Alexis Sanchez pictured for the first time training at Carrington with new Manchester United team-mates ahead of Tottenham clash

ALEXIS SANCHEZ has finally been snapped in training with his new Manchester United team-mates.

The Chilean was fresh off a man of the match performance in Uniteds 4-0 FA Cup demolition job at Yeovil.

While he was hauled off by Jose Mourinho on 72 minutes, Sanchez clearly showed his class and ability to beat opponents on the left flank as he linked up well with Marcus Rashford.

And back at the AON Training Complex, Sanchez was all smiles as he went through drills in his red boots, alongside youngster Scott McTominay.

In fairness to the former Gunners and Barcelona star, he was one of few players NOT to wear a snood and hat at Carrington.

He let off a grin and looked comfortable in his new surroundings as he had a chuckle with his clubmates.

The 29-year-old later popped up his hood, suggesting maybe he was starting to feel the cold a little more as the session went on.

Sanchez is expected to start Uniteds Premier League clash at Wembley Stadium as United look to maintain their fading title challenge, with rivals City disappearing over the horizon.

But Spurs will not like facing the former Arsenal man, who is sure to get a hostile reception on his return to North London at the temporary home of his former rivals.

However it remains to be seen how Mourinho expects the chemistry between the likes of Sanchez, Anthony Martial, Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford and Romelu Lukaku to work.

And, more importantly, who will drop to the bench.

But one thing is for sure, United will count themselves among the top sides when challenging for Europe and the FA Cup, even if the Premier League crown looks out of sight.

The Chilean does some heel flicks to warm up his hamstrings alongside Scott McTominay.

Paul Pogba appears to be feeling the chill as he poses with the goalkeepers.

Jesse Lingard goofs around ahead of training.

Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford share a laugh as they get stuck into training.

Education. Education, I believe,

is in decline all over the world. At least, in Russia and in USA for sure.

I believe that schools and universities treat education wrong.

There are no such teachers, who would evaluate your knowledge, but not

just count your grades, then combine them and give you a final grade

for the course. For all my life I have studied in school 11 years, this is my fourth year in

university, and I had two teachers, who really gave me real knowledge,

who taught me not for me to get a grade,

but for me to know the material. It was my teacher of Russian language and literature in

school, and last year I had a course analysis of systems ... system analysis and design,

and in both of these classes I really learned something, in both classes I

did not think about grades at all, I was thinking about knowledge, because I

knew that the teacher would not grade me by how I did on a test,

but will grade my knowledge. I knew that, if I have 50 points for each

test, but I really know the material, then the teacher will give me a good grade.

And, unfortunately, few of the teachers have an actual goal to give knowledge to people.

They have some measurements, they have quotas, probably, they have checks and

to ... for the university, for example, to get a certification, then I think that there is

some evaluation ... evaluation ... there is some kind of assessment of grades of students, that is, if

in your class everyone gets three (C) and two (B), then you are a bad teacher. And in actuality

it's ... it's not necessarily so. But, unfortunately, now very few of the teachers

really take care of their students. It's bad. The fact is that I understand why

this happens because there's one teacher and 30 students, and it is very difficult to somehow treat each one

individually, and therefore we need to have tests. It's simply

necessary. But I also think that with the development of

technologies this will all change slowly. I believe that ... I have this

proposal that I think is very correct, because, because

I think so. I'm very young, very inexperienced person, therefore most likely

I'm wrong, but I suggest

in university... in universities, that lectures are to be recorded on the

on the camera, and that the students watch these lectures in advance. For example, tomorrow we

will have a lesson in mathematics, and all the students watched a lecture, a video-lecture,

that is, it's 50 minutes, at the end they have exercise, in the end they have all the

resources that are needed, and they come to class only to ask

something, clarify, to find out, and so on. And tests

should not take place in terms of responses to questions.

That is, "what is the planet Earth?" ... I apologize "what's the shape of the planet Earth?" 1). square

2). triangle or 3). circle or 4). sphere and the answer is very very

obvious, but we need to do it in a way, so that the teacher and student...for the teacher

to ask questions that are directed at the understanding of the material,

and not only at memorizing, at memorizing of some

some ... forgot what they are called, the definitions of this or that material, and this, I think, will improve the quality of

knowledge of people, because right now, in my class I know that 80

percent of people have zero, zero knowledge, because they cheat on exams, they

are prepared only for tests, and after the test all knowledge disappears, and

so when they go to work, they have zero knowledge, but we need to somehow correct this, so that people

can have knowledge, so that they can master it , and only then, I think, the world will change to

a much better world.

Home Workout for MUSCLE GAIN EP1 | Beast Shoulders Routine - Duration: 7:56.

hello guys, welcome back to our Channel and to our new free course - home workout

for muscle gain. in this course we will show you the best routines and the best

exercises for you to gain muscle and strength in home conditions. all you will

need is just the floor and parallel bars that you can buy or build yourself, so

let's go and I will show you the first amazing routine

okay guys, so the first routine in our course and it will consist of four exercises,

this routine is very good for development of the muscles in your upper

body and in your core. okay, so the first exercise is deep dips and I will show

you how you will need to do it, so the idea is to do five to eight repetitions.

so I will show you five, basically, you will need to take the parallel bars

right here and lean forward as much as you can and the idea is to touch the

floor with your chest, so you you go as deep as you can and also I always

mention and it's worth to mention that you have to always warm up and stretch

before doing any exercise, so it's important to avoid any possible injury

and also this way you prepare your body for work. so we'll have a separate course

on warm-up and stretching, so we will not concentrate and a warm-up in this

course, but I assume that before you do anything you have your body already

prepared, so pay attention to technique of this exercise,

do not grab the bars with a full strength of your wrists, because this way

there will be a lot of strain on this part so you have to actually loosen up a

little bit and you go five to eight repetitions

okay, so five repetitions of deep dips, so as I mentioned - make sure that you lean

as forward as possible, so this way you will work out this part a lot and

this is the purpose of this exercise. so, after for you to rest your upper body

a little bit there is a core exercise. okay, so it's

so basically you hold yourself in Lsit, then you pick up your legs and

straighten them out again, so this exercise is really good for the

core. as you probably saw my parallel bars are sliding away a little bit, so

for the next video I will put something on the floor, but this is the idea. then

the third exercise is tucked planche push-ups, so I will show you how they are

done and I didn't mention that the second exercise you need to do

approximately 10-15 repetitions or let's say until you get tired and cannot

continue. so five to eight repetitions of tucked planche push-ups, so basically

you put yourself in a tucked planche position

okay, so thats the third exercise and also guys if you're not able to do deep

dips or tucked planche push-ups you can still try to do these exercises to your

ability, so let's say if you do not have enough strength yet to touch the floor

with your chest with deep dips lower as much as you can, so by doing it you will

develop strength and eventually you will be able to do it well or simply do not

lean forward as much, if you feel that it's too difficult for you and you

cannot do it this way. for planche push-ups it's quite

an advanced exercise but the same as with deep dips you can lower less but by

doing it you will develop strength and eventually you will be able to do it

well. and the fourth exercise - take parallel bars and it's similar to

another exercise but instead of doing kicks forward with your legs you

actually go side to side. okay, so that was the third exercise and once again

for some people it may be challenging, but just do it to your ability and

eventually you will develop strength and these are the exercises that are really

good for your upper body and shoulder and core strength. okay, so this

routine you need to repeat at least 10 times and I promise that this routine

will help you develop muscle really well, because these exercises are quite

difficult and as I was explaining in our muscle building course - when the

exercise is as difficult that you don't only 5 to 8 or 10 repetitions so that

works your muscle in a way that it grows, so this exercise is really good for

muscle growth. so, I will see you guys in the next part

and I will show you the next routine in the next part. don't forget to

do 10 rounds of this routine, I will see you there

Most Americans Agree That Donald Trump Is A HORRIBLE Role Model For Their Kids - Duration: 3:17.

Polls have proven to really not be Donald Trump's best friends.

Recently, we've seen polls showing that his approval rating is still going down, the amount

of people that believe he is biased against black people is going up, and one of the latest

polls shows that 67% of people in the United States do not view Donald Trump as a good

role model for children.

Now, here's the other side of that poll.

90% of people polled in the United States believe that the President of the United States

should be a positive role model for children to look up to, and to emulate, and to say,

"When I grow up, I want to be like that guy," but 67% of people in this country say, "That

guy ain't Donald Trump.

We do not want our children to be like him."

Now think for a second of how sad that is for the office of the presidency, that two-thirds

of people in this country look at you and say, "I don't want my kid to be like you.

I don't want my kid to act like you.

I don't want my kid to speak like you.

I don't want my kid to have the same values that you have."

That's what we're talking about here, and this is the President of the United States.

To be honest, can you blame these two-thirds of people for not wanting their kids to be

like Trump?

Absolutely not.

In fact, you have to question the remaining third of people who say, "Yes, he is a positive

role model."

You have to wonder what the hell they're thinking.

What's so positive about paying a porn actress $130,000 to stay quiet a few weeks before

the election so that you don't ruin your reputation?

What's so role-model-like of saying that you like to sexually assault women even when you

know they don't want it or even when they're married, and you say that on tape?

What is so admirable about anything Donald Trump has ever done in his life?

What's so admirable about Trump University, or Trump Stakes, or those four different casino

bankruptcies, or Trump Airlines?

The list goes on and on.

This man has somehow managed to fail his way to the top, and at least two-thirds of people

in this country finally understand that.

Sure, they probably want the same kind of thing for themselves, money, power, but they

don't want their kids to be like that.

They don't want their kids to grow up and see that that's how you get ahead in life

or that's how you become a decent human being.

They understand that that's not the case.

To be honest, as a parent with four kids of my own, I do not want a single one of them

to grow up and to be anything resembling what Donald Trump is, and I hope that most other

parents in this country, those who don't already agree with that, I hope they come around very

soon because the last thing we need is a new generation of kids who were brought up idolizing

Donald Trump.
