Wow, to be in a class of The Choice of Possibilities is so intense.

There's so much happening, and energies showing up

and things moving and watching people change

Watching people have these AHA-moments

and seeing somebody shift like...

– I can't even put words to it.

Just seeing this profound moment where somebody's whole world changes,

it's like, "Wow, wow!"

Something that's been running their life, for a lifetime...

gone in a second.

It's unbelievable.

It's just it's crazy

I've talked to other people ... it reminds me of Harry Potter

– like a Harry Potter gathering –

because there's people doing stuff all over the place and this going on.

Just the whole energy of it is... it's really cool.

Wow, what is this class?

It is...

It's really seeing beyond the obvious

of what we've been told, taught, bought

as what we have to have and be in this world.

But really seeing beyond that

and being willing to see if we have, like,

a spark catch our eye.

To look at it and perhaps follow it.

The gift of these classes is that it's given me

The sense that there is choice, there's always choices.

There's more choices than I ever imagined.

I always just thought, "Oh, I can live my life,

I can continue with this job or die."

Now it's like, "Oh, it's not just one or the other.

I have this choice and this choice. I can play and oh my gosh,

I actually feel happy again and I'm feeling more joy!"

I had hoarded so much knowledge, and I realized

that through COP, it gave me a pathway to find knowing.

which is just like [snap] "Oh, right... Okay, let's go that way.

That seems easy. Ah, good!"

Instead of accessing my gigantic database of useless information

that's like, "Oh my god, it's a thousand tracks open."

I think this work and Access Consciousness and

The Choice Of Possibilities is really that space of the invitation to go,

"Hey, what do you know? Let's clear everything that's not yours,

that has been told to you, where you've been instructed

on how to do things right and avoid being wrong.

Let's actually bring out the gift of you and see what that is."

I don't know anywhere else on the planet that offers that.

THE NUMBERS THAT TELL THE STORY OF WHAT'S HAPPENING BEHIND THE SCENES AT JOB CORPS CENTERS…

THOSE ARE HARDER TO MARKET.

It's very alarming.

STUNNING AMOUNTS OF VIOLENCE AND CRIME…

HAPPENING IN THE PROGRAM OVERSEEN BY THE LABOR DEPARTMENT…

PAID BY TAXPAYERS

AND DESIGNED TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE WORK TOWARDS A BETTER LIFE.

Most people want to make the case that Job Corps is the last option,

and it's only for F- ups and all of this.

No, it's not.

JOB CORPS WAS AN OPPORTUNITY AND HE KNEW IT.

BUT HE ADMITS HE GOT KICKED OUT TWICE. TWO DIFFERENT CENTERS.

Job Corps was my high school.

And it could be other people's college.

THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO LEARN A TRADE…A CAREER.

THEY LIVE AND WORK AT 125 CENTERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY FOR TRAINING.

MANY ARE GETTING AN EDUCATION THAT RIVALS THE STREETS THEY CAME FROM.

You can see kids beat up, you can see kids murdered

both with guns and with machetes.

Something isn't right.

A NEW REPORT SHOWS JUST HOW BAD THINGS HAVE BEEN.

It's definitely cause for concern.

WATCHDOGS FROM THE GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY OFFICE SAY

JOB CORPS HAD ALMOST 50,000 SAFETY AND SECURITY INCIDENTS

IN A NEARLY 10-YEAR SPAN.

What we're pointing out is 3/4 of these incidents

38,000 are on site, in Job Corps facilities.

AND IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH…

THE VIOLENCE AND CRIME IS LIKELY WORSE. MUCH WORSE.

BACK IN 2015 - THE INSPECTOR GENERAL DISCOVERED SOME CENTERS WEREN'T REPORTING SIGNIFICANT INCIDENTS.

IT CALLED OUT SYSTEMIC SAFETY WEAKNESSES IN THE PROGRAM.

CIRCA OBTAINED THE DETAILS BEHIND THAT REPORT…

FINDING JOB CORPS CENTERS WITH HUNDREDS - SOMETIMES THOUSANDS OF MISCONDUCT INFRACTIONS…

EVERYTHING FROM LOAN SHARKING TO POSITIVE DRUG TESTS

GANG ACTIVITY TO SEX ASSAULTS.

I've seen a couple fights….

but not on an every day basis.

Not on an every week basis.

It wasn't like that.

EVERY CENTER IS DIFFERENT.

CRIME VARIES FROM PLACE TO PLACE.

WHEN WE ASKED U-S SENATOR CHUCK GRASSLEY ABOUT IT LAST SUMMER -

HE CONSIDERED JOB CORPS VIOLENCE A WIDESPREAD PROBLEM.

Nationwide I can say that we ought to be outraged

because the Labor Department isn't doing its job of

overseeing a safe learning environment for at risk kids.

THE LABOR DEPARTMENT WOULDN'T SIT DOWN AND TALK WITH US BUT THEY DID PROVIDE A STATEMENT.

THE MARCH I-G REPORT POINTED OUT SECURITY WEAKNESSES AT JOB CORPS

AND THAT NO ONE CALLED THE COPS IN DOZENS OF SERIOUS INCIDENTS AT SOME CENTERS.

THE LABOR DEPARTMENT SAYS IT'S TAKEN STEPS TO IMPROVE SAFETY AND SECURITY

STILL LAST MONTH - A RIOT INVOLVING 40 KIDS AT THIS VIRGINIA JOB CORPS CENTER

ENDED WITH FOUR KIDS IN HANDCUFFS.
