BAYERN MUNICH will face Liverpool in the Audi Cup at their home ground, the Allianz arena in what is going to be another heavyweight clash this pre-season.

Bayern Munichs annual pre-season tournament, the Audi Cup, will take place on August 1 and August 2 and consists of Atletico Madrid, Napoli, Liverpool and Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich will be hoping for more pre-season success in the Audi Cup.

Liverpool expect Mo Salah to be a key player for them next season following his £34 million move from Roma.

Bayern will enter the new season with huge domestic and European ambitions as the attempt to retain the Bundesliga and capture the Champions League from Real Madrid.

The Germans have won the league the past 5 consecutive seasons and will be hoping to make it a 6th as Carlo Ancelotti looks to win the league twice in as many seasons.

You submitted your question with several photos and you state in your question that you went

to a Board-certified plastic surgeon and you underwent a mini facelift and that everything

looked good in the beginning but you're concerned that 3 months later that the jowls

appear to have reappeared and you're asking why this happened and whether this procedure

is easy to redo.

And you stated that it looked better in the beginning.

Certainly, I can share with you my philosophy about face lifting.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years.

Facelifts have become a very big part of my practice from the beginning.

And I have participated in the many evolutions of face lifting, everything from minimal or

mini face lifting to advanced deep plane face lifting.

But essentially, we're talking about some core principles that are important to understand

and I think that there's an opportunity here for you to also understand something

that may or may not have been brought to your attention during the time of your consultation

to help you give some insight.

So for many years, the gold standard for improving the jowls and the neck skin has always been,

essentially, the facelift procedure.

And with every meeting, there are always doctors showing how their method is always the best

and lasted the most time and had the best outcome.

And I think that one of the realizations that we've had over the many years of this pendulum

swinging back and forth over time is that we have to understand that facial aging is

not about sagging alone.

And when you have a facelift, you are addressing the sagging.

What are you not addressing unless it's specifically addressed at the time of the

facelift?

You're not addressing volume loss so understanding that facial aging is both sagging and volume

loss.

Now that being said, when you have a little bit of a lift, you're essentially repositioning

sagging skin and muscle to a better position, restoring that position but you're lifting

against bone that has actually diminished and this is very important to understand.

Within the plastic surgery literature, it has been very well documented how the bones

actually change over time and that is very relevant when we do face lifting surgery.

So when I talk to my patients about a facelift, I also explain to them that there are certain

areas where it's very important to focus on to be aware as to what is the limit of

what the improvement can be and one area is called the mandibular notch, the area where

you are looking and seeing a jowl.

In that area, what it looks like it is sagging, you can also perceive that area in front is

indented.

Now that being said, you can at least understand how in our practice and what is now a strategy

in helping people who are not quite ready for a facelift or have had a facelift is to

add volume in the area where there's volume loss.

So in the mandibular notch, you can add fillers.

Now you mentioned that you have looked better in the beginning.

And I think that most doctors who perform face lifting surgery and this included oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeons, facial plastic surgeons and general plastic surgeons

is that people often do look better early is because swelling restores volume.

And so the appearance of a person can actually be younger because the swelling can make them

look more full.

And as the swelling resolves, then you get to see what is the underlying structural deficits.

So I think it's important for you to understand that it's not necessarily a procedure that

would have to be redone because as much as you may pull your skin up and say to your

doctor, "See you didn't pull this tight enough."

The reality is that the tissue will always reach an equilibrium and that the doctor,

the surgeon who is experienced knows that they can only lift and trim a certain amount

of skin and soft tissue and expect a good healing scar or well-healing scar as well

as minimize the amount of tension in the other direction to avoid pleating or tension lines

as well as to avoid a widened scar and that is part of the art of surgery, not too tight,

not too loose.

You have to have a certain amount of elasticity.

Understand that you have to turn your head, you have to be able to talk, yawn, move your

skin and so there's an equilibrium there.

So I think that the point of this is to at least, from what I would probably counsel

you if someone like yourself comes for an additional opinion, is to allow for more healing.

Allow for the skin to heal and understand that there is some degree of tightening that

can occur as part of the wound remodeling phase of healing.

Some things may get a little bit more laxed, some things may get a little bit more tight.

It's a body in motion.

It's an act of dynamic process.

And I would propose that you would look at things from a volume correction perspective.

Your doctor may be able to help you by simply placing fillers strategically.

In our practice, we do something called structural volumizing and it has been relevant for patients

who are not quite ready for a facelift or patients who would never have a facelift to

restore volume in some critical areas which are the cheeks, the jawline and the chin where

the bone loss can be significant and it may create the appearance of sagging when actually,

there's a lot of deflation than there is sagging.

And that being said, with that technique, we're able to restore an appearance that

in many ways can look like a facelift and I would even argue, in many situations, look

better than a facelift.

So we're living in a very good time where there's greater knowledge and understanding

of the basis of facial aging and there are a lot more tools to help people look their

best.

So in my practice, my goal is to do the safest, quickest recovery surgery when indicated and

use fillers as a way to help restore volume where volume is needed to create the optimal

and natural look.

So I think there's an opportunity here.

I don't think you need to abandon ship.

You don't need to expect and assume you need additional surgery.

Typically the person who is a candidate for a limited facelift generally doesn't need

revision surgery because there wasn't that much excess skin or elasticity as compared

to someone who needed a more extensive face and necklift who probably has some tissue

elasticity that can maybe progress even further and need a little bit of enhancement.

But discuss this with your doctor and explore the options about volume.

outs because I I'm gonna always do shout outs this is gonna be something and as

part of my channel because I feel as though you don't just start doing shout

voice read a disclaimer or either put something up a slide before the video

starts with me reading that disclaimer in the background before the video

starts when you make certain videos because you don't want to put your

channel in jeopardy because you have die hard fans aka groupies and dysfunctional

people and then you have a set of people let's make a fourth group that is all of

those things in one and you can have a channel going so well for you YouTube

doesn't have time when people do community strikes and copyright well

mine's wouldn't be a copyright not copyright no one stuff I'll blur

something stuff out before I even go to someone's channel anytime like in this

case I will show the person's face in their subscriber I mean their

channel name is if I'm doing a shout-out that's not copywriting anything and

it's not like invading their privacy they publicly put something on my

comment section of a video and I'm shouting them out because I like the

positive energy and vibe on my community so that

that's what my job is to do is to recognize that because I don't want to

build my subscribers around clickbait videos even if my subscribers don't like

the video that I'm updating about a youtuber good or bad like maybe one day

I'll say you know I hear Charlie chills doing great and a lot of people might be

subscribed to my channel because they think that I'm bashing Charlie chill

know I'm not bashing Any youtube create it did I make a video on I just I'm a

person who like like if I have friends around me and friends that I do have

around me I don't want no one telling me what I wanna hear

I want you to tell me what I need to hear and sometime I need to take the

same advice that I give and I'll be the first one to tell you because we all

have flaws and there's gonna be times I made a Charlie Chill video a video about

the green family as a whole make a video about kid behind the camera or angry

rapper and it'll either be an update of you know that video sucked or I'm

disappointed about that clickbait or the health of angry grandpa or how he's

doing well or how kid behind the camera I feel is always changing and I've

noticed this within a week or so of if his videos I'm gonna do updates on

everything that I see that's going on I'm not gonna just and I'm gonna also do

updates on when I get my research right on some of the even bigger youtubers

like PewDiePie Jake Paul I'm gonna say things that I that I feel about those

YouTube creators over not the facts but on my channel I present the facts

when they come available and I present what is going around floating about

alleged what's going on with Charlie chill or kid behind the camera or

Bridget west and I don't get up here and I say those are

what it is I let you decide for yourself you can you can say if you've been

following my channel and looking at my videos when I thought that somebody who

was texting me was Charlie chill and I said we regardless it is Charlie

chilling not that I would find out who the troll was whether it was Charlie

chill and I so don't worry about it being the troll but don't worry about it

the Charlie chill when I said that to all my community to my subscribers or to

my viewers people who are not yet signed up to be subscribers yet to my channel I

kept my word that's all you need to do in all your videos if you could back up

any video that you put up here and you can give them your word and then like if

it turns out to be something different when you find out something different

and you but you but you know you know is really nothing to explain if you're just

giving an opinion but if you put a video up there and you're 100% going with that

video because this is what you believe is the truth if you give somebody their

word that trust and believe you know imma give you your answer then

you you got to give credit where credit's due

I'm not Charlie chill I'm not gonna get up here and make up 101 excuses in the

Naked City which makes you look like you're a liar but I'm not gonna do that

I don't I don't know nothing but just creating content for my viewers and my

subscribers and then going on with my life outside of YouTube

because you can turn people to stop believing in that nonsense we don't need that

on this channel I want to keep it clean some people like these comments on their

on their videos because it gives them attention to their Channel I don't want

that kind of attention to my channel because like I had checked on kid behind

the cameras channel on social blade is public to the to the world he lost about

I think 400 subscribers yesterday it's in the red it's one thing when in the

green subscribers on social blade is low it goes from thousands a day to not even

close to 400 a day average signups subs or whatever you want to call them

now you're in the red as of today yesterday he has lost so many subs and

that's why we should not do clickbait videos we should not even as small

YouTube creators like myself we should not ask for people to subscribe to our

channels what to do shot outs you want real people who are gonna last for a

lifetime that are gonna be committed to your channel committed to you diehard

fans to you and you content because your content might not

always be about the green family Charlie chill I'm kid behind the camera Bridget

west anything to do with angry grandpa anything to do with the green family you

might be doing a video or a tutorial video on makeup

they might not look at it your subscribers they might not look at that

one video but they're not going to unsubscribe to your channel because they

believe in you they know that you do different videos but you also have

videos to entertain the type of videos that they looked at as well so they're

not gonna leave you they got your back that's who you want to have subscribe to

your channel don't ask for no hands out like Charlie chill he got a handout look

what happened to his channel and soon the same thing gone away that these

handouts that were given to him um when they didn't go of the way that you know

these handouts that he had got was given to him they were taking it all back they

were taking all that from his brother from him sabotaging them you know his

character by saying things you know to the public like on dramaalert

and then you know the subscribers that he got they were given to him they

want some of them subscribers weren't the ones that left his channel when he

fell cuz that's when you find all your real friends are

those were not his real subscribers that's why there not there now

not his real subscribers and when people start to get to know what the real and

the fake is the better off you'll be it is what it is you'll hear me say that

a lot on my channel so you know I couldn't have made this to me

the best video that I've ever made since I've been uploading because this is

really like like a to the bottom of my heart video that who cares if somebody

has right now 13,000 subscribers and you have 200 and you know that all they're

doing is clickbait videos they're sitting up there riding the bandwagon

and just sticking to one kind of video to get subscribers they don't care if

they're putting the truth up or not and even when they get it all messed up they

don't come out with a formal apology or an explanation if I put something out

and it's not correct I do a video and I call my

self out on it and if you guys don't know check my

record you can look at my videos I have confirmed and cleared up any videos that

I put up and I let you know that you know this is I have exposed you know the

person who was trying to act like they were Charlie chill I'm just using this as

an example and it was a troll and they even got onto my channel

and basically apologized to me and had to admit she is the real thing because I

was trolling and I was acting like all Charlie chill and she found me
