Meyer: And in 1957, four years after the structure was discerned, Francis Crick put forward,

I think, what was one of the most important hypotheses in the history of science.

It's called the sequence hypothesis.

And what Crick proposed was that these four chemicals that chemists represent with the

letters A, T, G and C, are actually functioning like alphabetic letters in a written text

or like zeros and ones in a section of computer code.

That is to say, it's not their chemical shape or structure that matters; what matters

is the arrangement of those chemicals, such that they are able to convey instructions

for building all the important proteins and protein machines that keep cells alive.

So what you have on the DNA molecule is literally digital code that provides instructions for

building the crucial parts of cells that allow all life to exist.

Ankerberg: When you go down that spine, how much information is there?

Meyer: Well, in the human genome there's about three billion nucleotides.

And even in a single one-celled organism, there is enough information to build,… a

minimally complex one-celled organism requires about 500, 400-500, proteins.

And that's going to compute to several hundred thousand what are called base pairs or individual

nucleotide letters in that genetic message.

Ankerberg: That all have to be arranged precisely.

Meyer: They have to be arranged precisely so that the instruction set will direct the

construction of these proteins, these various kinds of proteins that are needed to keep

cells alive.

And proteins are essentially the toolbox of the cell that, some of them process information;

some of them build structural parts, little miniature machines we're discovering inside

cells.

There are literally little tiny machines in the form of nanotechnology, sliding clamps

and rotary engines and robotic walking proteins.

And then some proteins catalyze reactions.

These are the enzymes that we hear about.

So proteins do all the jobs that keep cells alive and animals alive.

But they can only be built if the instruction set is right; and that instruction set is

stored on DNA.

Ankerberg: But even Bill Gates when he looked at this, what did he say?

Meyer: Well, Bill Gates has said that DNA is like a software program, only much more

complex than any we've ever been able to create.

And many biologists have made similar observations.

The famed biotech pioneer, Leroy Hood, has said very, very directly that DNA contains

digital code

And all that you need to do, Ramalingam saids, is only to chant it.

people who have been patiently waiting.

So this word 'Arul' is the knowledge, or wisdom, that is already within the soul

of every individual regardless of whether you are poor or rich, or white or black, but

we don't use that.

We use only a rational intelligence so that has been made available to us primarily from

the neocortex, the cortical wisdom or knowledge.

But it is…

'Arul' is more within the MidBrain area, the old Brain, or the Paleo-mammal Brain,

which includes the Limbic System.

The 'Arul' starts from there, then it's everywhere in the Brain.

The moment you say the word 'Arul,' then you will acquire Omniscience, Omnipotence,

and Omnipresence, and all you have to do is, 'Arul Perum Jyoti.'

When you say that then the whole Brain, the MidBrain, the Cortex, and the Spinal Column

all light up, then you fill the whole body with light, and this is the mantra that Siva

gave to 'Arut Perum Jyoti,' gave to Ramalingam.

And then the words 'Tanni Perum Karunai', are the words, to say this in Tamil is very

important.

Which really means 'Tanni Perum Karunai,' is the Mercy of God.

If you just keep on saying this: 'Arut Perum Jyoti,' then fill the Entire Brain with

this sound 'Arul Perum Jothi.'

And then imagine light 'Tanni Perum Karunai' it is the Mercy of God.

So say thanks to God.

So you have to say these words, do this mantra, in the way that I have suggested.

Then you will get full benefit out of it.

Renal cortical necrosis - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 6:20.

Renal cortical necrosis, sometimes called diffuse cortical necrosis, can be explained

by the name.

Renal refers to the kidneys, cortical refers to the outer layer, and necrosis refers to

tissue death, so renal cortical necrosis describes the outer layer of the kidney dying—usually

because of ischemia or a lack of blood flow.

Normally, around 20% of the blood leaving the heart goes into the renal arteries and

through cortical radial arteries to reach the renal cortex, which is where the glomeruli

of the nephrons are located.

And that's a lot of blood, especially given that the kidneys are relatively smallish organs

when you put them next to the brain and liver.

Literally millions of glomeruli in the kidneys work to filter that large volume of blood,

and they do so at a rate called the glomerular filtration rate.

It's also worth noticing that those cortical radial arteries are end arteries, meaning

that they rarely anastomose with adjacent branches, and are, therefore, more susceptible

to infarction—since a single blocked artery is all it takes to cause ischemia because

the tissue cannot be saved by neighboring arteries.

Some causes of reduced blood flow or a complete blockage are thrombi, which are blood clots

that fill the blood vessels, and vasospasm, which is the narrowing of the blood vessel.

Interestingly, renal cortical necrosis has been associated with pregnancy complications,

like placental abruption—which is when the placental lining is separated from the uterus—as

well as prolonged intrauterine fetal death—which is when the fetus dies and then remains dead

inside the uterus—and infected abortion—which is when there's an infection of the remnants

of the placenta or fetus.

All of these are obviously terrible complications, and they relate back to renal cortical necrosis

because they can progress to septic shock or disseminated intravascular coagulation,

both conditions that can lead to the widespread formation of blood clots.

So once there's an obstruction to blood flow, tissue ischemia sets in, and it triggers

inflammation in the renal cortex.

That inflammation causes fluid to leak into the interstitium of the kidney—which is

the space between the cells—and triggers vasoconstriction of the afferent arterioles

which bring blood to the glomeruli of the nephrons.

That vasoconstriction reduces the glomerular filtration rate—which is the amount of blood

that gets filtered over time.

Also, some parts of the nephron that happen to be in the cortex, like the proximal tubule

and the thick ascending loop of Henle, need more energy and therefore a bigger supply

of blood, to carry out their job of reabsorption.

Since these cells are very energy demanding, having a reduced blood supply, means that

they are the first to start dying and detaching when there's renal ischemia.

The dead epithelial cells can clog up the lumen of the nephron, and cause an increase

in the pressure within that nephron.

Since blood likes to move from a high pressure to low pressure space whenever possible, a

higher pressure inside the nephron reduces glomerular filtration rate even more.

Up to this point, if the obstruction goes away and normal blood flow is recovered, the

damage to the kidney cells is generally reversible, and this is also known as acute tubular necrosis.

If blood flow isn't recovered, though, and the ischemia persists, then the ischemic damage

eventually leads to an irreversible necrotic injury to the renal cortex.

Broadly speaking, renal cortical necrosis is a type of prerenal acute kidney injury,

which is a category that includes any cause of kidney injury that anatomically comes before

the kidneys, like in this case a decreased blood flow in this case.

The decrease in blood flow leads to one of the main symptoms which is a sharp decrease

in urine output.

Renal cortical necrosis makes the kidney swell up and stretches out the renal capsule, and

that can cause flank pain at the costovertebral angle.

The diagnosis of renal cortical necrosis is often done by getting laboratory studies in

the blood and urine.

The blood typically has an excess of nitrogen waste products, like BUN and creatinine, as

well as other serious electrolyte and metabolic imbalances, like hyperkalemia—increased

potassium levels in blood—and metabolic acidosis.

The urine typically shows hematuria—blood in the urine, proteinuria—protein in the

urine, and tubular cell casts which are dead tubule cells in the mold of the tubule.

Since there is no blood flow to the renal cortex, imaging studies—like a contrast-enhanced

CT scan—usually shows a nonenhancing renal cortex.

Sometimes a very thin rim of contrast enhancement can happen, and this is known as the cortical

rim sign.

In a biopsy, the kidney cortex might show patchy necrosis and atrophy, whereas the renal

medulla looks pretty normal.

Unfortunately, by the time renal cortical necrosis is treated, the damage is usually

irreversible, so the main goal is to increase blood perfusion to the renal cortex.

Once kidney function is severely affected, hemodialysis may be needed.

All right, as a quick recap, renal cortical necrosis is an irreversible type of prerenal

acute kidney injury caused by a sudden drop in blood perfusion to the renal cortex, and

it has been associated with pregnancy complications.

The reduced blood supply, due in part to the lack of anastomosis among radial end arteries,

combined with the relatively high demand for blood in certain parts of the nephron like

the proximal tubule and the thick ascending loop of Henle - causes ischemia to set in.

Northern Virginia Real Estate: A northern Virginia real estate update - Duration: 4:48.

Hi everyone,

it's Doug with the Elliot Team Realtors

and thank you today for joining us for our new video blog.

Today, we're going to give you

a market update for northern Virginia.

Hey everyone, so today we want to do

a market update and kind of give you a feel

for what the market in northern Virginia is doing today

compared to 12 months ago this same time last year.

So I've been going through a ton of data:

this is some of the data that we've reviewed

to kind of put together.

I looked at all this and I was like,

there is a tremendous amount of information.

I wanted to boil it down to three main categories.

The first that we're going to talk about is inventory,

then average days on market, and then the average sale price.

So, I've broken it down to three areas

and I have these little cheat sheet cards here

to kind of show you guys, but this is Arlington County.

So if we're looking at Arlington County,

the inventory, meaning how many houses are actually

currently for sale, is down from last year.

It's down 10%.

So when inventory goes down, typically the demand goes up.

So average days on market, there is no change.

It stayed about the same, it was a very fast market

last year.

And then, the average sold price for single family homes

in Arlington County went up 22% on average

from this time last year.

So, very hot market in Arlington County.

We're dealing with a seller's market guys,

and what you gotta look at if you are considering selling,

this is an ideal time.

All of Northern Virginia, we'll take a look

at Fairfax County here... In Fairfax County,

the inventory is down 15%.

The average days on market is down 17%.

What that means is, when it goes down days on market

it's less days on market and that means that

the houses are selling faster.

So, the average sale price for single family homes

is up from this time last year 5.5%.

So, tremendous market opportunity to sell your home.

The last thing I want to hit, and I know there's more areas

in northern Virginia, so if you want a zipcode,

a subdivision, a specific city,

I can get you all the details so that way you can make

a good educated decision on is it the right time

for you to sell.

Here's Loudoun County.

In Loudon County, inventory is down 22%

from last year this same time.

Average days on market is down 31%.

Average sold price is up 7.5%

on single family homes.

Now, days on market averaging for all these areas

are between 60 and 70 days, but if it is priced right

and it's prepped properly for the market

so it shows well based on getting the proper advice,

and with our marketing plan and a really good

real estate marketing plan, we're averaging under two weeks,

not 60 or 70 days.

And on top of that, the Elliot Team is getting

over 3% more than the average Realtor

and real estate team for the sale of their home

in comparison across the board in northern Virginia.

So if you're thinking and considering is it the time

to sell, absolutely.

I don't know what's going on in your life right now

but if you look at the numbers, the numbers are up,

the prices are up, the time to sell is going down,

there's less inventory, it's a great time to sell.

Now, a lot of buyers are going, "Oh,

well if it's a great time to sell, then it can't be

a great time to buy."

But it's a great time to buy also.

Yes, it's more competitive out there

because the inventory is low, but the rates,

the mortgage rates are so low right now.

And historically, I mean, back in the 80's they were up

over 12%!

People are going to look back and go,

"Why didn't you buy when you had

such great purchasing power? When the rates

were still in the four's!"

Don't miss this unusual and historic time in real estate

to be able to sell high and buy at a very low rate

to increase your purchasing power.

Scott, you were at the Diamondbacks game, Game 2 of a long season, let's see.

We have a problem at shortstop.

What's your solution?

Change shortstops and change outfielders.

I think there's a two part solution.

Dominoes.

I've been advocating since the start of the season, since spring training: put Nick Ahmed

at short and put Chris Owings in the outfield.

For good.

You know, cut your ties with Yasmany Tomas, I know he hit 31 homers last year but he gives

you nothing else offensively, he's terrible defensively.

You put Ahmed at short, you improve your defense up the middle, which is critical for a pitching

staff that isn't necessarily great, and then Owings is better defensively in the outfield.

And he probably gives you more offensively - other than home runs - than Tomas does.

So why not make that switch?

Yeah, and offense has not been the problem for the Diamondbacks.

It is run prevention.

Yeah, and if you saw Chris Owings yesterday, he's a passable shortstop but Nick Ahmed's

a great shortstop.

And then also you improve your outfield defense.

I think that's what they should do.

It makes too much sense.

Which means they probably won't do it.

Now we turn to something a little unsavory, the Hamilton High School situation and the

hazing.

Coach Steve Belles reassigned at this point.

What's your opinion on where the buck stops in a situation like this?

This is really difficult.

It's not a black-and-white situation.

People can say he's ultimately responsible for the program, and he is as the head coach.

If you take the good you have to take the bad.

And he should be fired over this, but on the other hand, what if he didn't know about this?

What if this happened in the locker room; the kids said, "Nobody talks."

And the victims weren't going to speak for fear of being ostracized.

Do you then hold him responsible?

It's a difficult call.

A lot of questions, and it kind of goes down to your own philosophy.

Happy Guru Rinpoche Day again.

This year again, I want to repeat,

what happened in the past.

First, I talked about Long Life Amitayus,

and then we talked about releasing life,

and to be much happy.

Then the second is the Avalokiteshvara,

how to be compassionate, how to release life,

eco-friendly, animal friendly and good motivation.

And then I talked about Guru Padmasambhava,

having certainty, trust, especially supplication.

Then I talked about the Twelve Manifestations, going to begin again:

The first one is magnetizing, Gyalwey Dungdzin:

self confidence is very important.

Then after that, I talked about the wisdom or the intelligence of Mawey Senge.

Then it is very important to offer candles

and being focused and not forgetting things,

to try to notice stuff clear

and breathing exercise is already passed.

So today, as Guru Rinpoche said,

to magnetize things, you have intelligence,

but your wholeness of wealth is not there,

so then you cannot achieve things.

So wholeness of wealth meaning the life, family, income, and success.

Whatever you wish achieving.

So now, Guru Padmasambhava manifest as Lama Norlha,

Dzambala and Guru Rinpoche inseparable.

Guru Rinpoche mentioned that

to increase the wealth, it's very important to know

how to do offerings and practice generosity.

Small things…small…How to learn to give.

And if you are a Buddhist,

then how to do the offerings in the altar,

and offering and giving supportive is very important.

Second part that I want to mention to you

is that contentment is very important in life.

Without the contentment, you always, you are poor.

So important to have is contentment.

But, only having contentment is not enough.

You need to do what you need to do,

but always take the right time,

taking right opportunity is very important.

Many of us, we forget to take the right opportunities.

So listen to your guts,

and most important, when it comes an opportunity,

think about decisively and take the opportunities. OK?

An imposing monument from the Peruvian mountains discovered only a couple of decades ago is

believed to be the remnant of an ancient and once-active stargate.

These unusual beliefs are fueled both by some intricate carvings and the local legends of

native people speaking of a doorway leading to the realm of their gods.

The myths were only known on a local scale until archaeologists reached the site at Hayu

Marca.

According to aboriginal�s beliefs, their warriors and most esteemed heroes ventured

on a journey to the afterlife through this very gate.

On the other side, they would reach a realm of immortality where they would celebrate

their heroic deeds performed during their lifetime.

The alleged stargate is located in the Hayu Marca mountainous region of southern Peru.

It appears carved out of a single massive boulder, with margins stretching seven meters

across in both length and width.

Centered on this symmetrical �entrance� is another unusual door-like feature.

It�s hard to interpret its possible use, but local myths attribute the smaller entrance

to mortal souls, while the broader one is regarded as a doorway used by traveling deities.

But is there any truth to these stories?

Mysterious �Gate of the Gods� at Hayu Marca, southern Peru

According to Jose Luis Delgado Mamanu, the local mountaineering guide responsible for

discovering the Hayu Marca monument, he received meaningful visions of this structure before

stumbling across it.

In this dream he had, the stone door was enveloped in pink marble and several figures were standing

in front of it performing something like a ritual, while also gesturing at the man to

pass through the doorway.

The story felt hard to digest for the naysayers who suspected the monument had been discovered

by pure chance.

This is not however the opinion of Delgado.

When I saw the structure for the first time, I almost passed out,� he said in a local

newspaper interview.

�I have dreamed of such a construction repeteadly over the years, but in the dream, the path

to the door was paved with pink marble statues that aligned on both sides of the road.

In the dream, I also saw that the smaller door was open and there was a brilliant blue

light coming from what looked like a shimmering tunnel.�

The man also said his family can confirm the numerous times he told them about his bizarre

dreams, and when he finally reached this holy destination, he understood that this was the

work of God or some higher entity.

The local indigenous population supports Delgado�s claims firstly through the name they had given

to this area, namely the �City of the Gods.� It�s true that no city has been unearthed

at this site so far, but the blocks of stone from the area look like the remnants of buildings

erected by human hands, thus shaping the idea of yet another long-forgotten civilization

that had thrived in this area long ago.

Probably the legend mostly related to Delgado�s dreams is that of an Inca priest named Amaru

Muru from the Temple of the Seven Rays.

He snitched the �key of the gods of the seven rays� from within, afraid that the

Spanish Conquistadores might make quick work of this sacred artifact.

The priest then hid in the mountains of Hayu Marca until the ruthless plunderers were gone,

and when he finally arrived at the Gate of the Gods, he met a shaman-priest who was guarding

the monument.

From that point forward, a sacred ritual had been initiated having at its center the golden

disk retrieved by Amaru Muru.

The doorway was shrouded in a blue glimmering light and formed a spinning tunnel of energy

through which the priest stepped forward and was never to be seen again.

The golden disk was left on the caretaking hands of the guardian shaman and is presumably

hidden from prying eyes even today.

Archaeologists performed a thorough analysis of this unusual monument and discovered a

tiny depression on the right facet of the doorway designed for mortal souls.

This remarkable find gave much credence to the story of the natives, due to the compartment

fit for a small disk.

Could this particular spot be the trigger of this inter-dimensional doorway?

Is it possible that unconventional structures such as the �Gate of the Gods� at Hayu

Marca are relics originating from a long-lost and advanced civilization?

According to some investigators, it could well be the case.

There seems to be a striking similarity between the �Gate of the Gods� and the �Puerta

Del Sol� at Tiwanaku, along with five other archaeological sites found in the vicinity.

Drawing a straight line through these points will result in a cross-like symbol ending

at the center plateau of Lake Titicaca, one of the most solemn places of the area.

Two holy gates with unknown meaning located in close proximity goes beyond the coincidental

scenario, not to mention the numerous UFOs and unusual phenomenon reported in this region.

Could there be a link between these places?

Are they really inactive stargates, or portals connecting distant places in the universe,

possibly other dimensions?

Do other such doorways exist elsewhere on Earth?

Surprisingly or not, the FBI has recently declassified documents attesting that beings

for other dimensions have constantly been visiting Earth.

Some of these entities are from nearby planets, while others are travelers from different

ethereal realms that coexist with our material reality.

These entities have the ability to materialize on this plane of existence and appear as huge

translucent figures.

With this in mind, is it possible that these beings have transited through gateways such

as the one at Hayu Marca, as well as the Gate of the Sun at Tiwanaku, to eventually reach

this Earth?

Could all these connections prove that inter-dimensional travel is more than just

a theory?
