Museo Iconográfico del Quijote. it's an art

gallery with Don Quixote alright and

other stuffs. So lets check it out.

yeah that's how like- If you said Don

Quixote I would know who you're talking

about but if you said "Don Hihote"

or whatever...

They are beautiful! all these paintings are from artists

around Mexico they all have different

interpretations I guess of Don

Quixote? I love art. Seeing art and just

people way that they do it themselves

because I stuck myself. actually I'm

really good at stick-men really really

good so if you want a stick-man

exhibition let me know I'll be sure to

do that for you.

One fun fact that we

haven't actually mentioned yet and maybe

you already know this but Don Quixote is

not a historical figure whatsoever it is

a story not even based on anyone in

particular but about Don Quixote so all

these paintings all these

interpretations are someone's idea from

the book and for some reason Guanajuato

has sort of adopted Don Quixote and

they've got a museum dedicated to him as

well as art everywhere that's kind of

cool

so this museum is quite large it's about

60 pesos per person to get in about

three dollars and you have a lot of

different art styles to choose from some

of these paintings behind us are done on

leaves a really cool technique I mean

there's so much different art here you

could spend probably a good two hours if

you took your time and just looked at everything.

One of the iconic buildings here

in Guanajuato is el tiera- tea-

The Theater Juarez. el Teatro Juárez?

I don't know how to say it in Spanish but

it's one of the main beautiful buildings

here in the city that you have to see when

you come visit it does cost I think 35

pesos to go in but we hear it's

very beautiful so we're gonna take a look!

Just kidding it's closed we can't get in but it

is 35 pesos if you want to go in

when you come to visit Guanajuato. I've no

idea why it's closed. The posted time says it

should be open, but hey, what are you gonna do?

I have no idea but there's plenty more to

do in the city so let's find something else

Guanajuato is so beautiful there's

this whole walking street down the

center of town and can come from the

teatro de Juárez or if i said that

right and there's

restaurants there is shops, everything that

you could possibly need here downtown

and sculptures, architecture, art

everything. It's really cool you can

you just walk around the city and be

satisfied.

I think he said to have the enchiladas here

that they are traditional. oh yeah!

So we could try those. we're getting really hungry so

we've come to the market and there's a

lot of- Like, you can buy trinkets and

everything but this section is just food

and it's a whole building of it yeah

They're all waving their, um, menus at us. Alright, we'll come in.

Wow! Ok, so Ashley got some

enchiladas of some sort.

-I'll have some. Yeah. Gracias

then I got some flautas. Now, flautas

is something that I typically get at home

but I thought I'd try it here it looks really

good like fried chicken (?!)

Mmm. Thats so good.

it's really fresh I'm so happy to have some

vegetables right now I think my body is

like been craving them. 'Cus tacos don't

have that many vegetables in it and that's

pretty much what we've been living off

of. or nutrients really yeah yeah yeah so

this tastes so delicious I think it was

about four dollars so it's kind of

expensive even though we're in the

market area but we actually went to the

first place that we went and I

think that other places are cheaper in

this area but we were hungry and I kind

of was just blinded by food honestly when you

come to these little markets, just know

that the little booths, tiny booths, they're

different places. they have different

prices and they serve different things

or- and/or the same thing with a different

price. So just kind of take a minute to look

around, lesson learned

Ashley this market is huge! ginormous

a ton of food on the first floor and then the

second floor seems like it has all the

trinkets and dresses and stuff

but, let's walk around a little bit, and we'll head back.

so, I've gotta say, one of the things i like

about Guanajuato is that as a

tourist destination and it is very much

a tourist area it is focused on like the

hispanic peoples. i mean so many other

tourists that are here are from within

Mexico yeah I like that there are a lot

of non-mexican people here but they're

still greatly outnumbered by the amount

of tourists who are mexican and hispanic

visition here i like it a lot yeah i love

that the city is built kind of like a

bowl yeah actually in the 1700s there

was a huge flood because all of the

water from the mountains around came

down into the city and it was a big deal

for Guanajuato. it was pretty devastating

to be honest yeah so they actually built

tunnels and different things now so that

they can survive big rain falls although

it does not rain here very often yeah

but the tunnels are built for drainage

now there's tunneled all underneath the

city and it's a really unique area i

love it lot so i hope you guys enjoyed

What are the subject and object in Grammar? - Duration: 11:29.

What's up guys?

In today's video I'm going to explain something very important about grammar that you need

to know no matter what language you're learning.

And that is the difference between the subject and the object of the sentence in grammar.

Specifically the direct object.

Ever language has these, at least every language I know of.

I can't even conceive of a language that doesn't have some way of denoting between the subject

and the direct object.

So if you're not familiar with me, my name is Aaron, and this channel is dedicated to

make language learning fast, fun, and easy.

So, if you're learning a language, and you like this video, then you can go ahead and

subscribe, and you'll get new language learning videos every week.

So let's start off learning with a simple english sentence like Paul eats.

Pretty easy.

Just two words.

Now, in this sentence, Paul is the subject of the sentence because Paul is the one that's

doing the eating.

So the subject of the sentence is always the person or the thing that does the action.

Eats here is your verb, and the subject does the verb of the sentence.

Now let's change it to something just a little more complex like Paul eats an apple... or

actually...

Let's make this a little more interesting.

Yes, I am using a sock as an eraser, because I don't know what I did with my eraser.

We're gonna change it to Paul slays a zombie.

Yeah, that's better.

That's a lot more fun.

And if you don't know what slay means because you're learning English, this has nothing

to do with Santa Claus, so I'm gonna let you look it up on your own, because you'll probably

learn more that way.

Google translate is an excellent resource.

So now we have Paul slays the zombie.

Paul is still the subject, because Paul is the one who is slaying the zombie.

And we now have a direct object, the zombie.

Because the zombie is the one that is receiving the action.

The zombie is the one that's being affected by the action.

The zombie is the one being slayed.

So we have Paul the subject, or the slayer, and the zombie, the object, or the slayee.

And I wanna point out that in English the subject and object are determined by their

location in the sentence.

So if we have a sentence like A zombie slays Paul, we now have a completely different sentence.

This isn't even the same thing, it's 100% opposite.

Cause now we have the zombie as the subject.

And we have Paul as the object.

And the only thing we changed was the word order.

But not every language is like English in this sense.

Different languages have different ways of marking which word is the subject, and which

word is the object.

So for example, let's go to spanish.

Now in spanish they sometimes use a preposition to mark which word is the object.

So let's have Paul...

Actually I guess we're using Spanish, so I guess it would be Pablo ama a su perro.

And this means Pablo loves his dog.

And this A here really doesn't mean anything.

And we wouldn't even translate this into english.

So if you translate it into English, we would just have it be Paul loves his dog.

And this A, all that means is that the dog is the object of the sentence.

The direct object.

In fact, we could change this around.

And this might be a little bit weird... but it would say A su perro ama Pablo.

And this is not how people normally talk, but it would still be clear that the dog is

the object of the sentence, and Paul is still the subject because this A there is marking

that the dog is the object.

And I also wanna go over another way of making the object of the sentence, and that is by

using case markers.

And you should be kinda familiar with that if you're learning Latin, or Greek, or Russian

or basically any of the thousands of languages that use these.

It's extremely common.

And I'm gonna do it in Esperanto, because I don't know Latin or Greek, or Russian.

So we'll have it be Paulo amas la hundon.

And if you're learning Esperanto, this is an example of the infamous accusative case

that is kinda the bane of all Esperanto learners when they're just starting.

But it's really not that difficult, I promise.

You just have to know the difference between the subject and the object of the sentence.

And since Paul is the one that is loving the dog, the dog is the object, and the way that

we mark that in Esperanto is with this little N here.

Because the word for dog in Esperanto is just hundo.

That's hundo by itself.

And when you wanna make it the object of the sentence, you just add the N at the end.

And I wanna point out that since in Esperanto the object of the sentence is marked by part

of the word as opposed to word order, the order of the words is totally free.

You can actually rearrange the order of the words however you want.

You can have it say La hundon amas Paulo.

And you haven't changed the meaning of the sentence at all.

You've changed the structure or the form of the sentence, but it means the exact same

thing.

The dog is still the object of the sentence because of that N there.

That's how you know.

So the dog is still the one that's receiving the love from Paulo, from Paul.

In fact, you could really rearrange these words any way you want.

You could have it say Amas la hundon Paulo.

So having this accusative case with that N there really kinda frees you up to be able

to express yourself in a lot of different ways in Esperanto, and create your sentences

in a lot of different ways, which is nice if you're a musician or something and you're

trying to rhyme the end of your verses with a word that rhymes with something else, because

you can just rearrange your words however you want.

So that is the distinction between the subject and the object of the sentence in grammar.

I should say that that's the direct object, there's also an indirect object, which is

when you would have something like Paul told me a secret, in which case Paul is the subject,

the secret, or the thing that's being told, is the direct object, and I am the direct

object because I'm the one that's being told the secret.

I'm not going to explain that feature of grammar right now, but we'll go a little bit more

into that in future videos.

Now, if you watched any of my videos before, you know that I'm a huge fan of using music

to learn languages.

So I'm just gonna give you a few example of songs you can use to kind of wrap your mind

around these grammatical features.

So if you're learning English, you can listen to a song called I Will Always Love You and

this is a song originally by Dolly Parton, and Whitney Houston made it more popular in

The Bodyguard.

So I obviously is the subject, You is the object of the sentence, and will always love

is like kind of a complex verb, but it follows the exact rules that I taught you earlier.

Subject comes first, verb in the middle, object last.

If you're learning Esperanto, there's a great song called Liza Pentras Bildojn, and it's

actually my favorite song in Esperanto.

And it means, Lisa paints pictures.

And you know that bildojn or the pictures are the object of the sentence because it

ends with N, and obviously because the pictures are the things that are being painted.

I mean, you could also potentially say, I guess, Lizan pentras bildoj, which would mean

pictures paint lisa.

And then in Spanish, there's a song called, Alabar al Señor.

And I should also mention that in spanish, El Señor is The Lord, so if you're saying

a El Señor, then that makes The Lord the object of the sentence.

And Alabar is the verb, it means praise.

So when you're saying Alabar al Señor, it means praise The Lord.

So that's all I have for you in this video, hopefully it's useful, and you're gonna be

able to use that and apply this knowledge to whatever language you're learning, even

if it's not English, Spanish, or Esperanto.

They help the car not to slide on the icy road.

We should change the tires on the car into winter ones till the cold weather.

Unfortunately my old winter tires are erased – and I have to buy new ones.

So for now I have to change into old ones and go to the shop to buy new!

don't like obviously if it's on

violence or there are violent images in

violent then you have every right to go

ahead and turn off monetization but they

are also turning off monetization on some

of my videos when I literally mention

the words Islam criticism of Islam is

now something that can be censored I

assure you that if I was to make video about

Islamophobia or a criticism of it of

Islam in some sort of video they

would remove ads on it and obviously

I'd lose a bit of income but if I was make a

White breads, pastas, sugar, cookies, cakes, fast foods, and prepackaged foods are all processed and bad for your thyroid health. Instead, make meals with fresh ingredients and use as little premade or processed components as possible. Try switching out certain prepackaged things for fresh ingredients. For example, don't eat instant oatmeal in the morning. Instead, use steel-cut oatmeal and add nuts and spices to it. Avoid canned vegetables and make them fresh. These small steps will help you cut down on processed foods and help your thyroid health.

Avoid alcohol and tobacco products. Caffeine and alcohol can impact the health of your thyroid. If you have hyperthyroidism, you should ask your doctor before using caffeinated beverages like soft drinks, coffee and tea. However, you should always ask your doctor before you increase your caffeine intake, no matter what kind of thyroid condition you have

Find sources of iodine. Since you need iodine to combat thyroid problems, you need to make sure you get enough of it in your diet. Iodine is eaten in dietary forms of iodine by eating foods grown in soil with the appropriate iodine content, such as mushrooms, onions, and garlic. You can also get iodine naturally by eating meat from organic grass-fed animals. Some animal feed adds in potassium iodate, which also adds iodine to the meat you eat. Table salt is also a source of iodine because it has been supplemented with it. You may suffer from a lack of iodine, or iodine deficiency, when you don't eat enough table salt because this is the primary source of iodine you get on a daily basis. This can occur in diets comprised of foods that are not cooked at home

Increase your selenium intake. The amount of selenium you get through supplementation has an impact on your thyroid health. The link between selenium deficiency was only recently established in the 1990's in relation to Graves disease, an autoimmune thyroid disease. Selenium supplementation provided a quicker return to healthy thyroid states than other methods.[11] Incorporate more foods that contain high selenium levels, such as brazil nuts, tuna, shrimp, oysters, liver chicken, and turkey

Take vitamin A supplements. Taking vitamin A as supplements has been found to regulate thyroid metabolism and was associated with decreased thyroid hormone levels in obese and non-obese patients studied. A dosage of 25,000 IU a day is recommended to maintain healthy thyroid function.[13] You can also incorporate more vitamin A into your diet with foods such as sweet potatoes, carrots, and squash

Get more aerobic exercise. Intense aerobic activity has been shown to help with higher levels of circulating thyroid hormones. Aerobic exercise is any exercise which increases your target heart rate for a period of 30 minutes. Incorporate more exercises, such as jogging, running, dancing, cycling and aerobics. You should work out for 30 minutes a day at least five times a week. Your target heart rate is calculated by subtracting your age from 220 and multiplying by 0.7. For example, if you are 35 years old, your target heart rate is 220-35 = 185, then 185x0.7 = 129.5

Braindrops: What Is a MarTech Stack? - Duration: 2:36.

Hi, I'm Natalie Eisenberg, VP of Sales & Marketing at Click Rain.

On today's Braindrop I'm going to talk a little about marketing technology stacks.

We'll focus on what MarTech stacks are, how they can help us, and how you can start building

yours.

As marketers, we're all very wired to assemble the right mix of marketing tactics to meet

our goals.

From mobile marketing to search, social advertising, SEO, email, and CRM, the tactics we select

become our marketing mix.

Once we've established this marketing mix, we now have a growing number of technology

or MarTech solutions that can help us execute the plan.

The collection of these solutions becomes our MarTech stack.

So let's say your company's marketing mix includes email, social media, and mobile marketing.

Your MarTech stack could look like this: Constant Contact for email, Hootsuite for social, Mobify

for mobile marketing.

While another company with the same marketing mix but other unique needs may have a MarTech

stack that looks like this: Campaign Monitor for email, Conversocial for social media,

and Verve for mobile marketing.

There are many technology choices available in many marketing categories.

Nearly 4,000 marketing technologies in total were reported in 2016.

So selecting the right MarTech solutions is getting to be more of a process in itself,

but careful planning and assembly of your MarTech stack can lead to great things, like

finally having platforms that are a proper fit for your organization's unique needs,

more efficiency, less legwork, and simpler performance reporting—and tighter ties between

marketing, sales, and operations in your organization.

So where do you start your MarTech stack planning?

I would suggest you start by taking inventory of what platforms you're currently using for

each of your digital marketing activities.

List them out.

If there are contracts involved, note their end dates.

See when you'll have another chance to evaluate your options.

Perhaps list the pros and the cons of each platform.

Are there features you would wish you had?

Make note and look at this as an opportunity to more carefully select what you need when

the next decision point arises.

Advanced MarTech stacks also incorporate what's called stack integration.

This is where the various platforms are communicating with each other in various directions to create

a true marketing technology system.

There's even an award show now called The Stackies that recognizes the best of the best

in MarTech stacks.

Technology continues to influence everything around us, and our marketing

plans are no exception.

When we build our plans using these stacks of useful tech platforms as the foundation,

our marketing performance improves.

And that makes people happy.

Think about this.

Because you have born of God,

You now know the God of the Universe.

You know what he is truly like.

You know his love, grace and forgiveness.

You know his faithfulness and mercy.

You know his mind and his ways.

And this makes you different in this world.

Which makes you uniquely qualified to make him known

to others.
