Arsenal must sell Alexis Sanchez for £60million this summer instead of losing him on free, insists Gunners legend Alan Smith

Arsenal could risk missing out on mega-millions if they choose not to sell star forward Alexis Sanchez this summer.

The Chilean has just one year left on his contract at Arsenal, which means he would go for free next season if no new deal is struck before then.

Alexis has been heavily linked with a move away from the Emirates this summer.

Sanchez reportedly wants Champions League football, which his current club cannot provide.

Speaking on talkSPORT earlier, ex-Arsenal and Leeds striker Alan Smith said: What the owners would think about keeping a player you could get £60m for, and then letting him go for nothing in 12 months time, I dont know.

Its a no-brainer, youve go to let him go, get the money and move on. The 28-year-old was expected to return to training on Sunday, but the striker posted on Instagram claiming to be ill earlier today.

Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are the two teams in pole position to swoop in for the player, as he demands Champions League football. PSG have reportedly had two bids of £44m and £35m rejected by the North London club.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is adamant that the forward will remain at the club, which is similar to the iterations he made when discussing the futures of Robin Van Persie and Cesc Fabregas before they departed.

The Chilean posted to his Instagram page with a picture of him looking worse for wear.

Ex-Arsenal man Smith thinks Arsenal should cut the striker loose.

Smith expressed his concerns over the detrimental affect the Alexis transfer saga could have on the team. He said: Arsene Wenger says he is determined not to sell him, but he seems determined to leave.

"If you've got an unhappy player, a bit like Coutinho at Liverpool, that's not a great situation to have in the dressing room. The Arsenal boss is determined not to let his star player leave.

Wenger will be hoping Alexis can get some match practice before the Gunners take on Leicester City on the opening day of the Premier League season.

Prince Charles failed Princess Diana' Ex-aide slams royals for 'not treating her with respect' - Duration: 2:11.

PRINCE Charles failed to treat Princess Diana with "decency" during their marriage, one

of her closest confidants has said.

Patrick Jephson, Diana's former private secretary, launched the stunning accusation at Prince

Charles in a new edition of his book.

He claimed Diana was "ill-prepared and untrained" to join the Royal Family and believed she

had been "left to sink or swim".

He wrote: "Her private life offered no consolation, with a husband who saw her as a rival to be

feared rather than a companion to be cherished.

"Charles's energy, time and attention were devoted to the older, more experienced wife

of a former courtier who, like many of their secretive social circle, seemed impervious

to the vulnerable princess's anguish.

"No wonder Diana suffered from chronic self-doubt, poor self-image and a persistent eating disorder."

Princess Diana's former aide, whose book is titled Shadows of a Princess, went on to take

aim at the wider Royal Family.

He wrote: "Remembering Diana can be summed up in one word � a word traditionally synonymous

with the British Crown, exemplified by Elizabeth II's lifetime of service.

"The word is decency.

Yet in some corners of the royal establishment, two decades of spin doctors and a naive fondness

for the slippery arts of news management have put the word and the idea at risk.

"Diana alive was a decency test for the Windsors, which some of them failed."

Next month marks the 20th anniversary of Diana's tragic death.

The princess was killed in a car crash in Paris on August, 31 1997, a year after her

divorce from Prince Charles was finalised.

She is buried on an island in an ornamental lake known as The Oval within Althorp Park's

Pleasure Garden.

Kailyn Lowry is currently expecting her third child -- and if youre a Teen Mom fan, theres a good chance youve been obsessing over this pregnancy. And thats because its just so darn scandalous.

Kailyn got pregnant this time around while she was still legally married to Javi Marroquin, though Javi isnt the father.

The father is some guy named Chris Lopez, who Kailyn may or may not have been with when she was still actively in a relationship with Javi.

Weve heard that Chris doesnt want anything to do with Kailyn or their child, which is upsetting. But all rumors aside, the fact remains that soon shell have three children with three different fathers, and thats undeniably interesting.

Its also, as she realizes in a sneak peek for Mondays brand new episode of Teen Mom 2, a thing that many people wont be accepting of.

In the clip, Jo Rivera brings their son Isaac over to Kailyns house, and he asks Isaac to go upstairs so they can have some grown-up talk.

So you know that thing I didnt want to talk about on camera? she asks him. Which one? he responds. Its a fair question -- for a while now, Kailyn hasnt wanted to film much of anything.

She laughs, and admits that theres a lot of things she doesnt want to talk about on camera, but then she says Im gonna start filming about being pregnant.

I really dont want to talk about it, she admits, but I also feel like Im seeing all the sh-t that Jenelle has gone through with having three kids with three people.

Its surprising that she sounds a little bit sympathetic to Jenelle Evans here -- after all, its not exactly like they get along.

Its going to get out anyway, she adds, so I might as well tell my story and be transparent about it so that the truth is out there and not a bunch of assumptions and rumors and stuff like that.

Shes got a point, because we all know how people feel about Jenelles situation. The difference, of course, is that Kailyn is actually capable of being a good parent while Jenelle is.

If shes telling the truth about getting pregnant this time on purpose, then thats extremely questionable: why bring a child into such an unstable situation, and why subject your other children to such a confusing experience?.

But on the other hand, sometimes things just happen.

Maybe she somehow got pregnant accidentally yet again, and shes just making the best of it. Whatever the case, it sounds like were going to see everything play out this season on Teen Mom 2.

And we could not possibly be more excited for it.

Valor Act in Massachusetts and OUI Offense for those with Military Service - Duration: 2:14.

What if you're charged with OUI in Massachusetts and you're in the Military?

In today's video I'm going to tell you about a special act that will may result in

the dismissal of your case.

I'm Michael DelSignore a Massachusetts OUI Lawyer.

And under what they call The Valor Act of Massachusetts is if you've had active

duty and you've been in the military and you've been honorably discharged you can

potentially get a pre-trial probationary diversion and your case.

What will happen is on the arraignment, you will get a 14 day continuance to determine

whether you are eligible for a dismissal under the Valor Act.

You'll have to meet somebody at the VA to put together a plan typically for alcohol

treatment and counseling and if you comply with this plan, the Judge has the discretion

to dismiss the case.

There was a case called Commonwealth versus Morgan that addressed can the the government

object to this and the court said that this can be done even over the objection of the

Prosecutor.

The court in that case also said that the court the Valor Act potentially even applies

to a 2nd offense however a question that a Judge might be less likely to approve a Valor

Act dismissal on a 2nd offense OUI.

One of the criteria under the Valor Act is that part of your military service involved

actual combat, the Valor Act was meant to reward and help military personnel reintegrate

to society who faced active duty combat.

So it is one criteria under the Act.
