border with the United States.President Trump is forbidding immigrants from sponsoring family

members from joining them in the United States.

The final kick to the Democratic party over the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

program is that they also must put money into the funding of the Wall.Democratic leaders

have been pushing for a global agreement on spending caps on immigration and disaster

relief programs, as well as electronic surveillance and children's health care programs.

The Democratic leaders have been getting immense pressure from the Latino's in America to

force spending legislation to protect the young immigrants brought into the United States.

Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are the main force supporting the push by the Latinos and

they plan to bring DACA and the financial budget in support of DACA and immigrants,

in an effort to force President Trump's hand, over the finances of the Mexico border

Wall.

Budget Director Mick Mulvaney and legislative Director Mark Short, will meet with both parties

on Wednesday, to cover fiscal spending for 2018.

The Republican leaders fired back at the Democratic leaders, saying that the meeting will only

cover spending caps of domestic and defense spending.

At any point should the Democratic Leaders bring up DACA and immigration, it will be

considered a distraction and not be discussed.

Steve Scalise, Louisiana Republican, said that there is potential that both sides can

come to an agreement, in hopes of avoiding a government shutdown.

Bloomberg reported:

"I think there is an agreement that can be reached," he said in an interview with

Fox News on Tuesday.

"It's got to start with border security, though, and putting money in place to start

building the wall as President Trump said.

He campaigned on this and he won the presidency with this being a front and center issue."

President Trump used twitter to send his message out to the world, concerning the Wall and

DACA programs.

"The Democrats have been told, and fully understand, that there can be no DACA without

the desperately needed WALL at the Southern Border and an END to the horrible Chain Migration

& ridiculous Lottery System of Immigration etc,"

"We must protect our Country at all cost!"

On Tuesday he added, "Democrats are doing nothing for DACA – just interested in politics."

With heavy and intense opposition over the Wall and immigration, President Trump continues

to push ever forward and not allowing the Democrats and minorities to dictate to the

United States what is allowed when it comes to the protection of our borders.

PUBG PS4 release CONFIRMED? Is PlayerUnknown's BattleGrounds coming to PlayStation SOON?

PUBG PS4 release - UPDATE 1: Chang Han Kim, the CEO of PUBG Corporation, has stated that Sony is more strict in its approval process than either Steam or Xbox One.

This means that the quality of the final product on PS4 will be a more complete product than what weve seen on either Microsofts console or PC.  Both versions of the game so far have seen complaints from players about quality - and PUBG has been criticised for the poor performance it shows even on the Xbox One X.

"Early Access on Steam and Game Preview on Xbox One are like pre-release, so they don't have a restriction on quality, states Kim in the Iven Global interview. However, [PlayStation] is very strict about this.

There were cases where a game took six months more to launch even when it was already completed." This means that we could see the game taking a little more time to come to Sonys console, but at least itll be a complete title on release - something that may just be worth the tradeoff.

Bluehole may be close to announcing the release date of PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds on the PS4.  The game - which has seen massive success on both the PC and Xbox One - has been teased for a release on PS4 for a while now, but no solid information about the status of the game on the Sony console has been announced.

However, Chang Han Kim, the CEO of PUBG Corporation, has recently stated in an interview that he is still keen to see the game release on every console - including the PS4.

In an interview with Inven Global, Kim stated that although the company is still focused on the Xbox One version of the game, the developer is still aiming to see the title on every platform.

As it's going to be an exclusive title on Xbox One for some time, we'd like to focus on completing the Xbox One PUBG for now, he said.

If we have the opportunity, the final goal would be to launch the title on every platform. Kim has not stated a potential PS4 release date for the game, though it is possible that well see it hit the Sony machine before the end of the year.

Hopefully when it does ship on the console, we might even see the newest map at launch, too - you can see more of that in the gallery above.

Xbox One gamers were given the opportunity to get their hands on the massively successful PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds late last year, making them the first players to be able to try the game on a console.

It was an immensely popular launch, too, netting over 2,000,000 players within 24 hours - not bad for a game thats been released as part of the Xbox Games Preview programme.

If previous timed Xbox One exclusives are anything to go by, we could be waiting about a year.

Rise of the Tomb Raider was originally launched as an Xbox One exclusive, but a year later Sony saw it release on the PS4 as a bigger product, with more content and various patches already included.

We also saw Dead Rising 4 announced as an Xbox One exclusive this time last year, and now that has come around to a PS4 release - one year later.

This seems to be a common trend with the triple-A titles - of which PUBG is certainly now a part - so it makes a lot of sense that PS4 players will have the game on their consoles in time for holiday 2018.

But that might not be such a bad thing. The games release on Xbox One may have been wonderfully successful, but the game has been mired by bad reviews and online criticism thanks to its poor performance on the console.

According to Eurogamers graphics and performance analysis arm, Digital Foundry, states that this game isnt exactly a shining beacon of scalability, stability or optimisation on its native PC, and equally, it is far from the finished article in its console form thanks to the issues it has on the Xbox One.

Digital Foundry noted that Across one 22 minute game, we noted an average frame-rate of 25.6fps on the base console, rising to 27.6fps on its more powerful 4K-orientated counterpart - considering the game is supposed to run at 30FPS, that isnt a glowing endorsement.

Microsoft and Bluehole both state that the game will get more stable over time, and the performance of the title will improve as more patches are added to the game.

But that means that if you hold off these versions of the game, and pick it up next year on PS4 when it releases, youll largely be getting a better version of the game - closer to the devs original goal.

So whilst you may not be able to play the game right now - that might not necessarily be a bad thing.

Previously, Windows Centrals senior writer Jez Corden seemed to suggest that MS deal with Bluehol will be largely the same as the one Microsoft had in place for Rise of the Tomb Raider, which was also a timed Xbox exclusive for one year.

Regarding a release date on PS4, an official statement from Bluehole has claimed: At this time, the Bluehole dev team is focused on bringing PUBG to Xbox One and its continued development on PC.

As for future plans on other platforms, theres nothing to announce at this time. And equally, Jez Corden had suggested that publishing deal or not, Bluehole could self-publish for PS4 further down the line if they wanted.

Theyre free to self-pub on PS4, and they will, its not locked down like Sunset Overdrive was, etc, Corden told followers on Twitter.

All of this confusion started at E3 2017 with plenty of mixed messaging and following the big Xbox One reveal Chang Han Kim, executive producer of Battlegrounds spoke with VG247, where Kim was asked outright if the game was a console exclusive, to which he responded: We definitely do have plans and thoughts about other platforms. But at the same time, we're still an early access game.

Our mentality and direction has always been to receive as much feedback as possible from our community and iterate based off that..

case one we already finished case zero and I hope you guys like the first part

me let's playing Dead Rising 4 I'll do the walkthrough I should say and now

it's just clear out the zombies so you have to kill all of these zombies and

then you should be able to continue the game let's do this guy's using my

beautiful chair oh I'm kind of sad I wanted to do that finishing move of my

chair but anyways you got my knee so that's cool too

I should just probably find something oh let's use this revolver the first

gun that I have in this game the first pistol I'm using I just shot his arm

always aim for the Head you know it's not really easy to do so in Dead Rising 4

because it's not automatically aiming for the Head yay I made it

checkpoint reached it's always good to see that let's go guys

So, the funding network is

and, in part is that virtuous cycle taken to the nth degree, right?

If it is the best, you want to be in the best, so, they get their choice of the best.

So, that's great and I don't envy them that at all.

In fact, part of the reason DreamIt went later stage,

is because we're all

pretty competitive guys, and well, you know, we could be top five and

our fund would do really well we could make good money.

We actually started, believe it or not, talking to startups, and we said

you know,

what do you think of when you hear Y Combinator?

They said: "Best funding network ever".

So, what do you think of when you hear 500 startups?

I can ask you that , what do you think of?

I mean we love 500 Startups but I think that the actual name...

points to that, it's this network of startups and

the collaboration between them that,

makes it probably one of their biggest strengths.

That's very interesting.

We did get some of that.

Most people we talked to said, Growth Hacking for B2C, that's where they shine.

I think your experience pour that out also.

Then when we asked them about DreamIt,

they would say some variation of Biz-Dev,

like "you got us our first pilots",

"you get people those first critical pilots".

And then as we went further down

on the list that kind of instant,

'what makes them different'... faded.

We got like, "oh yeah they're a good program,"

or you know "great,"

or, "best in region X."

But there wasn't that kind of clear flavor that went with anyone below

It was interesting.

That was one of those other weird moments we had,

Oh my God, we have all these later state startups

that want to work with our corporate partners,

and corporate partners with our later stage startups.

Why aren't we connecting them?

The offer is getting in the way.

We had to change that offer, and we changed a lot of other things.
