As Ernest Hemingway says, "An intelligent man is sometimes forced to be drunk to spend

time with his fools."

To quote myself, Adam LoDolce says, "An intelligent woman is sometimes forced to be drunk to have

sex with fools."

If you're smart, dating might even be harder for you than for others.

Here's five reasons why.

Some people out there say that life is easier when you're smart, but I disagree.

I help a ton of really smart women find love.

Let me tell you, sometimes the smarter you are, the harder it is.

Here are those five reasons why.

Number one is you tend to over analyze everything.

Every problem you've ever had in your life, you'll be able to just think through, except

for dating.

If 2X equals 6 then X equals three.

When it comes to love, it's definitely not that cut and dry.

Sex times two plus texting times four times eight weeks equals love?

It's not a formula.

If you find that you are constantly over analyzing every single thing in dating, in relationships,

and you know what?

It might be time to just learn how to go with the flow just a little bit more.

Love is not a formula to be followed.

Emotions certainly cannot be filled out in an algorithm.

Number two is everyone expects you to have the perfect partner.

If you're an overachiever in every area of your life, you can work through anything and

make it happen, except for finding a suitable partner.

You might work hard to be a doctor or a lawyer, successful business woman, but you know what?

That doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to have success in your love life.

Have patience and understand that you can be happy now being single and anyone who puts

pressure on you to find love is, well, they're dumb.

They don't understand that you'd rather be single and happy than married and miserable.

Number three is the harsh truth that people you meet are usually less intelligent than

you are.

Let's say you're in the top 30th percentile of IQ.

A lot of men, well, they will really annoy you, not understand you, or worst of, get

intimidated by you.

Finding love and happiness is important and maybe you won't end up with someone as smart

as you, but you'll find someone who's just really compatible with you.

Maybe they are the fun to your serious.

Maybe they are the relaxed to your stress.

Maybe they are the simplicity to your complexity.

Finding love doesn't mean finding another you.

It means finding someone who completes you.

Number four is you might just have less experience with love.

Smart people tended to spend more time on their achievements than on relationships when

they were younger.

Let's get real here.

It's pretty rare to be the valedictorian who's also the prom queen.

Now, when you were younger, you might have spent all of your time going to college, going

to grad school, getting your first job, finding a really high paying career, while other people

may have spent time really working on their social skills and building relationships with

people.

Now is the time to really make this a priority in your life and put as much energy into learning

your social skills, learning how to flirt, learning how to date and getting that experience

as you would in other areas of your life.

Number five is you feel entitled to the perfect love story.

Yes, you may have the perfect job, but you might not find the perfect relationship.

Why, because perfection doesn't exist in relationships.

You will find a relationship that is great, that is healthy, that's going to make you

so happy in life but, no relationship is perfect.

No man is perfect.

Although you might be a perfectionist in other areas of your life, it's really time to open

up and be able to explore other opportunities with people.

Don't be so quick judge when you meet people for the first time.

Realize that the men that you meet may not be as smart as you but they may have other

attributes that are really, really important and great.

Loosen up your criteria a little bit and explore other opportunities.

Explore other people.

You know what?

Don't forget to have a little bit of fun.

Hi welcome back to love English and

Happy Easter from the beach! How exciting is this?

This is Bournemouth beach- this is a very pretty place

lots of places to study English here

absolutely so with such great weather we

took the opportunity to come down here

to film a very special Easter lesson for

you. Yes it is an Easter lesson guys this

is why we have the bunny ears on we're

not that crazy. We're going to explain

at the moment more than five idioms related to well

eggs and one bunnies yeah rabbits! But first

we thought we would just briefly explain

what we do here in the UK and actually

throughout Europe to celebrate Easter time- yes exactly

Now Easter time is the time of year that

Leila loves because it's the one time

of the year when she can eat chocolate

for breakfast and it's okay. I know the rest of the

time people just they have an issue with

that. I don't know what is wrong with chocolate for

breakfast. So it's a tradition in England

and I think across most of Europe to

give each other chocolate eggs which we

call Easter eggs and these are very

popular particularly with children they

like to eat many many chocolate eggs

Big children! And usually they then their quite often

sick. The whole idea behind the egg there

is some religious symbolism to this

obviously it's the idea of rebirth yeah

referring to the resurrection of Jesus

in Christianity and that is basically

why we celebrate here yeah so if you are

a christian Easter time is a really

important time for you and you will go

to Church at this time of year, however we

we celebrate Easter even if

we're not a Christian. Absolutely

yeah and then of course why do we what

about the bunny Sabrah? Tell us about the bunny at Easter. So the Easter bunny is

the one who brings the chocolate eggs to

the children and in some families your

parents might hide the eggs around the

garden or around the house

yeah get the kids running a little bit before

they eat all those calories yeah

absolutely burn them off, yeah now we're

going to give you five idioms now

related to Easter so with eggs and rabbits

So the first one I have for

you is to egg somebody on. Oh I like that

now this is where we encourage

somebody to do a bad thing so for example

Leila is always egging me on to eat

more. Eat more chocolate, you need a bigger ice cream Sabrah- this is what she is like

Very bad. We encourage them, usually it's

to do a bad thing it's got a negative

connotation it does yeah you could egg

someone on come on yes go on knock on that

person's door and runaway, those kind of things, and if it was a

really bad thing you might encourage

them to steal something like go on

Go and steal that- go and steal that

chocolate bar. Terrible and none of you would do that

The second idiom that we have for you is to

teach your grandmother to suck eggs very

strange really strange- who would do that?

It's definitely an advanced idiom guys

because it's a little bit complicated to

teach your grandmother to suck eggs

basically means you are teaching

somebody to do something they already

know so for example if i went to Sabrah's house

house and she was cooking paella i might

say oh Sabrah you need to add a little bit

of this and stir it like that and she know

I'd be like I'm the one with Spanish blood, you have

have Iranian blood don't tell me how to

cook a paella yeah yeah, So the third one is to

walk on eggshells now this is where we

need to be very careful around somebody

about what we say and what we do so it

doesn't upset them yes they might be

particularly sensitive or stressed they might be a

bit touchy so we have to be like ohhh

don't mention that to her or you might

say it's like walking on eggshells with

her because you feel very nervous that

you're going to upset them you think

about it to walk on eggshells you're

you're trying to walk without... crack! Usually

impossible to do

Great now number 4 is a lovely one

and a good piece of advice as well to

not put your eggs all in one basket yes

now this basically means that you should

give yourself lots of different

opportunities and choices so choosing

just one thing for example

Don't invest everything in one thing

So you had a great example actually Sabrah

had a good one- so if you're a single guy

or girl and you meet somebody and you

really really like them but you're not

sure about them you're just early stages

of getting to know each other but you

decide no I want to be with this person

I'm not going to speak to anyone else

I'm not going to date anybody else just

you. People might say oh be careful

you don't know them yet don't put all

your eggs in one basket yeah give

yourself options. There are plenty more fish

in the sea. Which you would know from Leila's

previous lesson on sea idioms okay so

next one we have right we love this one

This is very themed for us today

So this is where, if you're driving at night time in

the countryside it's quite common that an

animal might jump out in front of the

car like a rabbit for example and when

this happens the rabbit will look a bit like this because it is very shocked. Or a bit squashed on the road

You can't talk about squashed bunnies at Easter time - or with a vegetarian!

Ok so it basically means, so the idiom is

to look like a rabbit caught in the headlights.

To be a rabbit caught in the headlights and

it's where you look very shocked or very

worried about something something has

completely taken you by surprise and

you're like ...what! So an example

that you guys might relate to is when

you go to school or college wherever you

study and your teacher gives you a

surprise test yeah you might be very

worried about that and might be very

shocked, not a good thing. Right let's review those very

quickly now number one was to egg somebody on

to encourage somebody to do a bad thing

Come on do it do it...

Number two was to teach your

grandmother to suck eggs yes

to try and tell somebody how to do

something that they already know to

patronize them really yeah yeah number

3 was to walk on eggshells being

careful around somebody that's

particularly sensitive yeah so you don't

upset them to have to worry about not

offending them exactly yeah and next

one was don't put your eggs in one basket

don't bet or invest everything on one

thing not a good idea, and finally to look

like a rabbit caught in the headlights we've done that like three

times okay wow I think that is it from us

Why is Cardio Crucial to Belly Success and Overall Health? - Duration: 7:52.

Hello and welcome to Lesson 2 of the Turbo Intensity Training Program!

In this lesson you will learn why running or better known as cardio is crucial to your

overall belly success and health.

For as long as I can recall, There has been a cultural stigma attached with the idea of

cardio and a weight loss goal.

Without cardio it is nearly impossible to achieve the weight loss goal you have in mind.

Depending on the expert that you are taking advice from, they will give you a mixture

of understandings of what cardio actually entails.

Some will say that it is made up of a long list of machine workouts that includes the

treadmill, stair stepper, elliptical, or any other machine.

Others will say that you can achieve your results with the simple scientific approach

known as HIIT.

High Intensity Interval Training.

Here at Coachington, we believe that the answer lies in all forms of cardio.

I know what you are thinking, because I thought just as you did before I went through my transformation.

Cardio sucks…

Plain and simple… and you would do anything to avoid it… so would I…

Which is why we are going to do everything in our power to give you motivation, inspiration,

and a better understanding of what is actually happening to your body each time you go through

the misery of cardio.

First, let's erase the negative stigma associated with the idea of Cardio because honestly it

will not help you accomplish anything while you are going through your life long transformation.

When you think of cardio think of the rewards rather than the misery it brings to you while

going through it.

I know that every time I jump on the elliptical machine, treadmill, or stair stepper; there

is a reason why I am doing it.

I start with the same mindset every time.

Nothing changes, no matter what my weight is.

You have to start every workout with this mindset: "I am doing this for myself.

I know that I have to push myself every single step I take to accomplish my set goal.

I know that I have worked so hard and this is just a little mountain to overcome.

Soon I will be the champion.

Soon I will be where I want to be in my life.

Cardio is my friend.

Weights are my power.

And this is for me."

It does not matter who you are, cardio is difficult for everyone.

Some less or more then others.

Each time you step on a machine or go for a run outdoors, you feel like you can fly

for the first five minutes.

After that you begin to peak and then drastically go down hill.

At this point It is important to understand what I like to call the middle grounds.

The middle grounds is a state of mind where you begin to have the mindset of a quitter.

Do not get me wrong, if you are having serious breathing issues or anything of that sorts

- it is important to stop what you are doing and take the appropriate measures.

However, it is also important to understand that if you do not run every day or exercise

routinely then you will have this happen.

Your body is not recognizing the physicality of cardio and it is rejecting it, just as

it rejects alcohol or food when you eat or drink too much.

It takes time to build up your stamina and have your body respond accordingly.

Also some are more prone to getting shin splints or cramps.

Make sure that you are stretching before and after every major workout.

This is important because you are at a higher risk of injury if you do not take the appropriate

steps beforehand.

I personally like to stretch for about 15 minutes and do a light jog when I first begin

because This warms up my muscles and gets me in the right mindset.

Secondly, I would like for you to begin every workout with a goal and slowly progress forward.

So What exactly does this mean?

For me this means a specific distance or amount of active calories burned for the workout.

Each time I jump onto the elliptical machine I increase the amount of time, incline, and

/ or amount of calories I would like to burn.

This way I am always helping my body become better associated with its environment.

Remember, every time you have cardio scheduled into your workout plan, It does not have to

be a rapid increase in the above mentioned criteria.

Personally I try to increase at least once every week.

You also have to remember that we are targeting your overall transformation for the long term.

That entails that you have time to progress.

Some may increase at a faster pace.

Others are free to go about it at there own pace.

Third, Although it is not necessary, I highly recommend buying some sort of workout watch

that tracks your heart rate, calories burned, and distance.

I personally use an apple smartwatch to keep track of my workouts on a daily basis.

However, You are free to experiment with any type that has the previously mentioned abilities.

Last but not least, make sure that you have the right mindset.

If you are not doing this whole transformation for yourself then you are doing it for the

wrong reasons.

As you may recall This whole transformation is based on the principles of the Coachington

movement which is outlined in your members only portal.

Again keep your mindset right, follow the above steps, and believe in your transformation.

----- Now let's get into Coachington's take

on the whole cardio Initiative.

Obviously we know that cardio is not essential to fat loss but as you may recall we are focused

on the long term effects.

We know that cardio is important for improving your cardiovascular health.

We also know that it is important to maximize on all opportunities to lose weight.

I am sure that you remember the 95 to 5 rule.

Right?

The 95 to 5 rule states the following:

95% eating healthy and 5% killing it at the gym.

While cardio is not necessarily needed to lose fat, it can play a beneficial role in

the fat loss process when you reach plateaus and sticking points.

At this point you are probably saying huh?

Well the funny thing is, so am I.

For the longest time I thought cardio was the key to a successful transformation.

However, after years of experimenting.

I found that cardio is important but not as important as your diet choices.

You must eat healthy and if you do not then cardio will do nothing.

Plain and simple.

Like I said before, keep a great mindset and work your way into a healthy lifestyle.

Use cardio as a first resort for health.

------ Now let's take a look at your cardio plan

for the next few weeks.

I know that it is difficult to start new routines but I also know that it going to be super

easy to hold a routine if you are prepared for what is to come.

As your workout routine may be different from the plan I am suggesting, you may use this

as a reference to aid you along your journey.

Week 1: 2 sessions per week, 20 minutes per session AND a 5 minute cool down.

Week 2: 3 sessions per week, 25 minutes per session AND a 5 minute cool down.

Week 3: 3 sessions per week, 30 minutes per session AND a 5 minute cool down.

Week 4: 4 sessions per week, 30 minutes per session AND a 5 minute cool down.

Week 5: 5 sessions per week, 35 minutes per session AND a 5 minute cool down.

Week 6: 5 sessions per week, 40 minutes per session AND a 5 minute cool down.

We will be going with the HIIT approach rather than low intensity steady approach.

This entails the following.

You are free to use any of the machines or outdoor style as you please.

Interval Plan:

Minutes 1-2 (Easy Resistance) Minutes 3-5 (Moderate Resistance)

Minutes 6-9 (Difficult Resistance) Minutes 10-11 (Moderate Resistance)

Minutes 12-15 (Difficult Resistance) Minutes 16-17 (Moderate Resistance)

Minutes 18-21 (Difficult Resistance) Minutes 22-24 (Moderate Resistance)

Minutes 25-26 (Easy Resistance) Minutes 27-32 (Cool Down)

Bottom line...if you want to lose weight, don't rush out and live on cardio.

Take a chill pill and Relax, you have the meal plan made for you.

Now all you have to do is slowly ease into the workouts and cardio sessions.

Again keep your mindset right, follow the above steps, and believe in your transformation.

2017 Ford Flex Review - Duration: 5:01.

The 2017 Ford Flex is a great crossover offering from Ford that many may over look due to its

radical styling and box on wheels appearance. However, the there are many benefits to the

Flex that you may have never considered. This is a spacious family vehicle with seating

for up to 7 and an abundance of cargo space. With best in class seating and storage capacities

the Flex leaves the rest cramped. Built on the same platform as the Explorer the Flex

has a comfortable but solid footing. Let's take a closer look at the Ford Flex.

Outward appearance aside let's take a look at the interior. The Flex provides standard

seven-passenger seating capacity. But that's just for starters. It also has best-in-class

second- and third-row leg room. Add available amenities such as the one-touch PowerFold

and tumble third-row seat, and you have a vehicle ideal for a large family and for hauling

around sports equipment or a ton of luggage when on vacation. It is also a very comfortable

ride with plenty of space for adults in the second and third rows, your knees don't

even come close to the front seats in the second row. An available multipanel Vista

Roof provides natural light for passengers in all three rows. Add convenience features

such as the available heated steering wheel, heated and cooled front seats, dual-zone electronic

features include standard AdvanceTrac with Roll Stability Control and available Intelligent

all-wheel drive. A backup camera is standard and with assist grid line makes backing up

easier than ever. Sync 3 is now available in the Flex and is an easy to use, responsive,

and features voice activated technology. Experience the smartphone-like touchscreen with impressive

responsiveness. You'll also find a sleek user-friendly interface to help you connect

to and control your smartphone. Locate your favorite restaurants with simple destination

entry via the optional navigation. SYNC 3 is fast, smart and easy to use. Crank up the

Flex makes life on the road smart and convenient with a host of optional amenities. The Blind

Spot Information System or BLIS with cross-traffic alert can identify a vehicle entering your

blind spot and alert you to its presence. Adaptive cruise control not only maintains

your set speed, but will also slow the vehicle when it detects traffic slowing ahead. With

active park assist, Flex virtually parallel parks itself with just a bit of input from

you on the brakes. Intelligent Access with push-button start allows you to unlock and

start the vehicle while your key's in your pocket and when activated, rain-sensing wipers

automatically clear your windshield of precipitation.

With its stylish and bold exterior Flex is distinctively different. Bold lines and design

set the Flex apart from anything else on the road today.

The distinctive grille features chrome on the SE and SEL or

a sophisticated satin-aluminum finish on the Limited. The bright dual exhaust tips, standard

on all models, add a touch of flair. On the hood bold FLEX letters let traffic know what

is coming and a satin-aluminum liftgate appliqué set off the rear in style. Sleek chrome door

handles come standard on both SEL and Limited. The available alternate roof color option

The SMART Way To Goal Setting - Duration: 3:16.

On today's video I'm going to show you why you've been taught goal-setting wrong your entire life.

Hi, I'm Jason Everett from Business Refuel

Where we give you all the tools you need to fuel up for the business week ahead.

If you were like most people, you were probably taught the SMART goal setting process.

If you were to Google it online, SMART is an acronym that stands for

Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time Table.

That's what most people think about goal setting. In fact they teach that in tons of classes on goal setting.

There is a problem with goal setting that way and it's the word that feels like nails on a chalkboard.

It makes me crazy. It's the word Realistic.

What does the word realistic really mean? Your version of realistic is probably different from my definition.

It's probably different from everybody else's version of realistic.

If you think about it achievable is probably the word that is very similar to realistic.

I actually knock out the word Realistic and replace it with word Reach.

If you are actually goal setting appropriately, you will often not hit your goals.

This might sound a little crazy and you might say, Jason, "What's the point of goal setting if your not going to hit your goals?"

Let me put it this way, I believe that you should be constantly reaching for things

that are just outside of your grasp.

For example: If you are a pole vaulter and you are trying to pole vault you should always set the bar a little higher

than what you are able to achieve in that moment.

It will actually cause you to think differently. In my mind that's what goal setting is all about.

Causing you to think slightly differently to get you to a different set of outcomes

This will get you to bigger and better result you are after.

A good mentor and friend of mine named, Mac Newton talks about setting goals is like putting a goal

at the end of the hallway and as you walk down that hallway on either side of you on the right or on the left

more doors will open up and the goal and the intention of setting that goal is to get you in motion

and to get you moving. Every time you come to a new door on the right or on the left you can open that door

look down the hallway and decide if that goal is better than the goal that you were already after.

Goal setting is designed to get you in motion and get you moving and as new goals present themselves

you might need to change your goal.

A lot of people who set goals correctly don't actually hit their goals because they find new and better goals.

This gets you in motion and get you going to where you want to go.

Don't fall in the trap, where most people try and set "Realistic Goals"

because that will set you up to fail and only allow you to achieve things that you already think possible.

If you think it's possible, that is not really a goal.

It's just an action item that is on your to do list.

Extricating ourselves out of �old loops� � creating a *New* Loop � Ancient Future

Healing!

Rewinds of the old are playing like a loop of times past � (this is different than

timelines, the loops are within timelines).

Pushing, wanting to move forward.

So many games are being played in the Astrals or in the Spirit energy.

So we need to protect not only in the human but in Spirit as well and link the two.

Two worlds- double 11:11.

One in the human and the other in Spirit blending and balancing the two.

As many are caught or �get lost� in between.

So many that are not awake or conscious in the Human operate from the Spirit or in the

Astrals.

Those that are �nice to our faces� but we feel something doesn�t feel �quite

right�.

These souls who have been �playing games� for so long.

Taking our power back from years of psychic and emotional abuse.

Stepping out of our immediate bubble taking it another step or level out � a new bubble

extending out further.

It�s raising our energy above, coming from unconditional love and speaking our Soul and

hearts truth � another level a new level.

Raising it up and above at a new level.

It�s not letting our guard down as we love so much.

It comes to what are our energy boundaries?

Our new boundaries of feeling what depletes us or doesn�t feel right.

Speaking our real core truth as this is bringing up old fear � as a lot of fear is coming

up in speaking our new truth/s.

A whole NEW Ancient level of fear.

Gaining new confidence.

As old anxiety is coming up � in pulling away from things we did in the past that was

okay at one time that is not okay for us now.

Once a step is taken it gives us new confidence and frees us up!

And then we raise above the old and this helps us to empower ourselves.

So they (others) are in the old loop and we are in a new loop and they can react and don�t

like that we are not doing what we used to with or for others.

Talk and reply in the Astrals when we are not able to in the human�it is very very

powerful.

As we slowly extricate ourselves out of old loops.

Be aware of getting caught up in others� loops that are playing or replaying.

Time to create a new loop or loops!

Remember it is a process of separating from old loops and forming a new loop or loops.

Of being aware we have double energy, that of the human and also of Spirit � 11:11.

As this is not just Ancient wounding/healing�this is Ancient Future Healing.

And all shared here is only the tip of the tip of the iceberg as to all else that that

has come to share�

I am away at the moment in bringing through this insight/information and past posts are

a lead-up to what I am sharing here and now.

Common maneuvers in stunt riding include wheelies, stoppies, and burnouts. Sport bikes have become a common vehicle for stunts. Stunters - BIKE STUNT EPIC Stunters are a controversial subculture of motorcycling. Stunters perform motorcycle stunts on sportbikes, both on public roads and in private venues. Some stunters have organized commercial teams. BIKE STUNT EPIC Equipment BIKE STUNT EPIC Scrape bar BIKE STUNT EPIC Crash cage Stunters will modify their motorcycles to better adapt them to the sport. Stunting equipment includes: BIKE STUNT EPIC Frame sliders — These large knobs are attached to a motorcycle's frame to protect the fairing from damage should the rider lay down the bike. Also used by many non-stunters. Frame sliders should not be considered a substitute for a cage when learning how to stunt. Although Frame sliders will reduce the damage to the plastics and certain parts of the bike they are not enough to keep from cracking motor cases and or cracking the frame itself. Crash cages — These cages provide more protection from damage than frame sliders. Mostly used by stunters. There are many examples of cages on the market today and a vast array of different designs and styles. It is very important to check around based on the type of bike you have as to what cage will work best at maximizing the protection for your specific motorcycle. A cage should be one of the first things purchased when learning how to stunt due to the fact that most drops and falls will occur during this time. BIKE STUNT EPIC Subcages — Subcages are very similar to crash cages, but for protection of a different sort. While crash cages are protection for the frame itself, motor mounts and cases subcages focus on protecting the subframe of the motorcycle. In certain subcage applications will also eliminate the stock passenger pegs and relocate them to a different spot which is more becoming for staggered stance wheelies among other tricks. These pegs will in some cases be solid mounted to eliminate the possibility of them folding up on the rider when doing wheelies on the passenger pegs. BIKE STUNT EPIC front Upper Stay — Meant to replace the upper stay on the motorcycle which usually holds the upper fairing and gauges in place. This is only necessary when running a full fairing bike and is meant in like fashion as both the subcage and crash cage to protect the front of the bike and provide increased stability for the front end of the motorcycle. This will not save the front fairing from damage. BIKE STUNT EPIC 12 o'clock bar — 12 bars, as they are referred to, are commonly used on stunt bikes. These bars attach to the subframe of the motorcycle and are used when 12ing the bike. These bars are meant to scrape the ground in place of the exhaust or tail section. Furthermore, with the introduction of the 12 bar came an array of bar tricks which all occur while the motorcycle is resting on the bar itself. These tricks include but are not limited to the ape hanger, watch tower, and various other acrobatics while the bike is on the bar. Only used by stunters. BIKE STUNT EPIC Hand Brake — The handbrake came onto the stunting scene much later and in actuality within recent years gained popularity. With the sport pushing its bounds into new territory came tricks that involved the rider in a position in which he cannot access the rear brake to control the balance point of the motorcycle. When tricks such as seat standers, highchairs, and spreaders came on the scene at first it was not necessary to use a handbrake, however these tricks quickly developed into scraping while in a highchair or spreader which involved the use of a hand mounted rear brake Round bar— A variation of the 12 bar, round bars are becoming more and more popular nowadays with riders straying away from bar tricks and increasing the technicality of Circle combinations. A round bar is the same principle of a 12 bar as far as scraping the bar instead of the tail section or exhaust with one difference. I'm here because I want to tell you a little bit about what I write and why I write, and

In 2008 when I was pregnant with my first son, I started writing about my experiences

being pregnant and I connected with a lot of other moms online.

Since then, I've had another child, a miscarriage, a couple of crazy surgeries, and I've reentered

the workforce.

Now my sons, Oscar and Calvin are 8 and 5-years old and we have a lot of fun together.

Our family loves to go on on vacation.

We love to travel to places like Walt Disney World, Washington, DC, and just about anywhere

else we can go.

I love living in Raleigh, North Carolina and and a lot of our adventures are right here

at home.

There's a lot going on when you're a mom and I love to talk about the experiences; the

highs, the lows and all the fun stuff we get to do.

You'll see a lot of my family life, you'll see some encouragement, some tips and some

little hacks to make life easier.
