Shield World is really painful mission to do on Legendary, while on Heroic and less it's a cakewalk.

Flood Launchers and Flood Swarm here are your biggest threat, in their masses they are dangerous.

The worst problem is the fact that Launchers have got the highground and Swarms are only vulnerable to Cryo Bomb.

As for Cryo Bomb, it's kills aren't taken into accound of the Bonus Objective to kill 350 Flood Swarms.

The beginning and training an army is a quite slow task, but don't rush with helping the Alpha Platoon.

You will get massacred because the path is very heavily guarded and mass casualites are guaranteed.

There are also two Omni Reactors, one of them is near you, the second is near northeast Pylon, just clear the path for it.

And don't forget that for picking up the skull, you need a flying unit.

What should one do once one has realized that anger is a pernicious

emotion that never did any good to anyone at any time?

Obviously, one should not get angry under any circumstance.

Is this possible?

If so, how?

Let us investigate.

When anger comes, one is out of order.

One has gone beyond one's own control.

There is no consciousness of self at all.

But where has one gone?

The self has been forgotten and one has become possessed

by one's mood.

The old and deep imprints that have lain dormant and

inactive, have secured a chance to come into action.

Due to anger, the soul energy gets expanded by over-vibration.

How does this happen?

Let us take, for example, any metal, say aluminium.

If it is placed on fire, it will disintegrate and become gas.

How do these changes actually occur?

Because of the heat, each and every atom moves at a more

rapid rate, so the metal gets expanded.

As the atoms move even faster, the solid becomes liquid.

Eventually the ever increasing motion of the atoms causes the liquid to become gas.

Something very similar happens when one gets angry.

Life energy gets accelerated in the beginning.

Then each and every atom acquires more speed.

day we had I think a fourth and a joint

fourth yesterday. And yesterday's

conditions were much much lighter and

they didn't really suit us that well we

struggled downwind a lot but today we

really got her going and we managed to

stretch our legs today. So much more

enjoyable day today. Norbert Riley's Mills 37'

Crazy Horse is a really really fast

boat in light air. She's been really

well sailed this week and they got some

really good guys on board so they had a

fantastic day yesterday a one and a two.

We were really pleased that it would there

was a bit more breeze today which suited

us a bit better. I think the windward leeward

suits any race both really, you know,

they're generally designed for windward

leewards for either going upwind or

straight downwind and they generally

don't reach very well whereas you'll

actually find that some of the cruiser

racers type boats. So a lot of those boats

like Conor Doyle's boat was going quite

well today and and John Godkin's boat.

So the round the cans would suit them a bit better.
