WHY US-PAKISTAN RELATIONSHIP IS GETTING INTO TROUBLE? TOP 5 FACTS - Duration: 8:11.

President Donald Trump warned Pakistan on Monday that Washington will no longer tolerate

Pakistan offering "safe havens" to extremists.

Trump declared, outlining a new US security strategy in South Asia, "We can no longer

be silent about Pakistan's safe havens for terrorist organizations".

"Pakistan has much to gain from partnering with our effort in Afghanistan.

It has much to lose by continuing to harbor criminals and terrorists."

Going further, Trump suggested that military and other aid to Washington's nuclear-armed

ally is at stake, if it does not clamp down on extremism.

He said, "We have been paying Pakistan billions and billions of dollars at the same time they

are housing the very terrorists that we are fighting, that will have to change and that

will change immediately.

It is time for Pakistan to dedicate to civilization and order and peace."

USA has provided Pakistan more than 33 billion dollars in aid since 2001,after the world

trade center attack.

The aid was provided mainly to support the country's counterterrorism efforts, specifically

against the Taliban and its allies active in Afghanistan.

The majority of US assistance to Pakistan is from the Coalition Support Fund.

It provided reimbursement to Pakistan for expenses incurred, & compensation for facilities

made available to the coalition forces, such as the Shamsi & Dalbandin air bases.

In this video, Defense Updates looks at 5 reasons WHY US -PAKISTAN RELATIONSHIP IS GETTING

INTO TROUBLE?

So, lets get started.

On May 2, The US Navy SEALs successfully killed Al Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden.

The SEALs flew into Pakistan in Sikorsky UH-60 "Black Hawk" helicopters equipped with

top-secret stealth technology.

One of the advanced choppers was rendered inoperable after it crashed into the wall

of the terror chief's compound.

The SEALs attempted to destroy the helicopter, but parts of the helicopter, including its

tail, remained intact.

The Pakistani Government, allowed Chinese technical team to come in and take photographs

of the remains.

They were also allowed to touch, inspect and examine components of the nearly destructed

chopper.

This was done despite, explicit requests from the CIA not to.

In late 2013, China conducted a flight test of a Z-10 helicopter, which closely resembles

the Black Hawk.

Z-20, improved version of Z 10 is currently in development phase, and is expected to enter

production in 2018.

So, Pakistan basically help china copy US tech.

Pakistan has long been supporting terrorism in India, and has ceased to stop it.

It has terror training camps in its soil, & infiltration attempts through Line of control

have taken place with active support from Pakistan military & I.S.I.

In 2015, total incidents of infiltration (successful & unsuccessful) stand at 151.

Pakistan has also protected high profile terrorist leaders.

For example it protects, Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, the chief of Jama'at-ud-Da'wah who is responsible

for 26/11 Mumbai attacks.

Saeed, is an internationally designated terrorist, & USA has placed a bounty on him for allegedly

inciting Kashmiris in separatist activities.

The Jama'at-ud-Da'wah is also designated as terrorist organization by the United Nations.

US has recently designated Syed Salahuddin, leader of the Hizbul Mujahideen, as a "Specially

Designated Global Terrorist", he currently lives in Pakistan under the protection of Pakistan Army.

U.S.A found Osama Bin Laden found hiding in a walled compound less than a mile from Pakistan's

elite military academy.

It does not require one to be exceptionally intelligent to understand that, the Pakistani

authorities protected him.

Evidences suggest that the I.S.I chief, Lt. Gen. Ahmed Shu ja Pasha, knew of Bin Laden's

presence in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

Hussain Haqqani, the former Pakistani ambassador to US conceded that someone in Pakistan clearly

protected bin Laden from 2006 to 2011.

In addition, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (the principal architect of the 9/11 attacks), Ramzi bin

al-Shibh (key facilitator for the September 11 attacks) as well as many senior terrorist

leaders like Abu Zubaydah, Abu al Libi and Sheikh Said Masri have all been captured or

killed inside Pakistan.

Last year the leader of the Afghan Taliban Mullah Mansoor, has been killed by a US drone

strike in Pakistan.

North Korean has acquired material for creating nuclear bombs, but how was it possible when

it was under sanctions?

Pakistan sold nuclear materials to North Korea.

Analysts in US said, Pakistan Energy Commission (PAEC), has supplied restricted items like

'Monel' and 'Inconel' to North Korea, in violation of UN sanctions.

They added that the China Atomic Energy Authority (CAEA) had received a written complaint that

supplies of a Chinese company, Beijing Suntech Technology Co. Ltd, were being diverted to

North Korea, by the Pakistani authorities.

In effect, Pakistan has procured these sensitive items from China and has passed them along

to North Korea.

Pakistan seeks to turn Afghanistan into its backyard and put the government under its

sphere of influence.

It seeks "strategic depth" in Afghanistan for Pakistan's competition with India.

For that it has backed terrorist activity in Afghanistan.

It is maintaining and protecting the Taliban, to use them as a proxy force to gain control

over, and eventually dominate Afghanistan.

Pakistan was responsible for the evacuation of about 5000 of the top leadership of the

Taliban and Al-Qaeda who were encircled by Nato forces in the 2001 Invasion of Afghanistan.

This event, known as the Kunduz airlift, which is also popularly called the "Airlift of Evil",

involved, several Pakistani Air Force transport planes flying multiple sorties over a number

of days.

These activities have not ceased till date.

Apart from Taliban, Pakistan is supporting the Haqqani network, Islamic State and Al

Qaeda as per most US strategic experts.

It must be noted that these organization are responsible for killing US troops.

The previous Obama and Bush administrations opted for diplomacy and financial aid for

coaxing Pakistan to work in a regional alliance.

But as evident from points discussed in this video, those have not worked.

US lawmakers have been increasingly getting frustrated with Pakistan.

President Trump unlike previous presidents, is taking a much stricter stand in dealing

with Pakistan.

Top 7 Introverted Teen Problems (The Struggle is Real!) - Duration: 10:17.

Top 7 Introverted Teen Problems (The Struggle is Real!)

The teens are tough for anyone.

But being an introverted teen comes with its own specific set of painful problems.

There is the pain of wanting to belong, but instead, always feeling out of place.

There is the absolute agony of always understanding, and never being understood.

Then, of course there is the confusion of having a personality that turns inward when

everyone is pushing you to be more outgoing.

As an introverted teen, you also struggle with the pain of constantly being forced into

places (i.e. school) that highlight just how different you are.

Isn't it ironic that being quiet and observant is something that makes you stand out nowadays?

You are the black crow in a crowded jungle of parakeets.

You are simultaneously ignored and singled out for your quiet nature.

So, yeah, being an introverted teen isn't easy.

In fact, I'm going to show you top 7 introverted teen problems.

Be sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't miss any interesting

update in the future guys.

Hopefully, this video will help you see that you're not alone, even if you desperately

want to be.

Here are 7 introverted teen problems that show that the struggle is real for young introverts:

1.

Pretending to be immature in order to fit in.

As an introverted teen, you tend to be more introspective and reflective than many of

your friends.

While others focus on the superficial, you think and feel deeply.

Basically, you are an old soul in a teen body.

This isn't exactly the norm in your high school, so you force yourself to be more superficial

and fun.

You act immature so that you don't get called out for that weird inner Yoda thing you've

got going on.

Here's my simple advice for you:

A wise one you are.

Change you should not.

2.

The loneliness of being misunderstood.

They say that loneliness is the human condition.

I prefer to think that loneliness is the result of human conditioning.

When you enter your teens, the pressure to fit into a narrow definition of normal is

at an all-time high.

You are conditioned to behave in a way that makes others feel more comfortable (smile

more, talk more, make lots of friends!!!)

But acting this way makes YOU feel about as comfortable as a cat taking a bubble bath.

If one more person asks you why you're so quiet, you'll want to scratch their eyeballs

out (but you won't because, as an introvert, you hate drama and conflict).

You're backed into a corner: Conform and feel exhausted, and lonely.

OR be yourself and get singled out for being different.

The latter can leave you feeling just as worn out and lonesome as the first option.

Thankfully, nowadays you can go online and quickly find people who really get you, introverts

are more like an online extroverts.

3.

Bullies.

As an introverted teen, you've likely experienced some kind of bullying.

It may not have been the violent, overtly aggressive kind that you see on T.V., but

it was bullying nonetheless.

Bullies are people who make you feel small so that they can feel big and important.

They might do this by teasing or insulting you.

"You're weird," says the puffed up bully, "why do you act like that?

What's wrong with you."

Bullies think that your quietness is a sign of weakness, an invitation to be dominated

and controlled.

For a while you might be tempted to believe them.

Don't.

Quiet wisdom will take you further than loudmouthed ignorance.

Be patient, and stand your ground.

It will get better, I promise.

4.

Feeling overwhelmed by the other humans at school.

Are you the kid that always sits at the back of the class?

Do you count the minutes until lunchtime is over so that you can get the hell out of the

crowded cafeteria?

Do you get home feeling completely flattened by the weight of the day even though nothing

stressful seemed to have happened?

If so, you're not alone, and there's nothing wrong with you.

As an introverted teen, you are more prone to feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by the

school environment.

Think about it, schools are giant buildings crammed to capacity with other humans.

Most of these other humans spend a whole lot of time talking at you, and little to no time

listening to you.

All this talking and peopling is incredibly mentally exhausting for introverts.

This is because you have a different threshold for outward stimulation.

After a while, you need to be alone, and turn inward.

And that's okay.

5.

Being underestimated because you're quiet.

This one sucks so much.

You have all these amazing thoughts, ideas, and emotions inside you, but you can't express

them as freely as the extrovert sitting next to you.

So, people assume that there's nothing going on in there.

They think you're boring, or stupid.

Little do they know that you do know the answer, plus a whole lot more.

You are just keeping quiet about it because you don't feel the need to verbalize every

passing thought.

This is one of those things that can change if you want it to.

You can get better at expressing yourself in ways that feel more natural (like writing!).

Just remember this: you don't need to say a lot to show the world who you really are.

You can be quietly compelling, and inwardly expressive.

6.

Parents pushing you to get your extrovert on.

As an introverted teen, things will be especially rough if your parents don't understand your

introversion.

Your mom and or dad might buy into the idea that you have to be outgoing, popular, and

extroverted to succeed in life.

Because of this they push you to go out more, do more extracurricular activities, and make

more friends.

The operative word here is MORE.

They don't understand how exhausting this is for you.

They don't see that less really is more for quiet sensitive introverts like you.

If you're lucky, your parents did a Google search and found an article on "how to parent

an introverted teen", and they are starting to let up on you.

If you're not so lucky, they found all sorts of articles on mental illness, and decided

to "diagnose" your introversion as something that needs to be cured.

For the record, introversion is simply a personality type that 1/3 to 1/2 of the world's population

shares.

It's not something that needs to be fixed or changed.

Embrace it baby!

7.

Finding friends you actually like.

Contrary to what many believe, introverts do want and need human connection.

As an introverted teen, you face the challenge of finding friends who don't drain the life

out of you.

This can be tricky because your quiet nature often attracts overbearing, bossy types.

You may want to connect with the other introvert in your class, but neither of you is willing

to make the first move.

Popularity can also be a problem for innie teens, but not in the way you might think.

I know this might sound like a contradiction, but there are actually plenty of popular introverted

teens.

Introverts are perfectly capable of making lots of friends.

The hard part is feeling a real connection with these friends.

Oftentimes, popularity is just loneliness in a different dress.

Even though you are surrounded by people, you still feel just as misunderstood and different

as ever.

Here's the advice for the introverted teen

At this point in your life, it may seem impossible to get others to understand and accept you,

which is all the more reason to make it your first goal to fully understand and embrace

your true self.

Read blogs and books on introversion, sensitivity, and Myers-Briggs personalities.

If that sounds boring to you, just look up funny memes on these topics, and you'll

get more or less the same result.

You'll feel like maybe you're not such an unloveable anomaly after all.

You're an introvert, and that's pretty awesome.

A question for introverted teens

What say you introverted teen?

Do you relate to the problems I shared here?

What else do you find challenging about being an introverted teen (okay, I guess that was

three questions, but you don't have to answer all of them!).

And finally, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Do you experience these struggles as teen introverted.

SPIN REVERSAL in Table Tennis, what is it and how it works. Which rubbers are needed to do ENG SUB - Duration: 6:25.

Hello! My name is Aleksej Sypachevskij. And this is channel TT-Maximum.

Now I'm going to tell you about reverse spin in game.

Reverse means turn in the opposite direction

and is used in table tennis terminology,

when opponent, for example, spun topspin to me and I returned the ball, saving this spinning, he made, to him,

and as it came back, the trajectory of the ball changed, and topspin became underspin.

The spinning is the same, but trajectory of the ball changed, that's why, topspin became underspin.

This is reverse.

Except reverse, you may return the ball by making your own spinning, instead of coming one.

It's called to overspin the ball, regardless the way it came.

Or you may cancel, "swallow" coming spinning.

You make take the ball with coming spinning in such way, that there will be no spinning and return ball without spinning.

But we are talking about reverse.

Which way is reverse made?

Reverse may be made in different ways.

Some people think, that it's made only with spiky or anti-spin rubbers, and not with pips-in rubber.

It's a mistake.

It's even easier to make reverse with pips-out or anti-spin rubbers,

but also is possible with not with pips-in rubber.

You just need to take ball in other way and it will be harder to do from technical point of view, if to compare with spiky rubber.

Generally, you may make reverse spin with any type of rubber.

Let's come to types.

Playing with long pips. If it's slightly grippy or non-grippy (frictionless) long pips,

well, frictionless pips have been forbidden at the Championships for 10 years already, but still exist.

Slightly grippy or frictionless pips help to make reverse at any coming ball,

if to just return it, there probably will be reverse.

If pips are not grippy, they are for making reverse only.

If pips are slightly grippy or frictionless , you may return the ball by reverse or return ball in other way without spinning.

It's one of the basic movement of professional defender:

to take attacker's topspin and return the ball to him with spinning or without it.

To make attacker make mistakes.

To make him mix super heavy underspin with flat, or otherwise.

If to speak about the most frequent and effective way to make reverse with long pips,

is underspin shot against topspin.

So, the ball comes with top spinning, player underspins it with long pips, and reverse is made.

The ball spins in the same direction it was spinning by the racket and returns, and if it's made correct, the spinning is even harder.

Other pips are also able to make reverse, but long pips make it much better in this case.

While playing on the table, long pips also make reverse, in blocking topspin,

in classic block there is slight reverse, in chop-block, putting the racket down, - stronger.

While taking a serve, reverse is also made.

Short and medium pips also make reverse, but differently from long.

And not everyone knows, or even saw in the game, but didn't pay enough attention, pips-in rubbers also make reverse.

Reverse by pips-in rubber may be made while playing underspin shot against topspin.

Not every defender, who plays underspin shot by pips-in rubber is able to make reverse.

I see, most of them always make their own underspin.

It's underspin, yes, but it's made by adding own spinning, and not reverse.

but in underspin shot reverse may be made by pips-in rubber.

And it's important, if opponent plays difficult top- or under-side shot,

you may return them with pips-in rubber

without making own spinning or save it.

So, player made side shot, you return with pips-in, the ball comes in an arc, opponent tries to offense

and doesn't take in the consideration, that it comes spinning he made, and he will definitely fail.

It's small part I wanted to tell about reverse, I may tell much more about it.

If you have questions, leave them below. I'll try to answer to them.

My name is Aleksej Sypachevskij. And this is channel TT-Maximum.
