Celebrity Big Brother star Chad Johnson clearly has a taste for fame as he's seen licking the show's winner Sarah Harding

CELEBRITY Big Brother winner Sarah parties Hard-ing to the night. The Girls Aloud star, 35, celebrated her reality TV win on Friday night by cosying up to her co-star Chad Johnson - who was pictured trying to lick her face.

Chad Johnson was pictured licking Sarah Hardings face after she romped to victory.

Sarah Harding won Celebrity Big Brother. The pair were spotted getting intimate at The Village Hotel in Watford, Hertfordshire until 4am after developing a romance inside the house.

American TV star Chad, 30, clearly has a taste for popstars. It comes after the singer confirmed shes split from her boyfriend after performing a sex act on Chad Johnson on TV - and that she has no regrets about cheating.

The Girls Aloud star shocked fans by striking up a romance with the US hunk - and shes now revealed her relationship with plasterer Aaron Lacey is over.

Sarah, 35, was seen getting frisky with Chad while they were lying in bed after weeks of snogging and canoodling - despite the fact the Girls Aloud member was dating Aaron when she went on the show.

Viewers accused her of having full sex with him, and her secret boyfriend was later pictured looked devastated.

Sarah Hardings romance with Chad Johnson got steamy in the house. However in her first interview since leaving the house, Sarah says she doesnt regret a thing: "I never regret. I don't like to look back on my life and have regrets.

I don't look back in hindsight. "In life the only thing you can do is learn from your mistakes and maybe next time approach it differently.

Sarah appeared to perform a sex act on Chad while they were lying in bed .

Sarah and Chads budding romance started with a snog in the kitchen. She added: I obviously dont have a boyfriend anymore.

I was in a very brief relationship, it was literally a matter of weeks so it wasnt very serious. Every day in the house is like week.

He [Chad] soon became a very good friend to me, and we got a lot closer and I just had to weigh up the options.

Dating someone for three or four weeks you dont get what we had from how much time we spend together in the house, it felt like six months.

Previously Aarons identity was outed by The Sun - and a pal revealed he was devastated at seeing what Sarah was getting up to on TV.   Sarah Harding defends cheating on her boyfriend with Chad on CBB after winning.

Standing Up for Free Speech on Campus (OCON 2017) - Duration: 1:30.

I don't think most people on college campuses agree that we should

shut down other people. The issue that we're facing is, or the question we all

have to grapple with is, are we going to allow them to to get away with it? Are we

going to allow this vocal minority to sort of set a standard for the whole

country? Or are we going to stand up to them? And and on all

the free speech events we've had, I've been delighted to see how many students

come out, and it's usually filled with the students who really care about

grappling with ideas. But what they need to do is they have to be

willing to stand up. They have to be willing to say, "I disagree with this." They

have to be willing to say, "This idea that you are no more than your race, sex, etc.

etc. is utter nonsense. We're all individuals. I'm not part of your tribe.

I'm a thinking being. Don't purport to speak for me. I will speak for myself and

I goddamnit have a right to speak for myself." So that's, I mean, that is what

people have to be willing to do.

Health Tips for Entrepreneurs - Duration: 3:43.

trying to find the time to eat healthy and exercise can be next to impossible

as a female entrepreneur how many of you have sat down at your desk to answer

just a few emails and then four hours later you realize four hours has just

passed and you haven't even moved from your chair so in today's video I'm gonna

give you a few tips to help you start eating healthy and exercising because

it's important for you to take care of your health because if you aren't

healthy your business isn't healthy so stick around hey guys my name is Trena

if you are new here and welcome to another episode of just the tips in

today's video we're talking about entrepreneur health and how you can get

healthier as an entrepreneur so one of the things that I do every single week I

try to do really hard is to meal plan I'm not just talking about what

breakfast lunch and dinner I'm also talking about snacks because as we sit

at our desks and we work away and we don't really think about how hungry we

are when we do take a minute we're starving and we're ready to ravage

anything that we can find whether that be chips popcorn ice cream whatever is

available so I will plan out two snacks every single day whether this be

chickpea muffins yes chickpea muffins and they are good or trail mix with like

almonds and goji berries and chocolate in them I always have two snacks plan so

that I'm not over eating at dinner or at lunch and I'm not eating unhealthy

snacks the next tip I have for you is setting time to exercise I used to be a

morning exerciser but after having two kids mornings just aren't for me so I

tend to work out right before lunch because I fall into that afternoon wall

right before lunch so by exercising before lunch it gives me that boost of

energy and it's kind of where I can find time to actually exercise now when it

comes to exercising I know you might be thinking I got to go to a gym I don't

have a treadmill I don't have weights no worries what's great about YouTube is

there are free workout routines on YouTube so some of the best workout

routines that I do without any exercises are hit workouts high-intensity interval

training workouts some great channels to check out our tone it up and Blogilates

they do a a lot of workout videos where you use

your own bodyweight to work out this way you can sneak in a quick 15 minute

workout and not have to worry about driving to the gym or dropping off your

kids are pulling yourself away from your computer because you can just pop in the

other room do 15 20 minutes and you're instantly improving your health by 20

minutes another tip I have for you is to set a timer on your phone to get up

every 15 minutes I know I can get sucked in the video editing and before I know

it I've just wasted three hours and I haven't even moved by setting this timer

not only can you get up and stretch but you can start to add in quick exercises

like squats or push-ups or lunges so not only are you getting those juices

flowing into your body again but you're working out your toning your arms your

toning your butt so why not just set your alarm and do a quick like five

minutes of squats and push-ups to not only get your energy up but to also tone

up I would love to hear what tips do you have for female entrepreneurs who are

struggling with their health and exercise and just trying to be healthier

Opportunity for Connection - Duration: 2:46.

Welcome to the University of Minnesota!

Beginning college at the U of M is a powerful opportunity.

It is an opportunity you share with thousands of other incoming students from over 140 countries,

who speak languages and have lived experiences different from your own:

Some of you might be leaving home for the first time or might be the first person in

your family to attend college.

Some of you might come from a small town that was quiet where everyone knew everybody and

you could see the stars at night.

Now, you are in a big city and you can't help but notice its beauty and chaos.

Some of you come from much larger cities like Beijing, New York, or Seoul and the Twin Cities

feels like a small town, where you might be more easily recognized.

Some of you will continue to live with your families and are commuting to campus, and

you are learning to balance your time on campus with your family responsibilities.

Some of you are questioning your identities in the amazing spectrum of gender, sexuality,

political beliefs, and spirituality, and you wonder where are your people, who will support

and connect with you.

Some of you are introverts who are continuously learning to live in a world built around extroverts.

Some of you have disabilities and have to figure out how you will be supported to gain

access to new opportunities.

Class of 2021, you are entering a powerful and intense time in our country with unprecedented

challenges and conflicts.

The University of Minnesota is actively working to be a diverse and inclusive institution,

and you will be called to rise up when you see injustice.

But before you solve any problems, know that you will make mistakes, and sometimes you

will be disappointed, and inevitably disappoint others.

At times, you might feel lost as you enter this University, but pay attention to who's

around you.

Who are you choosing to make connections with?

Who are you afraid to talk to?

Who are you curious about?

Whose life inspires you?

Who can you make long-lasting friendships with?

Don't forget that learning on this campus happens beyond the classroom.

Push yourself to learn from someone who might look different from what is familiar to you.

Speak with someone who may challenge the way you view the world.

Take a risk.

Ask questions.

Connect beyond what you currently know.

This is the shared opportunity for connection at the University of Minnesota.

Let's show more respect for everything that is alive - Duration: 5:02.

Hello, welcome at this new vlog of Belicons.

Nice that you are watching.

This week my blog and vlog are about barn fires.

In The Netherlands hundreds of thousands of animals die each year in barn fires.

And the way the government tries to stop this shows that they regard these animals as nothing

more than just economic goods.

And that isn't right, for this is a terrible death for the animals in these barns.

When I was reading about why the problem of barn fires still hasn't been solved, I read

an article on a website of a TV program that was very impressing.

It was about veteri narian Arabella Burgers who could not stand any more to see the suffering

of the animals in the livestock farming and decided to do something about this.

It is of course great that she does this, but it's also sad that it's necessary.

There are inspectors who just don't dare to fine companies who mistreat animals and

there are veterinarians who just say that something is no animal suffering although they know it is.

And unfortunately, this is hard to change.

This made me think about other cases in which we don't stand up for something that is weaker than we are.

For example the elderly.

I don't know what it is like in your country, but in The Netherlands a lot of money that

should go to the care for the elderly isn't spent on the elderly at all.

Fortunately, there are people who stand up against this too.

For example Jan Slagter who has built a nursing home in which they don't need any managers

and in which the administrative work is levelled down to whatever is really necessary.

But he also said that he could only do this because he has a large network and he could

raise the money because on his own.

But for other people this will become very difficult.

Banks didn't want to give him a loan since both the city and the housing corporations

didn't want to vouch for him because they didn't think it was their job to do so.

And that shows that there really is a system here too that isn't easy to change.

So in case of livestock farming and in case of the care for the elderly, we see similar things happening.

We see a system in which there is suffering, but the system is as complicated that this isn't easy to change.

And the problem is money.

Meat and eggs can only be as cheap as they are now when the production costs are very low.

So as long as animal products are as cheap, there won't be any money left to give the

animals a pleasant life.

And the same that goes for care for the elderly.

A lot of money goes to things that have nothing to do with care.

Managers, stockholders.

Jan Slagter mentioned that some nursing homes even hired a PR communication expert.

And all this money is not being spent in ways in order to give the elderly a pleasant life.

And in both systems the ones who are suffering don't have the opportunity to stand up for themselves.

They depend on others to do so.

Fortunately, there are people who do this and because of them we all start to realize

that things really need to change.

But these individuals cannot change the whole system.

So we all need to do what we can to help them.

But the question then is: 'How?'

Well, I think that this starts with having more respect for everything that is alive.

An animal that has been born to be eaten has the same amount of feelings and emotions as

an animal that we pamper as a pet.

So as long as it is alive it deserves to be treated with respect.

And that will cost more money and thus we need to regard it as normal

that animal products cost more money.

But since we don't need to eat and drink animal products each day, we don't need

to worry about that.

And also an elderly person who is demented can have a lot of fun in life and deserves that.

So when you know an elderly person in a nursing home and you see that he or she doesn't

get enough care, then try to find out where the money is being spent on and share that story.

Maybe that nursing home has a PR communication expert too?

Care for the elderly should really revolve around the elderly and livestock farming should

revolve around the animals.

When we all start to realize that and stand up, then things can really start to change.

Let's remind each other of the fact that everything that is alive deserves respect,

for the more we start to realize that, the quicker we can change such systems.

These are my ideas.

Let me know what you think, on Belicons or on YouTube.

And don't forget to mention your arguments of course.

I'm really curious and I will see you next week.

Bye!
