How to Draw Thomas the Tank Engine ♦ Drawing and Colors Learning video for Preschoolers - Duration: 6:19.

And now, are you guys ready to try drawing Thomas the engine number one?!

I am sure you are!

Let's get on it!!

Great!

I will begin from Thomas's platform.

Just two parallel lines connected together.

Very simple!

Next im drawing Tom's front with two couplers in it looking just like small circles.

Good job!

Now i will draw tom's cabin in the back and then an arch right above one of the future

wheels.

Here i will mark a special area for the number 1.

Because thomas is the number 1 engine!

Is that right?

I am sure you remember that!

So, then i will add a couple of more lines to Tom's cabin and a small window on the

top.

Here we go!

On the very top of the cabin im drawing a roof, a small round window underneath it,

and then Tom's engine with several stripes all across it.

Here i am showing Tom's sand dome.

And my next move is Tom's head.

It will look just like an ordinary oval.

NOthing difficult.

Right behind the head there is a smokebox.

Ok, now we need to draw Tom's eyes, then his nose, eyebrows, and his smiling mouth.

Right above the smokebox i will draw Tom's smokestack.

Here you are!

Excellent!

Now im rready to draw Tom's driving wheels.

Three big wheels.

And then a horizontal line for the ground.

iN order to connect the wheels together we need to draw a crank.

Just like this - from left to right.

So it seems like we finished drawing at this stage and are ready to start coloring THomas

to make him look alive!

The first color that i will take is yellow.

YELLOW.

It will go for the upper window in the cabin, number one and small round window under the

roof.

When we are done with yellow let's use red color.

RED.

I will use it for the platform: from left to right… then for the arch, contours around

the number 1, then the square on the left, and stripes on the engine: one, two and three.

After this im taking blue color.

BLUE.

It's for the area right above one of the wheels, then for the side of the cabin, area

around number 1, upper part of the cabin, the engine.. nice and slow.

And after that im using blue for all of the wheels.

Perfect!

We are done with blue by now!

Grey color comes into play next.

GREY. i will only apply it for THomas's face.

Here we go!

After grey i will take black color.

BLACK.

sO, it will go for the window in the cabin, then for the roof, the smokestack, smokebox,

area below the head, then Tom's lower part and then a little bit for the wheels.

Ok, here i will use dark blue color.

For the engine, then for the cabin and some for the wheels.

Brown color goes next.

BROWN.

I m using it for the ground just below THOMAS.

Awesome!

Thomas is ready thanks to you!!

NOw he is all colorful and happy!!!
