Elisabeth Kingsley testimonial for inviteCHANGE coach training - Duration: 1:24.I'm Elisabeth Kingsley. I used to spend a lot of time making, making lists with the
words and ideas of what I might like to do with my life and career and
profession. And after some time that process led me to coaching. And once I
became aware of coaching as a profession, I started doing some research on
coaching programs and happened upon inviteCHANGE. The highlights for me where
the cohort that I was a part of. Being taught by really experienced coaches
with lots of styles and expertise, some of whom are the founders of this
industry. Being assigned to an advisor coach who is my coach throughout this
process. And that parallel process of receiving professional coaching and
learning to provide it, I would say is is an invaluable part of my process. I left
the program with a lot of confidence in my skills as a coach and even more
importantly than that, I left the program with this really deep level of trust in
myself and was able to find the courage to make some pretty big leaps in life .I
recently moved from the US to Portugal and I started my own coaching business.
And I am really excited for all of this to continue to unfold.

PT Exercises for a Baby with Low Tone #52: Arm Strengthening for Crawling - Duration: 2:01.My name is Amy Sturkey. I am a pediatric physical therapist. I am here with my
co-instructor, Myla. She has low tone. She is about 16 months old. She is
scooting in sitting , but not crawling. So, we are working on some of the
precursors for crawling. I will work on wheelbarrow walking. I will use a
surface such as a dining room table. This bed is awful convenient. So, we are going
to use it here. I am sure this is going to be tricky for me, not so much for her. Let's give it
a shot. So we are going to go down. She puts her arms down perfectly to start with.
I am going try to see if I can get her to move along one hand and then the
other hand. I am moving her along myself. She thinks that's rude. If I had
some toys to knock down at the other end I might have more compliance. Mmm-huh. There you go. I hear you.
I know it. Okay. We are almost there. She loves this. (laugh) I know. Now if she had a
sibling, for example, that was on the other side of the bed peeping her head
up and down, it might go easier. I am trying to keep these activities as simple as I can
here and as boring as possible for Myla, obviously. Anyway, it is an easy, well
that's an idea...mark out the word easy, to work on pre-crawling skills.
Thanks a lot! Bye!
