A proper body posture is something we should all take proper care of, as it has been shown
that it effectively helps digestion, boosts overall health, enhances breathing, lowers
stress, regulates hormonal balance and supports mental clarity.
On the other hand, bad body posture raises the risk of back pain, poor blood circulation,
and tightness in the chest.
Therefore, you should do all possible to correct it, and thus soothe the pain and tension in
the back, neck, and shoulders.
Fortunately, you can succeed in this in a simple way, by exercising the muscles used
in a natural, standing position.
The locust pose, or shalabhasana in yoga, is an exercise that strengthens the muscles
and provides amazing effects.
Yet, if you suffer from back pain, consult your doctor before this or any other similar
exercise.
This is how to perform it.
In a lying position, with the face downwards, and the forehead touching the floor, stretch
both legs and spread them hip-width apart.
The weight of the body should be divided equally on the tops of your feet.
Then, raise the upper body as high as possible, keeping the head up.
Inhale and elevate the head, and the lift the hands as you exhale.
The hands should be near the body, with the palms faced downwards.
Next, just raise the legs using the thigh muscles, and concentrate the weight on the
lower ribs, pelvis, and abdomen.
Hold for 10 to 60 seconds, and do 5-10 repetitions.
This exercise will improve your body posture, and strengthen the muscles of the legs, torso,
and back.

Epsom salt has been used for millennia by many cultures thanks to its various beneficial
features.
It has been used for body detox treatments, household cleaning, and in gardening.
Another great thing about Epsom salt is that it is inexpensive and it can be easily found
on the market.
The name of this substance originates from the bitter saline spring at Epsom in Surrey,
England.
This salt is not a usual salt as the regular ones because it is a naturally occurring pure
mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate, both of which offer powerful health benefits
and detoxify the whole body.
The Epsom salt can easily be absorbed through the skin and enter the bloodstream.
The skin serves as a porous membrane that absorbs these compounds and eliminates the
toxins.
You can add the Epsom salt to the bathwater and it will help you trigger a process known
as reverse osmosis, a process that eliminates salt and the dangerous toxins from the body,
leaving space for the magnesium and sulfate to enter the organism.
One of the most essential minerals is magnesium, which is significant for over 325 enzymes.
It also boosts the function of the nerves and muscles, soothes inflammation processes
in the body, improves the blood flow and the oxygenation throughout the whole body.

Kids under 60 lbs: half a cup of Epsom salt for a standard size bathtub

Individuals between 100 and 150 lbs: one and a half cup of Epsom salt for a standard size
bathtub Individuals between 150 and 200 lbs: add two
cups of Epsom salt to a standard size bathtub For every 50 lbs, you can add half a cup of
Epsom salt extra.
Additional tips: If you want to increase the antioxidant effects
of the bath, you can add half a cup of olive oil.
This oil is highly beneficial for the skin thanks to its polyphenol content.
You can also add some cayenne powder or some ginger and thus increase the heat levels and
eliminate more toxins through sweat.
You are not recommended to use soap during this process as it will interfere with the
detox process and the effects of the minerals.
Furthermore, you should rest for one to two hours after you have done this detox bath.
If you suffer from arthritis and your joints hurt, make sure that you stay active as much
as possible in order to protect your joints from congestion.

some bloopers with dylan at the end he is so funny to create the shoes take two equal
pieces of white fondant create an indentation create a heel with a piece of fondant and
stick on now I am going to show you how to create the legs and body mix royal blue and
sky blue gel food colouring for this shade of blue the blue parts of the body I have
made with modelling paste the rest are made with sugarpaste fondant roll into a snake
shape flatten out at the bottom create an indentaion for the ankle and knee using your
fingers measure for size against your shoes and now we are
going to assemble it onto the cake place one shoe onto the cake insert a bbq skewer into
the leg at you have created and place onto your cake roll a ball of fondant for the other
leg to sit on shape it and stick on as well shape a neck and shoulders create a hole with
a skewer and
now we are going to make smurfette's dress roll out some fondant sugar paste very thin
for the fabric and shape it using the topper cut out the sleeves and general shape of the
dress fray the bottom of the dress create a line using a quilting
tool use a miniature heart cutter to form some hear shapes onto the dress as well and
stick on work with the dress until you get it into a nice dress shape it can look like
nothing when you first stick it on but fray out the bottom and work with it until you
are happy now we are going to make one arm we cant make the other arm until we have the
head and hair made so roll out your paste into a snake shape trim off the bottom flatten
the bottom where you will be creating the hand trim a thumb and fingers now we are going
to create smurfette face roll your modelling paste into a teardrop shape create an indentation
where the eyes and nose will be mark the position of the mouth and carve out some eye sockets
place some white fondant inside the eye sockets and create a nose by rolling some modelling
paste into a teardrop shape use your cake decorating tools to shape it and stick on
take two thin pieces of blue paste stick on and shape them create some shading in the
eyes and lips with some blue lustre dust paint an outline around the outside of the eyes
using black edible paint and paint on some nice big eyelashes and of course some eyebrows
use light blue fondant for the eyes paint on some details using white edible paint and
create an outline with black edible paint some black fondant for the pupils and create
catchlights with some white edible paint now we are going to create smurfette's hair I
am going to take 3 chunks of fondant for the back and sides and then we will create the
fringe first of all I am going to create the large section of hair to cover the back roll
your sugarpaste into a teardrop shape flatten it out slightly with a rolling pin and create
indentations to make it look like hair using a knife repeat this for the other side pieces
of hair remember to leave some fondant for your fringe stick
your three sections of hair on and shape the hair using a cake decorating tool now we
are going to create smurfette's little hat roll some white fondant into a cone shape
use a ball tool to make an indentation fan out the edges with your fingers create some
creases with your knife tool fold over the top part and stick on and this is where you
will create the other arm and stick on now I am
creating some shading using shadow grey dust you know how much I love my shading! create
smurfette's fridge with your last piece of fondant and stick on there you go! we got
there in the end the struggle was real today any mummies out there with kiddies will understand!if
