2017 Discbound BuJo Setup Part 1 - Project Notebook - Duration: 10:40.

Hello guys!

This is Nicole, from @nicoles.journal.

In today's video I'm going to show you my Bullet Journal setup for 2017.

This is going to be a 2 part video, because I didn't want to make the video too long.

The first part is going to be my Junior size notebook and the second part is going to be

the setup for my Mini size notebook.

My covers are from Jane's Agenda and the discs are from Circa and The Happy Planner.

The inner cover of my notebook is the Ice Cream dashboard from my store.

It protrects the first section of the notebook that has some doodles for inspiration, header

ideas for my BuJo, some font ideas and other decorative elements.

I keep them here so they are easily accessible for when I am creating a spread and I need

some inspiration.

Then, I have some tabs from Jane's Agenda that I use to section out my notebook into

different months.

This way I always know when I months start in the notebook.

They are available in different colors and the are also removable so I can use them multiple

times.

They come in a loose sheet, so I hole punched it to have it in my notebook.

These are my printable monthly tracker stickers, printed on sticker paper ready to be used.

I also have my daily time trackers.

I know a lot of you want to know how to use them, so I'll be making a video about it soon.

Basically, it works like a clock and I use it to track the time that I spend doing different

activities during my day.

If you go to Etsy, you'll see I have a mini tutorial in the last picture of the listing.

So you can check that out in the mean time if you want to see how it works.

I printed a bunch of these so I have enough for a few months.

The second divider is also from my store.

In this section I have the printed workbook I bought from Alexis or Misstrenchcoat about

SMART goal setting and how to execute your goals.

This workbook helped me a lot to plan my goals for the next few years.

I have it in here for future reference and, basically, all the goal setting that you'll see in this notebook and the other notebook will be based on what she said in the workbook.

The third divider is where I am going to plan my months

and to track and journal about my weeks.

This 2017 calendar is one of the free printables I am giving you guys in this video.

To download it, click the link the description box and it will take you to the Dropbox folder

where I uploaded it along with the rest of the free printables that'll be showing in this video.

This is how I setup my goals for 2017.

I divded them into Internal goals and External goals like Alexis recommends.

In my internal goals I have 2 personal projects.

In my External goals I have 1 Community project and 4 Career projects.

These are also specific classifications she talks about in the workbook.

This might seem like a small amount of goals for a whole year, but I did this on purpose

so that I don't plan too many things in advance and not hinder my ability to take on any projects

that come up.

She also recommends to classify each goal into 3 categories: projects, routines and bucket

list goals.

At the moment, I don't have any bucket list goal, but the goals on the top are the projects

I definitely want to accomplish this year and the bottom are the routines I want to

incorporate into my daily schedule.

For my projects, I assigned a time frame in which I want to work on and complete them.

Making this timechart helped me to easily visualize, how many projects I have going

on at the same time, so that I don't over-commit during these specific time frames.

Using two of her worksheets: The Project Planning worksheet and the SMART goal worksheet, and

taking the list of goals that I wrote before, I wrote down specific details for each goal

to help me define what I had to do to accomplish it.

Information such as what the goal is about, when I wanted to start working on it and the

deadline, how I'm working on it or what actions steps I should take, and so on.

My first personal goal is related to my boyfriend and I, so I left it blank because we're setting

it up after the new year starts, but you can see an example of how I used the sheets with

my Fitness Diary project.

Next year I want to start a fitness diary to record how my body changes as I train and

become stronger and healthier.

Besides the weight training and pole fitness training I'm doing, I will also start a new

diet so I am hoping to see big changes in my body and well being in general.

Some of the specific information Alexis recommends to write are the resources you need and have,

and the action steps you need to execute to work towards completing your goal.

Since my fitness diary is going to be a small monthly project, I'll have to repeat the same

action steps every month of the year, so I wrote them down here in a list to have them together.

I will also rate the month with a 5 stars system, so I broke down how many stars I'm

giving myself for my performance in terms of my diet (2), the training itself (2) and how well

I keep up with taking my supplements (1).

I did the same process with some of the other goals.

The ones that I did not cover in my notebook are in my Evernote notebook because I felt

they were easier to track and plan with a digital notebook and apps.

As an example, one of the goals I have is to complete an app I am designing with my

sister.

So, in order to be able to easily share the information I have with her, I make digital

notes and share them.

The next section of my journal has my monthly plans and weekly layouts.

I created these beautiful coloring pages to use them as my month covers.

If you follow me on instagram you probably saw this one I colored on Christmas day.

These calendars are available on my Etsy store.

There's two versions of them: one with a BuJo style calendar on the back and another with

a classic calendar and a notes page at the end of the month, so you can choose the design

that works best for you.

They are undated, so you can start planning on them whenever you want throughout the year.

I'm using the BuJo style for January, and I'll keep you updated if I change to the other layout for other months.

Since I'll be doing monthly plan with me videos

I'll keep you updated on how anything changes in my notebook

For the first months of the year, I am going to

be using this simple 1 page setup.

I decided to do this because I know I have more things going on during these months and

I want to focus on working towards completing the goals I set for myself.

I have a monthly tracker where I plan to keep track of when I upload Youtube videos and

when I post on Instagram. I want to upload every Friday and post on Instagram pretty much every other day.

The next part is my Projects Master List for the month.

First I decided what videos I want to record and here I left 2 spots open because I want

you to tell me what videos you'd like me to create.

I want to make sure I'm giving you guys the content you want too.

A big announcement that I wanted to make is that I will go back to making Patreon content

next month.

Patreon is a platform that allows artists to share content with their followers and

receive a small support from them every month.

This way, followers help the artist create content on a regular basis.

The way my Patreon works right now is that you get whatever artistic content I was going

to create for Etsy at a lower price.

For example, the calendars are listed at $8 on Etsy, but they are part of the $3 reward on Patreon.

If this sounds interesting to you, definitely go check it out.

The final section is for 'the future'.

Basically, this is a space where I plan to write down anything that comes up such as

an idea or a project that I might want to consider to do or be part of in the future.

Now here is my weekly setup.

It's similar to I had done before with a weekly header, a list of the 5 projects I want to

work on and the top 3 tasks I accomplished each day.

Something new I added to it was a time log.

In this time log I will track how much time I am investing into the different projects

I set out to complete this month.

I also have a gratitude section and, similar to my Fitness Diary, I'm going to rate the

week considering how productive I was and how I felt during the week.

On the back I just have a blank page to journal about my week.

That's pretty much the whole setup

The rest of the notebook are blank pages and some coloring calendars I printed in advance.

This is everything for today's video.

If you liked it, please give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel.

Remember to let me know what videos you'd like me to record this new year,

and also remember to go checkout the second video for my setup when upload it

Thanks for watching and I will see you next time!

[HOT NEWS] WAGON IS COME BACK! 2017 Mercedes Benz E400 Wagon REVIEW - Duration: 10:29.

thankfully the wagon has evolved past

the soft pouty complacency of its

middle-aged and yet the uncool long

route shadow persists in the American

consciousness even as a vocal

enthusiasts subset imports

family-oriented 9001 and hotrods them to

the point of unrecognizable lity there's

a middle ground slim but it might be for

those who equate utility with luxury the

2017 mercedes-benz e 400 wagons perhaps

it's perfect example on it happens that

northern Germany is a perfect place to

demonstrate its charms hour drive route

took us from the ancient river port of

him to a resort at the shore of the

Baltic with evenly spaced trees lining

truck board smooth roads along the way

the scenery and the asphalt was chosen

to highlight the cars aesthetic and

dynamic appeal

mission accomplished on the same trip

and the same roads we also drove the

2017 mercedes-amg be 43 savent the

contrast there was informative some

background before a compare and contrast

the e400 wagon is indeed coming to the

United States and in the new one flavor

it's three dot 0 lead

twin turbo v6 backed up with the nine

gtronic 9-speed automatic and 4matic

all-wheel drive the other two eClass

modules have an equally narrow scope be

300 is only available as a sedan with a

2 dot 0 litre turbocharged for the same

Nine gtronic and the option of rear or

all-wheel drive the e43 will only come

here as a sedan for mannequin is powered

by higher output version of the 8400

basics abroad the powertrain options are

much more extensive there's even an e43

wagon at least the singular powertrain

option on the American menu makes sense

the wagons utility is well complemented

by the peace of mind at all whether

traction provides and indeed it's

consistent with the last Jenny 350 wagon

with 329 horsepower and 354 pound-feet

of torque on hand it's able to hit 60

miles per hour in 5.2 seconds just 0.7

seconds behind the e43 sedan driving the

e400 wagon and e43 sedan back-to-back

raised a surprising question which would

we recommend as that narrow accelerate

difference shows the to offer similar

performance this despite the e400 being

down 67 horsepower and 30 pounds to foot

on the a43 let's consider the rest of

the package to begin with the e 400 is

only available as a wagon so there's an

inherent utility bonus and it gets a

boost for the latest generation

compared to the last year wagon the e400

wheelbase and overall length are

slightly greater but width and height

are down

even so the cargo area swells x 6.9

cubic feet impressive

this is at least partially due to a

second-row seat back that can be

adjusted more vertically to allow for

more cargo room without displacing its

occupants this wagon looks sharp

particularly dead down from the rear the

Y slim tail light stick out from under a

chrome browser and draw attention away

from the tall group in between there's

the electrically operated rear hatch

that goes up and down with a kick under

the bumper here through the rear glass

and you might catch a pair of eyes

staring back at you

our test car didn't have it but us-spec

cars get a standard rear facing fold

away third row that can hold a couple of

youngsters those rear most kids are

missing the biggest draws in the class

in general like the rest of the

condoling interior and its many goodies

we've covered the dr pilot near

autonomous driving suite of technologies

and reviews of other eClass variants if

you want drive pilot prepare to drain

one of your accounts to the tune of

eleven thousand two hundred fifty

dollars for the premium three package

which to be fair also includes a long

list of other need tech and comfort

features if you only want the TFG gauge

cluster one of the neatest bits you'll

be happy to know it's an 850 dollars

standalone option the last piece of the

puzzle is the driving experience like

many of its c-class wagon predecessors

the e4 hundreds of rear axle get

standard self-leveling air suspension

and air body control air suspension is

available if you want it on both axles

get it

our test car was so equipped and it rode

beautiful Mercedes has been getting ride

comfort right for a long time

and the e400 wagon continues this trend

by providing supplements without any

appreciable float

that's despite the bulb the wagon weighs

and not in substantial 4497 pounds or

352 more than the a43 sedan this new

wagon is also incredibly quiet something

that Mercedes admits isn't easy to do

with a large cargo area that can

resonate like the body of an acoustic

guitar

there's nothing too fancy involved in

quelling noise standard wagons get a

bunch of extra sound deadening and

things like the sunroof and door handles

have been sealed and redesigned to

transmit less wind noise there's an

optional acoustic comfort package for us

buyers which had laminated fronting side

glass and extra sound-deadening material

for an even more involved like

experience

not that there was much noise to

transmitted from the smooth roads and

bucolic surroundings the sounds the

twin-turbo v6 made managed to get past

the serious noise reduction measures

were just enough to add a little verb to

the experience driven back to back with

the e43 the e400 wagon is restrained but

it's no slouch in fact romping on the

wagon might be more enjoyable there's

plenty of road-holding but with the

softer suspension tuning there's also a

bit of role to better communicate a

sense of speed and while the e400 engine

and transmission aren't calibrated to

provide the explosive forward progress

of the e43 that also means that moves

off with smoothness and refinement and

as we said above it's undeniably quick

for a big fat wagon

perhaps the more important

differentiation is in staring field both

cars using the electromechanical rack

but the e43 variable ratio steps up in

an unnatural and rather joining way

unless you're on the flowing country

road with the right sort of cadence the

e400 has a more natural feeling rack

that's accurate and direct at speed or

in traffic

it's more intuitive and more pleasant to

use and it helps make this hefty Ben's

legitimately fun to hustle around

mercedes-benz is smart not to offer this

powertrain in the lighter side and if it

wants to movie 43 s and so II class

buyers have an interesting choice

there's a strong argument to be made for

the handsome wagon since its stronger

engine adds more to the mix and simply

countering its increased mass its

handsomely proportion and undeniable

utilitarian carrying seven without the

additional weight or higher center of

gravity of a govt class and then there's

the e43 faster and lighter but not much

of the former and the latter is offset

by the greater power train refinement

and supper handling of the 400 wagon at

least until the superlative e63 hits the

scene if you want some performance but

must have a sub and form factor the e43

makes a lot of sense if you can look

beyond any prejudices you may have about

choosing the wagon over a sedan or SUV

we'd argue that the ultimately classes

the e400 it's compelling mix of style

performance and composed refinement is

enough to sell it over the e360 dan

factor in the cargo space seating for

seven and the more pleasant dynamics

when compared to the e 43 and the e400

wagon stands apart

What Is The Afterlife? - Two Minute Message - Duration: 1:49.

- Hey everybody, Daniel Fusco here.

Welcome to today's Two Minute Message.

I love to encourage people to take the long view of life,

which means, so much of what we do is focused on

this side of eternity, this life.

Maybe God gives you 40 years, 50 years, 60 years, 70 years,

80 years, 90 years, whatever, right.

But the Bible also teaches that there is a life

after this life, we call it the after-life.

This is speaking of eternity.

And one of the things I always tell people

is that the after-life is not the after party of this life.

See, once this life passes, we move into the next life.

Just like a caterpillar being transformed into a butterfly.

The life of the caterpillar ends,

but the butterfly life begins.

And in a lot of ways this life,

at the point that we take our last breath,

on this side of eternity, we enter into the after-life.

And I want to tell you that the after-life is not like

an updated version of this life.

It's not like a recapitulation of this life

with a few added features.

The Bible actually says that eye is not seen,

nor ear is heard, nor has entered in the hearts of men

the things that God has prepared for those who love Him.

What that means is that,

the after-life is beyond our comprehension.

That life in heaven with Christ,

it's fullness of joy, it says in the Book of Psalms,

which means, the fullness.

It actually means a cup that is so full it's overflowing.

It's beyond our ability to comprehend,

and so what this life is meant to be a blessing,

and is meant to be lived to its fullness,

in accordance with God's plan,

but the after-life is so much more extravagant

and mind-blowing that we can't even comprehend it

on this side of eternity.

So, take the long view of this life.

Live this life for God's glory

and make sure that your after-life is secured in Christ,

that you might experience that fullness of joy

that God created you for.

God bless you today.

Yammie Noob vs. DoItWithDan: Motovlogger Drama: Is it REAL? - Duration: 5:46.

one early morning in January Duke

woke up with his bullshit sensor

tingling something had happened on the

youtubes that bothered him

what is the matter well Jeffrey pissed

on precious be special be. Vicious beast

special vicious animal anyways so, if

you're like me you're occasionally

browsing YouTube you may have noticed if your

a motovlogger or you're interested in

such and such things that has her then

you're suggested video feed recently there's

been a lot of videos in regards to

youtube be are we squash the beef guys

about some of the top motovloggers

morning I was like bed when Gabby went

off to work because that's why do I like

you know stay at home care for this no

fucking whatever holiday basically i'm

still spain as you can tell gabby is by

I watched about half an hour of this

live stream that's in place between

several of the the top most rugged know

I've been noticing some of these lights

so drop of videos coming up why YouTube

suggest being stuff and I wasn't really

paying much attention to it before but I

thought fucking i might as well as fuck

and have a look and I didn't like what I

found

basically it seems to me that back in

the day one of the top most of loggers

jade garden snake basically made a video

through major video regards to how he

felt his youtube channel is on the

decline that was because of music

algorithm I may have gotten pretty wrong

but basically a motive longer by the

name of yummy knew she would be by the

way I've got a terrible cold yeah me too

i made a video kind of response not

really responsible made a video kind of

say to jade garden state how he was

basically being mined wine and a bitch

essentially like you know how you to

evaluate the changes always happen that

you know you have to think with the

United States keep stay stay relevant

you have to keep up with algorithm

changes and content changes stuff and I

agreed with the alley do I really do

just put it out there right now I to

complain really set i do think i want

the snarky but you know fuck it who

doesn't right I no idea what so

basically my probably that always comes

to the fight that guys it's all fucking

thing after also half an hour this live

stream and seeing a bunch of these

videos i sought after watching the half

an hour livestream with it so I'm going

around the suggested videos afterwards

look at the comments all these top

motovloggers have essentially made the

same video of the same topic all of them

here in that light and they basically

after that have cognitive each other's

videos and all the tweets about it or

chatting about it and me basically seems

a little bit suspicious if you I mean

they said in their lifestyle that they

have a chat where all the big most of

robertson come and discuss what they're

going to make videos are they can chat

about video ideas that like they even

said that you don't load the most part

abilities because that was something

that they had talked about I can see why

they do that there are several social

apps out there all social sites are

there where you can talk about these

things I think is productive i used it

myself you know where you can talk about

videos video ideas topics and all that

kind of stuff I think it's great perhaps

it's me being too cynical I'm a very

cynical person by nature captain looking

too deep into it but it seems to two

suspicious when they started off talking

about how while ago that channels were

ten cases that they all talk together

the Doge back

and they basically like also how their

channels are tanking that they come back

in and stop you know all of them start

making the same video taken up all of

our suggested feeds more than talking

about it really try like fucking for the

cheese you hype train the hype train

central right it seems to me to be a

little bit too

preemptive to created structures now

perhaps I overestimated strategic

abilities so these guys I don't know but

it seems a little bit to orchestrate and

that really royally pisses me off

if it's true but to be fair if it is

true they did it really fucking well in

a world where YouTube prank videos all

that stuff the commonplace in a world

where you know most of the videos that

watch it go firewall or like either

fucking weird or like super faith I can

see why they did it

youtube essentially as entertainment you

guys let me know what you think about

this whole thing in the comments section

below be interested get your take on it

see if I'm not the only one who's had my

suspicions about the whole fucking pig i

might be completely dots but i might not

be maybe spark debate i always liked

argue with people so again honestly this

is a spy right now it's the early early

generated was useful love it in that

right little mister mister doge mr. Doty

egauge it's this little man is coming to

live with me see it unless you are you

Jack Russell you're going to be living

in England's the Jack Russell should be

a Jack Russell type shit talk about a

camera setup guide that is Maya so over

impromptu fucking the super professional

a fucking camera setup how jelly are you

guys together so this is passing pending

no gas on gas thing in a bit over there

you know Clay nope and Percy goes our

chance to enjoy this video let me know

hit that like button sexually abused

that subscribe us it and i'll see you

next video peace

ok

since humans first looked skyward the

star-filled heavens have been a source

of constant fascination and amazement

inspiring us to better understand the

cosmos as well as our place within it

australia CSIRO has long supported this

quest for understanding developing

innovative technologies for radio

astronomy a key signs that allows

investigation into the complex history

of the universe for more than 60 years

our engineers and technicians have

worked together in developing

leading-edge technologies needed to

receive amplify and process the cosmic

radio waves that travel through the

incomprehensible distances of space a

key challenge facing radio astronomers

is the limited region of sky that can be

seen by conventional telescopes

receivers and any one particular time

now we've developed a revolutionary new

receiver the phased array feed or path

that will address this challenge it will

open up an antennas field of view and

increase survey speeds by more than a

factor of twenty provides roads will

revolutionize all of radio astronomy by

offering us the opportunity to view a

large part of the sky all at once and to

survey the entire sky very quickly and

repeatedly will just be able to get a a

totally different perspective on the

universe that that we're apart we're

opening up a new area technology with

some innovation that has this ability to

operate over very large frequency range

with full sampling of the

electromagnetic wave front it combines

electromagnetics electronics of the

low-noise devices that are embedded into

this antenna and also real-time digital

signal processing there's no receiving

technology of this form at the moment

and it will enable strongly programs

that would take 10 years to be completed

in a matter of months

certainly it's attracted people already

to Australia through the Square

Kilometre Array program but will be on

that the other applications and the

spin-offs of the technology include

medical imaging of the human body

security and surveillance applications

and a whole range of other

other areas that's a challenge than

engineer just just loves because it's

it's cutting-edge your research and this

practical the path will transform the

way we serve and the sky and have a

major impact enabling breakthroughs in

the way we understand the universe

history but the only person around it

The unidentified patient from Kelowna, Canada, kneels down to reveal a lump on his back the size of a ping pong ball - that has been growing for 30 years.

And, as expected, removing it was no clean affair. In the video, the man can be seen clenching his fists and bowing his head as a rubber-gloved friend takes hold of the reddening lump.

PHOTO: After a few seconds of intense squeezing, the lump slowly opens - and a smooth line of thick yellow matter snails out

After a few seconds of intense squeezing, the lump slowly opens - and a smooth line of thick yellow matter snails out.

'Holy f***,' the would-be doctor mutters, before friends in the room catch on to what's happening.

'Oh my God, that's f*****g disgusting!' a woman screams off camera. 'It's like cheese!' Screams continue as the patient looks around asking what it looks like.

Meanwhile the seemingly endless line of yellow matter continues to spill out onto his back.

'Oh my god,' the man squeezing the cyst exclaims, grimacing as he wipes up the clump into a tissue.

'That could gag a maggot,' he adds. 'Holy f***!' The whole video ends when the cyst-popper holds the tissue of pus in front of the patient's face.

Taken aback with shock the patient throws himself backwards, hitting the phone out of the cameraman's hand.

The video was not performed by the official Dr Pimple Popper (aka Dr Sandra Lee). But it has garnered fans on Facebook pages aspiring to reach her heights of nauseating cyst removals

PHOTO: The cyst seems to be a lipoma. A lipoma is slow-growing, benign growth of fat cells, found right under the skin

It is not clear exactly what this man's cyst was, but it seems to be a lipoma. A lipoma is slow-growing, benign growth of fat cells, found right under the skin.

It moves around easily with slight pressure. It is not cancerous and treatment generally is not necessary.

PHOTO: 'Oh my god,' the man squeezing the cyst exclaims, grimacing as he wipes up the clump into a tissue

If the lipoma is on a pressure-bearing area, it may create discomfort and this is when people seek removal.

People also request removal because they don't like the appearance of these bumps. Often a small incision can be made over the lipoma and they can be 'popped' out easily.

Advice for Older Entrepreneurs With No Patience - Duration: 4:24.

- You talked a little while ago about a 19-year-old entrepreneur

their biggest asset is patience.

- [Gary] Yes.

- What is the older entrepreneur?

What should they have as their asset?

'Cause I'm not patient.

Three years ago I started a business with some other guys

we're now 80 people turning over £10 million.

- [Gary] Amazing.

- [Frank] I am not patient.

- You want more.

- Absolutely. It's fantastic.

- [Gary] It is amazing.

- What's my biggest asset now?

- Your asset is all the cliché stuff.

It's just cliché. Everybody said it.

What I think though is do I think instead of saying

"experience" I'm going to tweak it a little bit.

Do I think a 46-year-old man has a better chance of knowing

himself than a 19-year-old man? Yes I do.

I think we've all gone through it, right?

Even think about your transition from high school to university.

You just get there.

You get more comfortable with yourself the second more

comfortable you start being more honest with yourself.

So at this point in your life and my life and your life

we should really know ourselves.

And so it's even interesting for me to hear that you started with

a couple other gentlemen.

To me, my hope for my own kind of personal picture that I'm

trying to paint here is that the three of you had some crossover

skills but you're all maintaining your core skill and

that is what's helping the business.

You're taking care of this, that person is taking care of that,

and the other person is there.

That is a very common thing for older entrepreneurs because at

that point they've shed their wants and their romance about

being the best sales guy or the best salesgirl and now they know

I'm really good at CFO, finances

I'll never let us go out of business.

I got the numbers. Don't worry guys,

you go be crazy 'cause I'm gonna make sure that we pay our bills.

You go make sure the staff loves us and now we've got this.

I was gifted that I do a lot of the principles well.

All of them.

Finance probably being my weakest, it's probably the one

that's most commoditized when your business through your dad

and your brother if they steal from you it's a good story.

(laughter)

I think that your biggest advantage is that you got,

it's probably the narrative to why you are succeeding.

Now the question becomes a more interesting one.

I'm going to take you in a different place that's probably

more grounded in the actual energy.

I think the big thing now at this point in your life is to

really try to figure out very quickly what you want to happen.

And the problem is you have two other people that may want

different things.

But if you're able to align that you guys want to sell the

company soon because that's a real cash out on that kind of

revenue then all of your behaviors

have to go in that direction.

You have to the figure who you can sell to you, you have to

start becoming a media company to them.

When the great misplays of a brand is if I wanted to sell

VaynerMedia tomorrow it would happen in 30 minutes

not onrevenue, on the fact that I would market to the people that

could actually by me.

I don't think Martin Sorrell knows who I am, in 20 minutes he

would want to rip his arm off the buy us.

That's what I'm good at.

What I would love to know is how aligned are you guys and

if you're aligned make all your actions go in that direction.

That's interesting to me. Right?

That's where you can be something amazing happen.

So I think that's something to really give some

serious thought to.

But I think it's self-awareness at this point.

You got so much more history in your 20, 30 years of

entrepreneurship that allows you to and you should shed whatever

pride you have left in principles that you don't bring

to the table as well as you know partners do the more you could

shed down to only focusing on what you do.

Me and AJ are so efficient 'cause we not discuss the things

that we know the other person is better at.

We don't even talk about it.

You know?

Big.

When one broaches the subject, the other gets pissed.

Right?

'Cause why would we even waste time?

You know I'm better at this than you and

we have become efficient.

Like fucking efficient, you know?

And time is the asset.

So why debate? Got it?

- Yeah, that's great. That's great.

We're on the path.

- [Gary] And the other thing I would tell you

I would highly recommend that you forcing your other two partners

to over communicate with the three of you at all times.

Force communication right now.

You're successful and you're at this age.

This is an interesting time.

Force communication.

Anything that you think is sitting in your heart that needs

to be talked about with the other two partners

I would tell you to do that tomorrow.

The quicker you get it out the better you're gonna be.

- [Frank] Yeah, thank you Gary.

- You're welcome.

(applause)

The impact of our innovations - Duration: 2:44.

In East Asia, intolerance to the lactose sugar in milk affects 90% of the population.

All over the world athletes push themselves further to get the most from their abilities.

In the United States around four billion pounds of unwanted carpet ends up in landfill every year.

In a fast-moving global food market,

animal welfare and environmental sustainability is more important than ever.

Car designers are under extreme pressure to design greener, smarter and safer cars.

Who'd have thought it? Plastics that deliver performance at these extreme levels…

yet they're 50% lighter than metal. And that means lower carbon emissions.

To protect our bodies while cycling, we need the world's strongest fiber.

Fabrics made with Dyneema are highly effective in protecting us. They're light,

and improve our performance.

Wow... instead of burying unwanted carpet…they're bringing it back to life.

Who ever heard of a carpet that can be 100% recycled. Again…and again?

Niaga technology. Awesome.

I'm glad they're doing so well.

These new products for animal feed are really giving my girls a boost.

Thanks to 'good bacteria' I feel a whole lot better.

And she really likes her new lactose-free yoghurt. Why wouldn't she?

It tastes so good. And it's good for her healthy diet.

We're tackling the challenges facing the world today.

Like working on edible plant proteins that could nourish future generations...

and ensure brighter lives for all.

The future looks bright!
