I Hate Myself for Recruiting You - Duration: 2:03.

Alright interview time, where are you?

You said you'd be here now it's quarter to two

I'm really trying, cause I wanna hire you

Hey Jack it's a fact they're shootin' you down

I turn my back and you're nowhere around

Not goin' back and forth, don't like lookin' like a clown

I think you blew this job in every way

You wasted time now the manager's gone away

I hate myself for recruiting you

Can't believe that I listened to you

Not gonna walk, no more running after you

Cause I hate myself for recruiting you

I think about commission night and day

You stole my time now the headcount's gone away

I hate myself for recruiting you

Can't believe that I submitted you

Don't want to talk, no more call backs from you

Cause I hate myself for recruiting you

Aussie Mustang buyers must wait 12 months for safety - AMAZING NEWS - Duration: 3:07.

Aussie Mustang buyers must wait 12 months for safety upgrades following two-star crash test

Ford Mustang is getting a safety upgrade in Europe and the US later this year, but Australia must wait until mid-2018.

A CRITICAL safety upgrade to the Ford Mustang won't reach Australia for another 12 months, even though it will be introduced later this year in Europe and North America.

Ford plans to change the Mustang's airbag calibration after it scored two stars out of five for safety in a round of European crash tests — versus a five-star rating in the US which uses different criteria.

Customers in Europe and North America will get the changes in November — but the updated Australian cars won't arrive until the middle of 2018.   The Ford Mustang scored a two-star safety rating following crash tests in January 2017.

Ford has confirmed there is no way to "retro fit" the airbag safety upgrade to the 11,377 Mustangs sold locally since 2015 — or to the thousands of examples to be delivered between now and the mid-2018 update.

In the January crash test at 64km/h, the heads of the driver and front passenger dummies "bottomed out" and struck components behind the airbag.

Ford subsequently supplied data to European authorities showing it had updated the airbag software to perform better in the 2018 model.

However, the European safety body did not crash test an updated Mustang to verify the changes — and the score for occupant protection remains unchanged.

The updated airbag modules are among a suite of changes — including automatic emergency braking and lane-keeping technology — due to go into production for left-hand-drive markets in September, with the first customer deliveries in November.

They coincide with a facelift distinguished by a sleek new nose.

The safety upgrades will arrive with the facelifted Mustang (above) due mid-2018.

Ford says Australia is not due to get the updated Mustang — with the host of safety changes — until mid-2018 because right-hand-drive production of the new model does not commence until early next year.

When asked why Ford could not introduce the updated airbag modules as a "running change" in the interim — before the facelift arrives — a spokesman said: "The safety upgrades are coming to Australia on the 2018 model year Mustang after production for right-hand-drive ramps up next year".

Despite the airbags "bottoming out" in the original crash test the Mustang had "acceptable" driver protection; in isolation this test would have earned the Mustang a four-star score.

However, the updated Mustang still only scores three stars overall with the new rating (up from two stars overall) because the rear seatbelts didn't offer suitable protection. The door also popped open in a side impact "pole" test.

Ford Australia said the three-star rating "relates to the standardisation of driver assist features on the 2018 car which saw that (portion of the test) go from two to five stars".

The company stressed "the 2015 and 2018 Mustang models both achieve a four-star rating for adult occupant protection and are safe cars.

However, under European and Australasian NCAP guidelines the lowest score in any of the four criteria determines the vehicle's overall safety rating.   Poor occupant protection in the back seats limit the Mustang's crash test score to three stars.

After the original crash test results, Ford Australia said the Mustang "meets or exceeds" government safety standards globally and the company is "committed to continued improvement in vehicle safety".

The Mustang is now Ford Australia's second biggest selling model locally (after the Ranger ute), with more than 5000 delivered in the first six months of 2017 — almost as many as the tally of 6200 Mustangs for the entire 2016 calendar year.
