That's what I call a motion graphic and we're going to use more of those in

2018. So for today's video I told you guys earlier that I was going to consolidate

a previous series that I've done, and that's what this is going to be I'm going to the garage series,

and I'm going to put those parts together.

But I'm going to do something a little bit different. My youtube tip for today, are called end cards. Now

what will happen in the future and this is a value to both sellers and to

Realtors that are getting involved in YouTube. You can go to the end of your video and then prompt somebody to go to another video.

So we all know that 60-second videos are about the limitation to get attention on Facebook or Instagram

so if you took say five

60-second videos and tied them all together,

you could post them on YouTube and the person could travel from item to item to item.

So you do the kitchen then you do the backyard,

You do part of an oral interview,

but you can now tie them all together. The person's prompted at the end of the video to go to the next one.

Think of all the

opportunities with this. Okay, let's get right into

showing the other two videos. We'll do a little close of the end.

window that had been broken it took me two panes of glass.

this is a really high-quality wind chime that I've had for a long time. It sounds great, but I need help re stringing it.

I have a friend that lives up in Santa Barbara, and I'm gonna invite her down and ask her if she'll help restring this.

computer that I ran into, Now one of my friends Kyle Souza, he

realized I was in a little bit of a bind for a computer.

He ended up putting his own hard drive in here for me.

I got to get back in touch with him and let him know how grateful

I am and make sure that he gets that piece back.

This, my sister, I have a beautiful sister

she's a great florist, but you know I think she's accused me of killing about every house plant that you can find.

So I'm gonna replant this for her and put it back in my my house and see if I can't make it thrive.

The best phone camera for low-light photos - Duration: 2:30.

- We took the five best smartphones released this year

and tried to figure out which ones

were the best at shooting in the dark.

You might think that Apple's imaging prowess in

good lighting would mean it's the best in low light too,

but that's not always the case.

While the iPhone X generates consistently pleasing images

in nighttime scenes, bar scenes, indoor scenes,

and other low light situations,

the phone tends to smudge the images a bit too much

to hid the noise that shows up in low light photos.

Getting rid of noise is something

all of these phones try to do,

but the iPhone sometimes takes it a little too far

and the photos can lose detail in the process.

Take a look at these branches

or these powerlines

or this building.

Now compare those to these photos from the

Pixel 2 XL and the HTC U11.

These two smartphones, believe it or not,

consistently handle low light situations

better than the rest.

The HTC U11 captures great detail

in most low light situations,

often much more than the iPhone X does

and it doesn't skew the colors of these scenes

as much as the Note 8 or the LG V30.

It also does a really good job

of providing good dynamic range,

considering the lack of available light.

Where the HTC U11 falters is that it's not always

consistent in capturing photos to the best of its ability.

The Pixel 2 XL, on the other hand, is fantastic at this.

Google's method of taking multiple photos at once

and then blending the results together

helps it reduce image noise, capture more light,

and the results are just, occasionally, unbelievable.

Colors are accurate.

The photos are crisp

and it handles highlights in these dark photos really well.

This process of blending images is known as HDR photography,

which stands for high dynamic range

and the other smartphones are able to do similar tricks.

The difference is that Google just does it so much better.

The Pixel isn't perfect.

There were times where it missed focus

or other times where it put too much

HDR processing into a scene,

leaving the HTC with the best image of the bunch.

And let's be clear, all of these phones have

image stabilization, which is a huge help in low light.

They also all have super wide apertures,

which let in a ton of light for a camera this size

and they all have flashes that are useful in a pitch.

The iPhone's is especially good now

because it slows down the shutter speed

so that it's not always obvious that you used a flash.

Compared to year's past, these phones

blow their predecessors out of the low-light waters,

but the next time you're in a dark restaurant

or trying to take a picture of a nighttime scene,

you'll have the best chance of capturing that photo

if you have a Pixel 2 in your hands.

Cold Case Homicide #41 for 1997 - Duration: 2:17.

Gracelyn Greenidge was a 41 year old nursing assistant who worked at a

seniors residence on Christie Street. She led an exemplary life and was respected

by all who knew her. On Monday, July 28th, 1997, she worked her regular shift from

3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.. On Tuesday, July 29th, 1997, she failed to report for work.

The staff at the seniors home became concerned as this was out of character

for her. Gracelyn had resided alone for four years in an apartment at

50 Driftwood Avenue. A fellow worker went to this address to check on her. There was

no response to the knocks on her apartment door. Through the mail slot

Gracelyn could be seen on the floor covered in blood. The police were called

and the victim was found deceased on the floor. It was apparent that a violent

struggle had taken place between the victim and the killer. The cause of death

was blunt force trauma. As a result of a DNA examination, a male DNA profile was

developed. A number of individuals connected to the victim have been

eliminated. We have the killer's DNA, now we just need a name to go with the DNA,

nothing more. This killer is not currently in the national DNA databank.

Anyone that knew Gracelyn that did not speak to the police during the original

investigation is asked to contact cold-case investigators immediately.

You may have the key to this case and not even realize it. There is no doubt that

there are people that are close to this offender or were close to him back at

the time of the offense and you know he did this, I am confident of that.

It has been over 20 years since this murder occurred, it is time to step up and help

solve this case. The Chief of Police has authorized up to a $50,000

reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or

persons responsible for this murder. If you want to remain anonymous that is okay,

we have his DNA, so all we need from you is his name, nothing more.

Bring his name into this investigation so he can be held accountable.
