Positivity is Required in a Healthy Band - Austin Stone Worship - Duration: 2:31.

Positivity is required.

Positivity is not, like, you should shoot for it, or it'd be great if that happened.

But positivity is a requirement for a good healthy band dynamic.

You're nodding your head if you've been in a band where there's somebody or there's a

culture of negativity.

It absolutely destroys a team.

I've been in several bands where negativity just fosters, and a lot of the times I've

been the one that's been doing it.

Here's how negativity works: negativity, it could be one small thing, it could be an issue

with the church you're working at, it could be an issue with interpersonal stuff, it could

be an issue with your own perspective about your life, but negativity always moves to

cynicism.

Always.

Negativity moves to cynicism.

You know what cynicism moves to?

Bitterness.

You know what bitterness moves to?

Total ineffectiveness.

Always.

There's no way around it.

Negativity always blooms.

It's like a really terrible weed.

Negativity turns to cynicism.

"Man, I'm really cynical about a lot of things right now."

Cynicism moves and moves until ultimately you're bitter and ineffective.

I've found that this is something that can go unchecked really quickly, you know?

It's like, "Oh that's a comment.

He's just a critical person, or that's just her personality.

Whatever."

No man.

As the leader, stop it.

Stop negativity from happening.

Negativity is different than having a critical eye about things.

There have been several times where Philip has had a critical eye about something, but

it's not negative.

It's not cynical.

It's not bitter.

It's not ineffective.

A critical eye is different, okay?

Positivity in all things is required, and you guys set the temperature for that.

You set the temperature on your team.

You set the temperature in this room.

You set the temperature at your campus to be a positive person.

Cool?

[Eng-Indosub] Fath3r is strang3 ep 18 - Duration: 1:05:57.

(The following content may not be suitable for viewers under 15.)

(Viewer discretion is advised.)

(Episode 18)

I don't agree with this.

I am completely against them moving in here.

- Piggy. - I am against it as well.

Why? Why are you against it?

I mean,

this house is already full of people.

The bathrooms are so crowded every morning.

And you want to add one more person?

That's not a good idea.

Also, you're an adult of 35 years old.

You should move out when you get married.

I don't think living with your parents...

make any sense.

What about you?

You're 36 years old and you moved in...

to live with your dad.

I'm an exception.

I've never lived with my dad so far.

Mi Young,

why are you against it?

It will be too much work for you.

Jun Young's baby will be born soon.

Then you will have to take care of the baby.

Jun Young's girlfriend wouldn't quit her job because of the baby.

You're getting old. You've worked enough raising us.

I don't want you to go through hardship...

of raising a baby again.

I'm not that old yet.

And I won't take care of the baby with no strings attached...

even if they move in.

It's not just because of the baby.

Thank you for being considerate of me.

However, we've already decided to let them move in.

Right. We already made up our minds,

so even if you think otherwise, I hope you'll understand.

Jun Young's girlfriend is Ms. Kim, right?

I saw them together near the company.

I was surprised to see her act like that when she has a nasty temper.

Jun Young has a bad taste in women, I guess.

Don't you think you should tell your family?

If you find it uncomfortable, I can tell them.

Who do you think you are?

What? I'm taking your side now.

Please don't do anything.

I don't appreciate your meddling in my business.

Never intervene or try to understand.

Do you get it?

Why is she angry at me for? I was taking her side.

Hello, Hye Young.

Yes, I'm home.

I came home early.

You mean tomorrow? I'm available.

Shall we have lunch together? I'll go over to your company.

Bye.

I can't forgive her.

She's going to move in this house as if nothing has happened.

(Father's Snackfood)

Honey, let's get going if you're ready.

They will eat this since it's already on the table, right?

They will eat it even if you don't set up the table. They're grown-ups.

- Let's go. - Shall I tell Jun Young?

Our kids can take care of themselves,

but Joong Hee is not familiar with this place yet.

Gosh. All right.

I'll get the car. Talk to Jun Young and come down.

Come in.

- Are you awake? - I just woke up.

I'm going to the fish market with your mom.

Can you prepare breakfast for the kids?

You mean now?

Sure. Don't worry about it.

Wake them up so that they're not late for work.

I put fruit and rice cakes on the table.

Make fruit juice and heat the rice cakes.

All right. I'll do that.

Make sure you take care of Joong Hee.

He's not familiar being here yet. He wouldn't ask you first...

even if he needs something.

- I get it. - Thank you. I'm counting on you.

See you, Dad.

- See you. - See you.

Who's in here? I'm in a hurry!

Jun Young!

Who is it?

It was you.

It's been five days.

Mom and Dad went to the market.

So you are not giving us a ride today?

I can't. Eat quickly and get going.

Piggy,

I will do my best not to make it hard for Mom...

even if I move in with Yoo Joo.

Don't worry about it.

When is the wedding?

I'm thinking of having it at the end of next month.

Where are they? I can't see them.

Intern, where are they?

Mi Young is not an intern at home.

Thank you, Jun Young. See you.

Thank you, Jun Young. See you.

Shall I go with you? I can give you a ride. I'm leaving now.

Will you? How about it, Mi Young?

No, you can take your time. Let's go.

Bye, Mi Young. See you, Ra Young.

Bye.

This place is nice.

It's one of the most popular places near my workplace.

My coworkers come here often.

Why did you want to see me?

Then Yoo Joo must come here too.

I already know everything, so don't try to pretend like you don't know.

How did you find out?

Yoo Joo.

You didn't even call nor apologize.

I didn't know this was a recorder.

It's her, isn't it?

She's the reason why you thought of giving up on...

enrolling into your dream job which took you...

three years to get into, right?

Yes.

Why didn't you tell me?

I couldn't.

Mom and Dad don't know what I went through in high school.

I couldn't tell Jun Young either.

Then...

what do you plan to do?

I already told her to apologize.

If she sincerely apologizes,

I'm planning to let it go.

You're going to just let it go?

I've given it a lot of thought.

She's already pregnant.

That doesn't mean you have to handle this lightly.

They're not even married yet.

And this is no longer just a problem of your own. It's a family issue.

She's going to be Jun Young's wife, our parents' daughter-in-law,

and to us, she's going to be our sister-in-law.

But it'll hurt Jun Young so much.

- Mi Young. - And if...

This is just a possibility.

But if Jun Young still decides to marry her...

even after finding out about what she did to me,

I don't think I'll be able to forgive him either.

That's why I want Yoo Joo to give me a sincere apology.

Okay.

I'll talk to her.

No, don't do that.

I'll handle this on my own.

Do you know what bothered me the most as time went by?

It was the fact that I couldn't say anything even when she bullied me.

Why wasn't I brave enough to face the kids that bullied me...

and tell them to stop?

Why didn't I do something about the situation...

and let them continue to bully me as if they were right?

So this time,

I really want to solve this problem on my own.

I'm going to see Yoo Joo as soon as you leave.

I'm going to ask her for a sincere apology.

I even might end up telling Jun Young about everything.

But whatever happens,

I'm going to do everything on my own.

By doing so, I want to say goodbye...

to my foolish past.

Okay.

I get what you mean.

Tell me if you need my help.

Okay.

Jun Young, what happened?

My parents gave us their permission.

They're okay with you living here.

Are the other family members okay with it too?

Of course. My parents talked about it with everyone yesterday.

Everyone knows, and they all agreed.

Really? I'm glad to hear that.

I might have to go through some hardships,

but I'm sure it'll help us save up a lot of money.

I guess you could be worried about things like that.

I promise I'll be a great husband.

You better keep that promise.

Of course.

I heard you said you want to come and live with my family.

Well...

You didn't even apologize to me.

But you're going to marry my brother and live with us?

I already said that I'm sorry.

You really haven't changed a bit.

You're still mean, selfish, and nasty.

What?

- "Nasty"? - Yes, you're nasty.

You don't admit your mistakes,

and you bully people whenever you get the chance.

Hey, are you being serious?

When did you ever apologize?

Do you call that an apology?

Don't you know what an apology is?

You don't even know what it is that you did wrong.

Do you think a meaningless apology makes up for everything?

What else do you want me to do?

I just teased you a couple of times back in high school.

Do you expect me to get on my knees?

Do you really not know what you did?

You gave me such a hard time.

You said I smell like pigs.

Every time I had to get changed for physical education class,

you made fun of me publicly and made everyone laugh at me.

You sometimes even threw away my lunch box.

- That was a mistake... - I...

really thought I was dirty...

and smelled like pigs.

So I took a shower every morning and night.

I sometimes even went home during lunch time to take a shower.

Even after graduating, I still couldn't let go of that habit.

I even got a skin disease because of that.

But you see,

the scars I got on my body are nothing.

You don't know how much you hurt me psychologically, do you?

You ruined my high school life.

It felt as if everyone was mocking me,

so going to school was a nightmare.

Every day at school, I tried my best to stay quiet.

I wanted to hide every day.

At the same time, I wished that someone would become my friend.

Because of you,

I became a laughing stock and got bullied.

You made me into a ghost. No one was interested in me.

What about you?

Do you think you're so innocent?

What?

I really didn't want to say this to you.

But because of what you did,

everyone at school found out about my parents.

Where's Yoo Joo?

I think she went to the bathroom.

I told her to bring her mother to school, but she still hasn't come.

Tell her to come see me as soon as possible.

Miss.

Yoo Joo's living with her stepmother.

I think that's why she still hasn't brought her to school.

Oh, I see.

She should've told me earlier.

Okay.

Do you even remember that incident?

See? You don't know either.

I only said that to help you.

Who are you to help me?

I never asked you for help.

I would've rather died than to tell people about that.

It was something I never wanted to tell anyone.

It was my story to tell, but even I stayed quiet.

Who gave you the right to talk about my personal life?

Okay.

I'm sorry for what I did.

I was worried that our homeroom teacher would scold you.

I should've been more thoughtful.

I'm sorry.

Forget it. I don't need your apology.

I don't want to fight over what happened in the past.

So can you please...

try to let it go?

I was...

also trying to help you.

I only said those things so you could start losing weight.

You were trying to help me?

Yoo Joo.

You're really impossible.

I was only trying to help you get out of trouble.

But are you saying you were trying to do the same for me?

I'm serious.

I really did those things to help you.

You were also embarrassed of yourself back then, weren't you?

Okay.

I guess you're okay with my brother knowing about what you did,

since you only had good intentions.

Like you said, it was to help me.

I gave you so many chances until now.

I really did not want to become your family.

But since you're pregnant and engaged to my brother,

I was going to let it go...

and keep it a secret from everyone in the family...

as long as you gave me a sincere apology.

But I can't do this any longer.

I should tell my brother...

about all the kind things you did for me.

Must you really go that far?

Must you make your brother suffer just so you can have your revenge?

Do you really not know how selfish that is?

I also want to try being selfish.

I can't always be the one being bullied.

Mi Young!

(Jun Young)

Hey, Mi Young.

Jun Young.

When are you free today? I need to talk to you.

I need to go to work soon.

I have to work until tomorrow morning.

But I have time after I finish work tomorrow.

Then I'll see you tomorrow after work.

I'll get off work early and go to our neighborhood to see you.

Okay. But what's it about?

I'll tell you when I see you.

Okay.

She won't say anything, will she?

She didn't say anything last time either.

Yes. She has a soft heart,

so she won't be able to tell him.

Who is this?

Hello? This is Kim Yoo Joo.

Hello.

What brings you here?

Sit down.

Look at that smile on your face.

People say that a smile will make people compliment you.

But I can do the exact opposite...

when I need to.

I came here as Mi Young's sister.

That's why I'm talking to you comfortably like this.

You're the same age as Mi Young, aren't you?

You seem to understand quite quickly.

A guilty conscience needs no accuser.

Of course, there are some who don't regret their mistakes.

But what about you? Do you regret what you did?

Tell me.

You should regret it.

You should regret what you did and apologize.

Do you understand what I mean?

You better give Mi Young a sincere apology.

If...

Mi Young decides to forgive you after you apologize to her,

I'll do the same. But if that's not the case,

I won't let it go either.

But let me ask you while you're here.

Why...

did you do that to Mi Young?

Why?

I'm asking you why!

Why were you so mean to her?

She got hurt and could no longer exercise.

Because of that, she gained weight.

She was already hurting inside.

But why did you have to be so mean to her?

I was...

I was jealous of her.

I was...

jealous of Mi Young.

What?

It's lunch time.

- Let's eat. - I'm so hungry.

Let's go eat lunch.

Aren't you going to eat?

Did your mom not give you money for lunch this month again?

I'm on a diet. You guys can go and eat.

Let's go.

Mi Young.

Dad.

I'm sorry that I'm late.

There were a lot of customers.

You must be starving.

No, I'm fine. I'll just bring one from home every morning.

Then it'll become cold once you eat it.

I can bring it to you so that you can enjoy a warm meal.

I made soy sauce braised beef, your favorite.

I can't wait to eat it.

Every day,

her dad would come and give her a lunch box.

I was jealous of what she had.

My parents got divorced,

and every day was torture for me as I had to live with my stepmother.

I didn't even have money to eat at school.

But I still didn't want to...

talk about my personal life to my friends.

But because of Mi Young, everyone found out about my family.

I really hated her for that.

So...

that's why you bullied her?

That's nothing but violence.

You did that to get your revenge.

Not everyone acts like you just because they get hurt.

You're only...

trying to justify the cruel things you did to her.

Bullying cannot be tolerated in any kind of situation.

You should apologize to Mi Young.

I'm going to make sure you apologize to her.

My gosh, this is tiring.

Why did you get up so early?

You're up.

It's nothing special. Go and wash your face.

Okay.

My gosh. I can't wait to try your cooking.

Thank you for the meal.

This tastes great. Try it.

Really?

Did you pour in a bottle of salt?

- I admit. - My goodness.

Without a doubt, by biggest weakness is cooking.

From now on, you should do all the cooking. Do you agree?

I definitely agree.

Who should that be?

These two are getting married?

I can't believe it. They're actually getting married.

I believe they've been dating for about 18 years.

They started dating since high school.

I think that's about right.

But they broke up and got back together a few times, didn't they?

That's right. They're getting married after all though.

I wonder why Walnut doesn't mention marriage at all.

From the way she handled my mother the other time,

it seemed like she had no plan on getting married anytime soon.

I wonder why Jeong Hwan doesn't mention marriage at all.

His mother's the reason I don't,

but what could be his reason?

That's right. I've been wanting to ask you something.

Remember when we had that fight because of our mothers?

You said you probably wouldn't have to see my mother again.

What?

That's right. I remember.

Then...

does that mean you don't have plans to get married?

I guess you could say that.

Why? Do you want to get married?

No, of course not. Not at all.

Just like you.

That's a relief.

If one wanted to get married when the other doesn't,

that would be awkward.

Of course. It's a relief indeed, right?

Did you get the wedding invitation this morning?

Those two are finally getting married.

When are you and Hye Young getting married?

Are you trying to add fuel to the flames?

Why?

Hye Young doesn't seem to have any plans on getting married.

- Do you want to get married? - Of course.

If I bring up marriage not long after getting back together,

I was worried things might get awkward,

but it turns out she has no plans at all.

Or could it be that...

she doesn't want to get married to me?

That couldn't be.

She's probably just taking things slow for the same reason as you.

At her age, she wouldn't be dating you without thinking of marriage.

Do you think so?

It's true that we're just getting started again, right?

Yes. You're right. I guess I was being too impatient.

Carry on with what you were doing.

Why on earth doesn't he want to get married?

You said you don't want to get married either, didn't you?

Now that you're living with him, have your thoughts changed?

Hey.

Not wanting something and being unable to have it is different.

Then just ask him straightforwardly.

No. That would be so embarrassing.

Anyway, no matter how much I like Jeong Hwan,

I still don't have plans on getting married.

Especially, I can't stand his mother becoming my mother-in-law.

I have a valid reason to not want to get married,

but shouldn't Jeong Hwan want to get married to me?

I can't believe him.

(Text Message from Cracker)

Do you have plans after work? Do you want to have dinner together?

Shall we, my dear Cracker?

I'll be going to work now.

Have lunch before you leave. I've prepared spicy noodles.

It hasn't been long since I ate. I don't have much of an appetite.

Oh dear. Then what should I do with all this?

Then I guess I'll have some.

Good. Oh dear.

I hope it suits your taste. Go ahead and eat.

All right.

Thank you for the meal.

You haven't seen Dad yesterday and today, have you?

He's been a bit busy at the shop.

He'll be less busy from tomorrow.

I see.

Please talk more casually to me.

Let's take things slowly. I will when I feel more comfortable.

- Go ahead and eat. - I will. Thank you.

Is there anything uncomfortable about living here?

No, not at all.

Let me know if there's anything I can do for you.

I will.

It's a debit card. There's 300 dollars in the account.

Don't you think 300 dollars is too little?

Do you think I'm a child? I'm an adult you know.

If you don't want it, I can take it back.

Wait. I never said I didn't want it.

I just think there should be an adjustment in the amount.

When you're finished eating, don't just leave it. Do the dishes...

along with that cup you used over there.

Now that the weather's getting warmer, used dishes leave an odor.

Do the dishes right away.

By the way, there's dog fur all over the living room.

Make sure you vacuum the living room.

I'm going to work now. I want it all done by the time I get back.

Gosh.

Oh boy. My back aches.

Darn it.

Gosh. That hurt.

I've retired after working 40 long years.

Does she really have to work me hard like this?

My goodness.

(Life After Retirement)

(Graduating Marriage, Life After Retirement)

(Graduating Marriage, Life After Retirement)

(Graduating Marriage, Life After Retirement)

Graduating from marriage?

Let's see what this is about.

You can't seem to get used to this part-time job loading parcels.

This happens every time.

Honey. I don't think I'll be able to go to work today.

Couldn't you call and say I'm sick?

Of course not. He'll be sure to cut your salary for calling in sick.

I can't see you lose your job because of a side job.

Even if you're sick, be sick at the photo studio.

Please, honey.

Get up and go to work.

Gosh. That's enough.

What do you think you're doing?

Wipe the floor clean. Make it cleaner.

Yes, sir.

Sir.

I believe there are no reservations today. If you don't mind,

could I possibly get off work early?

What are you talking about?

What if we have a walk-in customer?

I'm sorry, sir.

But I'm just not feeling too well today.

Again? I won't allow it.

You got injured and even got the car towed last time.

Do you intend on acting weak and continue to annoy me like this?

Forgive me.

Try to be more conscientious, will you?

If I'm paying you my precious money,

you should earn your keep.

- Yes, sir. - I'll be away for a while.

Have the lighting repaired perfectly...

and clean the studio thoroughly.

Yes, sir.

Goodbye, sir.

Shall I have some fun now?

If you're going to give him half his pay, you should give him less work.

If you expect him to be conscientious,

you should pay him conscientiously.

Isn't that how it should be?

Who are you?

I thought about reporting you for overdue wages,

but I let it go for my husband's sake.

If you continue to look down on him and work him hard, I'll take action.

I'll make sure I press charges and sue you.

Do you understand me?

Are you Young Shik's wife?

If you speak rudely to him and look down on him one more time...

Do you understand me?

Yes, ma'am.

Welcome.

Honey, it's me.

- Have you had lunch yet? - How did you come here?

Go ahead.

I felt sorry that I was too cold.

I'm sorry that I can't tell you to quit...

when you're troubled.

Just hang in there until Min Ha graduates the college.

I'll do some more part-time job.

Honey,

Bo Mi.

You might upset your stomach if you eat crying. Stop crying.

I'll stop.

Chew the food well.

- Eat this. Open your mouth. - Okay.

It tastes good.

Stop crying.

It tastes good.

- Aren't you tired? - He's so good looking.

In Seoul?

We can beat them.

I haven't lost in a soccer game.

It'll start soon. Get in quickly!

- Get in now. - I got it.

- Get my seat for me. - I got the front seat.

Here.

I'm excited.

What are you doing?

There's an important final match.

Really? May I join you?

It'll start now.

- Move over. - Gosh.

Who's against whom?

It's Suwon versus Seoul.

Why do you keep talking down to me?

We're friends now.

You can talk down to me too.

I'm one year older than you.

I was born early in the year.

Shall I call you brother?

Brother Cheol Soo!

- You don't need to. - It sounds strange, right?

So which team do you support?

The one with the blue uniform.

Suwon.

- Gosh. - That was close.

- Goodness. - How is that possible?

He should have scored it.

How come he failed it? There was no one in front of him.

He was out of step.

He couldn't shoot in that situation.

He might get hurt.

I see. It was so close.

- Relax. Go, go. - That's it.

No, the other way. The other way!

- There he goes! - Gosh.

Yes, yes! Goal!

- He did it like this. - That was cool.

It's just between us.

- I was going to be a soccer player. - Gosh.

- I don't agree. - You have a quick temper.

A soccer player is so cool.

Did you see that? He ran 50m alone and then shoot. Awsome!

What was your position?

Were you a striker or a defender?

I was a forward.

What did you say?

It sounds awesome although I don't know what it is. Cool!

That's awesome!

Hey, wait for me.

I'll show you later.

I can do this.

Cheol Soo!

I should acknowledge it. They're serious.

I wish you happiness.

It's a shame. They're both so handsome.

Such a shame.

Here you go.

Are you all right with staying in the night duty room?

I'm used to it.

I guess I should get a place to stay.

I can't keep hiding forever.

I should save some money for a deposit.

Dad is waiting for you.

Why don't you just pretend to give in and come home?

I have to quit soccer if I go back.

I don't want to do that. You take care of the management.

I am good as I am.

Gosh, how come twin brothers are so different?

Why are you going through this trouble?

Can't you stop that?

Excuse me.

I'm sorry to bother you.

May I have your number?

- What? - I'm not a weird person.

I was looking at you.

You're my ideal type of man.

I love someone else.

I see.

I understand.

Are you still doing that?

You told me this is the easiest way.

Do you want to be a wizard?

How can you stay single until you're 27 years old?

The coach said my performance would weaken if I date someone.

You're not a player anymore.

Gosh, forget it.

If you enter the game,

guys should get tense.

Your brother will take care of dating.

You keep studying.

What a brother you are.

Hi.

Gosh.

How are you, Actor Ahn?

Why are you doing this? You've never come to meet me.

What are you talking about? I should come to meet you.

How are you feeling?

I'm feeling great.

I feel good enough to discuss renewing my contract. Let's go.

Have you seen the contract?

We tried our best to fit your requests.

Do we need to...

precisely look through the contract?

That's what I'm saying.

I know you're loyal.

What matters is not the contract.

How the company thinks of me matters.

I don't feel too happy these days.

I understand.

I admit that the company was indifferent to you.

So we're thinking of a change in personnel.

What do you think? You said you didn't like the intern.

Shall I get Tae Boo back to you?

You're doing the main character in a mini-series now.

An intern should not take care of you.

No, let her stay.

She's doing pretty well these days.

Are you going to let Tae Boo drive forever?

He needs a promotion.

I don't want to keep him from being promoted.

I see.

I can get a team manager take care of you.

No, thanks.

It doesn't look nice if I change my manager too often.

I see.

Do you have any other complaints or requests?

Do you have a spare van...

by any chance?

- A van? - A van?

There's no spare van at the moment.

I knew it.

I'll devise a method.

I'll give you any other complaints or requests later.

I should get going now. I have a practice session.

You know I'm doing "Oh My Boss".

Sure, you need to practice.

Call me if you need anything.

"It's not that you couldn't find Dad. You didn't look for him."

"Why did you show up suddenly?"

I don't think this is how it goes.

Come in.

- Did you want to see me? - Yes, I did.

Have a seat.

I want you to be my partner for practice.

It's hard to bring out the emotion when I practice alone.

You can read Seung Min's lines.

All right.

- Let's start. - Okay.

"It's not that you couldn't find Dad. You didn't look for him."

"Why did you show up suddenly?"

"Just because. It's wrong to say it's sudden."

"I prepared myself for about 20 years."

"To meet the man I should call father."

"Does that require 20 years to prepare for?"

"Yes, it did in my case."

"If I were given time to prepare myself..."

Forget it. Will you stop reading?

How do you mean?

You don't sound sincere.

You're almost monotonous.

Try again.

Ready?

"It's not that you couldn't find Dad. You didn't look for him."

"Why did you show up suddenly?"

"Just because. It's wrong to say it's sudden."

It's just the same.

You should look at me when you say your lines.

How can I look at you when I'm reading from the board?

I didn't memorize the lines.

Judo, this is work.

Leave your private issues out of it.

My issues aren't a problem.

You asked for my help...

and I'm helping.

Okay, fine.

Get out. I'll practice alone.

Okay.

She really left just because I told her to.

This means something.

This means she's letting her feelings take over.

"It's not that you..."

All four siblings act like I'm invisible.

What am I to do?

If you hate me that much, tell me to leave.

Hello.

Goodbye.

If you're a celebrity,

can you show me around a TV station?

What?

Yes, I think I can.

Which station do you prefer?

Do you know Nam Jin the singer?

I'd like to meet him.

I don't know him at all.

Then Seol Woon Do?

Him too.

Then who do you know?

Are you actually a celebrity?

You aren't that tall either.

You're a midget compared to Jun Young,

and I think you're way uglier than him too.

How are you a celebrity?

Does wearing sunglasses make you a celebrity?

Gosh.

Go.

Goodbye.

What a fool.

Do you have it?

Yes, I found it.

You've installed a new toilet bowl.

You're home.

The plumber just left.

I'm installing the bidet now.

The driver must be in there.

Here it is, Dad.

Come and hold this.

Watch out.

Here?

What is it?

- Does your throat hurt? - Yes, a bit.

I practiced a lot.

Did you?

Jun Young, go and...

make him quince tea. It's in the fridge.

Have some quince tea.

It's good for sore throats.

I have to go out to see Mi Young.

Do you?

Don't you have time to make a cup of tea?

It's okay, I don't drink quince tea.

You just need to boil some water.

Go and get ready to go out.

Okay.

Do you have some time?

What do you want to say?

I don't have long.

Did you talk to your brother?

It's too late.

I made up my mind.

I'm off to tell him.

You're right.

I didn't mean well.

I'm sorry.

I did wrong.

I hated you so much.

I hated that the secret...

about my family got out because of you.

You had such a nice and kind dad.

I hated and envied you.

Are you blaming me now?

No, I'm not.

You weren't the only one who got hurt.

I was hurt as well.

But I'm sorry.

I was wrong.

Please.

Let me marry your brother.

Don't tell him anything.

I don't want him to know about that.

I won't move in if you don't want me to.

I'll find a place for us to move into.

Please.

(Wedding halls)

Jun Young.

Hi, Piggy.

What's going on?

I get scared when you want to meet in public.

Is it bad news?

Talk to me.

Jun Young.

What?

Mi Young.

It's okay, you can talk to me.

That woman.

Do you love her?

Is that what you want to ask me?

Yes.

I wanted to know.

Do you love her a lot?

Yes, I do, a lot.

What do you like about her?

Everything.

She encourages me...

and trusts me.

I don't have a full-time job yet...

and I'm not pulling my weight at home.

But when I'm with Yoo Joo,

I become confident.

I feel I can do anything...

and that I'm an okay guy.

She makes me want to be a better person.

Hello?

It's me.

Let's talk tomorrow.

I thought my head would explode.

Can I forgive you...

and accept you as a family?

Can I do something that difficult?

To be honest, I'm not sure I can.

I'm just an ordinary person.

Why should I forgive you?

- Mi Young. - Let me finish.

It's for Jun Young.

He loves you with all his heart.

And I...

don't want to hurt him.

I want to keep it from him even more than you do.

I'm not saying you're forgiven.

All the hurt you caused me won't disappear...

in one day.

But I get that you apologized sincerely.

I'm not yet sure if you really meant it or...

if you were just afraid of losing Jun Young.

I decided to accept your apology.

Marry my brother.

Move in with us if you want.

But you'll need to change a lot and work really hard.

Treat my brother and my family the best you can.

If you don't, what you did to me will become public knowledge.

- Look, meat. - Hello.

Would sirloin be better or tenderloin?

- Tenderloin's better. - Right?

Then...

- Cut this up for us. - Sure.

And wrap it up.

You look extra pretty today.

Not too thin.

My goodness. No way.

Grill it, dip it.

Open wide.

Tenderloin.

That must be Cracker.

I got you red-handed, sister.

Blow harder.

It's still there.

Hang on.

What's going on?

- You're awesome. - Here you go.

Thank you.

They're grocery shopping together and they bought meat.

That's what newlyweds do.

I don't like this.

No way. Is he the friend she's living with?

- Gosh, they're huge. - Goodness.

Don't.

- Are you okay? Oh no. - I'm fine.

You silly thing. You scared me.

Let's go.

- Is this your laptop? - Just papers.

Good. I thought it was your laptop.

I was so worried.

Stay calm. Stay calm.

- It's almost summer. - Yes.

- The button. - Right.

Excuse me. Can you press 20, please?

Thank you.

We're home.

After you.

This is why you should trust no one.

How could she of all people?

I got you, Hye Young.

If our parents were to hear this shocking news...

I won't make you wait too long.

It'll taste great.

The food's ready.

Isn't that your phone?

It is.

- It's spam. - Is it?

What Are Your Salary Expectations? Learn How To Answer This Interview Question ✓ - Duration: 6:14.

How to answer what are your salary expectations?

This is by far one of the most controversial topics.

Everybody seems to have an opinion about that.

Most HR or recruiters say that you should give a range.

I think differently.

As always, before I can give you a straight up answer there are a few things I need to

know.

1) Who is asking this question?

Is it a headhunter, HR, or the hiring manager?

So, let's see the possible scenarios first Scenario 1: From a headhunter.

So, you are just interviewing with a recruiter or headhunter

Scenario 2: From HR or internal recruiter Scenario 3: From the Hiring Manager

Scenario 4: From the Hiring Manager but you started the process with a headhunter

I hope I am not confusing you.

So, let's start with Scenario 1: if it's a headhunter asking you this questions;

Then, I suggest you direct the question back at them.

Ask; "what is the budget of your client for this role".

90% of the time they will give you a range.

Then, you can go ahead and say that it's within your expectations.

Ok.

So, this was the 1st scenario.

The 2nd scenario is that HR asks you this question in the first stage of the interview.

This is usually the first stage in your recruitment process.

This is Before you interview with the hiring manager.

See HR has very good reasons to ask you this question.

They really don't want to take that chance of introducing someone to Hiring Manager and

let that person pass the interviews just to reject the job offer.

It would be a major fail for HR.

So, they want to immediately eliminate any candidates they may potentially fall out of

the salary range they are prepared to offer.

Something important here.

They don't just eliminate candidates who are above their budget but also below their

budget too.

They do that because They judge your worth based on how much salary you draw.

It's weird like that.

So, my suggestion in this case is for you not to answer this question.

And they will insist, they will insist real good.

But you just have to hold your ground and say something like the following;

"I am sure PwC will be offering a competitive salary within the industry standards.

I am not looking to get rich I am just looking for an opportunity to prove my worth to the

company.

That's my only priority at this stage."

So, why am I suggesting this.

Because, there is a very clear conflict of interest here.

It's in HR's best interest to eliminate all those candidates that are not within the

salary range, and in your best interest to not take that risk of potentially failing

even before getting a job offer.

Simple conflict of interest.

So, if you can pull it off, don't give out any information.

Just say you are confident their offer will be within the industry standards.

They will push you though, and you will resist.

But let's say you couldn't resist.

Let's say the HR is very adamant and you realize that you will have to give out a number.

In that case you will have to give out a number.

What I suggest is before you go to that interview, visit Glassdoor.com and check out the salary

ranges for your role.

In there, you will see so many entries and you will be able to see the lower end as well

as higher end for the role.

So, when they ask for your expectations, then you can just say between this and that.

Scenario 3: The question comes from the Hiring Manager.

So, hiring manager is going to be your direct line supervisor.

One of the qualities you want to highlight is your honesty.

I suggest you very clearly say that you actually didn't know about the salary ranges much.

So, before going to the interview you checked Glassdoor.com and you realized the range is

between this and that.

So, you'd be happy to consider a salary that seems like the industry standards.

This will be a very smooth answer.

So, they can't blame you for asking too much or too less.

You just made a research and came up with a methodological figure.

You are not greedy nor desperate.

This is the industry standard based on your research.

Scenario 4: If this question is coming from the hiring manager but you initially started

the process with an external recruiter/headhunter.

So, in this case, make sure you ask about the salary range in advance.

The recruiters know the range very well.

Because their client always tells them.

And it's in their best interest for you to get that job at a salary as high as possible.

Because they make commissions based on how high you get paid.

So, they will tell you a range.

Then you can just share that range with the hiring manager later on in the interviews.

I believe this is the safest approach.

I'd love to be proven wrong though.

Shades of Blue - The Crew Is Under Attack (Episode Highlight) - Duration: 5:32.

- You let a little kid steal your knight?

- Before I even knew what was happening.

- Kid showed no mercy. - None, none whatsoever.

I was toast. - Yeah.

So this is where you tell me it's not my fault

when Quince names my brother in his statement?

- No.

This is where I tell you that I took care of it.

- What's this?

- It's an agreement for Wallace to act

as my confidential informant.

Effective as of his release.

Anything that he's done, he did because I told him to.

All inadmissible. Quince can't touch him.

- Thank you, Woz.

- Hey, next time you're parked outside for a bust,

turn off your engine.

If Quince was on his game, he would've made you.

- Yes, sir.

- Least, that's how a cop would've done it.

- I got all the stuff in the trunk.

I tarped the inside as best I could.

- Yeah, let's go outside. I wanna talk to you about that.

[doorbell rings]

Hey, Nate!

What are you doing ringing the bell for?

- I didn't realize you'd have company.

- Oh, we have the interview today.

Come on in, come on in. - Can we just talk outside?

- No, no, no, come on. Come on, we'll do it now.

Sit down. I'll get you a drink.

Boy, it's been a while since you've been here with everybody.

- Where's Mom?

- She's out to dinner with her friends,

avoiding the riffraff.

Here. Cheers.

Have a seat.

I know this is your area of expertise,

but isn't it, like, you ask me a question and...

- Are you gay?

- The hell kind of icebreaker is that?

- Mom told me there was someone else.

And I saw the photo of you and Donnie on the boat.

- So that's where your head goes?

- I spent my whole life trying to figure out

what the hell I was doing wrong,

why Annie was your perfect angel,

even though she was a drug addict.

- She was ill. She had problems.

- Yeah, she had a thousand problems, Dad.

She lied to you, she stole from you, she broke your heart.

I was the one who tried.

I could've been a closer for the Yankees

and it wouldn't matter.

- No, it would've. - No, it wouldn't.

Because every time you look at me,

you see something you hate about yourself.

- You're my son. And I love you.

- Yeah, then tell me the truth. - You're my son.

And I love you.

But if you ever bring this up again,

it'll be the last conversation you and I ever have.

- Yeah, is that a punishment or a reward?

[gunshot]

[indistinct shouting]

[bullets whizzing]

- Get down! - Woz, Woz, get down!

- Get down!

[gunshots]

- Woz, get down! - [choking and sputtering]

- Woz, what are you doing?

- No, no!

- Woz!

[glass shattering]

No!

[gunfire]

[glass shatters]

- Harlee, stay there!

- Woz! - No!

- Get down!

- We gotta get him to the hospital.

- I'll call it in. - No, now! Give me your gun!

- Woz, no, you can't!

- Just get him there! Do you understand?

Yeah?

Keep your head down. Okay, go.

- Ahh!

[indistinct shouting]

- Tufo!

Give me the 12 gauge from the pantry!

[gunfire, glass shattering]

- Harlee, get down!

- [groaning]

- This is Detective Santos of the six-four.

I have shots fired. I repeat: heavy fire.

Requesting immediate backup and paramedics.

[glass shattering]

Officer down.

I repeat: officer down.

- Give me that, Tufo!

[gunfire]

[tense music]

- Are they to the car yet?

[gunfire]

- Almost.

They're in. They're in!

- Lieutenant, what are you doing?

- Making sure they're getting out.

- Sir, don't do it!

[tires squealing]
