Mourinho is under increasing pressure at United after a poor start to the season where the Red Devils have picked up just ten points from the first seven games

They have also been knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Championship outfit Derby with many calling for Mourinho to leave the club

Former Real Madrid boss Zidane is favourite to replace Mourinho if he does depart with the Frenchman currently without a job

And The Sun claim that Zidane rung Mourinho recently, leaving the former Chelsea manager worried about his Old Trafford career

It's reported that Zidane was concerned that Mourinho may think he was aiming for the job behind his back and wanted to ease those worries

It's believed Zidane, who led Real Madrid to three Champions League titles in a row, told Jose Mourinho that his representatives had asked if he would be interested in the Manchester United job

Following the loss to West Ham on Saturday, Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand said executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward must act now

"I think there are some big decisions to be made at Manchester United now," he said on BT Sport

"I think from the hierarchy, from the people who run the club, the likes of Ed Woodward, I'm sure there are going to be conversations at that level about where they go from here

"At the moment there doesn't seem to be that togetherness within that changing room

"The manager, the squad, how they're going to take this club forward. There has to be improvements

"I believe that the powers that be at this football club have a decision to make

"I think you can't let a situation like this just continue through the season. "Things leaking out in the press, little wars going on in the changing rooms that's creeping out and everyone's finding out about it

"So someone's got to make a decision right now, bang - this is what happens."

What are Some Inspirational Quotes for School/College? - Duration: 3:47.

Hey guys, and welcome back to the School Finesse podcast.

I'm your host, Amen. Today, I've got some inspiration for you. I found 5

inspirational quotes that I want to share with you as you crawl your way -- of course

not. You're not crawling your way already. The semester has just begun. Stand up

tall, shoulders back, head up high, and keep walking...keep walking. The end of the

semester will be here before you even know it. Well before we forget, I have the

word of the week cacophony: c-a-c-o-p-h-o-n-y,

a harsh discordant mixture of sounds. It probably sounds

like this. Watch your ears!

(SOUNDBITE OF CACOPHONOUS MUSIC)

now if you heard that, you'd probably approach the

group, If they were your friends, and say something like, I know you guys are

trying to play and harmonize a little bit but it just sounds like one big

cacophony. Anyway, today I'll give you 5 quotes to encourage you as you

continue this semester. And then in news fix, we'll talk about how one Community

College student's potential million dollar business was shut down. So here

are the 5 quotes of inspiration. I'm warning you now! These quotes are deep.

You have to just let these sink in. Number one, "There are no secrets to

success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure."

- Colin Powell. Number two, "With everything that has happened to you, you can either

feel sorry for yourself or treat what has happened as a gift. Everything is

either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You

get to choose." - Dr. Wayne Dyer. Number three, "Be thankful for what you have.

You'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you

will never, ever have enough." -Oprah Winfrey. Number four, "If you are working

on something that you really care about, you don't have to be pushed. The vision

pulls you." - Steve Jobs. Number five, "When you want to succeed as bad as you want

to breathe then you'll be successful." -Eric Thomas. Hopefully these quotes get

you thinking about school, work, life in general...and inspires you as you move

forward. So up next, we have our news fix. But

before that, here is your challenge for the week. All you have to do is share 1

of the 5 quotes with a friend, sibling, professor, or whoever you want!

Alright, now on to the news fix. So last week, the feds arrested a community

college student for drug-related charges. They found about 7,000 Xanax

pills that were worth over $100,000. This isn't the first box of drugs that [was]

confiscated. The investigation is ongoing. Here's what a special agent from the

Homeland Security Investigations team said: "this arrest will not be the last. [We]

will continue to focus our resources to break up illicit activities to include

those aimed at college students by targeting them through social media. So

you guys be careful on social media, as you already know to do so. Some people

might try to reel you into some shady business. But no need to worry! The

Homeland Security is stepping it up quite a bit to watch out for your safety.

Well, that's all for this week's news fix. A link to the news article titled "Feds

Arrest Community College Student on Drug Charges" along with the link for the

inspirational quotes, will be in our YouTube description box when you search

"School Finesse." Be sure to comment, like, subscribe, and share with a friend who

you want to succeed.

Always remember, tune in every MONDAY morning for a new

tip on how you can finesse your way through school.

I'm your host, Amen, signing off.

पहला क्रिसमस : Learn Hindi with subtitles - Story for Children "BookBox.Com" - Duration: 5:41.

The First Christmas

Retold by Eliane Pinheiro

and Maura Hurley

Around the month of December,

children like to imagine

what happened on the very first Christmas ever,

what happened on the very first Christmas ever,

even before Santa Claus.

I know the story well,

for I was watching it all from above –

for I was watching it all from above –

in the dark sky

on the evening of December 24th, oh so many years ago.

I am the Star of Bethlehem.

I was requested by angels

to shine brighter than all the other stars that night,

to shine brighter than all the other stars that night,

to tell the whole world

that a very special child

had been born

to spread goodwill and peace.

And this is the story of the first Christmas.

All was quiet that night

as I watched

the Three Kings traveling slowly on camel back

through desert lands.

Just then, I beamed brightly,

as the angels had told me to.

The Kings noticed me in the East.

They couldn't resist my brilliance.

They couldn't resist my brilliance.

Perhaps they had heard

that a star like me was going to

show the way to the son of God.

Traveling through the night,

the Kings met shepherds

watching over their flock.

We are following

that incredibly beautiful star there in the East,

that incredibly beautiful star there in the East,

to find the place

where the son of God has just been born.

From there

they all traveled together,

watching me, the brightest star in the sky.

watching me, the brightest star in the sky.

Finally, they arrived at a small town

called Bethlehem,

and saw that I was gleaming

radiantly above the barnyard

All was quiet and peaceful.

Their caravan entered the barnyard

to see the tender little baby

fluffed with hay.

fluffed with hay.

Next to the baby

were Mary and Joseph,

his mother and father, and many farm animals.

The Kings offered the precious gifts

they'd carried from afar

for baby Jesus:

gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

The shepherds kneeled on the ground to pray;

The shepherds kneeled on the ground to pray;

they were grateful for the gift of love and the purity

they were grateful for the gift of love and the purity

the baby brought.

the baby brought.

Many people offered gifts after that –

Many people offered gifts after that -

I suppose this is why

on Christmas Day,

people around the world

enjoy offering gifts as a sign of love and hope.

enjoy offering gifts as a sign of love and hope.

And they try their best

to bring happiness to others,

as Jesus did all his life.

Now I'd like to wish you

a holiday season that shines as brightly

as the Star of Bethlehem!

Breaking News - Championship verdict: Stephen Darby providing inspiration for Bolton - Duration: 2:20.

Following another big weekend of Championship action, Sportsmail's ADAM SHERGOLD looks back and presents the things we learned

When Craig Noone headed home what proved to be Bolton's winner against Derby, he ran to the stands to hug pal Stephen Darby

Former Bolton defender Darby was forced to retire last month after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease

Bolton players walked out with Darby's name and No 23 on their backs and Noone said: 'To see him in the changing room today picked us up

I just ran straight to him, and I can't remember much more about it.' Brentford are three league games without a win after Daniel Bentley gifted Reading both goals in a 2-2 draw

The Bees keeper fumbled John Swift's shot into the path of Jon Dadi Bodvarsson for the first and then fluffed a Swift free-kick for the second

Yoann Barbet spared his blushes with a late equaliser and boss Dean Smith said: 'Daniel will be disappointed with the two mistakes but he has saved us plenty of times before

' You know things aren't going well when the manager wants to haul off all 11 players at half-time

But that was Garry Monk's frank assessment when Birmingham trailed basement-dwellers Ipswich 2-0

'I could have taken them all off at half-time — but I haven't got 11 subs,' he said

Whatever he said in the dressing room must have worked, however, as Lukas Jutkiewicz scored twice to earn a draw

Reach's stunner further illuminated this Yorkshire derby under the Friday-night lights of Hillsborough

From 30 yards, wide on the right, he hit a looping, dipping volley off the inside of the post

Swansea forward McBurnie has been in good form for the Sky Bet Championship side this season - with four goals to his name so far - and could be set for a fourth international cap.

Aberdeen defender McKenna has returned to action after picking up an injury against Rangers at the start of the season.

Scotland will be in Israel on 11 October for a Nations League match as they look to follow up their 2-0 home win over Albania in their opener.

Fear the Walking Dead S4 Finale: How Long Is the Episode? | Heavy.com

Tonight is the Season 4 finale of Fear the Walking Dead.

Fans have mixed reactions to this season.

Most fans really enjoy the new characters Ali and John Dorie.

And they like the interactions between Strand and Dorie, along with Morgan and Alicia as standalone characters.

But fans aren't quite as sure about the Alicia-Charlie duo or the villain for this season.

And of course, there are those character deaths that we're all still really mourning.

Whether you're watching the finale tonight because you love it or because you're just really curious how it's going to end, you'll probably notice that the episode is lasting longer than expected.

And no, you're not imagining things.

The finale is longer than usual tonight.

Tonight's Fear the Walking Dead starts at 9 p.m.

Eastern (8 p.m.

Central.) And it's an extra-long episode.

The episode will air an extra 18 minutes, ending at 10:18 p.m.

Eastern.

That means Talking Dead will start at 10:18 p.m.

Eastern and last for an hour. .

(If you're watching in the UK, that means the show premieres at 2 a.m.

Monday on AMC UK for BT customers, with a 9 p.m.

repeat later on Monday.).

Tonight's episode is called "I Lose Myself.

" The synopsis reads: "Morgan struggles to find the strength to help friends in dire need before it's too late…".

Here's a preview:.

The good news is that the show is already renewed for Season 5.

AMC announced the renewal decision in early August.

It will probably return in April 2019, if it keeps to the same schedule as previous seasons.

(Season 3 didn't return until June, however, so that's always a possibility too.).

We've also learned that the story arc for Season 4 will be completely finished, but it will set things up for Season 5 and we're going to see a "roadmap" of sorts for where the characters will be in the next season.

What is Sound? - Duration: 2:07.

Sound is the brain's interpretation of waves of pressure travelling through a medium.

These waves of pressure can be produced by any vibrating object like the strings of a

guitar, drums or our own vocal cords.

When these vibrations hit our ears, specific nerve cells are stimulated to fire electrical

signals up to our brain, which then interprets it as "sound".

Thus we have the "conscious experience of hearing".

Since sound needs a medium through which to travel, we cannot hear sound in space.

The human ear is capable of hearing sounds within the frequency range of 20-20000 Hertz.

Although we cannot hear sounds out of this range many other creatures have adapted to

these frequencies.

We know that sound is caused when something vibrates and that motion is transferred to

the air molecules nearest the object...which then bumps into other molecules and a chain

reaction occurs.

But what is the nature of sound?

It seems like a ghost that only takes shape in our heads.

So is it not real?

Is sound a quality belonging to the medium or to the object making the sound?

Although these questions do not have straight answers, they force us to re-think about what

we have always thought was so real.

Regardless of what one may think about sound, hearing is one of the amazing five senses

we've got.

Hearing, in a sense, gives us extra-awareness of our surroundings.

Talking allows us to communicate with each other and makes us feel connected.

Certain combinations of these abstract waves of pressure can amazingly soothe our minds,

reduce stress and trigger feelings associated with our past experiences.

Music not only can move us, inspire us but even improve our analytical skills.

Breaking News - MARTIN KEOWN: Tinkerman Mourinho is suffocating Man United's players - Duration: 7:24.

Jose Mourinho talked about his team's fragility when trying to explain Manchester United's defeat at West Ham

He should have apologised for setting up his team in a way that led to their downfall

The system a manager chooses is the platform from which the players succeed or fail

Mourinho switched to a back three of Scott McTominay, Chris Smalling and Victor Lindelof and it was clear not enough time had been spent working on the roles and responsibilities of each player

McTominay, a 21-year-old midfielder making his first league start of the season, played at right centre half with Eric Bailly on the bench

Ashley Young was United's third right back in as many games. Neither wing-back knew when to break forwards or track back

The muddled tactics were exposed by West Ham's third goal. By then, United had reverted to a back four but instead of taking off McTominay, he withdrew Lindelof

When Mark Noble threaded a ball between Smalling and McTominay, the chasm was so wide that Marko Arnautovic simply strolled through to score

McTominay was caught out of position but a recognised centre half would have known to come across and cover the space

By hooking Lindelof, Mourinho was clearly trying to send a message. Why else would he have kept on a player who lacked experience as a defender? Then there was the substitution of Paul Pogba

He may not have had his best game but none of United's midfielders covered themselves in glory

Mourinho seemed to be using Pogba as a scapegoat. His decisions did not seem rooted in common sense

Contrast this with Chelsea and Liverpool. Both displayed a freedom and certainty at Stamford Bridge that comes when managers trust their players

I see no such freedom at United, no structure, no clear plan. Mourinho keeps ripping things up and starting again

He has made 19 changes to his starting XI this season, with only Rafa Benitez at struggling Newcastle making more

Mourinho is becoming the Tinkerman and seems to have lost the respect of the group

These constant tweaks are suffocating. The least successful team I played in was the Aston Villa side who were relegated in 1987

There were times when I felt embarrassed by our tactics. With every change in formation and personnel, we kept losing our way

In the end, nobody believes in what the man in charge is trying to achieve and that is what it looked like with United at West Ham

That is a dangerous position for a manager and it usually suggests the end is close

Mourinho is wasting so much energy on proving he is top dog off the pitch that performances are suffering on it

He said recently that no individual is bigger than Manchester United but that applies to the manager, too

If Mourinho is to turn things around, he must stop blaming individuals and start taking responsibility

Emery's got all the right moves One of Arsene Wenger's 10 commandments was to never bark orders at his players from the sidelines

His view was that when players had the ball, that was their moment to shine. He did not want to overload them with information

It is why Unai Emery's dynamic demeanour — which was in full flow against Watford — will have come as a shock to the Arsenal players

In the first few weeks of the season, they seemed to be taking their manager's instructions too literally

Now, they are feeding off his energy. By being so animated, Emery is showing the desire, passion and work ethic he wants from his players

Wenger's approach from the touchline was one of nurture. His successor is more demanding

Marko Arnautovic is central to everything West Ham do. He has always been a strong, physical forward but now he is using his power and energy in the right way

He is the springboard from which West Ham launch attacks. His team-mates know that if they find Arnautovic, he will protect the ball with his life

It gives the midfielders confidence to make runs from deep and join the attack. With him in the team, West Ham have that belief they can create something from nothing

Arnautovic is still selfish when he needs to be. He will beat a player with pace and trickery

He will finish in those vital moments. But his all-round game is much more complete

David Moyes deserves credit for demanding more from him last season. Manuel Pellegrini is now reaping the rewards

When Liverpool were winning titles in the Seventies, David Fairclough was their supersub striker who supplied crucial goals from the bench

Now, Jurgen Klopp has his very own trump card in Daniel Sturridge. He is the man Liverpool can call upon to rescue them

Rarely have I seen a more stunning goal than his equaliser at Stamford Bridge. He had no right to hit it from there and it was as if time stood still

He could have had a hat-trick against Paris Saint-Germain last month. The Anfield fans embraced him again that night and he repaid that warmth at Chelsea

On this form, Gareth Southgate may be tempted to give him an England recall. No player must give Pep Guardiola more satisfaction than Raheem Sterling, who has taken on board everything his manager has taught him

What impresses me most is his intelligent movement. He knows when to come in from out wide and is sniffing out chances better than ever

In the build-up to Sergio Aguero's goal against Brighton, Sterling spotted Kyle Walker making a run down the right, so drifted to the left of the box

It left him in a perfect position to exchange passes with Aguero to set up the goal

Given their wealth of talent, it is hard to become indispensable at Manchester City

Sterling is fast becoming that player. My team of the weekend

Fear the Walking Dead S4 Finale: Recap & Review for FTWD | Heavy.com - Duration: 14:35.

Fear the Walking Dead S4 Finale: Recap & Review for FTWD | Heavy.com

Tonight is the final episode of Season 4 of Fear the Walking Dead.

To call this season controversial would be an understatement.

Some people love the new characters, and others have stopped watching completely.

Still others are wondering what's going to happen in the finale and if there will be any additional crossover with The Walking Dead.

This post will be updated with a live recap as the show airs.

So keep refreshing the story to see the latest details about what happens.

The episode begins with a look at what happened to Ali.

She's racing from the hospital with zombies in pursuit (it's not quite clear how she escaped.) She appears to be cornered on both sides of a street as walkers approach.

She jumps into a building and locks a screen door behind her.

We see her backing up as the walkers try to reach her.

On the other side, she breaks open a car door window to get a walkie-talkie.

But no one is answering.

She's calling to Morgan and June, and tells them she holed up in a post office overnight after escaping through the basement, and now she's in a parking garage a couple miles south of the hospital.

She finds a news van (KXEY), which is pretty much perfect.

She finds a news camera inside the van and manages to hotwire the vehicle.

But next we see her in a police car… (OK, I looked down for a second and missed something.) She abandons the car and goes walking, rifle ready.

And that's when she sees Filthy Woman (yes, that's AMC's nickname for her officially) with Jimbo in Walker form.

FW says, "I don't want to hurt you, I like you.

You don't make people weak." She watched Ali's interview.

"You just gave them whatever it took to get their story.".

For some reason, no one ever wants to shoot FW (real name Martha.

) Conveniently, Ali's gun is empty when she turns to Martha to shoot after taking out a couple walkers, and she gets knocked out.

After the commercial break, Ali wakes up with June and Dorie.

She's been taken back onto the SWAT van.

She tells them that Martha wanted her to deliver a message, but she didn't hear it.

"She delivered it anyway," Dorie said.

"She kinda made you a carrier pigeon.".

Martha left a video for Morgan.

"I gave you so many chances to be strong, but you didn't take any of them.

Maybe it was my fault.

Maybe I wasn't strong enough.

You'll see me again…".

Seriously, I am wondering why no one killed her with all the chances they had.

Rick would have, that's for sure.

Now it's night and everyone is gathered around a fire.

Sarah, Wendell, Ali, June, Dorie, and Morgan and Alicia.

Morgan is taking them to Alexandria.

Morgan wants to stop at Polar Bear's truck stop so they can pick up more boxes and drop them off on their way to Alexandria.

Dorie tells Morgan he believes he will run again.

Morgan says it's not running.

"It's just dying, John." He says that Martha thinks the only way to be strong is by dying and turning into a walker, and he plans to change her mind because he "used to be her." But this is something he has to do on his own, Morgan emphasizes.

He drew a map to Alexandria and gave it to Dorie, because he has to face Martha alone.

Morgan is on a mission to save Martha because he sees himself in her.

She tells him that she's at mile marker 54, and he willingly goes to walk into the trap.

(Morgan doesn't seem as smart as he was in The Walking Dead universe.).

After the next commercial break, Luciana, Dorie, Al, Strand, Alicia, June, Wendell, and Sarah all show up at the Polar Bear gas station and fill up on supplies (including coffee!) Alicia finds a map, Al finds supplies for her guns, and they plan their next moves.

Strand offers to let them all go back to the mansion, but they decide against it.

Dorie is rocking his cowboy hat, making him the "Will I Replace Rick on The Walking Dead?" character.

(Some fans think there will be another crossover, but no one has confirmed this.).

Dorie tells an apologetic June that he knows who she is.

"Doesn't take a whole day to recognize sunshine." She says that she knows who she is because of him.

Awww.

They pretty much are the sweetest couple, even though I'm still mad at her for abandoning him.

Back in Morgan's life, he is at Mile 54 and finds Jim-the-Walker locked into a police car with one of Martha's special messages on his face.

Morgan lets him out and puts him out of his misery.

He then finds Martha facedown in the dirt (an obvious trap, it seems.).

Morgan touches her and she mumbles, "not yet." Morgan says they can help her, and helps her into the police car while she mumbles "not yet" over and over.

(One possible interpretation: she wanted to turn into a zombie before he found her, so she could kill him.) She is NOT happy.

It looks like Morgan is driving her back to the gas station for some reason.

:-/ He tells John that he's bringing her back.

"Where are you taking me?" she asks.

He's taking her to Mississippi.

They can't really talk to each other (a bad connection), but I think Morgan's making a big mistake taking her back to their gas station.

Al passes out as a bunch of walkers approach her and Alicia barely saves her.

I'm wondering if Martha poisoned some of the supplies at the gas station, or maybe Al is just still weak from her previous illness.

I'm suspicious because of the comment Sarah made about the coffee being too sweet.

Others think Al might have been bitten:.

On their drive, Martha tells Morgan that her husband's name was Hank.

She tells him what happened to them.

Someone weaving in the traffic hit them and her husband needed her to be strong for him, but she wasn't.

Morgan tells her that wasn't true.

June radios Morgan and tells her that Al got sick, but they're all sick, not just Al.

(This is exactly what I thought.).

And as should have been predictable to everyone on the show, Martha fakes being sick so she can force Morgan to crash and take over.

Morgan was trying to pay forward what was done for him, but Martha is not the same type of person as Morgan.

Awwww, now Martha is writing on Morgan's face.

Great.

Morgan wakes up to a note on his face: "I Lose People.

I Lose Myself." Martha has put a spike in his leg and she has a giant walker bite in her chest.

"I made sure you couldn't help.

Now you either kill me or I kill you.".

Morgan insists he doesn't kill.

But would he really rather die by a walker named Martha?.

Martha says that Morgan's scared that if his friends die, he'll become what he used to be.

But Morgan says he looked for her because she needed help.

"I have been where you are." But Martha insists he always will be there unless he decided to be strong.

Martha's logic is all kinds of messed up.

OK, back at the gas station, everyone is realllly sick.

And it looks like all the bottled water is contaminated.

(Martha did that, if you recall.) The station is surrounded by zombies (for some reason) trying to get in, and they're stuck inside without water.

All the seals on the water were broken.

"Someone poisoned us," June announces.

(Charlie is also looking really sick, and Alicia is looking out for her as best she can.).

Alicia protecting Charlie.

Age of Light (What does time mean for light?) - Duration: 2:02.

Light neither experiences the passage of time nor distance.

Special theory of relativity states that as objects approach the speed of light, time

slows down and length contracts for them.

So, if you are moving close to the speed of light, you'd age less and travel far longer.

As we keep increasing the speed, time further slows down until the upper limit, speed of

light, is reached - when time comes to a standstill and the distance between two points becomes

zero.

Unfortunately it's not practical to check this, since nothing, except light itself,

can attain the speed of light.

So this might be a little hard to get your head around.

Let's try this: "Muons" are radioactive particles created when cosmic rays collide

with molecules in upper atmosphere.

Muons have an average life time of just about 2.2 microseconds.

Even travelling at nearly the speed of light they should be able to cover only around 660

meters before they are decayed.

But somehow they do reach the surface of earth travelling thousands of kilometers.

But how can this be possible?

Here's how it can explained using time dilation.

According to us, on earth, time for travelling muons has slowed down.

So from our perspective, they have got plenty of time before they are decayed.

From the muon's perspective, it is at rest.

But it sees those thousands of kilometers as just 660 meters.

This proves muons actually experience time dilation and length contraction.

Light, is the extreme case where time stops ticking altogether and distance collapses

onto itself.

Light transcends space and time as we know it.

Greg Inglis named as Kangaroos captain, and four debutants picked for Tests against New Zealand, Ton - Duration: 3:38.

Greg Inglis is the new Australian rugby league team captain and he will lead a new-look team in Tests against New Zealand and Tonga in Auckland this month

Inglis has been named by coach Mal Meninga to succeed long-time skipper Cameron Smith and he will lead a 19-man squad missing no fewer than nine members of last year's World Cup-winning team

The squad also includes four debutants in full-back James Tedesco, centre Latrell Mitchell, hooker Damien Cook and utility Tyrone Peachey

Newly-crowned NRL premiers Sydney Roosters have three players in the squad — Tedesco, who takes over the number one jersey from the retired Billy Slater, Mitchell, who ousts Will Chambers, and skipper Boyd Cordner

Cook is set to take over at hooker after Smith's representative retirement.Missing from the World Cup-final winning 17 are Slater, Dane Gagai, Chambers, Josh Dugan, Michael Morgan, Cooper Cronk, Smith, Matt Gillett and Wade Graham

"This is a new era for the Kangaroos and it is a very exciting one, based on the talent available," Meninga said

"There is certainly a strong showing from the NSW squad which won the State of Origin series and we have a number of players who performed exceptionally well through the finals series as well as in the grand final

"While there are only two Test matches for the Kangaroos this year they are extremely important to me and this squad

"This will give us a good gauge of who we will be looking at to lead the Kangaroos into the future

"The Kangaroos have not played the Kiwis in New Zealand for four years, and have not played in Auckland for six years, so the October 13 Test match will be an extremely important one for us

"The first Test match ever against Tonga will also be a historic occasion not only for the Kangaroos but for the game as well

" Sam Bremner will captain a Jillaroos squad with six newcomers for the women's rugby league Test against New Zealand in Auckland on October 13

Poised to debut in the 18-player squad named by coach Brad Donald are Keeley Davis, Tazmin Gray, Julia Robinson, Jess Stergis, Hannah Southwell and Holli Wheeler

Twelve players remain from the outfit that beat New Zealand when they last met in last year's women's World Cup final

Brisbane, the unbeaten winners of the inaugural NRLW competition, have six players in the squad, with St George Ilawarra boasting seven and Sydney Roosters (three)

Are Telehealth Consultations Right For You? - Duration: 7:33.

Hi everyone, how are you going? Karen Finnin here, Physiotherapist and Director of Online.Physio

So I've been hearing a lot of health professionals mention lately that

they're interested in getting into telehealth. They know they want to do it

but they're not quite sure where to start

Now for some they have an idea sparked from a problem that they need to solve

in terms of access or specificity for their patients. For other people they

seem to like the concept of not being chained to a cubicle, being able to

travel while still maintaining a caseload. So what I want to do today is

talk through some of the thoughts you have to go through to decide whether

online consultations could be right for you. It can't simply come from a

lifestyle desire on your perspective. There has to be something real that

you're solving for your patient. So let's just talk through a few of the dot

points, the questions you need to ask yourself before deciding whether your

idea for telehealth is going to be viable or not.

So first of all ask the question from your patients perspective 'What

problem are you solving?' Now introducing technology into a consultation is

challenging for the patient but they will push through the technological

barriers, the lack of physical touch, a lot of those other challenges if the

problem that you are solving for them is compelling enough. So of course the

natural instinct here is for people in rural and remote areas if they wouldn't

have the option to see the health professional otherwise of course they're

going to be motivated to attend that consultation online, but what if you're in

an urban area? Perhaps you specialize in a particular sport and not many people

can access a specialist health professional for a particular sport.

Maybe that's a real problem that you're solving. But if you simply want to be

able to work from home and treat your patients that won't be a compelling

enough solution for your patients to overcome any technical obstacles. So have

a think about that. So bouncing off of that is 'Who then is your target

audience, and what is your niche likely to be?' So from the problem that you're

solving you should be able to be really specific about your target audience and

even within that target audience, it might be

farmers in a remote area, is there a niche within that? So are they people

that are in a certain industry of farming? The beauty of technology is that

you can cast your net wide but you still need to be very narrow with your niche

to therefore resonate with that audience. There are going to be more and more

telehealth services popping up. What makes you stand out to your particular

target audience? We all know with the businesses that we interact with in our

normal daily life, the more they resonate with our demographic, the more likely we

are to interact with them. So be crystal clear on who your target audience is and

the niche that you're serving. It doesn't mean you're turning away other people,

it just means that you'll connect with those people and they'll be more likely

to go down the consultation route with you online. All right so 'Will these tele

consultations work for your target audience? So this is just double checking

that they are somebody who can use technology or they are somebody who can

access bandwidth that will make those consultations available. Maybe you do

want to access people that can't get enough you know internet for a video

call. Are there other ways that you can connect with them and still give them

the health information that they need? So after working out your target audiences

will they be suitable for the technology side of things? The next question that

you've got to ask is 'Can these people afford to pay for the consultation

or is there funding available for it? Now at the moment

although things are changing there is not currently a lot of insurance based

rebates available for online consultations, so often people are full

fee paying to access that service. Now if you're funded in some way or you're some

sort of charity or Hospital based organization, University based

organization, this may not be a consideration for you, but if you're in

private practice you need to say 'Is my target audience going to be able to pay

full price?' Are you solving enough of a problem that they will happily

reach in their wallet for your service? Now 'Will your telehealth service be

competing with a face-to-face service? If you run a physical private practice and

you also just want to offer online consultations as an alternative

generally speaking, all other things being the same, your

people will want to access your clinic and see you and chat with you. Where

online consultations come in their own is when you're filling a whole that wasn't

previously filled before. So if your service is going to be completely

competing directly with your own face-to-face service, or a competing

face-to-face service, just think things through. How is this going to be

compelling to the patient? 'Who will do the online consultation?' Now on the most

part it will be you yourself as the practitioner but some people want to run

them out of their clinic to fill gaps for their junior health professionals and

that sort of thing. Now if I was a young health professional still stuck in my

cubicle but having to now use technology as well that's just gonna be all too

hard and I may not be motivated to make them work. If I'm a young physio though

and I get the opportunity to travel and continue to work, I'm compelled to make

it work. So just check out the therapist's motivations. If it's you you won't have

an issue, but if you're expecting other people in your clinic to do those

consultations, how are you motivating them to make it a

compelling option, so that they want to make them work as much as you do? And

finally and this is absolutely the biggest one and this is

the most part of my time gets spent on this. It's marketing. So it's not enough

just to have a website, it's not enough to be an amazing health professional if you

can't broadcast and market your services out there, you simply won't have patients

coming through the virtual door, and of course this is very different to

geographical based marketing that we're used to with our face-to-face clinics. So

if you're just thinking you're gonna market on Facebook or 'I'll run some ads'

have a little think again. There's got to be a large content plan. How are you

distributing that? How can you communicate with your target audience

so that they know about you before they even need you? Look I hope that's given

you a good range of things to think about before getting started with your

online health consultation service. If you have any questions do let me know

and I would love to hear what you're getting up to. So feel free to drop me a

line or hit me up on my socials. Thanks guys I'll speak to you next time. Bye. Hey

I just wanted to add on if you found those tips that I was just going through

really interesting and thought-provoking I've actually put them into a checklist

and a survey. So if you're pressure testing your idea go to the

Telehealth Service Viability Survey. That will guide you through exact dot points

that I talked about today and allow you to answer your questions in them. Once

you've done that it'll email you your answers and that can provide the basis

for your business plan for your telehealth service. So I just wanted to

let you know that I've created a tool to help you go through exactly the

questions I've just addressed. So the Telehealth Service Viability Survey. It's

available at www.karenfinnin.com. Thanks guys. Bye

Kanye West & the 13th Amendment: 'Ye' Criticized for Tweet | Heavy.com - Duration: 9:03.

Kanye West & the 13th Amendment: 'Ye' Criticized for Tweet | Heavy.com

Kanye West was facing backlash after writing on Twitter that the 13th Amendment should be abolished.

That's the constitutional amendment that outlawed slavery in the United States.

It also stipulated that using prison inmates as laborers was legal.

Here's what you need to know.

Kanye West Shared a Picture of Himself in a 'MAGA' Hat Along with the Suggestion That the 13th Amendment Be Abolished.

West posted the message Sunday afternoon, September 30.

It includes a photo of him wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat.

The post reads, "this represents good and America becoming whole again.

We will no longer outsource to other countries.

We build factories here in America and create jobs.

We will provide jobs for all who are free from prisons as we abolish the 13th amendment.

Message sent with love.".

This followed West's appearance on Saturday Night Live the evening prior, when he praised President Donald Trump and received mixed reactions from the audience.

He also wore the red "Make America Great Again" hat for much of the performance.

Ye's Tweet Quickly Triggered Backlash, Indignation and Some Defense on Social Media.

It did not take long before West's original tweet went viral.

It has been "liked" more than 59,000 times, shared by more than 14,000 followers and generated more than 16,000 comments.

Many commenters referred to West's post as "ridiculous" and questioned whether West was aware that the 13th Amendment made slavery illegal.

Examples included:.

"Kanye West, who said slavery was a choice, just called for the abolition of the 13th amendment.

This is just terribly sad.

The college dropout Kanye used to inspire young black men, myself included, and now he's embracing a President that hates them.".

"Uncle Tom says what?".

Another commenter wrote, "I don't know where you're getting your #FakeNews from, but, I'm one of at least 60 people who is losing his job to outsourcing by the end of the year.

After 18 years, I've been asked to help train our replacements.".

A few posters pointed out that the 13th Amendment allows for prisons to use inmates as laborers.

A Twitter user with the name "aleexxaandro" wrote, "Just to bring about some resolution in the thread; the 13th amendment NEVER abolished slavery, but renamed slaves to criminals.

& our brothers and sisters in the system for a crime they may or may not have committed pay the price everyday.

RE-READ THE 13th AMENDMENT.".

West Attempted to Clarify The Post With Follow-Up Tweets, Stating That Slavery 'Never Ended'.

Kanye West shared additional tweets to try to clarify his original statement.

But he did not specifically mention inmate labor in his follow-up messages or talk about outsourcing jobs overseas.

He wrote, ""the 13th Amendment is slavery in disguise meaning it never ended We are the solution that heals.

About 20 minutes later, West added, "not abolish but.

let's amend the 13th amendment.

We apply everyone's opinions to our platform.".

The 13th Amendment Formally Outlawed Slavery and Was Ratified By the States in 1865.

The 13th Amendment was passed by the Senate on April 8, 1864.

The House formally approved the measure in January of 1865.

President Abraham Lincoln sent the proposal off to the states for approval.

Three-fourths of the state need to approve an amendment to the constitution.

It was ratified on December 6, 1865.

The 13th Amendment reads:. Section 1.

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

The 13th Amendment Allows for Prisons to Use Inmates as Laborers and It's a Common Practice in the United States.

The criminal justice system allows for inmate labor.

The 13th Amendment stated that convicted criminals can be forced to work.

It does not stipulate whether inmates must be paid for their services.

According to the Prison Policy Initiative, inmates are paid on average about 86 cents per hour for non-industry prison jobs.

Inmates may be put to work for state businesses or work for the prison itself.

Newsweek reported that about half of the nation's 2.3 million incarcerated people do some form of daily work.

In August of 2018, inmates in at least 17 states went on strike.

They refused to work and some declined food, as a way to call attention to poor living conditions at correctional facilities and to protest what some view as "exploitative" labor practices.

After Kavanaugh Is Confirmed Lindsey Graham Makes A Promise That'll Have Democrats CRUMBLING

meanwhile my next guest made headlines this week for his fiery criticism of

Democrats tactics during the Cavanaugh hearings watch if you wanted an FBI

investigation you could have come to us what you want to do is destroy this

guy's life hold this seat open and hope you win in 2020 you've said that not me

boy y'all want power god I hope you never get it I hope the American people

can see through this sham that you knew about it and you held it you had no

intention of protecting dr4 none she's as much of a victim as you are joining

me right now is the man himself South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham sits on

the Senate Judiciary on services and budget committees senator it is good to

have you this morning thanks so much for joining us thanks for having me

appreciate it and let me say thank you for your leadership and your courage

this past week what prompted you outrage at a Star Chamber process I'm know Brett

for 20 years he's gone through six FBI background investigations he's appointed

more women to be his law clerk than any circuit judge in the country he's highly

respected not one hint of impropriety and they tried to destroy his life I

voted for Sotomayor and Kagan this was about delaying the hearing keeping the

seat open past the midterms so it could be filled in 2020 there are no rules

when it comes to Brett Kavanaugh I honored Obama's election he got to pick

Sotomayor and Kagan they don't want to honor President Trump's ability to pick

a fine man I was when Durbin told him turned to dime again if you're truly

innocent and asked for this to continue that was a bridge too far

and I think I spoke in a way that a lot of Republicans at least could relate to

and I'm a bipartisan guy will continue to be but when it comes to judicial

nominees nominated by our side I'm gonna make sure they're treated fairly and he

was not and and he was not you said what a lot

of people were thinking what is your thought now that they are delaying for

another week with an FBI investigation here's what I would like you have yours

to know the Jeff Flake has been a friend of mine for a very long time Susan

Collins Murkowski Lisa Murkowski are all fine senators they want a supplemental

FBI background investigation the committee talked to the people named by

dr. Ford at being at the party dot Ford can't tell us when it happened where it

happened sometimes in the summer of 1982 she

believes so the committee toto Leland Kaiser a friend of dr. Ford and miss

Kaiser has told us that she doesn't refute what dr. Ford said yeah but she

was not at a party she doesn't know Brett Kavanaugh so as to that aspect of

the allegation of dr. Ford she is confused mark judge said didn't happen

PJ said don't know what you're talking about so the FBI is going to interview

these people you're gone a smart judge have you ever seen Brett Kavanaugh

drugged women and participating gang rapes the avenatti claim which mark

judge was supposed to be an accomplice to I believe we're gonna speak we're

gonna speak to mr. Ramirez and Senator you were going through some of the

things that the FBI will certainly be be doing in terms of their questioning

we've heard from many of those people and many of them have said I wasn't at

the party and I don't have any recollection of Brett Kavanaugh in in

that behavior right we told they told that the committee but

the Senators that I just named or like the FBI to kind of double-check miss

Ramirez refuses to talk to the committee Democrats haven't helped us at all along

the committee to find out what happened her allegations would not be printed by

the Newark Times for a very good reason we're going to vote this coming week the

FBI background supplemental investigation should be done early part

of this week Monday or Tuesday then we'll have a final passage vote later in

the week I'm highly confident he will be confirmed he deserves to be confirmed

he's a good man he's the best choice president

Trump could have made in my view out I did recommend him to president Trump but

I want to tell you what's going to happen next if if you allow please okay

here's what's going to happen I'm going to ask senator Grassley to get to the

bottom of how this hearing process was so hijacked the unethical aspects of it

the slash-and-burn aspects of it the effort to delay it to abuse I think dr.

Ford's trust so let me tell you we're going to start with a following concept

dr. Ford said at the hearing that she did not know that the committee was

willing to come to California take her testimony in a private setting here's

what I can here's what she said I just appreciate that you did offer that I

wasn't clear on what the offer was if you're going to come out to see me and I

would have happily hosted you and been happy to speak with you out there it

wasn't clear to me that that that was the case how could that not be clear to

her let me tell you what this committee did on September the 19th the staff told

Grassley letter to Katz's her attorney my staff would still welcome the

opportunity to speak with dr. Ford at a time and place convenient to her we also

offered the committee investigators available to meet with dr. Ford anywhere

any time if she were preferred to provide her

testimony outside of a hearing setting September 22nd judiciary staff email to

the lawyers Katz and Brahma which Grassley tweets come to us or will come

to you we wrote a letter he did to the Democrats even willing to have my staff

travel of dr. Ford in California anywhere else to obtain her testimony

letter from Grassley to Feinstein right dr. Ford's attorney replies September

the 20th dr. Ford has asked me to let you know that she appreciates the

various options you have suggested cats email back to judiciary staff so I'm

going to find out why she did not know her options I'm going to find out who in

Feinstein staff recommended cats to be dr. Ford's lawyer it's in

proper for senators to recommend lawyers to constituents I'm going to ask if you

thought she needed a lawyer as a staff member why didn't you come forward and

tell the committee about the allegation I'm going to try to find out who

betrayed dr. Ford's trust to remain anonymous there are three people at

three groups that had the letter a democratic congresswoman and her staff

Feinstein and her staff and I don't believe Feinstein did this and dr.

forged lawyers no friend sent this out to the press no friend would do this to

her the person who sent this anonymous

destroyed her trust betrayed her request to be anonymous had a political agenda

I'm going to get to the bottom of it I want to find out who on the Democratic

side leaked an anonymous letter provided to the committee by Senator Gardner with

no postmark on it no return address claiming that Judge Cavanaugh did

something wrong in 1988 1998 in Colorado somebody on the Democratic side leaked

out to NBC News and they ran it as a story I cannot imagine if a Democratic

nominee had been before this committee that NBC would run an anonymous letter

provided by Republic have lost the bottom line is the bottom line the

bottom line is we're going to look into a betrayal of trust of dr. Ford a

betrayal of the committee rules we're going to look to see if we can prove

what I think is obvious this was not about protecting dr. Ford it was about

delaying the hearing it was about not sharing with the committee relevant

credible information it was about running out the clock never confronting

him in real time to put us in the box were in if laws were broken in terms of

revealing your personal information your colleague Senator Rand Paul is now

calling for an investigation to determine and punish who published the

personal information of you and two other Republican senators during the

Senate Judiciary Committee meeting on on on Friday tell me what happened as a

result of your personal information being published sir this is the second

time I've had to change my phone number the

Thomas when President Trump did this and during the campaign and I'm not worried

about me changing my phone number I am worried about my address being sent out

but but here's what I would say I don't know I'd like to know why don't want to

know not so much about me I want to deter an abuse of the process

because if this is going to be the new norm god help us all who would want to

come before this committee if we're going to do this and the people who did

it I hope they don't get away with it I want to find the person if I can who

destroyed dr. Ford's trust yeah outed her when she

wanted to be anonymous who sent a document given to the committee to an

outlet that was an anonymous letter unverified but I also want to know

what's going to happen to the fifth accuser

senator Whitehouse got an accusation from a man in Rhode Island who said that

a female friend of his was taken on a boat by Mark drawer mark judge Brett

Kavanaugh and poorly treated she told him about it he went down to the dock

basically and beat both of them up I support an FBI look into that White

House did the right thing yeah recanted you don't want him to be held

accountable thank you god bless you and God bless america

Happiness is the key for achievement and success - Dr. Walid Fitehi. With English Subtitles - Duration: 1:53.

The Air-Force pilot George Hall who was captured in Vietnam War and was placed in a dark box

for 7 years.

Every day the pilot used to imagine himself playing golf to pass time and not lose his mind

in this dark prison, and after one week only of being rescued from captivity.

He participated in an international golf competition, and he got a very advanced position.

Einstein says that the ability to imagine is way more important than knowledge.

For this reason, we find that people who can feed their minds with positive images and ideas,

achieve success and achievements that cannot be achieved by people who surrender to a negative reality

and spend most of the time thinking about negatives.

In the book "The Happiness Advantage", the author corrects the traditional belief

that humans work and strive for an accomplishment that makes them happy.

To show us the right equation is reversed, and this was confirmed by Harvard's main study of this book

and more than 200 supporting scientific studies around the world on 270,000 thousand people.

In other words, when we are happy and positive, we look for positive images around us and

we feed our minds with those images.

Josh Gordon Fantasy: Is the Patriots WR a Start or Sit? | Heavy.com

Both fans and fantasy football players alike are anxiously awaiting wide receiver Josh Gordon's New England Patriots debut.

There's a chance it could come in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins, but Gordon is currently listed as questionable with a hamstring injury.

It did seem as if the former Cleveland Browns receiver was close to playing last week, so there's reason for optimism about his availability.

Assuming Gordon does play, there's no question he makes for an interesting fantasy football option in this matchup.

The Patriots offense has struggled over the past two weeks, scoring 30 combined points and just 10 during their Sunday Night Football loss to the Detroit Lions.

Update.

Tom Brady needs someone to step up and the Patriots need to find answers.

While Gordon is somewhat of a risky play in what would be his first game with Brady and Bill Belichick, it's hard not to love the upside.

Josh Gordon's Week 4 Fantasy Value.

If Gordon has learned the playbook and Brady feels comfortable with him, he could be a game-changing play.

On the flip side, if he's active and we're going in without any idea of his knowledge of the offense or rapport with Brady, then it could be a disaster waiting to happen.

With all that being known and understood, the lack of production from Patriots wide receivers the past two weeks has been painful.

Over that stretch, no wideout has tallied more than 44 receiving yards and in Week 3 only two receivers even caught passes (Chris Hogan and Cordarrelle Patterson).

Gordon's playmaking ability is needed right now for the Patriots, and if healthy, that may be the biggest selling point for fantasy owners.

Should You Start or Sit Josh Gordon?.

To note, all of this is under the assumption that Gordon does indeed play.

I'll update this post as any information on his status is revealed.

As things currently stand, I have no issue using Gordon in 12-team fantasy leagues with a flex spot or 14-team leagues.

The only reason not to use him in those spots is if you have very good wideouts, players with exceptional matchups, or a great flex option.

Based on how poor the Patriots passing attack has been, Brady may look to Gordon early and often.

At the very least, they have to try and get him involved as it's a great way to potentially fix these offensive struggles.

And while Brady has struggled at times this season, he's had some big games against the Dolphins in his career.

Things change on a season-by-season basis, but the Patriots quarterback has thrown 57 touchdowns in 31 games against Miami, per StatMuse.

That's just under two touchdowns per game, and if he's able to toss two scores in Week 4, I can see one of them going to Gordon.

So, the final word is (if healthy) to start Gordon in 14-team leagues and 12-teamers with a flex.

In 10-team leagues, you likely have safer options to roll out this week.

Giovani Bernard Fantasy: Is the Bengals RB a Start or Sit? | Heavy.com

Joe Mixon fantasy football owners got some tough news on Friday, but we can't say it wasn't expected.

As Rotoworld revealed, the Cincinnati Bengals have ruled out Mixon for Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons due to a knee injury.

This will be the second-straight game he'll miss.

While Mixon did get in some work on side fields during practice, the Bengals won't have him back for at least a few more weeks.

Obviously, fantasy owners don't love this situation, but if they were able to pick up Giovani Bernard on waivers, it surely helps to ease the pain.

Bernard originally popped up on the injury report this week with a thigh injury but has since been removed.

While it's all systems go for the team's No.

2 running back, the question becomes, is Bernard a must-start in Week 4? On paper, the answer certainly looks pretty obvious.

Giovani Bernard's Week 4 Fantasy Value.

In a Week 3 spot start, Bernard looked good against a solid Carolina Panthers defense, rushing 12 times for 61 yards and one touchdown.

He also caught five passes for 25 yards to round out an all-around strong fantasy day.

While Bernard received just 12 carries, there's no real cause for concern, as the only other Bengals player to get a carry was wide receiver Tyler Boyd.

The Bengals opted to go pass-heavy, but with a player like Bernard, that won't necessarily kill his fantasy value.

He's an excellent pass-catcher and saw nine targets come his way from Andy Dalton last week.

Regardless of the game flow, the 26-year-old back will be heavily involved.

Bernard's ability to haul in passes is actually a big part of what makes him such an appealing play in Week 4 as well.

On the season, the Falcons have allowed a league-high 36 receptions to opposing running backs for 255 yards and one touchdown.

For good measure, they've also given up two touchdowns on the ground to the position.

Bernard a Fantasy Must-Start in Week 4?.

It's hard to argue that you'll want to leave Bernard on your bench in any format this week.

The Falcons simply give up too many fantasy points to running backs, especially through the air.

But if you're playing in a non-PPR league, then there are a few better options than Gio this week in 10-team and some specific 12-team leagues.

Regardless, it'd take quite a bit of talent or a very loaded roster for me to bench the Bengals starting running back.

He's close to a must-start, and in PPR leagues, I'd place him in that category unless you have Alvin Kamara and Melvin Gordon (somehow) with no flex spot.
