Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles by ~Aphexx~ )

So today! tadaa.. I've got 20 cans of mackerel Sitting here

They're miso and soy sauce flavored

Lately it's been said that canned mackerel Might be good for dieting

And when I saw that on the internet ~I totes wanted to eat some of dat' canned mackerel ~

Well anyways one can per day and also, they say it should be stewed mackerel

Miso and soy sauce (ie she picked up the wrong stuff)

I bought what I thought were yummy ones

I've never had the 'mizuni' water stewed ones before ~ I wonder if they're yummy tasting? ~

And I felt as if the flavored ones would taste yummier And so that's why I pick them up instead

And so I thought if I eat this much.......

~ it'll be good for dieting ~

And we totes know that that's not the truth ...yep

And so I also have 5 cups of rice A kilogram of miso soup

Already let's get eating itadakimasu

Let's start things off with this miso flavored one These are made by 'maruha'

Such a nice sound to it

Plenty of miso in this

And they look like this

I won't be warming these up today

These cans of mackerel are pretty good Even at room temperature

Very tender It's skewed in a sweet miso sauce and it is yummy

Perfect accompaniment with rice Even the bones are so tender

Next up, stewed in soy sauce

These are made by 7-Eleven

This is what they look like

I feel as though the soy sauce one Is a bit fattier

And these are very yummy as well

They say that the fats and oils from fish Can have a beneficial impact on your health

They call that stuff "fish oil"

Until now I've eaten a dish of mackerel

But eating 20 cans like this at once Is a new experience to me

And if you add both these flavors together I've got roughly 3.5 kg of mackerel today

holy mackerel... I'm starting to get tired of eating these cans

I've always loved canned mackerel And so I thought I could totally eat all this miso and soy sauce ones

But I'm starting to gradually get ~ tired of all this mackerel ~

But these are totally good for for your body though

I gotta sneeze

When glancing over the nutritional facts data it says DHA and EPA on it

And it's the EPA that's got all the internet buzzing right now

They say it promotes the production of hormones that helps you lose weight.... or something like that

Kind of something like that

I feel as if I'm Super healthy right now

These are good for your body ya' know

Last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita I got a bit tired of eating these halfway through but they were yummy

They were so easy to prep since they were canned And it's so nice to be able to eat something that is healthy for you

And they say eating one can of 'mizuni' water stewed Mackerel a day will help you lose weight

I dunno if its true though... there's always stuff like that said about stuff all the time

It's Maya your Vice President University Affairs on your new year for your vlog happy 2018 everyone and let's have a great semester

Okay, so January 3rd

Sadly or happy depends on your take on school university is going to reopen so that means Y courses resume and S courses begin

For UTMSU, from January 8th to the 12th on the 8th

We'll be having a drop banner for our fight the fees as well as a press release

we're going to be doing a bunch of different things throughout the week like hot chocolate at the transit stop a

Humans of New York style on commute times and weekly contests from the 15th to the 19th

There's going to be a bunch of contests happening again

Outreach from our your executives and staff there's going to be a town hall on transit, fair wages

Tuition and a lot of different partners will be involved in that as well

January 16th, this is for course waiting lists. That's going to close for S courses only

It's also the last day to add or change a section in an S course on Acorn

For students paying course fees it's a last day to drop an S

Course on Acorn and receive a hundred percent course fee refund as long as you were still registered in other courses for this season

This is also for students paying deregulated program fees

this is the last day to make a course load change to be eligible for a

Partial refund and you can check out on your account website for this information on the 21st

It's a last day to confirm or withdraw June 2018 graduation requests

January 22nd to the 26th we're going to be having an international transit system day

9 Simple Exercises for Neck Pain

Do you have neck pain? It's a real annoyance that can arise from sleeping poorly, spending too much time at your computer, or due to stress.

No matter what the cause, it can wind up causing what seems like eternal suffering.

Fortunately, you don't always need to have surgery or medical interventions, because these exercises for neck pain may be very helpful.

You do, however, need to pay attention to it and be able to distinguish it from a single pinch or actual nerve damage, because your muscles are trying to return to their normal state.

If this is the case for you, don't hesitate to talk with your doctor.

But don't worry! The following exercises will help alleviate your pain.

They will contribute to flexibility and relaxation, preventing your muscles from tightening.

Good posture.

Sit on the floor with your feet in a butterfly position.

Your back should be as straight as possible and you shoulders should be relaxed.

If for some reason this causes discomfort, you can try using a chair and lean back against the backrest.

Without changing your posture, concentrate: inhale and exhale, breathing slowly three times.

You want to feel like the air circulates through your chest before coming out through your nose.

Relax.

Now it's time for you to locate the pain.

   . Shoulder raises.

Slowly rotate your shoulders back.

Keep your posture straight without losing your breathing rate.

Inhale and exhale with each repetition.

Perform between 10 and 15 repetitions, depending on your condition.

Neck rotations.

For this exercise, we recommend that you be standing.

With your back straight and focusing on controlled breathing, rotate your neck slowly to the left side.

Do three repetitions and then switch to the right side.

Repeat this twice. Tilting your head.

For this exercise, use your left hand to help tilt your head gently to the left, until your ear touches your shoulder.

Hold this pose for 15 seconds.

Repeat the same steps on the right side.

Do seven repetitions on each side.

Bowing your head.

Just like you did with the head tilts above, you'll move your head with your hand, but this time while looking down toward your feet.

Hold that pose for two seconds.

Repeat 15 times. Head tilted back.

Tilt your head back to look up at the ceiling while holding your breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Next, turn your head slowly to the left, return to the center, and then to the right.

Repeat this movement 15 times.

Handcuffed position.

Hold your back straight.

Grip your left hand with your right behind your back, as if you were handcuffed.

Inhale and exhale slowly as you pull your hands to the right, tilting your head to the same side.

Hold this position for 10 seconds and repeat these steps for the left side.

Repeat twice on each side.

Hands on your head.

With your head facing up and your back straight, put your hands over your head, one on top of the other.

Stretch your neck slightly, lift your head, inhale, and raise your left shoulder.

Then, exhale and lower it.

Do the same with the right shoulder.

Five repetitions on each side are sufficient.

Hands behind your neck.

Place your hands behind your neck.

Extend your arms to the sides, take a deep breath, and raise your head.

Hold that position for 10 seconds and exhale while lowering your head.

Close your arms and let your elbows touch.

Wait 10 seconds and separate your elbows.

Inhale, raise your head, and repeat.

Do seven repetitions. Recommendations.

Make sure you sleep on a firm mattress.

If you're going to carry something heavy, take precautions.

Avoid sleeping on your stomach, as it can damage your vertebrae.

Don't use pillows that are too thick.

Don't forget to keep your posture straight.

Practice physical activity to control stress levels and keep your muscles in motion.

Don't stay in the same position for long periods of time: if your job requires a lot of sitting or standing, get up frequently to stretch your muscles.

Note: remember that these exercises for neck pain are only intended as advice, so if your pain is persistent or intense, it's best to see a doctor.

Don't test your body.

29-year-old man arrested for stabbing his wife, 26, at Geylang - Duration: 2:25.

29-year-old man arrested for stabbing his wife, 26, at Geylang

A 29-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a 26-year-old woman in Geylang on Dec 30. He was arrested for voluntarily causing grievous hurt by a dangerous weapon, the police said in a news release yesterday evening.

The police received a report that a man had stabbed a woman along Lorong 16 Geylang on Dec 30 at 11. 49am. They arrested the suspect along Guillemard Road on the same day at 12. 16pm.

The Straits Times understands that the woman is the mans wife.

Man, 29, charged for stabbing wife at Geylang    . She was walking along the road with another man and had just parted ways with him when the incident occurred.

Several Stomp contributors alerted Stomp to a video of the incident that was posted on Facebook by Jen Bensoy.

The man was seen standing over the woman and shouting at her as she lay on the ground with what looked like blood seeping through her shirt. He snatched her handbag before running away.

Some bystanders were seen chasing after the man while others came to the aid of the woman. It is understood that she was stabbed multiple times in the abdomen.

The woman is hospitalised at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and is believed to be in a stable condition. The suspect will be charged in court on Jan 1.
