Putin Just Threatened Our President Trump and America With Something HORRIBLE

Right when you thought the world was FINALLY destined for success with President Donald

Trump, Vladimir Putin goes and accomplishes something crazy.

Prior today, Russia alongside Iran and Hezbollah issued a THREAT to the United States:

"From now on we will respond with force to any breach of red lines and America knows

our ability to respond well."

Isn't it obvious?

So fundamentally what they said was whether we EVER assault Syria again, Russia will assault

the United States!

Iran felt free to took the danger much further.

The Ayatollah tweeted, "If G7 ultimatum to Russia brings us to real war, what is your

trust in @realDonaldTrump as a wartime leader & @BorisJohnson as his lieutenant?"

See what I mean?

They truly just called for REAL WAR in the event that we conflict with their little "coalition."

Game of Thrones Theory: The Dornish Master Plan - Duration: 12:55.

Whats going on guys Carmine here and welcome to another theory video, this time we'll be

focusing on the Dornish Master plan, created by YouTuber and co-host of the Game of Thrones

podcast: Preston Jacobs.

Now this theory is very old, almost 3 years as of April 2017 and it involves many characters

and story lines removed or replaced in the HBO television show.

This video does not contain spoilers for the show but it does contain some from the books,

however, If you're someone who has not read the books and plan on to do so in the future

then I promise you this will not overly spoil your enjoyment..

This video is also a prelude to the second episode of the Game of Thrones podcast where

we will discuss the Dornish Master plan in detail, but in this video I will outline the

basics of what you need to know and how most of this master plan comes together.

Now the Dornish Master plan is this grandiose scheme of Doran Martell in an attempt to destroy

House Lannister and everybody associated with them who had a hand in killing Doran's sister,

Elia.

Doran has even said he hates Tywin and has worked towards his downfall ever since they

told him of his sister's death.

So Doran has been waiting for almost 20 years for the perfect opportunity to strike and

he is a patient man but some see his patience as a weakness.

In fact, in the Game of Thrones television show, Ellaria gets onto him about the fact

that he does nothing while the Lannisters kill his family.

In the books, however, he has been waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike at his

enemies with lethal efficiency.

Now we're led to believe that Doran's master plan is to have his daughter, Arianne, marry

Dany's brother Viserys and his backup plan to his other son, Quentyn, marry Dany.

However, if Doran is the careful planner that we're led to believe he is, then he wouldn't

just rely on marriage proposals to take down the richest family in Westeros.

Hes got other things cooking up behind the scenes and the War of Five Kings sets this

all up perfectly.

First lets start with the Master plan targets: Doran wants Tywin Lannister killed for ordering

the death of his sister, he wants Amory Lorch and The Mountain killed for carrying out the

deed and he wants both Jaime and Cersei taken out because his plan also includes destroying

all that Tywin holds dear so they must suffer as well, even King Tommen who in the books

is only 9 years old.

But keep in mind that simple assassinations won't do.

Sure you could hire some random person to do it but a quick death means nothing to Doran

unless they suffer first.

Also their deaths need to mean something, for example: hiring someone to kill the mountain

in his sleep or poisoning his food means nothing unless the Mountain is able to confess before

his death and that requires careful planning.

The Mountain needs to go down on Doran's terms.

This will be difficult but not impossible.

Now that we have our targets, how will we go about in taking them out?

what assets does Doran have? first he has his brother Oberyn whose resume would put

many men to shame.

Oberyn has traveled throughout Essos learning about poisons and even dark magic.

He has also studied at the Citadel so he likely knows more than the average person and he

joined a mercenary company for a time before forming his own group.

Oberyn's background of poisons, religion, the citadel and his time in Essos seems to

be in lined with another Mercenary company: the Brave Companions.

Now in the show they are never introduced but replaced with Roose Bolton's men.

For example: in the books the Brave Companions are responsible for Jaime losing his hand,

in the show this is carried out by House Bolton's best hunters.

The Brave Companions are described as being a mix of men from all over the world, but

when Jaime encounters them he notices their diverse members as being mostly from Esoss

and even some dornish men in the mix.

Another one of their members includes Qyburn, who also seems to have connections in Dorne,

Essos and has studied at the Citadel and knows quite a great deal about poisons and other

dark arts.

Preston's idea here is that the Brave Companions were formed by Oberyn himself when he spent

time in Essos, gathering as many men as he could who shared his views and ideas and once

the plan starts to unfold you'll get a better understanding

Because throughout the books they do some weird things that any normal mercenary company

would never do.

For example they were initially hired by the Lannisters to ravage the lands of their enemies

but eventually the group turn on the Lannisters and side with House Bolton.

Which makes no sense considering the Lannisters have much more money than the Boltons do.

What is the motivation here?

It seems counter intuitive to being a group of people that fight for money to fight for

the side that has less of it.

Whats even more weird is that they kill Amory Lorch and feed his body to a bear.

Which makes no sense considering Amory Lorch has lands and some amount of money, they could've

held him prisoner and demanded cash for his return yet they go out of their way to make

sure hes killed and by a bear no less which means there is no body to showcase to let

people know not to mess with you, its the whole point of putting heads on spikes outside

your territory.

Normally when you want to be successful at being a Mercenary company there are two important

things: Money and Reputation and these guys apparently care nothing about those.

Their actions make no sense...unless they're working for someone with an ulterior motive.

Amory Lorch is one of the people Tywin goes to, to carry out dirty deeds and they made

sure to dispose of him in a brutal way and that means one of Doran's targets has been

taken out.

As for why Amory Lorch was killed by a bear and his remains possibly gone?

well...if there were a body then Tywin could try and pin the death of Doran's sister, Elia,

on Amory Lorch, which Tywin does try to do but because there is no body to present the

Martells then it makes Tywin's words meaningless.

Pinning the death of Elia on a man who may or may not be dead without proof would not

give the Martells any comfort or appeasement.

In fact it'll piss them off even more that Tywin would try to make that claim without

backing it up.

So now we have this random mercenary company taking out one of Doran's targets...doesn't

mean they're actively working for the Martell's interest...right?

Amory Lorch was a Lannister lackey and when they switched sides the only logical conclusion

would be to kill the Lannister men.

But here is where it starts to look a little suspicious...

Eventually Brienne and Jaime run into them and Vargo, the leader, orders Jaime's hand

to be chopped off, which again, makes no sense considering this is the son of Tywin Lannister.

Tywin would pay an insane amount of money just to get his son back and in one piece

but they just mutilated a prized assets.

Again we're shown that money means nothing to these guys but this also works into Doran's

favor once again: With Jaime's dominant hand now missing, he is worthless.

All he has is the Lannister name, he is no longer a competent fighter and his position

in the Kingsguard becomes almost pointless.

Roose Bolton is not pleased about this and it becomes clear that the Brave Companions

are acting on their own.

In fact, Roose orders them to go out and kill Lannister men but they spend most of the time

destroying churches that belong to the Faith.

And they do this on a large scale, not just destroying one or two but many and this seems

to cause a movement of holy men.

In fact when Brienne is traveling across the Riverlands she encounters the future High

Sparrow and several other sparrows and he tells her that they are marching to King's

Landing to demand protection from the king.

We're lead to believe that the sacrilege of the Brave Companions caused the Sparrow movement.

Now as for Oberyn, who is still a crucial piece of Doran's plan, He heads to King's

Landing with the intent of challenging the Mountain and making Tywin pay.

Joffrey's wedding and the promise of a seat on the small council is a perfect excuse for

Doran to send Oberyn in his stead, that way Oberyn can carry out the bulk of the plan.

Eventually Oberyn does fight the Mountain and carries out some sense of justice for

his sister but he loses the fight and his life.

But he could've won had he not done two things: Slow the effects of the poison and demand

a confession.

Manticore venom kills instantly when it reaches the heart and Oberyn does manage to cut The

Mountain several times and yet nothing happened, he also demanded the Mountain confess to killing

Elia.

Oberyn is known for his skill and speed and against the Mountain that is all you need

but Oberyn wanted him to confess before he was taken down, in fact at various points

during the fight Oberyn had the Mountain on the ropes but held back because he still needed

that confession.

However Oberyn came prepared for every single scenario.

See...He knew his speed and skill were enough but on the off chance that he would lose,

before a confession was made, he made sure that the Mountain would still die an agonizing

death with the poison he used on his spear.

Regardless of the outcome, the confession and the poison were crucial to the plan.

But one question still remains: How did Oberyn know he would fight the Mountain?

I mean...you can't just go there and demand to fight someone out of nowhere and expect

that person to show up.

Is Oberyn a lucky guy?

Did he somehow knew that Joffrey would be killed and that Tyrion would be blamed and

eventually fight for him as his champion?

No.

Oberyn went to King's Landing, originally, to kill Tywin with poison and he intended

to be caught and put on trial.

He would then request a trial by combat so he could fight the Mountain and thereby take

out both targets in one visit.

In fact, it is believed that Oberyn did accomplish what he set out to do, when Tyrion confronts

Tywin in the bathroom, it looks like Tywin has been there for quite some time because

Shae, who was in Tywin's room, had been asleep.

Tyrion also notes that Tywin didn't look so good, almost like he drunk some poisoned wine

himself.

So how do we know that Tywin had been poisoned?

well...during Tyrion's trial, Grand Maester Pycelle is accusing him of stealing some of

his poisons and he describes one of them called: Widow's Blood which causes death by constipation.

So even if Tyrion didn't kill Tywin with the crossbow, he would've died eventually.

So now that Tywin and the Mountain are dead... who gets to examine their bodies?

Qyburn, who if you'll recall was a member of the Brave Companions and is also a major

part of the master plan.

You see...Qyburn gains Cersei's trust because he was the one who healed Jaime.

She also relies on him to deal with Tywin's death and to work in secret for her benefit

by examining the Mountain's body to learn of what magic Oberyn used in prolonging the

poison's effects.

Qyburn eventually gets onto the small council by Cersei's invite and advises her on a variety

of matters: such as having Jon Snow killed after he becomes Lord Commander and more information

on Maggy the frog who he believes used blood magic.

He even offers to dispose of Cersei's allies and enemies in an effort to expand his experiments.

So you get the idea that Qyburn has become close enough to Cersei that he is one of her

most trusted allies...or is he?

Now this is where the plan come together: The Brave Companions basically created the

Sparrow movement and from that the Sparrows head to King's Landing to ensure they're protected

by the King.

When they get there they basically take over the minds of the small folk and put in place

their own religious leader, the High Sparrow.

Eventually when Cersei is arrested she should be ok because no matter what charge they throw

at her she can counter with trial by combat, she has one of the best fighters in the continent

by her side.

right?

Wrong.

The Brave Companions made sure that Jaime would lose all fighting ability when they

captured and mutilated him.

Qyburn then comes in and offers to make Cersei a new champion: Robert Strong a.k.a the zombie

Mountain and the creation of this monster is all due to Oberyn's poison that just wouldn't

let him die.

But the Mountain has to die...during the fight with Oberyn he confessed to killing Elia Martell

so Cersei had no choice by have Qyburn send the Martells the Mountain's head.

Qyburn does this but he has the flesh from the head removed and when it arrives in Dorne,

the Martells are obviously suspicious of whether or not this is the Mountain's head.

Oberyn's daughter Nymeria is quick to call out the bullshit on this and says "No one

saw the Mountain die, and no one saw his head removed.

That troubles me, I confess, but what could the bitch queen hope to accomplish by deceiving

us?

If Gregor Clegane is alive, soon or late the truth will out.

The man was eight feet tall, there is not another like him in all of Westeros.

If any such appears again, Cersei Lannister will be exposed as a liar before all the Seven

Kingdoms."

Nymeria implies that Cersei is the one trying to deceive them...but what if this decision

to strip the Mountain's flesh was all Qyburn's doing and, if he is an agent of Doran Martell,

then he would follow Cersei's orders but do so, so that the Martells would not receive

the peace and justice they want.

By sending a random large skull they would not know if this is the Mountain and therefore

no peace between Lannister and Martell will come.

But Nymeria mentioned the Mountain's height and she's right.

The guy was 8ft tall and if someone like that ever appears again then they'll know Cersei

is a liar...and as it turns out, Cersei is a liar, all thanks to Qyburn, because her

new champion is as tall as he was and always wears his armor.

If you were trying to hide someone's identity in plain sight then that's probably how it

would be done.

So to recap: We have Oberyn's very own mercenary company, the Brave Companions, mutilating

Jaime, killing Amory Lorch and causing religious turmoil in the country.

We have Qyburn gaining Cersei's trust but actively working against her interest and

we have Oberyn taking out Tywin and the Mountain.

Keep in mind that the master plan goes deeper than this and there are more elements to it,

such as religion, history, Dornish Law and even Dragons.

And we'll be discussing all of these in the next episode of the Game of Thrones Podcast.

Let's take a look at a normal capnogram of a healthy pediatric patient.

Here we're going to look at CO2, which is plotted on the vertical axis, and time, which

is plotted of the horizontal axis.

Each CO2 wave can be broken down into four distinct parts or phases.

Phase 0 occurs during inspiration.

As a child inhales fresh gas from the mechanical ventilator, it passes by the CO2 monitor sensor,

down the endotracheal tube, and into the lungs.

You can see here that the concentration of CO2 is zero during this phase.

Phase 1 begins as inspiration ends and inhalation begins.

The volume contained in this phase in the mechanical dead space mixed with some anatomic

dead space of the conducting airways.

The partial pressure of CO2 during Phase 1 will be zero or very close to zero.

Phase 2, the next phase, is sometimes referred to as the mixing phase.

It contains a mixture of anatomic and alveolar dead space gas mixed with alveolar gas, which

is high in CO2 concentrations.

You can identify it readily in the capnogram by identifying this rapid rise in CO2 until

the plateau phase.

The third and final phase of the capnogram is the Alveolar Plateau Phase.

The volume contained in this phase contains alveolar gas.

You can see here that there is basically no movement or really observable changes in CO2

concentration from the beginning to the end of the breath.

The end tidal CO2 can be identified usually at the end, but sometimes depending on the

device, we'll just look at the highest level of CO2 observed during the entire exhalation.

The end tidal CO2 is the number that will be displayed and labeled as end tidal CO2

on the monitor and should be reported during practice.

The Benefits Of An Open Mind

The metaphysical has had a bad reputation when it comes to well known scientists who

rely on logic.

The most common notion is �If I can�t see it , I don�t believe it�, personally,

I believe that only fools see with their eyes and then instantly begin to believe.

People need to look far more deeper than that before coming to a conclusion about something

so enormous like the origins of the universe.

It is even possible that our human minds can�t even comprehend the true explanation as why

we are all here.

There are so many unexplainable things in this world that simply get put off as a hoax,

or a conspiracy.

That�s because the majority of the world relies only on their 5 senses (Sight, hearing,

touch, smell, and taste) and completely dismiss anything more than that.

There are 6 senses, it cannot be explained but that extra sense does indeed exist.

Intuition is the 6th sense, even Albert Einstein believed that it existed.

He was a very special case, his open mind, keen intellect, lust for change, and contempt

towards authority allowed him to see many things that others could not.

He took theories from other top Physicists and called them flawed.

He took a took a theory from one place, then added it to another, then added his own 40

page thesis on it, expanding it even more.

He did not just blindly listen and follow those who were already well established and

famous.

He challenged them and he dared to dream, which resulted in some of the greatest achievements

in history of humankind.

Einstein also believed in a higher power.

He said that everything in the Universe has order, and that everything has a vibration.

He he even went as far as to say that everything is predestined.

However, he made it very clear that he was not religious, and he completely shunned the

idea of a �personal god� who could meddle in the affairs of our daily lives.

At the same time, he loathed atheists who would wrongly misquote him time and time again,

even stating that he thought they were too close minded.

As logical as Albert Einstein might seem to the world, he heavily relied on his 6th sense

and creativity to accomplish what he did.

It�s what set him apart from his peers, allowing him to contribute to the world in

a long and lasting way.

We desperately need more Einsteins in the world to uncover the secrets of the Universe,

and to spread, and promote free thinking.

We need the population of today to understand that it�s okay to be different, and that

it�s okay to think outside

of the box.

LGBT is not NSFW - Duration: 5:42.

You probably know that recently YouTube came under fire because people realised that when

you use it in restricted mode, which for example is used to protect children from harmful content,

pretty much any lgbt-themed content was restricted.

And a lot of people were shocked!

I have to admit, I wasn't quite, because this is nothing new.

If we stay on the topic of media, this has been an ongoing problem in movie rating for

example.

The Motion Picture Production Code also known as Hays Code in the 30's and 40's and 50's

was pretty strict when it came to homosexuals on screen.

It was a point in the code called sex- or sexual perversion which pretty much meant

no intercourse between people of the same sex.

But that was a long time ago, right?

Now after the Hays Code got a lot less strict and people were much bolder about it it still

wasn't the best of times for homosexuality on screen.

While pretty much every point in the Hays Code was broken and was accepted when it was

broken, homosexuality wasn't quite, it was very strict what kind of gay person you were

allowed to show on screen.

So it always ended in pretty terrible representation of villains and dead people.

And even though the Hays Code doesn't exist anymore there's still a rating system in America.

The MPAA determines the rating for the movies you get to see in theatres.

And it turns out they're not very gay-friendly either.

Harmless movies like G.B.F- Gay Best Friend, Love is Strange or 3 Generations get R ratings

or threatened with R ratings, not because there is any sex scenes or any violence in

them, but because simply because two men kiss in it and sometimes even just because there's

words.

3 Generations has no explicit content except for words about trans identities.

And even if you go on IMDB and check the Parent's Guide, there's the column Sex & Nudity which,

you know, warns parents about sex scenes, sometimes even kissing or, you know, conversations

about sexually explicit things and if you take a movie, like a family movie like Night

at the Museum 3, something they do mention is that one of the characters has like three

throwaway lines about possibly being attracted to other male characters.

They're very throwaway lines and I wouldn't call them explicit but they're there.

And that wouldn't be so bad but they do not care at all about the fact that another character

clearly talks about being attracted to girls and wanting a girlfriend and flirting with

girls, that's not in it.

And these kind of ratings and warnings exist because the presence of a queer person is

automatically assumed to be unsafe for children because these identities are thought to be

inherently sexual.

And a big issue is that a lot of Americans don't seem to realise that they have this

problem.

And they seem to be very proud of not being aware of this.

For example when the Beauty and the Beast director announced there's going to be a gay

character, you know of course the conservative right freaked out and everyone was like "You

know they're our problem area, don't listen to them we're all very progressive and very

excited" and that was great but then a country like Malaysia announced they want to censor

it or even not show the movie at all and everyone freaked out like, how can you be so homophobic

and treat a harmless movie this harshly?

And nobody seemed to realise that their own country is very harsh with rating harmless

gay content.

But this isn't about movies or youtube videos, this is what's happening just in real life.

You know, even tho these actions may be also perpetuating it, but they are a direct result

of the idea that lgbt identities are inherently something sexual and people who identify with

them are perverts or sexual deviants and children need to be kept safe from them and they're

not supposed to be in public places.

This is why people don't want trans people to use whatever bathroom they want to use,

because this is going to keep them out of the public.

And that is such a big problem.

And the big, big reason why this is such an issue is because if kids don't get exposed

to lgbt identities in harmless movies or just queer people existing around them, they will

probably grow up to be confused and irritated with themselves and even hating themselves

and this is such a big reason why lgbt kids are driven in such masses to depression and

even suicide.

And I know this took a really dark turn but this is a problem that a lot of people don't

realise that we still have.

And even thought this isn't exactly a light-hearted topic to chat about, I wanna know what you

thought when you heard about the youtube restrictions, or perhaps what was the most outrageously

homophobic rating you've ever seen on a movie, or if you've even been aware that this was

happening.

So the first thing I'd like to talk about is the principles behind brain swelling in

terms of the Monro-Kellie Doctrine, which you may be familiar with.

Essentially this doctrine states that the cranial compartment is incompressible, so

the volume inside is a fixed volume.

There are three things inside the cranium that make up its volume, brain tissue, blood,

and CSF.

Because the volume is fixed, these three things maintain an equilibrium such that when the

volume of one component increases the volume of another decreases.

For example, when a lesion, such as an epidural hematoma, adds to the brain volume, there

are compensatory decreases in CSF and Venus volume, as you can see here.

However, at a critical point, the CSF and blood buffers are not able to compensate for

changes in cranial compartment volume.

That is, when the volume increases too much, usually at volumes greater than 100 to 120

mL, the intracranial pressure begins to rise as well, as you can see here.

At this point, the intracranial pressure begins to skyrocket with changes in intracranial

volume.

And what we're trying to prevent here is reaching that critical point where brain swelling increases

so much that the intracranial compartment is unable to maintain its pressure.

And this is important because the amount of intracranial pressure that we see is directly

related to the cerebral perfusion pressure, which is the driving pressure the brain is

seeing in terms of delivering oxygen and other key nutrients to it.

And cerebral perfusion pressure is defined as the equation, as you can see here, mean

arterial pressure minus the intracranial pressure.

So for any constant mean arterial pressure, you can see that as the intracranial pressure

starts to rise, your cerebral perfusion pressure starts to drop, which means that the brain

will start to see less nutrients, less oxygen, which can have deleterious effects on the

brain in terms of ischemia and cell death.

And typically, when we talk about managing cerebral perfusion pressure, we think about

minimum targets by age.

And we'll get into this a little bit in a few minutes.

But you can see here that less than 4 years of age, we try to target cerebral perfusion

pressure around 50 millimeters of mercury.

Anywhere between 4 to about 10 years of age, we target around 60 millimeters of mercury

as a minimum target.

And greater than 9 years we start to think of them more as like an adult and target cerebral

perfusion pressure around 70 millimeters of mercury.
