How to make Twitch emotes appear in a YouTube comment - Duration: 5:50.

What's up guys, Steve the Pancake!

Welcome to a brand new video!

Today we're gonna be doing something different.

I'm bringing you a tutorial on how you can make Twitch emotes to be visible in your comments

on YouTube.

First of all, I'll explain a bit what Twitch is like, if you don't know what it is: basically

it's a social network site and a live streaming platform where you can watch a gamer play

whatever games he chooses, which has a chat system allowing the viewers to interact with

the streamer.

So, in order to use a Twitch emote outside of Twitch, you need to install a browser extension

called "Global Twitch Emotes", designed by a dude called Melalawi.

The minimum thing to do to enable the emotes from the global category is to tick the first

box here, "Enable Global Twitch Emotes".

And we can also see that there's a second box below which allows you to show the "subscriber

exclusive" emotes, that can only be accessed if you subscribe to a Twitch channel.

Now the two last boxes are not really important, but you're free to set up the smiley type

whether you want their appearance to be like this (robot) or like that (turbo).

Once one or two of these boxes are activated, you can type in your comments the code matching

the emotes you want to use.

In my example right now, let's take...

Kappa, Kreygasm, DansGame, PogChamp, EleGiggle, MingLee, WutFace, cmonBruh... what else do

we have...

FrankerZ, PJSalt, ResidentSleeper, et cetera... et cetera et cetera.

I use these emotes a lot in my comments nowadays, that makes some sense since I became interested

in Twitch stuff but, whatever.

Right, as soon as I'm posting my comment here... you can see that the emotes are actually showing

up!!

See?

They're really showing up now.

Nevertheless, you have to pay attention to the capitalization once you learned what code

matches the emote you want to use, and for this, I've put a link in the description below

the video, so check out that link to see what are the other emotes and codes which are availa...

available in a Twitch chat.

However, if you want to use, for instance...

FeelsBadMan or LUL, like this, you have to install the BetterTTV extension, because that's

the actual key that will make them appear on your side, even when you're taking part

in a Twitch chat, too, so... keep that in mind.

And of course you can also use them on YouTube if the boxes related to the BetterTTV global

emotes are checked, here in our Global Twitch Emotes settings...

"Global emotes" and "Channel emotes".

River Monster Fishing for Wels Catfish in Spain - Duration: 5:12.

Ok, so this is going to keep us dry.

Oh, wow. [Gary] There's a lot of room. [Larysa] There is room for dancing.

You know that playing music helps catch fish, right?

[Gary] It's like cooking breakfast - you always get a bite.

[Larysa] You're messing with me now. Ok.

First day out fishing on the Ebro River in Spain with

carpdreamfishing.com. I've got my guide here, Gary Sheridan.

And tell us a little bit about our set-up.

[Gary] Well, what it is Larysa is, here we're fishing for carp with the two rods that

we got set up over there, and the two rods that are set up behind us

are for the catfish - for the big, giant wels catfish.

This week's game profile

:wels catfish. Location: Ebro River, Spain.

Also known as the sheet fish.

Scale is freshwater fish, recognizable by its

broad, flat head and wide mouth.

Possible total length: up to thirteen feet, and a maximum weight

of over 400 pounds. Can live as long as

eighty years. Second largest fresh-water fish

in its region. Females produce

up to 30,000 eggs per kilogram of body weight, and the male

guards the nest until the brood hatches.

Here we go.

He's going to get a buoy marker,

to bring it up here, so

he's going to mark off our territory, of where we're going to be fishing.

[Gary] We're going to fish with this hook.

It's a mustat four-O. [Larysa] So what are we using as bait then?

[Gary] The pellets, what you see on the floor there.

The big ones, the twenty kilo ones. [Larysa] The ones that smell delicious?

[Gary] Yeah, they're the ones. We're having some of them for tea later as well. [Larysa] Ok, great.

[Gary] And all's we do is we double the line over.

Like this, take it through in front of the hook, like this.

The hook - like so - and we line it along the back of the hook.

Like this. And then you take the end,

bend, and you simply wrap it.

Trapping the line in place.

And we do that about four times.

Ok? Like so.

To where we pinched it, here we've created a loop.

Simply pinch the line to hold it in place, and we'll take this

back through, underneath here.

And then we've created the loop where we're going to

attach the bait. [Larysa] Oh wow. Ok. [Gary] It's commonly known

as a hair bait. [Larysa] So the bait will hang underneath the hook then? [Gary] Yeah.

The bait will sit on the bottom, with the hook, and we attach

a couple of pellets onto this bit here,

and we'll take the hook and [Larysa] Smells delicious.

[Gary] And we just hold it in place, like so. [Larysa] Oh, cool.

[Gary] And the pellet's easy to slide.

[Larysa] It's like you're sewing. [Gary] Yeah, I'll make you a jumper later.

[Larysa] Sweet.

[Gary] And you'll just take the loop over the end,

take it over the hook once - it's very important that you do

that twice, ok? [Larysa] Yeah, so it doesn't come off? [Gary] Exactly.

[Gary] So we've got [Larysa] And then that will help it float?

[Gary] No, any more than three

you start getting heavier than you want, and then the fish push

[Larysa] Push, yeah. [Gary] And then the next one

[Larysa] But when they push the water, the pellets

and the hook will come up? [Gary] Yeah.

[Larysa] You don't want to be too heavy.

I think I did a good job. It's like Iron

Chef right here has nothing on me.

On the Ebro River, regulations allowed us to have our lines in the water

one hour after dark. So with the alarms

and rods still set, we decided to chow down

and get cozy in our river bank shelter.

How to Fit and Use Crutches - Duration: 6:49.

Hello, my name is Sara. I'm the lead

physical therapist at Barnes-Jewish

Hospital. In this video, we will show the

proper way to fit and use crutches.

Please talk with your healthcare team to

determine whether or not crutches are

the best choice for you.

Your doctor may have given you

weight-bearing restrictions on your leg,

which tells you how much weight you can

put through your leg. If you are

weight-bearing as tolerated, that means

you can put as much weight through your

leg as is comfortable. Putting weight

through your legs should not

significantly increase or cause you pain.

if you are partial weight-bearing, then

you can put some weight but not all

through your leg. You should push through

your hands on the crutches to keep the

full weight off of your leg. if you are

toe touch weight-bearing, then you may

simply rest your foot on the floor.

Imagine there is an egg or a cracker

under your foot that you don't want to

crush. It's important to know that toe

touch weight-bearing does not mean that

only your toe can touch the ground. It is

important to allow your entire foot to

rest flat on the ground. If you are

non-weight-bearing, then you can't put

any weight through your foot. You should

push through your hands on the crutches

to keep the weight off of your foot. As

you walk, you should be able to walk

without your foot touching the ground. No

matter what your weight-bearing

restrictions are, make sure that you

never lean on the tops of your crutches.

You can hurt a nerve causing numbness

and tingling in your arms. Put all of

your weight through your hands not your

armpit.

Stand tall with your shoes on. Make sure

your shoes have low heels and good

support. Put the crutches under your arms.

Relax your arms and let them hang down

over the crutches. There should be a two

inch space between your armpit and the

top of the crutch. With your hands hanging

relaxed, the hand grips should be at the

level of your wrist. When holding the

hand grips, your elbows should be bent

slightly to about 30 degrees.

To stand up, hold both crutches by the

hand grips in one hand, and push up with

the other hand on the chair. Then put one

crutch under each arm. To sit down, place

both crutches in one hand, holding the

hand grips together and reach for the

chair with your other hand to lower

yourself slowly.

To take a step, squeeze the crutches

between your upper arms and ribs. Put the

weight through your hands not your

armpits. Move the crutches forward. Move

your injured leg forward and put your

foot even with the crutches. Put as much

weight as you are allowed on the injured

leg, taking the rest of the weight

through your arms and hands. Step past

with your stronger leg. In summary, move

the crutches first. you're injured leg

next, and then you're stronger leg.

To go upstairs with a handrail, place one

crutch under one arm and use the hand

rail with the other arm for support. Step

up with the stronger leg, then the

injured leg, and lastly bring up the

crutch. Always make sure the crutch tip

is completely on the stair. If you do not

have a handrail, be very careful as you

could lose your balance. Have someone

help you or avoid the stairs until you

are stronger. Place one crutch under each

arm, step up with the stronger leg, then

bring the injured leg and your crutches

up together. To go downstairs with a

handrail, place one crutch under one arm

and use the hand rail with the other arm

for support. Lower the crutch down to the

step below ,and move your injured leg

down, and then bring your stronger leg

down. Always make sure the crutch tip is

completely on the stair. If you do not

have a handrail, be very careful as you

can lose your balance. Have someone help

you or avoid the stairs until you are

stronger. Place one crutch under each arm,

step down with your crutches and your

injured leg together, then bring your

stronger leg down.

If you do not feel steady on crutches, a

walker is another option. The walker does

offer more stability. If you need to go

up one step with a walker, you should do

this backwards. Going down one step , you

should go forwards, leading with your

walker and your injured leg. More than

one step is not safe with a walker. Be

sure to sit for a few minutes before

standing. While sitting, review the

process for the safe use of crutches.

Once you are standing, be sure that you

are stable before you start moving. If at

any time you do not feel stable you

should stop and sit down on a safe

surface. In conclusion, be sure to check

with your healthcare team to determine

whether or not crutches are the safest

choice for your situation. Be sure that

your environment is also safe for the

use of crutches. This means that your

environment should be free of clutter.

There should be no throw rugs or loose

edges on carpeting and absolutely do not

use crutches on wet surfaces. If you have

before I get into why we need donations

let me tell you a little bit about our

railway the mission of the riverside and

great northern preservation society is

to establish a museum and other

facilities for the purpose of displaying

the design development operation and

maintenance of steam railways and other

steam operating facilities and to

provide education and training for those

interested in the design development

operation and maintenance of such

facilities and in general to promote

educational program for the general

public in accordance with such purposes

the river site in Great Northern

preservation society is an all-volunteer

not-for-profit preservation society

dedicated to the preservation and

restoration of steam powered Light

Railway trains the society owns and

operates a light railway living museum

on the grounds of the san lee lightwell

railway equipment works located a few

miles north of Wisconsin Dells Wisconsin

the society was formed in 1988 for the

purpose of acquiring the san lee light

ran away equipment works facilities with

the intent of opening a live a museum on

the site the society now 250 members

strong continues to operate and improve

the Riverside and Great Northern Railway

a living museum that attracts over

20,000 visitors each year of all ages

the society members come from all walks

of life and give general generously of

their time and talent to operate and

maintain museum and advance the museum's

preservation in conservatory efforts

the Museum of the river site in Great

Northern Railway opened October of 1989

after the society volunteers restored

the grounds and facilities to operating

condition the society acquired and

restored to of Stanley's steam

locomotives the 440 which is the number

82 built in 1957 originally for the

Milwaukee County Zoo and the other for

40 it's tween the number 98 built in

1957 for the Knoxville Tennessee zoo as

well as other Railroad stock built by

the same firm the museum consists of an

operating 15 inch gauge light rail road

operating hourly or as required with

when the museum is open a food cafe

called the Iron Horse and picnic ground

learning centers a museum store and

operating facilities all located on 35

acres of beautiful wooded land along the

wisconsin river the river site in Great

Northern Railways grounds are home to a

number of rare plant species growing in

the niche environments along the rocky

cliffs surrounding the dells of the

Wisconsin River we also have a smaller

narrow-gauge great railway called the

dells live steamers which operates a

not-for-profit corporation of seven and

a half inch gauge model trains amazing

grounds on to our need re received back

as a donation to the railway the 128

locomotive which was one of the first

locomotives built by the same light

railway the 128 locomotive had been

derailed back in the 1880s and it's then

owners really after the derailment in

overturning of the locomotive it was

placed in outside storage for nearly 30

years allowing many of its components to

deteriorate we slowly raise the funds to

rebuild this locomotive and bring it

back into operating condition as well as

we storm restore it to its former

sorry this has been a long and slow

process made worse by the passing of two

of our key railway members jack fleming

our head conductor Gary Gleeson our

general manager in one of our engine

mechanics the rest of us volunteers have

had to take up the huge slack and shoes

left by the passing of these numbers

which has further slowed the progress of

the 128 restoration our main workhorse

the number 82 is aging as well and last

year it appeared we had another two to

three years of use left out of its

boiler before the build was necessary

plenty of time for us to complete the

restoration of the 128 and bring it back

into regular service as our new main

workhorse locomotive as the 128 is

capable of pulling twice as many coaches

as limber 82 unfortunately for us the

state boiler inspector decided the

number 82 can no longer be run airing on

the caution on the side of caution

meaning the number 82 will need to be

bought bald and storage until we can

raise the $50,000 required for the new

boiler while the 128 boiler build has

begun we are still in need of about

twenty thousand dollars to complete the

restoration of that engine as it is more

than a boiler that is needed to be

restored the restoration time for the

128 is approximately the end of 2018

whereas the number 82 will not be done

until far after that if we already had

the funds to begin the build we are also

need of a new roundhouse turntable the

existing roundhouse turntables almost as

old as the entire rowing and it's

timbers and overall condition weren't a

complete replacement at this point we

have done our best to prolong its life

recently we completed the rebuild of our

Western Springs turntable which is at

the end of our rail line and required to

turn any tourist polling engines around

for the return journey while it

concurrently handle the weight of our

American class 440 locomotives the

number 82 in its twin the 98 it will not

be able to handle the weight of the 120

a division once completed

out of our end out of our locomotive

shop we need approximately 5,000 the

house for materials to build the

turntable with a labor being done by

volunteers last due to the unexpected

mothballing of liver 82 this leaves on

number 98 its twin as our only steam

engine legally able to pull to us we

have a diesel that operates on an

as-needed basis during the offseason as

an and as an emergency backup during the

on season however at the times we are

not able to run steam whether it be due

to a no burn mandate by the state due to

dry weather or lack of qualified steam

engineers due to scheduling issues we

have the diesel engine with no backup if

our diesel were to have a breakdown we

have no way to retrieve stuck passengers

and also would be out any reference

trains until the diesel would be

repaired because of this we have decided

to end to design and we have designed

and priced the cost to build a new easy

to operate electric streetcar trolley /

railcar type engine or experience as you

may think the benefit to this isn't

always ready to turn key and easy to

operate low operating costs and low

maintenance engine that could not only

be used as a backup in case of breakdown

of either diesel or steam engine it

could also be used as an excursion

vehicle to generate additional revenue

by taking passengers on a slower more

personal ride through our right away

stopping to give more history and of

course as a rentable engine for birthday

parties and special events the cost to

build an electric trolley or railcar

would come in at approximately ten

thousand dollars with all labor

volunteered for the build this is a high

priority to us as we could build this

engine from scratch in under two months

and have it ready at the beginning or

near the beginning of tourist season

this is a dire need as we must have a

backup engine no backup engine no

tourist

come to help keep the railway open if we

were to have a back-up breakdown of the

diesel or a steam engine during a

revenue pulling season or train ride any

business or individual able to donate 50

percent of the cost of this locomotive

or higher would get permanent

advertising for their business placed in

the locomotive which will be seen by

tourists a 100-percent donation of the

10,000 would be giving given the naming

rights to the locomotive all donations

are tax-deductible as a river site in

Great Northern Railway is a 501 C

nonprofit organization thank you for

rebuild efforts
