need to work step by step and gain more experience.
Other national team coaches
have been coaching for more than 10 or even 20 years.
That long period of time.
I think we should learn from their spirits.
If I can make the national coaching team,
I will keep up their good qualities.

Cold Coffee (Iced Coffee with Dry Fruits and Ice Cream) Recipe by Attamma TV - Duration: 5:05.
Cold coffee at home with dry fruits and nuts
Ingredients
Chilled thick boiled milk - 250 ml
Chocolate syrup - 1 tablespoon
Ice cubes - 6 to 10
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Any coffee chocolate - 1 (cut into pieces)
Cashew nuts and almonds pieces - 2 tablespoons
Vanilla ice cream - 3 scoops
Instant coffee powder - 2 teaspoons
Boiled water - 100 ml
Scrapper
Method
Add coffee powder in a glass
Add hot water in coffee powder
Make decoction
Take a mixer jar and add coffee decoction
Add chilled boiled milk
Add sugar
Add 2 scoops of ice cream ( vanilla or butter scrotch)
Add 5 to 6 ice cubes
Grind for 10 to 20 seconds
Add chocolate syrup at edges of glass like this
Design making
Pour grounded coffee
Fill up to 3/4 th of glass
Add 1 scoop of ice cream
Add all dry fruits on top
Scrap chocolate or add pieces of chocolate
At the top, decorate with some chocolate syrup
If you want more cool add more ice cubes
Serve cool
Cold coffee at home with dry fruits and nuts is Ready

TOP 5 Indoor Exercises for Dogs | Best Exercises for Indoor Dogs or in Bad Weather - Duration: 2:52.
Be it the approaching rainy season here in Florida or the lingering cold up north, it's
not always feasible to walk and exercise your dog.
The good thing is even in a studio apartment, there's room to keep your dog fit and healthy.
These are the top 5 indoor exercises for dogs!
First up are stairs.
They're everywhere!
Apartment buildings, 2-story homes, even well placed Rubbermaid containers can be used to
keep your dog active when they can't go outside.
Call them up and down the stairs or use a toy to keep them motivated and they'll tucker
out in no time.
Next is a fun game of hide and seek, except treats are what's hiding.
Keep your dog in a bathroom or closet temporarily while you quickly hide treats behind doors,
under tables and rugs, or in the couch if it's already well loved.
Once done, let your dog roam as their natural curiosity takes over.
Once they catch the scent, they'll be off on the hunt for treats, keeping their body
and mind active in the process.
Have a treadmill at home?
With a little training, this is the perfect way to get your dog's steps in.
To start, turn the treadmill on and let the dog get accustomed to the sounds.
Then turn it off and entice your pet with a treat once they climb onto it.
Turn the treadmill on the lowest setting and keep giving treats to your dog for staying
on the treadmill.
A leash really helps here but NEVER tie it to the treadmill itself.
It's also good to remember that dogs are sprinters, not marathon runners, so be sure
you're not overexerting your dog.
A no-brainer really but some of the best exercises for your dog, assuming you have the room inside,
is fetch and tug-of-war.
Clear a space, make sure all breakables are stored and choose the proper toy to get your
dog moving.
We've got a nice stretch of hardwood flooring in the hallway that allows for less grip thus
taking more energy for her to get going.
For tug-of-war, however, I suggest carpeting as they'll be able to strengthen their muscles
better.
The final exercise requires going out into the elements.
If you have a favorite pet store near you, take your dog for a nice active AND sociable
event.
Try some dog outfits on, meet some new doggy friends and maybe even leave with a treat!
The pet store is a great place to get some walking done and get some much needed pet
supplies in the process.
Keeping your dog socialized is also very important.
Beat the heat, cold or rain and try one of these indoor activities today to keep your
pet healthy and active.

Chinese National Team Preparing for 2017 Asian Championship (CCTV5 news) - Duration: 1:50.
The 2017 Asian Championships will be started on 9 April, this Sunday,
in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
The Chinese national team is making use
the week before the championships and
trains hard in Beijing.
This morning, Chinese national team members are training
in the training hall of the State General Administration of Sports.
They have just come back
from the Chinese National Games Prelims in Anshan.
2 days ago (30 March), the Chinese national team held
the national team coach recruitment meeting in Anshan.
The results of the recruitment have not yet announced.
Liu Guoliang is having a lot of conversations
with Qin Zhijian in the afternoon training session.
On the other end, Zhang Jike is training counter-loop with his teammate, Ren Hao.
He has been recovering recently.
His coach, Xiao Zhan has been accompanying him on training and recovering.
Zhang Jike has trained his skills for the Asian Championships in these 2 days.
One more week to go,
the challenge for Zhang is the use of strength at specific moment,
such as the hitting point, he needs to protect himself
to prevent from injuring again.
The second challenge is his mentality.
Athletes may scare of injury and dare not to move.
We need to tackle these two challenges.
Ma Long's waists injury is almost fully recovered.
He trains mainly his physical fitness in today's session.
Liu Guoliang said the Asian Championships is
a warm up for the Worlds.
The experienced players will regain the feelings of major competition in a controllable range.
While the young players will gain experience in the championships.
The team plans to go to Wuxi on 7 April
and plays in the Asian Championships.
After the championships, the men's and women's team
will go to Shenzhen and Huangshi respectively
for the close-door training to prepare for the Worlds.
