standing up for the rights of others too.

Dr. Charles R. Drew was a Pioneer in helping blood banks process and store blood born on

June 3, 1904.

Starting out with fact number one Dr. Charles R. Drew directed blood plasma programs for

the United States and Great Britain during World War II.

With fact number two, not only did he help with blood banks during the war, but he ran

the largest blood banks during World War II.

With fact number three, during that time he fought against segregation when he was told

that blood storage for African American soldiers would have to be kept separate from the collection

of other soldiers and this he didn't stand for.

So because he didn't like how they were treating African Americans he quit his position.

Hey, do you like swimming?

I sure do and so did Dr. Drew.

With fact, number four, like many kids as a child Dr. Drew love playing sports and as

an athlete, he was so good that he won medals in swimming and later began playing football.

With this last fact, I know a lot of people that give blood.

Maybe you know some too.

Well with dr.

Drew he is Remembered in history for figuring out a way to bank blood.

He did this by finding out that blood without cells can be saved in a form called, plasma.

Plasma can be stored much longer than blood with its cells and this is where the concept

of blood being banked helped Dr. Drew Pioneer a movement for blood banking.

I'm going to show you how to create YouTube channel for beginners, so let's get started first of all do a google search for YouTube

Then open this link

Once you have to open the link

On the uppermost right corner yes over there

You can see a sign up or sign in options, so those who are new to it means you have to click on sign up option

And then you just have to fill all your details first, like your name your gmail id email ID whatever it is,then

Your gender your birth date

And you just have to sign up after that you have to sign in just like this by entering your email or your phone number

After entering this click on next as I'm doing over here right now

And then type in your password which you have set before

And click on next now

A new page will be opened up where you can see some videos and some stuff

Now there will be a blue circle icon as you're seeing right here just click on that and click on my channel

It will directly take you to your YouTube channel, which you are going to edit right now

Before that you have to select a username, and then you have to just create it by clicking on create username

But make sure you type ur proper username because that will be displayed on your YouTube channel

now

Click on creator studio over here because that is the most important thing you have to do right now

in that click on channel and after that click on verify

because verification of a YouTube channel is the most important thing when you are

creating a YouTube channel

now just fill in your

details over here like

Which country, you're from and the and then YouTube is going to send you a unique code

Which can be sent you by a call or a message.. select any one

type in your mobile number, and then it will call you or text you that

Unicode and then you just have to take it over here and click on next it's that simple

After that your account has been verified click on continue

Ok now the next most important thing is

Monetization you can see I'm eligible, but it's not enabled just click on enable and click on start over here

Ok tick all the options we have shown over here and click on I agree

After that again click on the next step and click on start simply click on next over here

Okay now I have two accounts

That's why it's asking me to select anyone, but you will be having one so you select that and go ahead

now

This google adsense page is opened up

Okay in here you just have to click on yes, select your country

Again click on yes after that once you select a country

Again it will ask you something you just have to click on yes, I agree and then create account

Now your google adsense account will be created

Okay, it will ask you to click on get started

I'm sorry my internet connection is too weak

Okay, let's open up now. You just have to fill in your proper name

your address

Right you're gonna fill your proper address

your proper postal code your state your proper phone number everything because

Google is going to verify you again

So for that you need to fill in all the information

perfectly

Accurately because Google will also send you a letter

So just fill these personal details properly

click on submit

now

This question might not be asked to you because m having a weak internet connection

Okay so click on start again

Now just click on this blue tick over here

Make sure thats on and select any four options and then click on next

Because if you select the blue

verify option then you'll be able to

monetize and now the fourth step is very important pause the video here and

read it because you need 10,000 views

to

Start your monetizing on money

Before 10,000 views you cannot earn money and Google cannot review you

there are some few more options, but you won't need these options right now

You will be familiar with these things very soon it will take a time

But I'm just showing you these options and everything

So that you will be able to know that what this things are make sure you see them and just give a look at that

now on dashboard

click on view channel, and then go and customize channel

Now over here at this point you have to set your icon or any logo or picture

Over here, you have to add a channel art, a wallpaper type thing... so that's about it guys

This is like a very basic overview of how a YouTube channel is made

In a very simple way in a very simple manner

But showing only the important things that you need to know
