Waching daily Aug 1 2017

So, six months ago we got together with the University of Hawaii and its forensic anthropology

department and we pre-staged a crime scene with two victims that we had buried in a shallow grave

on campus here.

We have five blocks of instruction.

Real basics on how to approach crime scenes that include crime-scene safety, search patterns,

how to engage in crime scene photography and sketching, and how to gather evidence and

take good quality notes.

With those basic skills, our students go ahead and are dropped into a two-day field training

exercise.

School number one that participates in this is Waipahu High School.

Waipahu High School is our socially, economically disadvantaged at-risk neighborhood.

So, we have a number of high-performing students with a high degree of resilience, but come

from a very different economic and ethnic background attending Waipahu High School.

School number two that we're partnering with is our privileged all-girls Sacred Hearts

Academy, a well-known high school here in the state of Hawaii that has a rock-star STEM

program.

These are very high-performing students that are highly driven.

When I first became a police officer back in 2000 over here in Waipahu, it was a completely

different neighborhood from what we see today.

There was high crime, a lot of truancy.

In certain areas of the neighborhood officers could not go in alone.

They had to go in with two or three officers; two officers that service the 911 call in

that area and one officer to stay outside and watch the cars to make sure the cars weren't

vandalized.

It was a really—it was kind of a rough neighborhood.

So, what we're really trying to do, ultimately, the outcome we're looking to achieve are

the drastic reduction of those numbers—can we reduce violence, can we reduce drugs in

that neighborhood to make that neighborhood a safer and better place.

You learned that you've got to work together as a team, and always as a team, because you're

never by yourself.

And we ended up finding two bodies of one male and one female.

And that was actually really cool digging it up.

It definitely made me feel more connected.

You know how different police stations connect to each other?

They barely know anything about the other police station.

Yet here they are.

They're working together to solve this case and try to bring justice to this victim of it.

We're taking a lot of the core values that would make successful people in general—not

only successful FBI agents or successful FBI employees.

But what are those elements that lead to long-term success?

And trying to see if we can implement some of that in the school.

It makes me feel really humbled to think that someone would go through all this trouble

just so I could have this experience of solving a real crime.

I think it was a great experience for both sides, to look at and learn from each other.

Thanks to Special Agent Laanui and the FBI in working and building our academy, I think

our students see law enforcement perhaps in a different light now for some of them.

Now it's, hey, you know, they're here to help.

That's my friend.

We keep injecting positive messages and positive things and building positive relationships

with people, eventually the only thing that could happen are positive things.

So, there is a neighborhood and a campus renaissance that's kind of taking place.

And walking on that campus now is absolutely phenomenal.

There is nothing but really advanced learning that's taking place.

And not only learning but a zeal and an excitement about learning that hasn't been there before.

And we're really fortunate to have been partnered with this school to help play a

role in some of that.

Is LANDR Mastering Any Good? The Surprising Truth... - BehindTheSpeakers.com - Duration: 9:54.

LANDR offers automated online mastering at a fraction of the cost of hiring a pro.

But is it any good?

I compared it with a Grammy-winning mastering engineer to find out.

Keep watching to hear the surprising results.

Hey, this is Jason Moss from BehindTheSpeakers.com, and today we're going to take an in-depth

look at LANDR.

So, if you've been thinking about using LANDR to master your tracks, this video is going

to help you decide whether or not this is a good choice for your music.

Now before we dive in, if you're looking for more, I also put together a free pre-mastering

checklist.

So, this checklist will help you prepare your tracks for mastering, whether you're sending

them to LANDR, or another online service, or a pro engineer, just to make sure you get

the most out of the mastering process.

So, to download this, just click the link in the description below or in the video,

and you'll get free instant access.

Now, if you've never heard of LANDR before, it's basically an online, automated mastering

service.

So, it doesn't use human beings on the back end; it's driven by an algorithm.

You basically upload your tracks to this service and it automatically masters them, and then

it allows you to download them instantly.

And, I wanted to just try it out and see how it compared to the kind of tried and true

approach of hiring a mastering engineer like I've been doing for years.

So what I did was, I took a mix that I recently did for one of my clients, Leah Capelle.

And actually, this mix was mastered by an incredible mastering engineer, Howie Weinberg.

And so I had him master this, and then I also sent the same mix to LANDR.

And so I brought everything into my DAW, and level-matched it all, and we're going to jump

in and I just want to compare everything so you can get a sense for what the differences

are between my original mix, and Howie's master, and then the LANDR version of the mastered

mix.

So let's take a look.

Okay, so we have a couple different versions of a song here called "Joshua," by artist

Leah Capelle.

And if you take a look, you'll see we have my original mix; so this is basically my finished

mix before it was mastered.

Then we have Howie Weinberg's mastered version of that original mix.

And then we have the LANDR-mastered version of that original mix.

So we have them all right here and we can kind of flip back and forth between them and

compare them.

And I've level-matched everything, so there's no difference in level when we flip back and

forth between these different versions of the mix.

So, let's take a listen first to my original mix.

And I'm just going to play you a little bit of the chorus.

♫ And on and on ♫ Oh, meet me at the border ♫ I will meet you at the border ♫ Oh,

meet me at the border ♫

Cool.

So let's take a listen to Howie's master next.

♫ On and on, oh meet me at the border ♫ I will meet you at the border ♫

And now I just want to flip back and forth between these.

So I'm going to play this and just flip back and forth so you can hear kind of a real-time

comparison between these two.

♫ On and on, oh meet me at the border ♫ I will meet you at the border ♫ Oh, meet me

at the border ♫ I will meet you at the border ♫ Of Joshua ♫

So to my ears, it sounds like Howie kind of added a little bit of top-end air; it has

a little bit more of a scoop to it, so maybe there was some kind of midrange that was sucked

down.

It just sounds more three-dimensional and kind of larger than life.

I mean, I really like what Howie did tonally to the mix.

There's also a kind of subtle stereo image shift on Howie's master.

It sounds like the whole stereo image kind of shifts to the left a little bit.

♫ On and on, oh meet me at the border ♫ I will meet you at the border ♫ Oh meet me

at the border ♫

So it's subtle, but it sounds like the entire mix just kind of shifts over to the left a

little bit.

And I'm not sure this was intentional.

Sometimes it's a side effect of using certain pieces of analog gear, which might kind of

shift the stereo image, so I'm not sure that was an intentional decision, but just kind

of another effect of the mastering process.

Now, let's take a listen to the LANDR master next.

And I'll just play that same slice of the chorus.

♫ On and on, oh meet me at the border ♫ I will meet you at the border ♫ Oh, meet me

at the border ♫

Okay, so let's go ahead and compare that LANDR-mastered version of the mix with the original.

So I'm just going to flip back and forth between them.

♫ On and on, oh meet me at the border ♫ I will meet you at the border ♫ Oh, meet me

at the border ♫ I will meet you at the border ♫ Of Joshua ♫

So, the LANDR-mastered version actually sounds much more similar to my original mix than

Howie's master does.

It sounds like the LANDR master has a little bit more sub, so maybe there was some kind

of low end added.

It sounds like there's a little bit less of that kind of midrange information too, so

take a listen to the kind of growl on that upper part of the bass.

♫ Border ♫ I will meet you at the border ♫

And here's the LANDR.

♫ Border ♫ I will meet you at the ♫

Again, my original.

♫ Border ♫ I will meet you ♫

And the LANDR.

♫ Border ♫ I will meet ♫

So to me, it sounds like in the LANDR master, it's kind of pulled own a little bit.

So maybe there was a kind of subtle, midrange scoop.

It just sounds like some of that energy was kind of pulled down a little bit.

In terms of the stereo image, it actually sounds pretty much identical to my original

mix.

So, it doesn't sound like there was a lot of processing stuff happening there; it pretty

much sounds identical to what I had in the final mix.

So now, I just want to go ahead and compare the LANDR master to Howie's master, so we

can kind of take a listen to those both back-to-back.

So, let's start with the LANDR master, and then I'll flip back and forth between them

while the track is playing.

♫ Couldn't this just go on and on and on ♫ Oh, meet me at the border ♫ I will meet

you at the border ♫ Oh, meet me at the border ♫ I will meet you at the border ♫ Of Joshua

So, they're not super different.

But to me, in terms of the tone, I prefer what Howie's doing.

So, I like the air that Howie has on top of the mix; it just makes the mix and the track

sound just more expensive and shinier and brighter.

It sounds little bit more polished to my ears.

The LANDR master sounds just a tad muddy on the bottom and it sounds like the sub kind

of enhancement was just a little bit too much; it sounds a little bit too thick.

But in terms of, you know, dynamically, the way that things are sitting, the LANDR master

doesn't sound over-compressed to me; it actually sounds dynamically pretty identical to Howie's.

So, to my ears, there are things that I like about both of these masters.

And I was actually surprised, because I thought the LANDR-mastered version was going to be

worse.

I mean, the real surprise to me was that this actually sounds presentable.

Like, I wouldn't mind releasing this on a record.

I'd probably end up using this over my original mix.

I'd prefer, if I had to choose, I would use Howie's.

But in terms of the results, I mean this wasn't terrible.

And I actually think this very usable.

So, if you're thinking about using LANDR; if you're on the fence, I definitely think

it's worth checking out.

Now, just one thing to note here—both of these masters don't sound that different from

my original mix.

And so, if there was more to be done, I think that you might see bigger differences between

LANDR and maybe a professional mastering engineer.

Or maybe not, I don't know.

This was just one mix and one example.

So, it's important, you know, to not just assume that LANDR is the right option, because

maybe it did work that sounds good in this specific circumstance.

So obviously every mix is different.

But in terms of the results here, I think it's promising.

I mean, I would definitely recommend checking it out, and if you're on the fence I would

totally give it a go.

So I hope you found this video useful, and if you're thinking about using LANDR, hopefully

it gave you some clarity so can decide whether or not that's the right move for you.

Now, if you want to dive deeper, I also put together a free pre-mastering checklist that

you can use to prepare your mixes for mastering.

Whether you're using LANDR, or another online service, or hiring a pro, this checklist is

just going to make sure you get the most out of the mastering process.

So, to download it, click the link in the description below, or in the video, and you'll

get free instant access.

Anyways, thanks so much for watching, and if you want more mixing tips, check out my

Thanks so much.

Royal Mail, for all its problems, is a bargain at this price, says HSBC - Duration: 2:52.

Royal Mail, for all its problems, is a bargain at this price, says HSBC

HSBC has upgraded delivery firm Royal Mail PLC (LON:RMG) to 'buy', saying the valuation is compelling, despite the risks involved in holding the shares.

Delivery volumes weakness and industrial relations uncertainties have weighed heavily on share price performance, the banking giant notes, but it argues that the risk/reward ratio is favourable at the current price of 400p or thereabouts.

HSBC's 12-month price target is 465p, which is 10p lower than its previous target, though it takes no account of the value of Royal Mail's surplus property, which HSBC reckons is worth 44p a share.

The reduction has been prompted by HSBC lowering its volume forecasts for 2018 to 2020 to the bottom end of management's indicated range of -4% to -6% compound annualised (negative) growth.

"As comparatives get easier later in this financial year we think that there is a greater probability of results being better than our current forecasts than there is of a further worsening in the rate of decline," HSBC's team think.

On the thorny subject of pension negotiations, which may yet lead to the unions taking industrial action in support of a better deal, HSBC said talks are "delicate" but management's proposed defined benefit cash scheme to replace the gold standard defined benefit offering is "innovative" as, in HSBC's view, "it mirrors the actual behaviour of the vast majority of members".

"The CWU, the group's main union, remains opposed, and has vowed to ballot for strike action should management seek to impose something that has not been agreed; however, in the circumstances we think the balance of probabilities favours a strike-free agreement," HSBC declared.

With a dividend policy supported by strong cash flows, Royal Mail's yield of 6% is now one of the highest in the European postal sector and the price/earnings multiple is around 20% discount to the peer group.

This is How Your Chakras are Related to & Affected by the Foods - Duration: 12:43.

This is How Your Chakras are Related to & Affected by the Foods You Eat

BY GOSTICA

This is How Your Chakras are Related to & Affected by the Foods You Eat

There are seven chakras within the body, running from the base of the spine to the crown of

the head. Chakra is the sanskrit word for wheel or circle, because when

they are balanced they spin and allow energy to flow. Chakras can become overactive, under-active,

or even blocked, which can affect us both physically and emotionally.

You control the state of your chakras, whether its consciously done or not; therefore,

you also have the power to balance your chakras yourself. This can be done through meditation,

yoga, self-reflection, nutrition, energetic healing, crystals, or even just by being in

a high vibration setting.

Recommended: How To Balance Your 7 Chakras System Chakra Empowering

The physical realm can affect our chakras and our chakras can affect our physical reality:

They are meant to work in harmony together.

As a result, food can directly affect how your chakras work and likewise, the cravings

you get and the meals you prefer to eat can also reflect the health of your chakra system.

You may have heard the phrases eat the rainbow and the darker the food the

better it is for you, and theres certainly some truth to them because of how they relate

to the chakras!

What Does Science Say About Chakras?

Below are the results from a case study done by Dr. Pradeep B. Deshpande, a professor emeritus

at the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Louisville, which had

over 100 participants in attendance. Please keep in mind that clinical studies of more

than 10,000 patient cases with various health challenges have also been well documented

in Russia.

The aligned Chakras indicate that the subject was calm, relaxed and nourished from their

participation in the case study, which involved information on meditation, breathing practices,

love, kindness and intention.

You can also observe a smoothing of the energy field before and after the case study work

shop. Results like this were consistent with a number of volunteers.

Each individual sector or portion of the fingertip is connected energetically with

specific organs and organ systems such as the respiratory system. When the data of the

10 individual BIO-grams are collated and interpolated, an image of the entire full body energy field

is created. An example of the full body energy field from both a healthy and unhealthy/emotionally

unbalanced individual are shown below. The gaps, reduced emissions and out of balance

Chakras for the unhealthy individual are quite obvious. Dr. Pradeep B. Deshpande

How Your Chakras Relate to Different Foods

According to Ayurveda and yogic knowledge, the chakras are tied to certain emotions and

physical elements. Lets differentiate the chakras and understand how each of their roles

relate to our bodies, emotions, and food.

The Root Chakra (Sanskrit: Muladhara Chakra):

This chakra resides at the base of the spine and can be associated with security, family,

and feeling grounded. Our primal instincts and our more Earthly thoughts and actions

are tied to the root chakra.

If youre feeling a disconnect from reality or very fatigued, that could mean your root

chakra is imbalanced. Any type of stress related to survival, including financial, professional,

and housing stressors could indicate that you need to realign your root chakra.

The colour associated with the root chakra is red, so any high vibrational foods with

a naturally strong red pigment or grounding properties can help recharge your chakra.

Foods such as tomatoes, strawberries, beets, red apples, pomegranates, raspberries, and

even protein can heal your root chakra!

The Sacral Chakra (Sanskrit: Svhadhisthana Chakra):

The sacral chakra resides just below the naval and is associated with creativity, sexuality,

commitment, passion, and sensitivity. When the sacral chakra is balanced we feel sexual,

creative, and comfortable being expressive.

If youre feeling like you have low libido, a creative block, or are having reproductive

issues or lower back problems, these could all be signs that your sacral chakra is imbalanced.

The colour associated with the sacral chakra is orange, so any high vibe foods that have

a deep or bright orange colour or are fairly heavy or dense are great for your sacral.

This includes foods like mandarins, mangoes, carrots, squash, pumpkin, yams, seeds, nuts,

and oils!

The Solar Plexus Chakra (Sanskrit: Manipura Chakra):

The solar plexus is right above your naval and reflects your sense of Self, personal

power, and self esteem. When your solar plexus is balanced, you will have strong self worth

and self confidence and a greater understanding of who you are.

If your solar plexus is imbalanced, you may be self conscious and moody, experiencing

self judgement and fearing rejection and flaws in your physical appearance. You just feel

a little less like yourself.

The colour associated with the solar plexus chakra is yellow; high vibe foods that have

a yellow colour and lighter protein options can help strengthen your solar plexus. Try

eating some bananas, corn on the cob, fresh pineapple, yellow peppers, lentils, yellow

squash, and grains like oats!

The Heart Chakra (Sanskrit: Anahata Chakra):

The heart chakra is located in the centre of the chest and is all about love, gratitude,

joy, compassion, and connectivity. When your heart chakra is balanced, you feel love in

all aspects of life and express it freely without being overbearing.

If your heart chakra is underactive, you may be feeling angry, jealous, and bitter, and

if its overactive, you may be giving too much of yourself, feeling co-dependent, too

accepting or tolerating, or experiencing difficulty implementing boundaries in your relationships.

The colour associated with the heart chakra is green; high vibrational foods that are

deep green colours or are simply lighter weight foods like vegetables are great for the heart

chakra. This includes broccoli, kale, chard, and other leafy greens.

The Throat Chakra (Sanskrit: Vishuddha Chakra):

The throat chakra is located in the centre of the throat and is associated with your

ability to speak your truth and express your feelings vocally. If youre experiencing

a block, it may be difficult to communicate with others.

If your throat chakra is imbalanced you may find it difficult to express yourself in all

forms of communication, or likewise experience difficulty stopping communication or listening

to others. A strong throat chakra means you can communicate with ease, youre honest

and truthful, and you have great listening skills.

The colour related to the throat chakra is light blue, so any high vibe foods with a

light blue colour or super light foods are great for the throat. Blueberries, figs, kelp,

and pretty much all fruit in general work wonders on the throat chakra.

The Third Eye Chakra (Sanskrit: Ajna Chakra):

The third eye is located in the centre of your forehead right above the brow line. Your

third eye represents your intuition; your ability to see the truth, to see through illusions,

and to think critically.

A strong third eye indicates that youre wise, insightful, focused, intuitive, and

a seeker of the truth. If you have an overactive third eye, you may feel lightheaded and frequently

daydream. If you have an underactive third eye, you may have difficulty looking inwards,

self-reflecting, and seeing things for what they truly are.

The colour related to the third eye is dark blue, so high vibe foods with a darker pigment

like a deep blue or purple are great to recharge the third eye, as are extremely light foods.

To strengthen your third eye, try consuming plums, purple grapes, eggplant, purple kale,

purple carrots, or simply tea and other light, all-natural, plant-based beverages.

The Crown Chakra (Sanskrit: Sahasrara Chakra):

The crown chakra resides at the centre of the crown of your head and is related to inner

guidance, connection to Source, and enlightenment. If you have a balanced crown chakra, you will

be able to fully live in the present moment, understand universal truths, and trust your

inner Self.

If your crown chakra is imbalanced, you may lack self-awareness, have difficulty meditating,

or hold fears and beliefs that dont align with the true essence of your being.

The colours associated with the crown chakra are dark purple, violet, and white. It is

said that once enlightenment is obtained, one can live off only the elements. As a result,

fasting can be a wonderful way to recharge your crown chakra.

Spending time in nature, being in direct sunlight, and drinking water can all benefit the crown

chakra. Extremely light foods such as mushrooms, garlic, ginger, onion, lychee, coconut, and

other tropical fruits can also be used to strengthen the crown.

Heres a wonderful diagram to assist you:

foods-to-balance-chakras

How Do Food Cravings and Diets Relate to the Chakras?

Its important to note that all of the foods mentioned here are 100% plant-based. Like

anything else, all foods hold a vibration. For example, pesticides, animal products,

and processed foods hold lower vibrations, whereas plants have higher vibrations. The

chakras also increase in frequency as you ascend from the root to the crown. So, the

foods associated with each chakra also increase in frequency as you go up the spine.

I believe its still important to eat plant-based foods higher in protein to balance the lower

chakras, but its extremely important to eat light, fruit and vegetable dense meals

to balance your upper chakras as well.

Ancient Hindu and Yogic texts explain that once the Kundalini energy is awakened, she

wraps around the root chakra and continues up the spine, increasing awareness as every

chakra is pierced until she reaches the crown chakra, at which point enlightenment (at least

in this dimension) is reached.

Avoiding certain foods can help us do this, particularly meat and dairy. Since fear is

of a low vibration, I believe that every time you eat a bite out of an animal product that

came from a creature who lived in fear, your vibration lowers.

As a result, you may experience lower vibrational energies including fear, which can affect

the root chakra and others. This is a common belief amongst Yogis, as it is thought that

the energetic imprint left on the meat from an animal can be transferred when consumed.

Once youve awakened this awareness, cravings can start to indicate which chakras you need

to work on. For example, I frequently crave sweet potatoes, carrots, peanuts, and turmeric,

all of which are related to the sacral chakra.

I choose to give in to these cravings, giving my body (both physical and energetic) what

I believe it wants, but every time I do I try to reflect on why my body wants them.

Your body will speak to you; all you have to do is listen.

If you get cravings that clearly aid your body (such as specific fruits, vegetables,

or nuts), I encourage you to listen to your body, eat those foods, and ask yourself: Why

am I craving these foods and do I perhaps need to work on the associated chakra?

Self reflection can be a beautiful tool to figure out how your energetic, emotional,

and physical bodies are doing, and can provide you with the keys to healing yourself.

Find Out What Is Your Belly Type Says About You - Types Of Belly Fat - Duration: 5:19.

No one can deny that there are different belly types.

There are those bellies that form because of eating too much fatty food, those that

appear because of swelling or water retention, and even those that form as a result of having

given birth. Each of them needs a different approach to get them into shape.

Today's video will discuss What Your Belly Type Says about You.

What does your belly say about you?

Many women dream of having a flat stomach.

Some of them follow strict diets, and others go to the gym to work towards this goal.

However, there are some women who cant achieve their goal.

Why?

Because they dont adopt a specific approach to losing the fat on their stomach according

to their bell type.

The different belly types are:

1.

A swollen belly,

The main feature of this belly type is that they are flatter in the morning than they

are in the afternoon.

The swelling increases as the hours go by, either because of the accumulation of gas

or indigestion.

This type of belly can affect both overweight and thin women and is related to food intolerances,

allergies or sluggish bowls that appear when their diet is deficient.

This means that if your stomach is accustomed to always consuming the same foods (for example,

in the week you eat the same thing several times), you will find it harder to realize

that you have an intolerance to them.

Once you have found out which types of food are causing the problem, the next step is

to remove them from your diet.

This means consuming a different and more generous breakfast or not consuming the food

or beverages youre accustomed to, such as a cup of coffee in the middle of the morning.

We also recommend that you:

1) Dont eat too late at night.

2) Drink plenty of water during the day.

3) Consume healthy probiotics to encourage the work of intestinal flora in your body.

2.

Postpartum belly,

If you have recently given birth (even in the last two years) its possible that you

may have a belly that bulges at the bottom.

After pregnancy, the uterus sinks and becomes heavier.

You may need to wait at least six weeks for your stomach to return to normal, although

sometimes it could take much longer.

Once youre a little more relaxed and want to start taking care of your body, we recommend

consuming fish oil supplements, which help burn fat and reduce the production of needy

hormones found in food.

For your belly to be stronger you need to perform pelvic and not abdominal exercises,

because the latter are intended for muscles that are already in good shape.

The best-known form of pelvic exercises are Kegel exercises.

3.

Lower belly bulge,

This is the typical tummy of women who have very demanding careers or of mothers who are

too busy.

Women who go to the gym or diet but always repeat the same exercises and eat the same

dishes also tend to have a lower belly bulge.

The other parts of their body look good, but their lower belly bulge spoils their silhouette.

Bad habits related to this type of belly are excessive ab routines or routines that dont

change, such as always doing spinning.

These exercises burn fat from the hips, legs or arms, but not from the belly.

Moreover, good nutrition is essential to eliminate this lower belly bulge.

This will prevent constipation or bloating.

1) Eat more leafy green vegetables, whole grains and fruits.

2) Change your ab exercises and do push-ups or resistance exercises instead.

3) Start doing circuit exercises that contain strength and aerobic exercises.

For instance, you could do squats, or jump rope.

4.

Stress Belly,

Sitting at your computer and eating snacks in your office for many hours is detrimental

to health in many ways.

One of the main disadvantages is that you accumulate fat in your belly.

This belly type is characterized by a hard and prominent swelling in the area that goes

from the diaphragm to the belly button.

Its caused not only by the unhealthy food we eat, but also by the production of a hormone

called cortisol, which leads to the accumulation fat around the stomach.

If you consume too much caffeine, eat a lot of fast food and dont have fixed timetables,

then youll be more prone to developing this belly type.

Finally, you should also reduce your coffee consumption to two cups a day and do more

relaxing exercises than aerobics, such as yoga, tai chi, or walking in the park.

What is Hammertoe? | Missouri Foot and Ankle - Duration: 1:17.

Hammertoes they're in more of a genetically predisposed biomechanical

issue where the toe becomes contracted and starts to deviate up. Over time the

toe starts to buckle and it becomes prominent on top. Some people can live

forever with hammertoes. Shoe gear is always big issue with hammertoes. You need deep

wide toe box shoes just so it doesn't rub. Typically people with hammertoes

come in when they develop a corn on top from constant rubbing from the shoe gear.

Just as many men as women have hammertoes but they're again more

symptomatic in female population because of shoe gear issues. So the corn develops

and that's just dead skin. So a lot of people come in and they think corn just

trim the corn down and I'll be fine and it feels better once you trim the

calloused dead skin down the corn down but the underlying problem is the bony

deformity or the contracture of the toe and so if they don't change their shoe
