Activist Judges Panicking After Hearing Trump's Plan For 9th Circuit Court
The activist judges who sit on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals have been a constant thorn
in President Donald Trump's side during his first 100 days in office.
Most notably, they halted a temporary travel ban on predominantly Muslim countries from
which the majority of the world's terrorists hail.
However, the president has a plan to put an end to this sort of partisan judicial activism,
and the judges aren't going to be happy about it.
Not only did the 9th Circuit rule against President Trump's travel ban, but more recently,
a liberal judge in San Francisco stood in the way of the president's executive order,
stripping federal funding from sanctuary cities.
This appeared to be the last straw for Trump, who took to Twitter in his usual fashion to
air his grievances.
But, that's not all.
With the obviously biased decisions of these leftists judges, some of them even Barack
Obama donors, having gotten seriously out of hand, Trump believes it's time to break
up the "outrageous" 9th Circuit.
President Trump told the Washington Examiner that he is "absolutely" thinking about
breaking up the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Trump criticized the heavily liberal court that blocked his executive order calling for
a Mideast travel ban.
He suggested it would likely uphold the injunction against his withholding of sanctuary cities'
federal funds if the Justice Department appeals that ruling.
Trump said that "many people" would support breaking up the "outrageous" bench, adding
that he is "absolutely" considering the possibility.
[Source: Fox News Insider]
Besides the 9th Circuit's penchant for making judicial decisions based upon personal biases,
there is another extremely valid reason to break up the court; namely, it is the largest
and most backlogged in the entire country.
Residents of the region have absolutely no hope of receiving timely justice, something
guaranteed to citizens in the United States Constitution.
You would think that with this sort of insurmountable work load the judges of the 9th Circuit and
the liberals who back them would welcome the opportunity to break the court up into more
manageable jurisdictions.
However, always putting party bias before logical reasoning, they want no such thing,
lobbying instead to keep the status quo so that they can influence national politics
rather than cater to the public they're meant to serve.
This is liberalism at it's finest, and it's never what's best for the people.

People Noticed A Massive White House Insult For Trump Hiding In Plain Sight
President Donald Trump and Melania Trump are comfortable hosting international leaders
at the White House.
The meetings are natural for them, but sometimes, even in international politics, underhanded
insults are hiding in plain sight.
As reported by UPI, the Trumps hosted Argentine President Mauricio Macri and his wife, Juliana
Awada, at the White House this week to discuss enhancing relations between the two countries.
Trump and Macri have known each other for years prior to their entry into politics,
and Trump referred to him as "my good friend for many years."
The two leaders discussed, among other things, the crisis in Venezuela and the possibility
of ending a 16-year ban on the import of lemons from Argentina.
While the two presidents may have been friends for years, Argentina's first lady may have
a view of the Trumps that is less kind.
Keen eyes spotted something insulting in the beautiful Awada's wardrobe that is reported
to be more than just a coincidence.
According to Hollywood Life, Awada wore a $695 pair of Aquazzura shoes to go along with
her red frock.
How could those red shoes present a veiled insult to the Trumps?
Here is how a Hollywood Life article describes them:
The $695 Aquazzura pumps Juliana wore are undoubtedly beautiful, plus they perfectly
matched her red frock, but there's a subtle message behind the shoes we just can't get
over.
It's no secret that Aquazzura is on a war path with Ivanka, who they claim ripped off
multiple designs.
The Italian company reportedly filed a complaint in June 2016 in Manhattan federal court, alleging
that the blonde beauty's footwear line knocked off the aesthetic for a specific runway sandal.
The color, shape, and textile are identical.
The only difference is the price point.
The article goes on to point out that when girls fight, they do it in sneakiest fashion.
Could the sneaky insult have been a high-fusion protest of Trump's policies on immigration,
particularly on immigrants from south of the border?
While the entire affair could have been a coincidence, multiple media outlets are buzzing
with the news.
In truth, the two presidents probably do not care in the least about the shoes, but the
women in their lives may have other thoughts on the matter.
For most Americans, shoes are not important, in this context, but possibly for the wives
and daughters of elite international leaders and those in the fashion industry who dislike
the Trumps, the expensive footwear is a big deal.

POPE FRANCIS GIVES A SURPRISE TED TALK CALLING FOR A REVOLUTION - politics - Duration: 7:50.
POPE FRANCIS GIVES A SURPRISE TED TALK CALLING FOR A REVOLUTION OF TENDERNESS
Pope Francis has been featured in a lot of headlines lately, as hes become a popular
beacon of light for many non-Christians because he preaches equality and kindness, offering
a very different (and frankly more compassionate) perspective than previous Popes.
This has caused some confusion, given that the Vatican is perceived negatively by man
due to its ties to sexual abuse, inequality, knowledge suppression, and more.
Nevertheless, Pope Francis has an important message for us all, which is that we need
a revolution of tenderness. This time around, his message came by way of a surprise
video that aired at the international TED conference Tuesday evening.
Pope Francis delivered this message in front of a room full of scientists, academics, tech
innovators, investors, and cultural elites.
Pope Francis TED Talk on Tenderness and Hope
The Pope started off the TED Talk by explaining our deep connection to one another, stating,
Each and everyones existence is deeply tied to that of others: life is not time merely
passing by, life is about interactions.
As I meet, or lend an ear to those who are sick, to the migrants who face terrible
hardships in search of a brighter future, to prison inmates who carry a hell of pain
inside their hearts, and to those, many of them young, who cannot find a job, I often
find myself wondering: Why them and not me? he continued.
This is a question many of us face: Why are we so blessed while so many people suffer?
There are so many extremities in this dualistic world we live in, and it can be easy to get
caught up in them.
Of course, there are many explanations like soul contracts, karmic relations, past lifetimes,
or simply unfortunate circumstance, but that doesnt mean we shouldnt fight for equality.
We all need each other, none of us is an island, an autonomous and independent I
separated from the other, and we can only build the future by standing together, including
everyone.
We dont think about it often, but everything is connected, and we need to restore our connections
to a healthy state.
Pope Francis even brings science into the equation, just as many other prominent religious
figures and monks have in the past.
Even science and you know it better than I do points to an understanding of
reality as a place where every element connects and interacts with everything else, he
explains.
The fact that everything is connected has been proven time and time again in quantum
physics; even the Dalai Lama has expressed this.
You can read more about how science and spirituality are intertwined here.
How wonderful would it be if the growth of scientific and technological innovation
would come along with more equality and social inclusion.
How wonderful would it be, while we discover faraway planets, to rediscover the needs of
the brothers and sisters orbiting around us? the Pope continued.
The Pope could simply be referring to the brothers and sisters we have residing on this
planet, though his question seems to be addressing extraterrestrial (ET) life and how wed
treat them.
This wouldnt be the first time the Vatican has hinted at the existence of ETs, and Pope
Francis himself has spoken about beings of the universe. You can read more about
the link between the Vatican and ETs here and here.
The Pope goes on to speak of solidarity and how we need to achieve it.
We cannot just look at it in terms of social responsibility, but rather as the basis and
the underlying framework for politics, economics, and our everyday interactions.
Would there even be a need for a singular government if solidarity existed?
The Pope continues to say that through true solidarity, we could actually overcome our
disposable attitudes toward food, the environment, and each other.
He explains that solidarity cannot just be achieved through control mechanisms, nor can
it be taught, but rather, it must be found within the heart.
Love is the source and the meaning of life, how can they withhold their urge to do good
to another fellow being? he asks.
Throughout his speech, Pope Francis continually highlights the importance of memory when discussing
how we can reconnect to solidarity and love, as we just need to trigger ourselves to remember
the inherent love within us.
Perhaps the most interesting part of his talk was when he told the Parable of the Good Samaritan.
As the story goes, a man who was beaten and robbed was left on the streets to suffer.
A Priest and a Levite, two influential people at the time, walked by the man without offering
to help; but, when a Samaritan walked by, an ethnicity that used to be looked down upon,
he felt compassion for this man and stopped to help him.
Jesus allegedly used this parable to explain to people that being a good person means you
have compassion for all, regardless of your status.
Many people who follow Christianity choose to only abide by the staunch commandments
and old belief systems taught by the religion, further perpetuating separatism, racism, and
inequality.
This often includes the people who are considered to be at the top of the chain like popes and
priests.
Its fascinating that the Pope chose to mention this parable, as it paints a more
negative light upon the higher members of the Christian faith.
Each and every one of us can become a bright candle, a reminder that light will overcome
darkness, and never the other way around, Pope Francis continues.
Feeling hopeful does not mean to be optimistically nave and ignore the tragedy humanity is
facing.
Hope is the virtue of a heart that doesnt lock itself into darkness, that doesnt
dwell on the past, does not simply get by in the present, but is able to see a tomorrow.
The New Age movement, Buddhism, and other spiritual texts often encourage only focusing
on the present, which is beautiful.
Ultimately, once you realize that time is an illusion, the present moment is really
all that is.
However, that doesnt mean you shouldnt learn from your past nor does it mean you
cant visualize the future and shouldnt strive to create a better one for yourself
and all of humanity.
Part of focusing on the present moment includes creating your own reality and redefining your
future, because the present affects the future, just as the past affects the present, because
time is non-linear!
The third part of the Popes speech addressed the need for what he calls a revolution
of tenderness, which is essentially a strong form of compassion and love for all.
He describes a variety of examples of tenderness, including when a parent adapts their speech
to talk to young children.
They essentially lower their communication level in order to explain concepts to them.
Though I do believe that children deserve more honest communication when it comes to
dealing with more difficult topics, I think that his definition of tenderness speaks to
the importance of being able to accept all levels of consciousness and learning to guide
people without belittling them.
That doesnt mean that we shouldnt strive to educate people, but rather that we can
do so with more compassion and understanding.
Tenderness can be used as a tool to create positive change in a more loving, peaceful
manner.

- That very day, the first day of the week,
two of Jesus' disciples were going to a village
seven miles from Jerusalem called Emmaus
and they were conversing about
all the things that had occurred,
and it happened that while they were conversing and debating
Jesus himself drew near and walked with them,
but their eyes were prevented from recognizing him.
He asked them, "What are you discussing as you walk along?"
They stopped, looking downcast.
One of them named Cleopas said to him in reply,
"Are you the only visitor to Jerusalem
who does not know of the things
that have taken place there in these days?"
And he replied to them, "What sort of things?"
They said to him, "The things that happened
to Jesus the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty indeed
in word before God and all the people,
how our chief priests and rulers both handed him over
to a sentence of death and crucified him,
but we were hoping that he would be
the one to redeem Israel and besides all this,
it is now the third day since this took place.
Some women from our group, however, have astounded us.
They were at the tomb early in the morning
and did not find his body.
They came back and reported that they had indeed
seen a vision of angels who announced that he was alive.
Then, some of those with us went to the tomb
and found things just as the women had described,
but him, they did not see."
And he said to them, "Oh, how foolish you are.
How slow of heart to believe all that the prophets spoke.
Was it not necessary that the Christ
should suffer these things and enter into his glory?"
Then beginning with Moses and all the prophets,
he interpreted to them what referred to him
in all the scriptures.
As they approached the village to which they were going,
he gave the impression that he was going on farther,
but they urged him, "Stay with us,
for it is nearly evening and the day is almost over."
So he went in to stay with them,
and it happened that while he was with them at table,
he took bread, said the blessing,
broke it, and gave it to them.
With that, their eyes were opened and they recognized him,
but he vanished from their sight.
Then they said to each other, "Were not our hearts
burning within us while he spoke to us on the way
and opened scriptures to us?"
So they set out at once and returned to Jerusalem
where they found gathered together the Eleven
and those with them who were saying,
"The Lord has been truly raised and has appeared to Simon."
Then, the two recounted what had taken place on the way
and how he was made known to them
in the breaking of the bread.
The gospel of the Lord.
Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.
This is one of my favorite gospel readings,
because it gives prefiguring to what we celebrate here.
Jesus was talking with them about the scriptures.
We have our liturgy of the word.
We listen to our stories from our ancient history
and then we break open the word with one another,
and then he celebrated with them a meal,
sat with them at table, and he did what we call
the fourfold action of the Eucharist.
What Jesus did at that table is what he did
at the Last Supper, is what he does with us this very day.
He took the bread, he said the blessing,
he broke the bread, and he gave it.
We do that very same thing here.
We take the bread, say the blessing,
break the bread, and give it,
and notice that it was in giving that bread
to his disciples that their eyes were opened.
See, the power of the Eucharist,
Christ did not leave them when he vanished from their sight.
He was with them in that action
of the breaking of the bread.
And so when we think about it, I kind of, you know,
try and put myself as what would it have been like
to have been those two disciples.
Can you imagine how foolish they must have thought
afterwards, spending that time with Jesus
and not being able to recognize him,
but then recognizing him with the breaking of the bread?
And with that, he left them in the way
they were familiar with seeing him,
in the physical body, his physical risen body,
but he was with them in another way,
and that way that he was with the disciples
and the breaking of the bread is the way
that he continues to be with us.
What a great gift that God gives us.
So these disciples, their eyes were opened,
and then they had to go and do something about it.
They had to proclaim it others,
that indeed they had an experience then
of that resurrected Christ,
'cause you know in scriptures,
there's not anybody who saw him come out of the grave.
It's all about these encounters
with Christ after the resurrection.
So my brothers and sisters, when we think about it,
what those early disciples encountered
with Jesus after the resurrection,
and not fully knowing what was going on,
and we're given the benefit of knowing what's going on,
so as we recognize him in this breaking of the bread,
may we always recognize him in all the other ways
that he makes himself known to us in one another,
in the mass, in the priest that presides
at our Eucharist in the name of Christ.
In the word proclaimed, Christ is present.
In the assembly gathered together, Christ is present,
'cause he said, "Wherever two or three gather in my name,
I am in their midst," and he wasn't joking.
And then most substantially, body, blood, soul and divinity,
the totality of our God comes among us in the Eucharist
and humbly shares himself with us
so that as St. Augustine said,
that we may become what we receive,
we may become the Eucharist,
and then be able to recognize Christ
not only in the breaking of the bread here,
but in the many ways that he makes himself
known to us in the world, as well.
Together, we profess our faith using the Apostles' Creed.
I believe in God, the father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, his only son our Lord,
who was conceived by the holy spirit,
born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into hell.
On the third day, he rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God, the father almighty.
From there, he will come to judge the living and the dead.

and all who have died in your mercy.
Welcome them into the light of your face.
Have mercy on us all, we pray,
that with the blessed virgin Mary, mother of God,
with Joseph, her loving husband,
with the blessed apostles, the martyrs,
and all the saints who have pleased you throughout the ages,
we may merit to be co-heirs to eternal life
and may praise and glorify you
through your son, Jesus Christ.
Through him and with him and in him,
O God almighty father,
in the unity of the holy spirit.
All glory and honor is yours forever and ever.

we dare to pray.
Our father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come,
thy will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Deliver us, Lord, we pray from every evil.
Graciously grant peace in our days
that by the help of your mercy,
we may be always free from sin
and safe from all distress as we await the blessed hope
and the coming of our savior, Jesus Christ.
