Khloé Kardashian Sued for Sharing a Photo of Herself on Instagram - Duration: 2:46.
What's up, guys?

Khloé Kardashian has posted more than 3,000 photos on her Instagram page since joining
the social media site back in August 2012.
And many of those photos have been of herself.
Khloé doesn't take quite as many selfies as her sister Kim, but there are obviously
plenty of photos of Khloé plastered across her page.
One of those photos just landed her in hot water, as a photography company has filed
a lawsuit against Khloé for uploading a photo of herself to Instagram more than seven months
ago.
A company called Xposure Photos filed the lawsuit on Tuesday, claiming Khloé unlawfully
posted a photo that had been licensed exclusively to the British tabloid, the Daily Mail.
The photo showed Khloé and her sister Kourtney emerging from a restaurant in Miami back in
September 2016, and while you might think that Khloé would be well within her rights
to post a photo of herself, Xposure claims she violated copyright laws by posting it.
Xposure is now seeking $150,000 in damages for what they allege was "willful, intentional,
and malicious" copyright infringement.
In addition to that money, they are also seeking an extra $25,000 for the removal of their
agency's credit from the photo.
They also want unspecified profits they claim they lost as a result of the alleged copyright
infringement.
Who knew one innocent photo could be worth so much?!
Variety got its hand on the lawsuit and posted an excerpt from it.
It explains why Xposure believes it has a strong case against Khloé.
"Kardashian's Instagram post made the photo immediately available to her nearly
67 million followers and others, consumers of entertainment news—and especially news
and images of Kardashian herself, as evidenced by their status as followers of Kardashian—who
would otherwise be interested in viewing licensed versions of the photograph in the magazines
and newspapers that are plaintiff's customers."
Khloé has wisely removed the photo in question from her Instagram page.
Khloé isn't the only Kardashian causing controversy on Instagram right now, either.
Earlier this week, photos of Kim Kardashian wearing a bathing suit during a vacation in
Mexico surfaced online and showed that Kim, like many of the other people living on this
planet, has cellulite.
This has led to some serious backlash against Kim on social media.
People aren't upset about the cellulite itself, but rather, many people are angry
because they feel Kim has portrayed a false image of herself on Twitter and Instagram
by posting airbrushed photos of herself in the past.
Kim fired back at her critics by tweeting and then deleting a response to them on Twitter
this week.
But according to reports, the situation has caused Kim to lose more than 100,000 Instagram
followers in just a few days.
None of this has stopped Khloé or Kim from engaging with fans on Instagram, but it's
clearly been a rough week to be a Kardashian on social media.

so what they sacrificed there to work so hard
and you still all that has paid off.
It's just a shame they're not here to see it, sorry.
