Complete BACK And TRICEPS Workout Routine For Explosive Growth - PART 4 - Duration: 9:35.

Hello again! We'll begin with the fourth section of my training for back and triceps.

We'll be doing "dips" and we'll stretch some rubber bands.

I will add some more weight when doing dips with this invention of mine.

Keep in mind to put on your shirt so you don't get scratches from the vest.

Let me just show for the record, 80,2 kg (176 lbs).

I'll put on this belt…

give it some love…

now comes this 8 kg (18 lbs) kettlebell and a 10 kg (22 lbs) vest.

Let's see if I gained any weight ;)

99,3 kg (219 lbs) Look at this, only one training and I gained nearly 20 kg (44 lbs) of muscles ;).

I'll start the timer and we can begin…

These 15 sec are set in order to properly prepare for the exercise.

We'll begin with doing "dips". I have to squeeze the kettlebell with my legs so it doesn't move around…

Like that!

And now we stretch these rubber bands. (put one foot in front of the other for stability)

Ok!

Same as with the other sets, 1m 10 sec of rest. I'll repeat once more in case someone decided to watch only this video…

the timer is set to four rounds of 2 minutes each,

during those 2 minutes we do both of the exercises in a superset and the remaining time is used to rest.

When doing hypertrophy, it's usually recommended to take about 90 to 120 sec of rest between supersets.

But, you know I like to train with high intensity

and mustn't put on too much muscles or weight of any kind because of my wrestling competitions,

so I take a bit shorter breaks between sets.

Feel free to set the timer to 2,5 minute or 3 minute rounds if you feel like it in order to gain more muscle mass.

We begin in 9 seconds…

I've added about 19 kg (42 lbs) of extra weight…

it's not easy at all!

Put your other foot in front now.

There, the second superset is done.

By the way, if you're somewhere near my city, feel free to join us on our trainings.

There's lots of guys and girls, in separate groups.

We are doing group trainings, the crew is great, the company, the fun and jokes…

but of course there's no joking during the main part of the training, there must be discipline, workout must be serious.

Another 35 seconds…

Allow me to advertise a bit… the wrestling club I'm part of…

Wrestling team "Sesvetski Kraljevec"

Let's do the 3rd superset…

12, enough, can't do any more…

Put your left foot in front again.

Excellent, I can feel the tightness in my shoulder blades.

One minute of rest and the last superset begins.

After that comes the last section of my training for back and triceps.

Last section consists of neck exercises.

Try it out, it might seem easy at first but it surely won't be if you do it exactly the way I do!

Another 30 sec of rest…

20 more…

My triceps burn already…

If only the break lasted longer…

Enough…

My triceps are worn out, I've hit the chest muscles with those last few dips.

And now the right foot in front again…

This was hard…

I'll take off all of this

and prepare for the last section!

Let me remind you once more to hit the like button and if you liked these videos,

you can subscribe to my channel right here so you don't miss any of the future videos.

I'll be uploading at least 2 per week… See you later!

The collection is called Zazous.

Zazous is a movement following the 2nd world war in France.

Which has adopted very loose, with a lot square fabric.

And this is the trend which influenced the jazzman and Cab Calloway.

And these are the reasons why the shoulders are large and for that I wanted to take on this theme.

People MUGGING me for my first Vlog and my GF crying for my Review on Born In China - Duration: 8:54.

So I'm currently waiting for the bus.

I missed it obviously.

And I think my girlfriend's going to be fucking mad at me.

Because I'm gonna be late and she's already at Atwater

We're going to Cineplex Forum.

If you guys have been there

I feel like it's a way better theater than the one at Peel.

Simply Because there's all the good movies right there.

Peel only gives you the mainstream ones that people usually go to see like Fast and Furious

and you dont get to discover any new movies.

You know.

So that's why I always pick up Cineplex Forum.

I always check it up first so I make sure that I'm up to date with all the new movies.

And yeah, the bus is still not here.

I'm still waiting for it.

Man.

She's going to be so mad at me.

She's going to be so pissed.

And there's a guy right there.

He's looking at me fucking weird.

Because, I live in Montreal right,

people here don't vlog much.

So, people are looking at me in a weird way.

They're mocking at me and,

ahh...

So this is our place.

Cineplex Forum.

So I finally found my girlfriend.

So for your information, we're going to be speaking in french,

that's our main language in Montreal.

But I'm going to put the subtitles down below like here you know.

So you guys can understand what we're saying.

What do you think the movie is going to be about?

Well, about animals, Pandas,

and maybe there will be a message to inform us of the environment.

Things like that.

Hmm, I don't know.

Because I looked, I saw some...

I don't know what to expect about the movie because I looked and I saw on

Wikipedia and on some reviews of the movie

that it's very beautiful visually but that it is not necessarily...

I thought it would be about the protection of endangered animals.

But I don't think its going to be that.

I think it's going to sensitize us on that.

Yeah, that's it, it's going to be so beautiful that it will make us feel bad to...

Yeah, that's it, to mistreat our dear animals.

Yeah.

I thought of maybe go ask people questions.

I think it might be interesting.

Yeah like, I don't know what kind of questions we could ask.

What's up guys, we're back at it again.

We just finished watching Born in China by Disney Nature.

To be honest I was little bit disappointed.

I mean, the movie was beautiful to watch.

There was a lot of content,

the cinematography wasn't really that complex,

it was basic at some point.

But what I really liked was the story behind it.

you know.

There's a lot to tell about this story.

And it happens because of the way the director decided to shoot the movie

and how he decided to portray the story.

But the reason that I'm a little bit disappointed it's because the movie wasn't...

I mean they should've developed a little bit more upon the story,

and on the other hand I think they had so much material to keep going and

the movie, it's actually like what? An hour? An hour and a half?

An hour.

Go, tell me what do you think about the story.

Well I think the images were really pretty,

Like, in all the close ups we could see every single detail.

And it was very impressing that they filmed that in four different stations.

I guess it must have been very long to shoot

Yeah, I also liked the fact that they made that in four stations.

Yeah, and...oh we can't really tell the plot right?

Well there's not really a plot, that's the thing.

But,

it's impressive to like,

know that, they filmed all that,

and then they decided there was a character more interesting than the others.

Yeah, but at the same time,

don't you think that it was simple?

Yeah, it sure was very simple,

I was expecting something a bit more,

maybe not interactif,

but with a bit more action.

Yeah, okay.

Yeah, I understand, I mean like

the movie was really good.

Don't misunderstand me.

The movie was really good.

If you ever happen to like...

if you ever want to go to the theater, this week or next Tuesday.

I would actually recommend you

to go watch this movie

but,

the thing that disappointed me was exactly that,

the reviews were so good that...

they were like:

this movie is very impressive,

the cinematography is good,

the images are outstanding.

You know, obviously there's images that were really really impressive.

I remember at some point you cried right?

There's a moment when you cried, when was it?

Tao Tao.

Huh?

Tao Tao.

Why?

His family wouldn't let him come back to them, they rejected him.

Ahh yeah, yeah, yeah okay,

so there's touching moments, I mean there's a lot of emotions going on in the movie

but,

I mean I just wanted much more.

I just wanted like that impressive like...

I wanted to get out of there and be like OMG it actually blew my mind, you know.

But, it actually was good, I'm going to repeat myself,

it was good,

but it wasn't as impressive

as I thought it would be.

So yeah, this is pretty much my impression on the movie for now.

I'm going to do the review where obviously,

I'm going to be more specific on my points.

But this is my first impression.

Do you have anything else to say?

Nop.

No, so this is it guys.

English for for Spanish Speakers 28 - 'I agree' or 'I am agree'? (with subtitles) - Duration: 2:32.

Hi again everyone, and welcome back to 'One

English Tip in One Minute for Spanish

Speakers' where every week I talk about,

in some detail, one common English mistake made

by those who speak Spanish as a mother

tongue...and this is the 28th video, so

video number 28.

I've said it 27 times before, and I'll

say it again: I totally appreciate the

fact that you are trying to improve your

English. I feel just a strong about

that now as before -- actually even

stronger if you've made it through these

videos. So nice work. In these videos, I

show you a slide, and on the slide there

are two sentences: One is the correct way

that I as a native English speaker would

say it, the other is the wrong way that --

maybe you, maybe not -- as a Spanish speaker

might say it. Your job is to decide

which one is correct. Please do that now.

Read the sentences, listen to me read the

sentences, pause the video, think about

your answer and I will discuss that

answer in the slide that follows this slide.

You are in very good company

if you got this wrong -- or if you got it

right, but just made a wild guess and

happened to get it right. It's the reason

that this mistake is even in these

videos. What you have to do now --

hopefully you now understand why we say

it the way we do -- and now you should

study to get past this mistake. To

start you off on that path -- and it's very

simple beginning, I know -- I've given you

three sentences to study from.

Memorize the sentences in their entirety,

review them -- really hardwire them into your

brain -- and put into practice what you've

learned through speaking or writing or

both...and go outside of these videos and

learn from all the resources that are

out there (or a few of them, you don't

need all of them).

English for Portuguese Speakers 28 - 'everybody likes' or 'all the people likes'? (with subtitles) - Duration: 2:37.

Hi once again everyone, and welcome back

to 'One English Tip in One Minute for

Portuguese Speakers' where each week I

talke about one common English mistake

that those who speak Portuguese as a

mother tongue make when they speak

English...and this is the 28th video or

video number 28.

I say it often, and I say it because I

mean it, and I mean it more every week

truly: I totally admire that you are

working to improve your English, and I

hope you keep it up.

If you haven't heard that before then

I will explain how this works.

I show you a slide, and on the side

there are two sentences: One is the

correct way that someone who speaks

English as a mother tongue says it,

the other is the wrong way that many

Portuguese speakers say it. Your job

is to decide which one is correct.

Please do that now. Read the sentences,

listen to me read the sentences, pause

the video, think about your answer and I

will talk about the answer in the slide

that follows this slide.

Okay, in an ideal world everybody got

this right, and there's no need to kind

of continue on with this...but we do not

live in an idea world. I'm sure many

of you out there got this wrong -- or you

just happened to take a wild guess and

get it right. And it simply means that

you need to start to study to get past

that mistake. As I've said before, it

doesn't take much,

I think. You just need to recognize the

mistake - which I now hope you do -- and you

need to study. To start you off on

that studying path I've given you three

sentences to study from. You should

memorize these sentences in their

entirety, you should review them -- and

really drill them into your brain -

you should put into practice what you've

learned through speaking or writing or

both and you should continue that

process (making mistakes along the way)

until you've mastered this...and the bad

English is out of your head, and the good

English is in there and hopefully to

stay.
