Welcome.
Leader RREACH:
What is this project?
What is this initiative?
What is this program?
It is our attempt to capture what God
has developed in me by His Spirit, through His
word, around the Lord Jesus Christ, for His glory,
but especially towards health of leaders.
Leader RREACH is reaching the hearts and minds
of leaders who reach leaders.
You as a leader,
I am very interested in your spiritual health.
If you are not vitally, spiritually healthy,
you will not be able to influence the people
that you lead.
Now, this is not a leadership website.
You can go to many many such wonderful
sources and resources.
Thousands of books of leadership are written every day.
We are not going to talk about time management,
and delegation and other kinds of skills that
you must develop.
But as leaders come to my office, they ask
questions about their personal spiritual growth
and spiritual health, which seems to be the
fundamental source and resource for all their
leadership stance.
So we wanted to put this together,
sort of from my workspace to your workspace or from
my desk space to your desk space or even more,
from my heart space to your heart space.
As you notice, the logo,
the graphic starts with a globe.
It has a cross at the center.
This is extremely personal, we call it
"leader individually."
It's personal for me to you, it's a colonization.
The cross at the center of the globe says
this is a biblical, spiritual kind of input.
This is not an organizational and
corporate management.
This is spiritual input that God wants you
to think and live biblically-
but the globe of course, globally.
God has placed you in positions of influence
of serving as leader, whether you're at home
or at work or in a church.
Our primary focus would be pastoral leaders
and shepherd leaders, but this applies to
everybody who has this role and
responsibility of being a leader.
This is a very sacred, solemn opportunity,
though it can be a joyful one.
I recall the great words of Hebrews chapter 5 verse 4,
and I would like to make this sort
of our theme verse.
It says "Nobody takes this honor to himself."
This privilege of serving as leader is not
something that we can grab.
It is something that we receive;
we are called by God into it.
Now, unless you have this deep sense that
God has placed you as leader,
one who serves others,
in order to bring them to maturity
to make them more like the Lord Jesus,
even as you grow in spiritual health,
they will be spiritually healthy.
So, no one takes the honor of leadership,
grabs it and takes it by force or by himself;
it is something to which we are appointed.
So, LEADERREACH is our way of giving biblical
and spiritual input into your hearts and minds.
We are reaching leaders who reach leaders.
You are strategic in God's plan at this particular time,
as He has given us a small portion of
His responsibility in His total program
for the planet.
Leader RREACH:
