Mayweather vs McGregor Money belt: how much is it worth?

This is what theyre fighting for. Well, with a few million dollars thrown in too. The WBC has created a special Money belt ahead of Floyd Mayweather and Conor Mcgregors fight of the century in Las Vegas.

Conor McGregor is making his professional boxing debut tonight while Mayweather will be looking to win the 16th title belt of his career.

The belt, which will be claimed by the winner of Saturdays fight, contains 3,360 diamonds, 600 sapphires, 160 emeralds and approximately 3. 3 pounds of 24-karat gold, and it also features the names of both combatants.

In order to celebrate this event between the WBC hero and the UFC hero, Conor McGregor, the WBC has created the Money Belt, said WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman at the final press conference at the MGM Grand on Friday night.

This belt has 3,360 diamonds, 600 sapphires, 300 emeralds, 1. 5 kilograms of solid, 24-karat gold and alligator leather that comes from Italy.

Mayweather, who has won world title in five different weight division, was uncharacteristically respectful during the pairs last press conference. Conor McGregor has had a hell of a career, hes still got a hell of a career, said Mayweather.

Hes a hell of a fighter, hes a stand-up guy, hes a tough competitor. Its going to be blood, sweat and tears on Saturday.

Im pretty sure he has had a tremendous training camp. Now it comes down to the two competitors, going out there, displaying our skills and giving the fans what they want to see. The best fighting the best.

Hes the best at what he does, Im the best at what I do. Conor McGregor has reiterated his belief that he will beat Mayweather inside one round.

I am very happy with how camp has gone, everything has been absolutely amazing and I thank my team, said the UFC icon.

We are prepared for twelve three minute rounds of non-stop pace, I will come forward and put the pressure on and break this old man.

He has made a big error with the 8oz gloves, I now have the decision to end it inside one.

He messed up there, we usually fight in 4oz gloves and in eight, I will break through whatever is in front of me.

Conor McGregor will travel to Ibiza and party if he beats Floyd Mayweather this weekend. Cono McGregor The UFC fighter faces boxing legend Mayweather in a mega money match-up in Las Vegas.

McGregor is confident of causing an upset despite the odds being stacked against him and will head to the Spanish party island to celebrate if he does win. He said: "After Saturday, I'm hitting Ibiza.

"Two of my friends are getting married. We have a nice big 100ft yacht. We are going to Ibiza to celebrate.

"I am supremely confident here. I'm going to break him and going to do it easily." McGregor believes his fight could be the start of more MMA fighters coming over to boxing to earn big.

The Irishman could earn £70m from this fight – seven times more than his biggest pay day in MMA. This fight is expected to generate over £700m for the fighters, those involved in organising it and the city of Las Vegas.

He said: "I think criss-crossing will happen a lot more now. Everyone will see this and how big it is.

"This is amazing and I'm grateful to be a part of it. Las Vegas is going to do well out of this, so is he (Mayweather). "Everyone is living it up. We are all doing great.".
