hello everyone it's Alexandra and today we're gonna be talking about is it really that bad?
the range of symptoms and the degree can be as random as an MCAS attack
and knowing how bad some people with connective tissue disorders pain
symptoms are it can make minor pain seemed a little unworthy guess what
someone will always be sicker than you someone will always feel better than you
but doesn't take away from the truth of your pain in this moment because you
live in your body not theirs. Your pain and your experience
is your truth. A toddler's sore throat is probably not as bad as the one time it's
mom had strep but she's not gonna say I've been in more pain than you suck it up
well I don't know I hope they wouldn't. Because for that toddler it's
very real and one of the worst pains they've experienced so far in their life.
We all handle pain differently and you should remember that you have your body
and not someone else's and just because somebody else is struggling a little
more than you doesn't mean that you're not struggling yourself. You have the
right to slow down and stop pushing yourself, it's okay to rest. People who
are chronically ill often feel like they have to justify their pain especially if
it's an invisible illness. So remember to be patient with people and people in
pain are quicker to lash out and be irritable than people who feel fine
anyone on edge or is moody is probably in pain and don't ever be little a pain
that you haven't experienced I know that it's hard to slow down when you want to
do things but your body won't let you but you only get one of them so try and
make this weirdo meatsuit last as long as possible. Anyway until next time,
Stay comfy guys
