Hi!

I'm Hazel, and it's finally just about time to fly in the Broken Isles!

If you've been keeping up with your Broken Shore campaign and world quests, you should

be able to take to the skies any day now.

Unfortunately, those shiny class mounts we've been waiting for are still a couple months

away.

Welp, nothing's gonna slow down my party.

I was so excited about getting to fly soon that I started picking out my favourite Legion-themed

flying mounts to tide me over.

Here are my top 7.

#7: The Arcanist's Manasaber.

Alright, so this is in no way green or demony but this should come in really handy for Suramar

World Quests.

This gorgeous winged saber will auto give you the Masquerade buff when you mount up,

letting you safely and stylishly flit around Suramar as you please.

The Manasaber is a reward from the very end of the Insurrection Suramar questline, available

now in game.

I didn't realize it could fly until the day before I got it, and I must say it looks very

nice in the air.

I like small mounts like this that use their feet on the ground but can still fly.

An honorable mention for the utility category goes to the Sky Golem, which you can pick

herbs from without dismounting.

#6: The Sandstone Drake.

Give your friends a ride by using a passenger mount.

Even if they can't fly, you can and they'll owe you one for chauffering them to the next

world quest.

Or, bring a group member along to the summon stone to help you get the rest of the group

to your dungeon quickly.

The Sandstone Drake is crafted with Alchemy from a recipe learned from Archaeology, and

can be bought and sold on the Auction House.

Other flying passenger mounts include the Obsidian Nightwing and X-53 Touring Rocket

from Recruit-a-friend.

#5: The Grand Armored Gryphon/Wyvern.

If you want to get immersed with some faction fantasy, the Grand Armored Gryphon or Wyvern

are for you.

Embrace your destiny as a hero of the Alliance or Horde and valiantly fight back the demons

from your faction-themed mount.

These guys are rep mounts from the Patch 5.1 MoP factions, Shieldwall and Dominance Offensive.

I like these because they're not obnoxiously large, they have a really classic feel and

some nice looking modern textures.

#4: Corrupted Hippogryph.

If you want a fel-themed mount for a night elf in particular, I consider this to be the

holy grail.

The Corrupted Hippogryph is a loot item from the discontinued WoW TCG, but can still be

bought and sold on the Auction House.

Like the TCG blazing hippogryph, the textures are a little flat but the colors are definitely

unique.

The Corrupted Hippogryph has the distinction of being the only hippogryph in the game with

no saddle.

#3: The Corrupted Dreadwing.

Veterans of Tanaan Jungle in Warlords will remember the Corrupted Dreadwing, a massive

hulking bird with felfire pouring from its eyes.

The dreadwing looks amazing in the air and should do a fine job of getting you around

invasions.

You can get this mount for 150k Apexis Crystals in Tanaan Jungle.

#2: The Feldrake.

This is another TCG mount, so it's the same idea as the Corrupted Hippogryph.

In my opinion, it doesn't get any more Legion than this.

It has the Legion symbol floating above it's head!

It's a reskin of the classic Drake model, with smoking feet, a Legion saddle and fel-charred

wings.

There's only about 30 of these on the Auction House across the entire north american region,

and average price is about three and a half million gold these days.

Ouch.

Finally, my #1 pick for fel-themed fliers to use in Legion- the Felfire Hawk.

I have lovingly dubbed this the Mountain Dew bird because of it's explosively lime green

tint.

The Felfire Hawk is an achievement reward for Mountacular, which needs you to collect

250 mounts that are usable on one character.

That's different than the total mount number you see in your collections journal, so if

you're working on this make sure you track the achievement to find out how many you really

have.

This has to be the brightest fel themed flying mount in the game, and while 250 is a lot

of mounts to collect it's probably more in reach than three and a half million gold.

I couldn't pick just one of these to use so I set them to Favourite, then dragged the

Random Favourite Mount button from my journal to my mount keybind.

That's a handy way to mix things up without having to dig through your journal all the

time.

Range of Non-Surgical Treatments for Facial Aging to Treat Volume Loss, Wrinkles, and Skin - Duration: 10:20.

Thank you for question.

You submitted a question with a photo and you're basically asking how to improve your

appearance or to rejuvenate your face without going under.

So you don't want to go under anesthesia and you also described having undergone Botox®

and fillers in the past and that you are considering the Vampire Facelift® and you want do something

to basically look somewhat younger however you are not trying to aim for something as

drastic as 20 years younger.

Well, I can certainly help you understand how I approach this question which comes up

in my practice every day.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

I've been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years and you are certainly

asking a question in a time when there are a lot of options and this is a time in our

history of this field where there is almost a tug-of-war between different ways to approach

a problem without having a clear understanding of the principles so basically you often see

a lot of messaging for different devices, different brands, different names of procedures,

different names for injectables and certainly it can get overwhelming.

So basically, I'll just give you some overall understanding as to how I approach essentially

what you are describing as a facial aging issue.

And so when you think about facial aging, there are basically two things that happen

with facial aging: there is volume loss and there is descent and sagging.

Now in addition, there are also things that happen that affect the musculature of the

face.

What affects the volume of the bone, muscle, fat, soft tissue of the face or what affects

the skin of the face.

So when you ask a question about the Vampire Facelift®, let's just get a clarification

of what benefit this provides and then think about what level that may be able to make

a difference for you.

Vampire Facelift® is named because it involves the combination of platelet-rich plasma (PRP)

which is derived from your own blood to help stimulate your skin quality in a way that

restores a lot of glow and vitality to the skin and that is something done with platelet-rich

plasma (PRP), platelet-rich plasma (PRP) again derived from your own blood.

It is a combination of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with a single syringe of an injectable

filler such as hyaluronic acid filler like Restylane or Juvederm placed very strategically

in different places so that a person can look overall better but it is a single syringe.

So I can tell you that when it comes to addressing the challenge of doing something that is non-surgical,

I think that there is a real opportunity to really make a significant impact with a couple

of different modalities.

Number one would be restoring volume with something called structural volumizing and

this is different from what is usually done with restoring volume in the face.

In the traditional approach to facial aging, the approach is to chase the lines and wrinkles

which is not bad but certainly is only one element as well as adding volume in the soft

tissue.

Now the challenge there is you can try to soften lines and wrinkles and you will make

an impact.

You can add a little bit of volume to the soft tissue but will there be enough of an

improvement?

That's the open question.

When we do something called structural volumizing, we are actually placing fillers and long and

lasting fillers such as Juvederm Ultra Plus or Juvederm Voluma at the level of the bone

structure in between the muscle and the bone in a way that restores some of this bone loss

which occurs with facial aging.

It's a very important factor that is really under appreciated.

People don't realize that the bone structure actually diminishes with age and a few millimeters

can actually be very significant in terms of the volume loss.

With structural volumizing, we are restoring volume typically in the cheekbone, the jawline,

the chin and restore a lot of the things that people really see as defining a youthful appearance.

There is something known as the golden ratio and this is something that really is important

where the upper part of the face is at 1.6 proportionately to the lower part of the face

which is at 1, a ratio of 1.6:1.

A youthful face has that ratio.

As people get older, that ratio changes and actually the lower part of the face gets wider.

So structural volumizing I would say would be my approach from the foundational level.

Then at the soft tissue level, there is opportunity to soften some lines and wrinkles with the

variety of fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm as well.

And now that creates volume in certain areas at a level that's basically just below the

skin.

And then when it comes to the finer lines and some of the lines that are resulting from

dynamic activity of muscles such as the muscles in between the eyebrows often referred to

as frown lines, this is where neurotoxins like Botox® and Dysport® have a tremendous

benefit and value and so with strategic placement of neurotoxins to treat different areas of

the face, you can look natural, remain naturally animated so you don't worry about looking

too stiff and unnatural and that can also address some of those areas.

Last but not least is improving skin quality and texture and this is where the platelet-rich

plasma (PRP) from the Vampire Facelift® concept does have a potential value.

It improves skin quality from within and in a way that nothing else does create unlike

platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

And then coming back with the more superficial levels of the skin, there are a lot of different

devices and chemical peels and other things to help improve the surface of the skin, anything

from fractional laser, non-ablative laser, rejuvenation of the skin, HydraFacial, something

to help create some glow to the superficial levels of the skin.

Basically, the challenge you've probably heard is that cell turnover of the epidermis

diminishes with age and so use of topical and retinols and different things to help

further exfoliate the skin but create this nice glow.

And in our practice, we use HydraFacial a lot which is a device that combines microdermabrasion

but uses water instead of crystals and infuses glycolic acids and hyaluronic acid into the

skin so that skin has a very nice glow afterwards.

So I think that the take home message is understand the concepts of what will make an impact,

figure out what your goal is, your budget is and if you want to do things in a step

wise way which many people do and I would say start with the foundations.

Start with the structure to restore some proportion and then work your way outward and I think

you will find yourself in a good place.

Meet with qualified, experience doctors who perform these procedures.

Find someone who I think will resonate with your style.

It's a very important decision because whoever you go to, you and the doctor should have

a real understanding or kind of a synergy in your aesthetics and really have that communication

and don't just chase a certain product or device or a name or anything.

Come up with an idea of the solutions and figure out what works best for you.

The advert got increasingly odd. The internet has undoubtedly raised the bar for bizarre behaviour.

Long gone are the innocent days when a cat dressed in shark outfit riding a robotic vacuum cleaner was considered the cutting edge of online content. How we miss those days.

The most recent example of anything goes on the internet is one mans post on classified ad site, Craigslist.

Nothing unusual about that in itself. However, the man in question - Gordon - was looking for a date to the Coachella festival.

Gordon, 56, had a spare ticket. But he wasnt simply giving it away on a first come, first served basis. He wanted to find the one. There were some rather unusual specifications.

Lets start from the top. The original listing has sadly since been deleted, but luckily for you, it had been transcribed by Some Life , below are the highlights. Must be female between the ages of 19 and 25.

Must have fashionable sense of style in the vein of typical Coachella goer (i.e. cute indian headband, small ripped jean shorts, lots of colorful bracelets, etc). So basically Kendall Jenner, then.

Its here that things get a little weird. Must keep hands and feet moisturized at all times. Must be open-minded and opportunistic.

Must be OK with periodic hand-holding (perhaps during certain sensual songs and while walking into the festival initially). Women with feet like these need not apply .

Fingernails and toenails must be nicely painted and harmonious with general color scheme of outfit. Making this a physical transaction makes us feel a little squeamish.

I will provide snacks such as beef jerky and peanut butter sandwiches but if you have additional snacks and/or drinks…BIG BONUS!.

But at least host with the most Gordon provides snacks for the journey. He just wants to cut loose and have some fun  .

Being social is fine but no excessive fraternizing with other male festival-goers, and most definitely NO PUBLIC AFFECTION with other festival-goers (violation of this rule results in immediate removal of Tropic Motor Motel room privileges and maybe even return ride).

This reminds us of the sort of steely-eyed talking to our parents would give us just before wed go out as teens. Considering the age gap between Gordon and his date, this is not entirely off the mark.

Then it gets worse.

Periodic moments of extended eye contact. Would you hold hands with a stranger? .

Allow me to brush your hair once per day (not mandatory, but encouraged). Must take a minimum of four photos of us together and post them to your Instigram account.

Any personal grooming such as toenail clipping, eyebrow plucking or lipstick application must be done in my presence.

At least once during festival, you must allow me to carry you on my shoulders so you can see stage better (perfect time for instigram photo!). There are few people we would do this in front of, never mind a stranger .

But he saves the best till last. At least twice during the festival you must tell me in a playful manner that I am naughty.

At some point in time during the festival you must tell me that you didnt know how this would go, but youre actually having a really good time..

At least once during our stay after your shower, you must use the steam to write a cute message on the bathroom mirror for me to find later when I shower. Maybe write help? .

Must be ready to party and HAVE FUN!.

We Can Now Grow Human Bones From Stem Cells! - Duration: 4:28.

If you've ever had a car break down and a mechanic tells you that you've got a busted

thingy-ma-bob, you'll probably pay the man and get the part?

But what about us?

What happens if one of our 206 bones break?

Can i get new one?

If you break a bone, you go to the doctor and you get a cast.

Then your bone heals itself.

Which is actually pretty incredible if you stop and think about it…

We tend to think of bones as these rigid support systems, but they're actually made of living

tissue!

Bones are constantly breaking down and remodeling themselves to adapt to your lifestyle -- if

you go from playing video games on your couch to marathon running, your bones are going

to change to compensate!

It's pretty incredible -- and scientists call this adapting: Wolff's law.

So, if I just started marathon running and break a bone I'm not out of luck.

The body knows exactly what to do: it produces tons of new cells at the site of the break

to rebuild the bone over time.

But if you have cancer, a genetic defect, or if something really bad happens -- like,

a break is so bad that than the body can't heal it on its own… scientists finally have

a way to repair bones that befall these situations too…

Biomedical researchers are figuring out how to grow bones from a patient's own cells!

This may sound straight out of a frankenstein novel but it's actually happening!

First, they take a CT scan of the patient's damaged bone and 3D-print a custom scaffold

to fit in the space.

Then, they'll take fat tissue from a patient and extract stem cells from it.

Stem cells are these fabulous blank slates that can be programmed to do just about anything,

including bone regeneration.

Next, they take their scaffold and the extracted stem cells into a bioreactor … which is

a fancy incubator that feeds nutrients to the stem cells and mimics the conditions inside

the body.

And… that's it.

We're now growing bones!

After a few weeks, viola! … a lab grown human bone!

But don't get too excited.

So far, biomedical engineers only have a proof of concept.

They've conducted successful trials in pigs and are preparing for human trials in the

future.

Tissue engineering is a crazy exciting field when you think of all the possibilities!

In the future, if you need a new organ or body part, you won't have to wait in line

for a donor organ that may or may not even work in your body -- you'll be able to use

your own cells to customize new body parts!

We could live forever!Though… at the moment bone fixes are a bit more Medieval.

There are three main ways we fix bones now: we snag some animal bones, grab them from

dead persons or cadavers, or just use good old-fashioned metal implants.

These three options are not ideal because they can cause infections, or could be rejected

by the body.

They are, however, considered bioinert, meaning the body accepts the new part but the addition

doesn't necessarily support the rest of your body.

For instance, titanium implants don't have bone marrow, so that implant won't help

you grow new blood or immune cells.

There is actually a fourth option… taking a piece of bone from your own body!

But, it's horrifying.

It requires invasive surgery, where doctors make an incision in a part of your hip bone

called the iliac crest, and they use a mallet and chisel to harvest a piece of that bone

which they then can use in reconstructive surgery.

Stop it hurts.

This autologous bone grafting is super painful and sometimes risky.

So the promise of lab-grown bones gets around all these things.

These lab-grown thingys are just… bones!

They grow marrow, don't require thieving bones or parts from you or other organisms,

and because it's made from the patient's own cells, there's no chance of rejection.

It's fully customizable to what you need!

Which is pretty awesome.

A biomedical engineer on the forefront of this research claims lab grown bones are changing

everything, because the body becomes a [quote] "vast renewable resource."

So, even though they're not ready now, there may come a point when we could keep growing

our own parts again and again and again!
