Police stop man for driving with baby and no car seat: shocked when he sees what his

wife is holding in her hands

Telling your husband that you are expecting a child can a really big deal.

While some couples take the pregnancy test together, some women want the good news to

come as a surprise.

An expecting mom, Nikk Rock, really had a creative plan for how she wanted to tell her

husband that he would soon be a daddy.

She even asked the police for help.

One day when the couple was driving in their car, they suddenly saw blue lights flashing

behind them.

When her husband realized that he was being pulled over, he drove the car to the side

of the road and stopped.

As the police approached, he started to get nervous and began to fidget with all the buttons

on the car stereo.

When the police asked him to turn down the music, he saw that the cop that pulled him

over was a family friend.

When the officer explained why he pulled him over, the husband was very confused.

The cop told him that it was illegal to drive with a baby in the car without a car seat.

The couple didn't have a car seat in the back seat because they didn't have a baby.

Or at least not one that he could see.

He tried to explain to the cop that there was no baby, but the officer refused to give

up.

It was only when he turned around and looked at his wife as he understood what was happening.

In her hand, his wife held a pregnancy test, and it was positive!

Then, another policeman approached the car with a teddy bear and said congratulations.

They're going to be parents!

This is such good news.

His day changed from thinking he had done something wrong, to crying tears of joy.

Hello and welcome to another Fridaytip

Sometimes, when you send an email, you may want the reply to go to someone else's email address

than to yourself.

This is convenient if you want the recipient to send the response to the email you sent

to a completely different adress.

Or, for example, enter multiple reply addresses on the email.

So the answer can be given to multiple recipients.

Best of all, Outlook has made it very easy for you to get this done,

Just watch this.

You can start by opening up Outlook

Create a new email here just the way you usually do.

Once you are done with the contents of the email, you can click here on alternatives.

Right here to the right you will find "Send Answers to"

Click and you will get a window where you will be able to change who will be "Reply to Address."

You can either remove yourself completely like this.

and add a new e-mail address as you wish should be the answer to the address.

Now you can add more addresses if you want everyone to get the response that the recipient sends.

If you have added the ones you want, just press the Close button.

Now you can press send.

And as you can see when the email is opened and answered, both reply addresses will automatically be added.

Smart isn't it.

Hollywood raises money for a foreign army - Duration: 2:21.

Once a year, some of the biggest names in Hollywood get together with prominent leaders

in business and politics, to raise millions for charity.

Some of the celebrities attending this year's event were Gerard Butler, David Foster,

Joanna Krupa, Katharine McPhee, Paul Reubens, Melissa Rivers, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

With performances by Seal, David Foster, and Gene Simmons, the night was truly star studded

and spectacular.

In total, 53.8 million dollars were donated,

including 16.6 million by Oracle co-founder and CTO, Larry Ellison,

6 million by Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein,

5.2 million by GUESS co-founders, Paul and Maurice Marciano,

and 5 million by entertainment mogul and M.C., Haim Saban.

Past attendees to this event include Robert De Niro, Sylvester Stallone, Larry King,

and Barbra Streisand.

So what is this worthy cause that garners so much glamour and generosity?

Feeding the hungry?

Curing disease?

No.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds for a foreign army.

That's right.

While our own United States veterans are barely scraping by,

holding bake sales to afford medical treatments,

these celebrities contribute mountains of cash to the Israeli Defense Forces,

commonly as the IDF.

This is the very same IDF who are responsible for killing over 2000 Palestinian children

in the West Bank and Gaza over the last 17 years.

The same IDF who have displaced over 5 million people from their homes while destroying hospitals,

schools, businesses, and places of worship by the tens of thousands.

And the same IDF who repeatedly attacked the USS Liberty in 1967, killing 34 American servicemen

and wounding another 174.

Now, you may not think that 53.8 million dollars is a lot of money these days,

but that is in addition to the more than 10 million dollars of American foreign aid given to the state of Israel

every single day.

And the kicker is that for these millionaire and billionaire celebrities,

these charitable donations - that support a foreign army

- are tax deductible.

And it's not just Hollywood getting this tax break.

The "Friends of the IDF" claim to have over 150,000 loyal supporters

across 20 chapters throughout the US and Panama.

Exercise vs. Diet: Which Is More Important for Weight Loss?

To stay healthy, the best formula that anyone can apply in their life is to eat healthy

and stay active.

This is one of the first suggestions that would come your way when you start your journey

to weight loss.

However those who recommend this did not keep the practical considerations in mind while

giving you these tips.

Yes it's true, you cannot rely alone on exercising to lose weight and similarly you

cannot lose weight just by following a strict diet.

But there has always been a debate that what is more important exercising or dieting?

Scroll over as we look into what should be more important to you during your journey

to losing weight:

1.

Talk About Calories According to most of the experts and physical

fitness trainers, weight loss and weight gain revolves around calories consumed and calories

burnt.

This means we lose weight when eat less calories than we spend and we gain weight when we eat

more calories than we spend.

Thus to lose weight you need eat lesser calories and burn off more calories.

Interestingly to lose 1 pound in a week, a person will either need to reduce his/her

intake of food or beverages by 500 calories a day with no physical activity or will need

to run 3.5 miles every day without cutting down on his/her diet.

The result achieved by both the actions will be same but then we are not living utopia

world where all this can be easily achieved.

Calories Get Burned Even When We Do Not Exercise Fitness expert Dr. John Briffa analysed a

study where the subjects were given instructions to follow exercise regime with no dietary

interventions.

The group was divided in two sections, additional exercise group and no additional exercise

group (controlled group).

The women in exercise group were instructed to exercise for 45 minutes a day -5 times

a week for 1 year.

There were changes in diet for both the groups.

After an year, it was observed exercise group lost 2.2 kgs of fat.

This means this group required to give in 178.5 minutes a week to exercises ad when

you multiply with 52 weeks and divide it 60 to convert in hours, it turned out that on

an average each woman spent 77 hours to lose 1 kg of weight.

Thus to lose just 1 kg of weight, 77 hours of moderate exercising is not something very

impressive.

Exercise Focused Weight Loss Programmes Yield Low Efficacy

We must keep in mind that calorie expenditure due to physical exercise is much lesser than

the calories we spend by just staying alive.

Even in state of no activity, our body keeps using calories at the "resting metabolic

rate".

In addition to that calories get burnt in the process of digestion as the food first

gets absorbed by the body and then gets digested.

This is termed as "Thermic Effect Of Food".

Another reason why calories keep getting burned is through fidgeting, that is "Non Exercise

Adaptive Thermogenesis".

As you get out of bed and do your daily routine works, you spend another 10 % of your calories.

Thus even without exercising you are already burning a lot of calories, in fact adding

exercise in the routines will only bring a small difference in your total caloric expenditure.

However this does not mean you should not exercise at all.

People Over Estimate Calories In VS Calories Out

This is a common tendency among all individuals to overestimate their calories out as they

feel that even from a small workout they have burned off a lot of calories.

Similarly while consuming food, they under estimate that they have hardly consumed in

extra calories.

Thus one needs to be very conscious about what they are eating and how much they are

eating and how they will get their calorie count correctly.

Incorporating Diet And Exercise An obesity expert, Dr. Yoni Freedhoff says

that people struggle more in kitchen than in the gym.

Working out in gym everyday for 30 minutes or more, going for walks or jogging or parking

car away from place, all this is lot easier than packing up a healthy meal for lunch in

the kitchen or maintaining a food diary.

According to Dr. Freedhoff "this is basically because we don't get endorphin rushes by

chopping vegetables".

Watch Out For What You Eat Dr Freedhoff says, a person should be willing

to look into what he or she is eating.

A self introspection will help by asking yourself, "could I live like this forever" and if

the answer is "no" you will need to change something up".

You need to keep a track on what you eat.

He also adviced to spend 2 to 3 minutes on your food diary every day, this will surely

give better results than hitting the gym.

He further points out that you should not expect to see results in a few days, imagine

your weight loss as martial art training, where in you cannot just join in and get black

belt.
