Waching daily Apr 5 2017

Hi everyone! I'm Whitney and today I'll be showing you how to make the easiest sewing

project ever! The project is unpaper towels. Unpaper towels aren't your typlical cloth

napkins for dabbing your face at meal time. They are the cloth alternative to paper towels

for cleaning sticky kid hands, wiping up messes, washing your face and more. If you haven't

subscribed already, make sure to hit that red subscribe button down below and join the

Whitney Sews family. Now let's get into the project.

For my unpaper towels I'm using lots of different flannels from my stash that I think my daughter

will like. The easiest way to go about cutting your squares is to use a square ruler, rotary

cutter, and cutting mat. I'll have links below to the ones I'm using in case you want to

check them out. In this case I'm using a 9.5 inch square, but have a few other square rulers

that came in a pack together and each are great for different projects. You simply lay

out your fabric so it's completely flat and place your ruler on top. You can place it

near the edge to save as much fabric as possible or place it on a certain part of a design

that you want centered. Some of my pieces were scraps so I sewed two pieces together

and then used the ruler to cut out my square. Cut out an even number of squares. You need

two squares per towel. After they are all cut pair them up in twos and lay with the

pretty sides of the fabric touching and the raw edges lined up. Use pins or clips to hold

the two layers of fabric together. Then sew around starting in the middle of one side

and continue around until you get back to the side you started on. Leave 2-3 inches

open. Backstitch at the beginning and ending of your stitching to lock the stitches into

place. You can use whatever seam allowance you are comfortable with. I recommend somewhere

between ¼ and ½ inch. If your fabric slipped or stretched anywhere

carefully trim up those areas and cut off the corners making sure to not cut across

the stitching. This will help your corners look nicer when finished.

Now reach in through the opening and turn the entire piece right sides out. Use your

finger or something to poke out the corners and smooth everything out. Then go back to

the sewing machine and sew around the entire outer edge again to close up the opening and

help everything lay nice and flat. Make sure to sort of roll the edges as you go so your

seam edges look best. And that is it! So easy with only two seams and any size and seam

allowance you want to use. I made seven unpaper towels in this size.

I also made seven in a smaller size using the same process that are flannel on one side

and a soft minky on the other. These smaller ones are for my younger daughter for baths

and washing her face after meals. You can make larger ones with micro fiber or terrycloth

on one side for cleaning. I really like these microfiber towels, they are the same ones

I use in my cloth diaper inserts and overnight cloth pads.

So there you have it! Quick and easy, eco friendly unpaper towels. These are great stash

busters if you are trying to sew your stash like I am!

If you liked this tutorial make sure to hit like and share the video with your friends

to help us grow the Whitney Sews family to 100,000 subscribers. If you want to see more

quick, beginner friendly projects check out the playlist I have linked right over here.

Then come back next Wednesday for a new sewing how to. Until then, Happy Sewing!

Solar Winds Morphed Mars from a Potential Water Based Life Habitat into a Frigid Desert World - Duration: 6:07.

Solar Winds Morphed Mars from a Potential Water-Based Life Habitat into a Frigid Desert

World

Solar wind and radiation are responsible for stripping the Martian atmosphere, transforming

Mars from a planet that could have supported life billions of years ago into a frigid desert

world, according to new results from NASA's MAVEN (Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution

Mission) spacecraft led by the University of Colorado Boulder.

"We've determined that most of the gas ever present in the Mars atmosphere has been lost

to space," said Bruce Jakosky, principal investigator for MAVEN and a professor at the Laboratory

for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP).

"The team made this determination from the latest result, which reveals that about 65

percent of the argon that was ever in the atmosphere has been lost to space."

Jakosky is lead author of a paper on this research to be published in Science on Friday.

Marek Slipski, a LASP graduate student, co-authored the study.

MAVEN team members had previously announced measurements showing that atmospheric gas

was being lost to space and that described the processes by which atmosphere was being

stripped away.

The present analysis uses measurements of today's atmosphere to give the first estimate

of how much gas has been removed through time.

Liquid water, essential for life, is not stable on Mars' surface today because the atmosphere

is too cold and thin to support it.

However, evidence such as features resembling dry riverbeds and minerals that only form

in the presence of liquid water indicates the ancient Martian climate was much different

- warm enough for water to flow on the surface for extended periods.

There are many ways a planet can lose some of its atmosphere.

For example, chemical reactions can lock gas away in surface rocks or an atmosphere can

be eroded by radiation and wind from the planet's parent star.

The new result reveals that solar wind and radiation were responsible for most of the

atmospheric loss on Mars and that the depletion was enough to transform the Martian climate.

The solar wind is a thin stream of electrically conducting gas constantly blowing from the

surface of the sun.

Young stars have far more intense ultraviolet radiation and winds, so atmospheric loss by

these processes was likely much greater early in Mars' history, and these processes may

have been the dominant ones controlling the planet's climate and habitability, according

to the team.

It's possible that microbial life could have existed at the surface early in Mars' history.

As the planet cooled off and dried up, any life could have been driven underground or

forced into occasional or rare surface oases.

Jakosky and his team got the result by measuring the atmospheric abundance of two different

isotopes of argon gas.

Isotopes are atoms of the same element with different masses.

Because the lighter of the two isotopes escapes to space more readily, it will leave the gas

remaining behind enriched in the heavier isotope.

The team used this enrichment together with how it varied with altitude in the atmosphere

to estimate what fraction of the atmospheric gas has been lost to space.

As a "noble gas" argon cannot react chemically with anything so it won't get sequestered

in rocks, and the only process that can remove it to space is a physical process called "sputtering"

by the solar wind.

In sputtering, ions picked up by the solar wind impact Mars at high speeds and physically

knock atmospheric gas into space.

The team tracked argon because it can be removed only by sputtering.

Once they determined the amount of argon lost by sputtering, they could use the efficiency

of sputtering to determine the sputtering loss of other atoms and molecules, including

carbon dioxide (CO2).

CO2 is of interest because it is the major constituent of Mars' atmosphere and because

it's an efficient greenhouse gas that can retain heat and warm the planet.

"We determined that the majority of the planet's CO2 also has been lost to space by sputtering,"

said Jakosky.

"There are other processes that can remove CO2, so this gives the minimum amount of CO2

that's been lost to space."

The team made its estimate using data on the Martian upper atmosphere from MAVEN's Neutral

Gas and Ion Mass Spectrometer (NGIMS) instrument supported by measurements from the Martian

surface made by NASA's Sample Analysis at Mars (SAM) instrument on board the Curiosity

rover.

"The combined measurements enable a better determination of how much Martian argon has

been lost to space over billions of years," said Paul Mahaffy of NASA's Goddard Space

Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Mahaffy, a co-author of the paper, is principal investigator on the SAM instrument and lead

on the NGIMS instrument, both of which were developed at NASA Goddard.

"Using measurements from both platforms points to the value of having multiple missions that

make complementary measurements," said Mahaffy.

The Fixies ★ The Thermos and The Electric Train ★ Fixies English 2017 | Cartoon For Kids - Duration: 11:44.

Can you believe that Fixies are Such itty-bitty creatures?

Even when they're magnified It's hard to see their features.

They're tiny, infinitesimal, So small it makes you doubt.

But if you meet a Fixie, please, Don't let their secret out!

The Thermos

Where should I put it?

Put what, Tom Thomas?

Oh! It's you!

My ice-cream.

Are you joking?

Eat it!

I can't.

Tom Thomas, are you alright?

I'm fine.

It's just that it's a present for my mom.

Today is Mother's Day.

Then you need to go give it to her!

I can't.

Dad and I are going to congratulate her together.

What's your dad is going to give her?

I don't know.

But when he gets back home,

the ice-cream will have melted!

Then put it in the freezer!

And what if Mom looks in there?

And finds it?

The surprise will be ruined.

So where won't she find it?

I'll tell you where.

Inside of your dad's office.

I don't see any place to hide it here.

There's no freezer or anything!

Why don't you take a look inside the box.

Here's a thermos.

But what good is it to me?

Thermoses are for keeping things hot.

The ice-cream will melt in there!

It will not.

A thermos is made by putting one bottle inside of another.

Between the bottles is an empty space. And that's the secret of a thermos.

That space stops heat from getting out or in.

So if there's hot tea inside,

the empty space doesn't let the heat from the tea get out.

And if there's ice-cream in the thermos,

the space stops the heat that's outside from getting in.

And that's how a thermos keeps hot things hot and cold things cold.

That's it!

I'll go and play for a little while.

He didn't even say thank you. Did he, Nolik?

Where are you? Nolik?

I'm here!

Where?

In the thermos!

What are you doing in there?

I wanted to see that vacuum you talked about.

Just don't touch anything!

And don't even think of licking the foil!

The ice-cream's so cold, your tongue will stick to the metal!

What did you say?

Already stuck?

Uh-huh.

Try to unstick it.

Well? Is it working?

And what if you breath onto the foil?

Hang on, Nolik!

I'll go and get Tom Thomas!

Winter is a wonderful time of year!

Holidays,

presents,

snowballs,

skates,

sleds…

But the cold is also something serious that you shouldn't fool around with.

The most important thing is to dress warmly:

cover your head with a hat, and your throat with a scarf.

Then there's less chance you'll catch a cold or get a sore throat.

And to keep you hands from getting chapped,

don't forget to wear gloves.

And never walk around in wet shoes in the winter!

That's a sure way to get yourself sick.

And there's one more thing I want to tell you.

It's great to have fun in the cold, but use your head!

Don't eat snow or stick your tongue on metal fences, poles or doorknobs.

Your tongue can get stuck so strongly to the metal

that it will be very hard to get off.

I wish you all a glorious winter!

Tom Thomas!

Nolik's tongue got stuck!

Where?

In the thermos! Hurry!

I'll explain everything later.

Dad, you're already home?

Dad, why are you taking my present?

What do you mean your present?

I mean this one.

Since when did it become yours?

Oh, hi there!

What's the fuss all about?

Oh, it's nothing at all.

I have a surprise for you.

I want to wish you a Happy Mother's Day.

A thermos!

How wonderful!

Thanks so much!

Is there something in here?

I don't think so.

Inside there's a present from me!

Vanilla ice-cream!

My favorite!

And how did that end up in there?

Thank you so much, my sweeties!

Nolik, you got me so scared!

Thank goodness you thought of turning into a screw inside of there.

Does your tongue hurt?

Do you think you can talk again?

I can talk.

That's good.

We better hurry.

We still need to go and wish our mother a happy Mother's Day.

And you should too!

They take care of our machines, Irons, phones, and toasters,

MP3s and TV screens, Even rollercoasters!

Without them clocks stop ticking; Without them lights go out!

But if you meet a Fixie, please, Don't let their secret out!

The Electric Train

And suddenly the Earth is attacked

by an alien spaceship!

If help arrives here on time, we'll be saved!

Move faster, faster! Come on, get off the train! Move it, move it!

Tom Thomas, we came here to play!

Finally you're here!

I need some aliens for this game!

What kind of alien are you talking about?

Just plain old aliens.

You know the ones.

They come to destroy the Earth and just about everything!

We don't want to destroy anything at all!

Why can't we be…

the train engineers, huh?

Train engineers?

You don't know anything about driving a train.

Oh, we know plenty about trains.

Humans invented the railroad long ago,

But back then the rails were made out of wood.

People didn't start making metal rails until the end of the 18th century.

But the first railroad cars had no engines to give them their power.

Instead they used horses to pull them along.

Later, horses were replaced by the steam engine.

Wood and coal would burn in their furnaces to boil the water in their boilers

making the steam that turned the wheels.

And the Fixies were there to help those trains go,

making sure all of the parts could work together smoothly.

But now steam engines have long gone away.

The railroad uses electricity now for its power.

These electric trains race along the railway

at almost the speed of an airplane!

So you might know trains but you'll still be the aliens.

This railroad is mine,

so you gonna play the way I want.

The train is unloaded and leaving the station.

You can play Choo-choo by yourself!

And I will!

Hey!

Why did you stop?

This doesn't help either.

It's not going at all.

Simka!

Nolik!

Where are you?

Did I hurt your feelings or something?

Mom, is Dad gonna be home soon?

No. Is something the matter?

We've been attacked by evil aliens!

The train has to be fixed right away

or we'll never escape them!

You want some tea?

I've got to think of something!

Simka, Nolik.

I know you're in there!

Please forgive me if I hurt your feelings!

I'm really sorry.

There is nobody but you that can save the world from the evil aliens!

Alright, you talked us back into it.

Well, let's go and check the rails.

Nolik, follow me!

I'm faster!

Well, so much for being faster!

But it looks like I found the break!

Tom Thomas!

The rails are broken!

I know. And so?

You know? But that's why your train's not running!

Just like a real train, model trains run on electricity.

But there aren't any batteries inside the locomotive to pull the other cars.

The engine gets its electricity from the rails.

Each piece of the rail has a wire in it.

If the rails come apart,

the electricity can't flow through the track and get to the train.

And without electricity the train's engine just stops going.

So reconnect the rails and your train will run again.

Put them together.

Yes!

Hurrah! The train's running!

Way to go! So will you play with me now?

And which way are we playing this time?

Whatever you want - I'm with you!

The train rushed down the track with Nolik as its engineer,

when suddenly from out of the sky comes an alien spaceship!

Greetings to you, oh people of planet Earth!

I come from far away, from another galaxy!

Have you come to destroy everything?

No!

I've come to fix it all!

Will This Scientist Discover the Cure for Cancer? - Duration: 3:10.

Speaker 1: When I was a young girl, there were very, very few women doing even biology,

which is now, I think, much more accessible.

I was never told by anyone I shouldn't study science but I remember really, really well

when I was in sixth grade, I had this boyfriend and I remember I was doing better on the biology

tests than he was and I remember that there was this really big thing that I shouldn't

do as well as him if I wanted him to be my boyfriend.

It was definitely this kind of social stigma that science was the domain of boys and men.

As I was growing up after 12, it was my two sisters and my mother and I and my mom worked,

was trained as a RN.

She was amazing, especially after my father died.

She always said that she wanted to make sure that we had access to the same kind of educational

opportunities that we would have had if my dad hadn't passed away.

I think when I really decided I wanted to be a scientist was after I graduated from

college.

I was attracted to it from a conceptual perspective because I really loved biology and I was curious

about how the world worked, but I never really had a lot of experience doing science.

I packed up my 1971 pale yellow VW bug and I drove to Texas and started working at UT

Southwestern.

The thing that happened when I was there is I realized how much I like doing science and

I loved the kind of exploration of doing science.

In my own lab, I've been really interested in what I would consider to be a sort of a

fundamental aspect of cell biology, which is really understanding how cells stick and

how they move.

What my lab has been able to do is to identify a new pathway, which is part of what we can

kind of consider like the skeleton of the cell or the muscles of the cell.

What my lab is really interested in is whether this pathway that we discovered might be responsible

for that pro-metastatic phenotype or behavior of those cells.

The thing that I really want to do before I retire is I want to see the science that's

happening in my laboratory and the science that's happening in my collaborative team

here at Huntsman Cancer Institute around Ewing's Sarcoma, I want to see that science be translated

to the clinic where it can really have an impact on patients.

It's estimated that more than 50 percent of all cancers could be prevented and while we

still obivously have to have a deep focus and commitment to new science, that it can

advance treatment for individuals who have a cancer diagnosis, wouldn't it be better

if we could prevent the cancer in the first place?

Stop the goddamn car!

Seth: You want out?

Get out!

Seth: You want to go play in the darkness, Little Miss Sunshine?

You be my guest.

Kate: Please!

Kate: Seth!

Seth, please!

Please...

Stop.

Scott: Seth, don't touch her!

Kate: Don't do it!

Amaru: You lied.

You do have a soul.

Kate: You should've killed me when you had the chance.

Amaru: Shoot me.

Amaru: Kill me!

Do it!

You're just gonna kill your precious little Kate, too!

Do it!

Seth: So this is my fault...

...because I didn't put a bullet between your eyes?

Kate...

Seth: Come on.

Jacob: Kate, run!

Kate: Do it, Seth. Please.

Kate: Shoot me, please.

I can't do this anymore.

Tanner: I thought you said you were done pulling punches.

Kate: You can always count on Seth Gecko...

...to make the tough call.

Time to let go, partner.

Seth: Just let her go.

Seth: You shouldn't even be here.

I couldn't leave you.

I can never leave you.

Amaru: You know, I was told Seth Gecko was a gentleman thief.

Just take it.

Amaru: What was it that you said to her?

Stick with me and you'll make it through without any bumps or scrapes, right?

Kate: Why did you do this to me?

What?

No, no, no.

I didn't mean to hurt you, alright?

I was just trying to break her.

Seth: Can you find it in your heart to forgive me?

I don't forgive you.

She's right.

Seth: We all had this coming.

I've done some very messed-up things in my life.

Kate: After all that I've done...

But you...

Bitcoin Across Borders | South Africa - Duration: 25:56.

what's up guys welcome to this episode

of Bitcoin across borders South Africa

edition super excited to get this one go

in and have Gary with us who will

introduce himself in just a second and

this is the second episode of this you

know it's really interesting to see on

the first can take on a personal basis

how Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies differs

around the world and how you know from

personal experience how it's affecting

certain countries certain individuals in

various parts of the world and that's

exactly why why I'm doing it you know

it's cool content for now and also know

really good education platform but also

one years three years five years down

the line it's going to be really

interested to see where we were and

where we've come to you know some

thinking about the long game and you

know the vision of everything that's

going on here and how this pertains to

it so I'll let Gary take over for a

little bit and introduced himself and

then we'll get into the questions I de

gallo Maxim thank you so much for

inviting me yeah and affect you and

actually instrumental in me getting into

the scripted guarantee world which was

the sort of January last year and you

had a couple of YouTube videos and you

know security that you showed during

those videos that just do us to that

send damn you know for the next time

just most grateful we've moved into

cryptocurrency full-time as of October

last year and starting starting anything

in between as I said January last year

and for the last sort of six seven

months up until now and we've been so

excited you know I wake up excited about

the opportunity that it brings to people

around the world and then I often come

across people that are just looking

for that kind of opportunity and of

course you also come across people that

are so brainwashed by the current system

that they are closed-minded so the kind

of programs that you're doing like this

I find them is remarkable because it

opens people's minds allows them to

associate with people there to interview

from around the world and of course

educate some advice quick point so thank

you so much for that making them you

know we will never be seen support you

any way we can you just have to ask and

we'll be there for you I appreciate you

man I appreciate that also yeah i got i

just started with this you know july of

2015 know if it's been it's been a crazy

interesting ride for me you know

obviously always are in you know

business and invest in on whatever it

may be from you know for money you know

we all want an income for the end of the

day the way I've been able to learn and

grow through this industry the last you

know two years has been absolutely huge

for I know for now and for the rest of

my life no so really cool to hear that

man awesome worse or get into it I'm my

first question to kick things off is how

how you came to hear about the coin and

how you got involved with the crystal

space all right then one of the at the

time and I was running a gym and in some

deserving and one of my clients said was

a winner he's a financial advisor and

one day he came into my office and he

said to me and gave me a user heard of

Bitcoin and I said what what well is

there many Beck was in January 2016 and

when he told me about this I was like

you know in the beginning I rock he said

this is a internet money and even really

explain it well but he told me enough to

do that sort of trick my interest and at

the time he was promoting and

another cook to currency has a very new

one in you know in a special sort of

feather january-february 2016 and I got

involved in this particular business and

you know part of the program was

education and educating the masses by

cryptocurrency and when I sort of

started to understand what it brings to

the world and what it can actually do

for me as an individual and how much

better it is than many and I got

completely hooked and hooked on it ok so

much so that and we eventually closed

our gym and we now completely full time

earning passive income with Bitcoin okay

and you know I feel it completely sort

of freed me from the burden of stock

other heads bosses to to the point we

are sort of in control of my own destiny

and I feel I'm actually doing something

really good as a pioneer in this space

so in we chillin we joined when we heard

about Bitcoin in January 2016 I think

it's got three hundred and eighty or

three hundred ninety dollars for Bitcoin

and I thought well and you know when I

was trying to watch the videos and I

think you actually spoke about it as

well where people say that could go to

six seven eight hundred dollars knuckle

what shots and I mean we're sitting

today with well over a thousand and

dollars a Bitcoin so I'm really excited

about it yeah but for sure I think I

think that's going to be a really common

theme of this of these episodes is what

you say in the education within this

industry you know I mean I talked about

a lot but you know the place that we're

at right now in the crypto world in the

cryptocurrency world is very early you

know like when the internet was coming

around no no was there was a dial-up

internet and he's really slow

that you know that's where we're at a

minute and you know all this innovation

that is very exciting but you know 10

years 20 years from now like how is this

going to change money like how is this

going to change the financial industry

and that's exactly what you're saying

and yet it's absolutely it's absolutely

cute can in terms of empowering yourself

and being being your own bank within a

decentralized cryptocurrency especially

for different places around the world is

absolutely huge so yeah for sure and I

think one of the questions I really like

to ask and going to access on every

single one is I work a lot when I work

with a lot of people from the US and UK

that's where that's where I'm from I

have a lot of contact like you work with

people around the world as well but from

a terms of my first World standpoint a

lot of people the US UK Canada they're

really trying to get into Bitcoin for an

investment or to diversify their

portfolio or to make money with on the

markets and then if you look at somebody

from your Greece or Portugal they're

looking at Bitcoin of the safe haven to

take some of their money our system so

in terms of South Africa I mean your

experience what what is unique cannibal

of bakery in the cryptocurrency space

which pertains to you and you know the

individuals around you that if that

makes sense yeah well met him I think

across all borders I mean if you have a

look at Bitcoin and you know I'll touch

morning while you know South Africa has

grabbed on to it as much but and really

it's a it's a store value okay and much

much greater than that of any fiat

currency that you can actually diversify

into it's also portable so so when

people travel you know it's so much

easier to travel with Bitcoin on your

phone and you can you could exchange it

into sort of any currency you like okay

too visible so you know the eight

decimal point sir you can buy a cup of

coffee with with the quest okay what I

like about it as well it's becoming more

and more transactional so they're more

and more merchants that are becoming

more open minded about starting to

accept Bitcoin ok which is sort of

outside of the banks in and the

government's all right and of course

it's less expensive sir and you know

when people play with Bitcoin there's

the merchant is actually saving money

all right as well so it's faster it's

less expensive to remove borders and

it's durable and you are there so many

advantages and I think more and more

people with social media are becoming

wise to these advantages and why it is

so much better than paper money but

people are starting to realize in

particular yan South Africa with me sort

of the devaluing rent and that there has

to be a better alternative and if you're

not planning for tomorrow ok and you

keeping all your young sort of X all

your money in rent you are you are

setting yourself up for a huge upset so

I think with in South Africa as well

it's much the same as all across the

world not quite as much as maybe Greece

but people are starting to get it again

for all these reasons and they trying to

learn about it I can it's going to be

more open to it and that's already it

takes to you know to to introduce it is

just an open mind for sure for sure and

I think that open-mindedness you know

look in looking at like first of all

countries and we being criminalized to

be in a society where the bank and the

way the system is structured you have

access to a bank account you have access

to the movement of money globally you

know a lot of countries and I just did

an episode on Bolivia

and you know South Africa and India a

lot of people within these countries

don't have access to bank accounts or

not part of the global system of moving

money how powerful does to me I

absolutely love this space because it is

empowering people like I talking about

to like to a diff expand on how

necessary is for that transfer of power

to back to the average person to become

hard you know the ecosystem of the

movement of money so how does that

pertain to South Africa as well well we

and you know I can only speak for myself

I mean there's a whole economy around

cryptocurrency and when you talk to

people who aren't involved is there's no

idea about this whole economy minutes

economy or passive income and you know

it's developing these sort of online

marketers where you can get products

made for very easily at very little cost

globally all right sir and you can make

available products and services globally

and in Bitcoin sort of enables the

payment gateway all right and it makes

it and so much more feasible and more

efficient for this all be to be put

together so within South Africa I think

probably the vast majority of Bitcoin

uses and are keeping it as a store value

because they're Cena tries from North

common north north north one u.s. sent

back in 2009 and and there's a sort of

move now picked up in the documents

towards developing a residual income

towards passive income using Bitcoin ok

so I think it's you to beat the boss

which are usually to empower themselves

and they started to realize

and the banks that they are doing them

any favors and if they continue to

support that structure they continue to

support a structure that's not helping

them or helping the world necessarily it

doesn't we all know about the monetary

policies that are devaluing the Coyotes

around the world like n is this period

or sucking out the value and really

we're all slaves to this and why to

teach you

system okay why not become costly and

then all right and I think very sector

that is super assisting people to make

the decision to make the move across to

Bitcoin yeah absolutely I think that

that's absolutely huge in terms of you

know the one of the main reasons back

you know in 2009 2010 2011 that people

saw this Bitcoin economy rising with

because of the payment solution which is

which is very true and like you're

saying you know chifa efficient

borderless which is absolutely you know

a big part of it one of the main reasons

why the market cap is grown and the

Christ has grown because people are

using a safe haven you know and that's

why you know we see a 23-20 billion

dollar market cap because you know

countries like China and India and

growing South Africa in the u.s. you

know people see these currency wars

going on all over the world and they're

trying to you know diversify that as you

see you know when China brings out some

big news or India says you know we're

going to scrap the 500 rupee you know we

see this massive influx into Bitcoin and

providing the safe haven that a lot of

people in the past you know would have

gone to your gold or silver but it's so

efficient to to buy a digital

decentralized cryptocurrency that can't

be manipulated as its own entity so yeah

man that that's absolutely huge and in

terms of gender of the future you know

where do you see Bitcoin and

cryptocurrencies heading in South Africa

in terms of you know some of the things

that were spoken about it next and you

know what turn

and a lot of people and the world think

that Africa countries in Africa far

behind but the truth of the matter is

will not okay and people realize and

there's only going to be 21 million

bitcoins are they okay as the world

start waking up to this and the sort of

greater Des Moines and let's apply and

you know ready sixteen thousand sixteen

million bitcoins have been mined and

more and more people wanting to acquire

it and wanting to hold on to it as a

store of value it can only do one thing

to the price you know too I see I see

huge adoption and IT people getting

hooked like I am all right and it's

happening with friends of mine and I've

just seen what's happened in my life in

the last six months and that are leaving

their occupations and then moving into

this full-time okay so when people start

to understand what this brings they

start making educated and informed

decisions about their life and they

become ambassadors for Bitcoin so with

that happening around the world is in

South Africa and you have more and more

people spreading the news and as more

and more people adopt it and spread to

the news obviously and the demand grows

and listen to the money happening in

South Africa okay it's happening all

over the world and that is key so it's

sort of a we run a 1 the winning streak

okay and people start to get it and

people are getting excited and that is

that's not far into South Africans you

know South Africa

when a prosper they're ambitious and

yeah I think those moving into the space

organic Prospero mean that are possible

tremendously since January last year all

right I never said thanks to you uring

involved in it a USB lamented enery

alright so you see how it works it's

sort of a whole networking thing so yes

South Africa is going to be big and then

it's really bigger than most people

think which is a which is definitely

true or like that Kathleen excellence of

these of these episodes you noticing

like Bitcoin across borders and I'll be

honest to you know until I when I when I

rethinks or even I think just of my life

experience in history class and wobble

told you know when you think in South

Africa you do think of you know a third

world country and that might be you know

behind the times or you know i mean i

think the loving is prejudiced and news

and know what you're what you're open to

you know like listen to you listening to

that personal experience I you you know

you're in the trenches you're teaching

people you having group be in you making

videos you driving and that that's the

beautiful thing about this and having

that first and take on on your

experience and watch south africa and

the people of that of that country

experiencing until the growth and

prosperity that absolutely beautiful and

you touch on the supply and demand curve

which is absolutely fundamental to you

know the future of bitcoin and the

scarcity of it no that's why that's why

really that the dollar and the euro i'm

going to explode because they're

printing so much money that the

deflation is just absolutely crazy and

what's happening so when people told

about bitcoin ride in and 1 1 2 3 8 25

years and where the price point is going

to be at it's quite they almost

mathematical and in the factor as the

demand grows supply goes down you know

the price and creatures just just like

anything so yeah that's

absolutely absolutely awesome so this is

just finish off you know if somebody

people are watching this video no that

might be new to the crypto space or just

you know turn that turn engage Tsingtao

and hopefully come into these videos to

see you know what was going on with

recording the rest of the world to try

and get some more info what would be you

know some final words that you are

jittery you would have to say to them

and then it about Bitcoin and it's

credible information okay so if you do

not take our word for it and there are

many YouTube channels that are unbiased

and they they literally spell it out for

you okay so all you need to do is look

at the current financial status in the

world look at the fall of your currency

because it's falling all over the world

and start looking at alternatives okay

this is an incredible alternative the

beauty about this the more we stand

together it was the more we all profit

from it okay we we mustn't divided we

must stand together and dice and when

you start to understand what this brings

okay and you start to understand how

we've been brainwashed thinking that

banks or necessary when they're not

really necessary you start to understand

that that old sister okay of banking is

really sort of awesome court system in

comparison to automobiles today okay sir

I honestly I don't earn rains anymore a

continental Eli Scott log into my

banking accounts because now all i'm

using a bitcoin wallet okay you do not

need to actually log into a bank account

one you can live off Bitcoin the guide

is a huge opportunity to to gain

tremendous key from this okay I asked

you have an open mind okay just have an

open mind go and research it look at the

opportunity in the space that is just

growing tremendously all right and

really I don't really like to sell it

because it sort of sells itself and if

you've been living to this sort of man

pouring in lesson and we've been

watching your your channel man and and I

don't quite a sort of it's really a as

some people turn a no-brainer and but

you just need not the mind and think and

really once you've got that and you're

going to get a hook like we are you not

going to be sorry for sure man and no is

a big I told her I love it it's

replacing your fear of the unknown with

just curiosity and having that open mind

and looking towards you know something

something different like a saying the

crisis of currently all around the world

you have to let you know do something

even the average person can learn to

understand how to protect themselves and

not have everything tied to one system

so yeah absolutely absolutely awesome

man it's super super thankful that you

could come on today she had some

experiences will share your wealth of

knowledge that you've been gathering

over this last year and a half that's

obviously doing great for you you know

and and so has so many other people so

there's anything that we've talked about

today that you're not quite sure about

one I have a good amount of videos that

will help you understand Bitcoin and the

blockchain check out my free video

course on the blockchain cryptocurrency

and I break it down into simple terms

and also some of the Bitcoin price

predictions future

well and how on how to break it down or

nobody can predict the market but we can

look at trends and patterns on what's

going on so make sure you subscribe to

the YouTube channel i'm going to have

gary's youtube channel and facebook

popping up as well you know so if you

are south africa or you're anywhere in

the world no and this guy is pretty cool

so make sure you use a friend impress no

substantial challenges great content and

he's doing some really cool things

within this space so thank you to Gary

3 WORKOUT FOR BIGGER SHOULDERS - Duration: 3:45.

What's up YouTube, my name is Jack Wong, and on this video I'm going to show you guys how

to build and develop a very round shoulders.

There are three different exercises that you have to do, one of them is a compound movement,

which is the overhead press, which I am going to show you guys in the next video.

Okay guys, for the overhead press, please put on a belt if guys have one to prevent

any risk of injuries.

So, for the movement, keep your stance on shoulder width and place your grip slightly

maybe an inch wider than your shoulders and DO NOT lean backwards, okay, do not lean backwards

as you push up the bar.

Always keep your core strong and tight.

As you push up the bar make sure you look straight ahead and move your head slightly

forward as you push it up and when you bring it down, tilt your head slightly backwards

to let the bar pass.

So repeat this movement for 6 to 8 reps and do it for 5 sets.

Okay the second exercise for shoulders is the lateral raise.

The lateral raise is really important because it helps develop the ball shape which is also

the side of your shoulders, and in the next clip I am going to show you guys how to do it.

For this movement, the lateral raise, isolates the side of your shoulders.

It's a really simple exercise, but there are a few things to keep in mind.

Try not to use as much momentum as you raise the dumbbells, it usually happens if the weight

is too heavy.

So lift a lighter ones to keep a proper form.

When raising the weights keep your elbows slightly bent and try to focus on bringing

your elbows upwards instead of using your hands.

Make sure when you reach the top it's perpendicular to the dumbbells.

Then do not just release the tension and let the weight pull you down, instead keep the

tension on by bringing the weights down slowly.

Repeat this movement for 12 to 15 reps and do it for 4 sets.

So, for the third exercise, it's called the face pull.

This one works more towards the back part of the shoulder, it's called the rear delts,

and this is where you get that back ball shape right here.

So the rear delts are the ones who really enhance the shape of your entire shoulders.

It makes your shoulders looks like it's more complete.

If not you're gonna have just a big front delt, and maybe a huge lateral, but if you

have a small rear delt, you're not gonna have perfect shoulder.

So face pull is one of the most important exercise for shoulders.

So in the next video I'm going to show you how to do it.

Okay, for the face pull, this exercise really benefits you a lot by helping you to build

a stronger and healthier shoulders, especially if you already have shoulder pains.

There are a few variations for this exercise, but this is how I do it.

Grab on to the rope with a neutral grip.

Keep your chest out, and as you begin to pull, squeeze your shoulder blades tight.

And your ending position should be looking like you're posing your biceps.

So repeat this movement for 12 to 15 reps and do it for 4 sets.

And we're done!

Okay guys, so these three are the exercise I did for my shoulders.

I can't promise you that this will definitely work for you, but it clearly did work for

me.

Thank you guys so much for watching!

Please subscribe to my channel and I'll see you next time!

An overview of Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection for Windows 10 - Duration: 5:53.

Coming up,

we will take a look at Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection for Windows 10.

Including how it works at scale to process

behavioral events that flag attacks using security machine learning and analytics.

And new capabilities with the Creator's update for detecting,

investigating and containing breaches

including in memory attacks and current exploits.

With the anniversary update,

we have added a new service for EDR.

Endpoint, detection and response

to find threats that made it past all other defenses.

It runs side by side with Window defender anti-virus

or other third party AV solutions.

Windows Defender ATP adds a post breach layer

to complete the Window Security Stack.

It provides exposure of otherwise undetected threats,

tools to investigate and understand the scope of breach,

and the ability to contain and respond to threats

to prevent or limit damage.

It's built into Windows 10.

So no additional agent or on-prem infrastructure is required.

Insights from your on-boarded machine are serviced

in the cloud based Windows Defender Advanced Security Center.

For monitoring and investigating your endpoints and taking actions.

Here, I have a production environment

as you can see here on our dashboard.

This gives you an aggregated view of the latest alerts,

their severity and when they were observed.

The machines most at risk

with a number of alerts related to each machine.

Users at risk which comprises insight into the activities,

actions and relationships to the machine.

You will see active malware detection

if you have Windows Defender antivirus as your primary AV solution

And, information on on-boarded machines,

those that are mis-configured or inactive, as well as service health.

Before I drill further into the investgation,

Let me explain what's happening behind the scenes to present this console.

Windows Defender ATP uses the following combination of technology.

Build into Windows 10 and Microsoft Cloud Services.

Focusing on activity at the endpoints,

we collect behavioral signals from your onboarded endpoints

that allows us to not only provide alert for known adversary's,

but also unknown.

Never before seen attacks, even zero-day exploits

or a text that resides in memory and never touch the disk.

This data will get sent to your own dedicated Windows Defender ATP tenant .

Separated from other customers.

From the cloud we are leveraging big data, machine learning analytics

and Microsoft unique optics.

We will look into all the signals

we get from our over 200 consumer and commercial services.

Think about our Azure services,

such as Azure AD or Office,

Office 365, Outlook, Hotmail and Bing.

This also includes Intel collected by our security hunters and researchers.

Plus industry partners.

All of this intelligence feeds into your personalized view of your environment.

It provides tools to investigate the scope of breach of suspicious behaviors.

And to take action to block files or quarantine affected endpoints.

If you're using a SIEM solution,

you can feed your alerts into it and manage your incidents from there.

Now let's move to my demo environment

to see how you can investigate suspicious events,

identify their attack motivation,

understand the potential scope of a breach and take action.

Let's have a look at a machine with a high severity alert.

Here, I can investigate it further.

This includes an overview of security relevant details

such as locked on users

and how they connect it to this machine.

And a list of all alerts for this machine.

We have also built This rich timeline

where you can see all events observed from this machine.

And we are showing you this for all your data for up to six months.

You can interactively hunt, search and explore historical data across your endpoints.

Beyond just detection for every event we show you the entire process tree.

Let's drill into a few of these alerts.

The detailed view including the entire process tree

shows you that a process has injected code into another process.

Here, WINWORD.EXE injected to process SVHOST.EXE.

The ability to do in-memory detection is new with the Creators update.

I will also review the red alert that we saw earlier.

I can see that it's a kernel export.

In this case we show you how a system token got applied

to a process that was originally running in user mode.

And because Windows Defender ATP can integrate with Microsoft Office,

it also gets additional user details displayed right in the console.

Beyond users, other things that I can do is hand for evidence over text.

such as filename, hashes, IP addresses or URLs,

behaviors, machines or users.

I can search my organization's cloud inventory

across all machines and go back up to six months in time.

Even if machines are offline,

have been re-imaged or no longer exist.

Here I'm going to search for a file.

This page shows me all the details of a file.

I can also see if it is associated with a specific alert or behavior.

Or I can submit the file for detonation to help determine if the file exhibits malicious activity.

This gives me a full report back

of what the file is actually doing.

For instance, here I can see it tries to modify proxy configuration,

and if it's capable to do installation and gain persistent.

Once you have determined that the file is suspicious,

you can perform an action.

I can also take action at a machine level,

but I will save this for our upcoming Microsoft Mechanics show

on Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection.

We will also cover integration with Office 365 ATP.

So that was a quick tour Windows Defender ATP.

As the threat landscape changes

this is an area of continuous innovation.

We will continue to invest in new capabilities

and expand support to other platforms

starting with Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2016.
