anyway so today my name is Alek I'm here answering some weight-loss questions I'm
here too let's read a question from Brenda let's just jump right into this

why is that you were basically the only one who recommends not eating at night I
agree with you but I'm just curious as to why no one else heartily agree with
you because everyone else is an idiot that's why that's a truth no but
seriously I've heard that also a lot of people are
talking about skipping breakfast a lot of people it's like everyone has the
same diet plan right everyone has the same like skip breakfast count your
calories track your macros the whole calories in calories yeah calories out
nonsense and the whole ideal is that oh you kitty food at night you could eat
carbs at night I know this guy who promotes the half day diet they
advertise that oh you eat you could eat yummy carbs at night what they're
telling is you could eat the good carbs the healthy carbs the you know unrefined
unprocessed carbs not the not the junk that you that you and I think are carbs
when somebody says carbs but not just that a lot of people a lot of these you
know you go on YouTube you see some some guy who's in great shape with with
freaking six-pack abs like Brandon Carter or Kino body or all these guys
and they're talking about the same thing skipping breakfast intermittent fasting
like waiting till you know let's say noon two o'clock you know four o'clock
to have your first meal you know you eat you basically fast the whole morning
then you haven't you know big first meal and dinner all that stuff but then you
gotta count your calories you gotta try call that nonsense I mean Jesus Christ
who wants to do all that nonsense I'm if you're a professional athlete if you're
a bodybuilder if you you know you want to get in the peak condition or
something if you're training for some kind of athletic competition you know
that's for you but if you're like the rest of us just regular people who want
to you know lose 20 pounds 10 pounds 30 pounds 100 pounds whatever it is you
don't need attract your calories that's just way too much effort you know I'll
be honest I'm like I'm a lazy person I don't want to do something so
complicated that requires all that nonsense weighing your food you know
tracking what you know well is this what kind of food is this is this like grill
is it fried is it the General Tso's chicken is it sesame chicken and you
have yeah that Fitness Pal app were you gonna you know calculon calories and all
that and they got a way it how many ounces this with look a few too many
ounces come on give me a break I mean people do that it just seems like
it's too unnecessary all right and not just that but then they track how many
calories they burn with those stupid uh Fitbit things on their wrists I mean I
get it it's a cool little gadget it's like you know it's like getting like a
digital digital like weight scale for your bathroom versus you know the analog
scale it's just it's more exact you know I had I have found I have fun with those
things too it's like oh I could measure my weight to a decimal or whatever and
every time you go to that move I like drops freaking point four pounds or
something you know it's just another gadget that's kind of cool
but you know you spend your time tracking all these stupid numbers and
numbers are really losing weight it really doesn't make much of a difference
I recently shared in one of my my Facebook page I saw this video on how
exercise it really doesn't make a difference for weight loss your your
your forgot how they put it but it was really well made video your your normal
rate of calorie burning just by being alive just by being awake just by you
know being awakened not sleeping is a huge amount so and then extra little you
know by spending an hour to exercise you're just adding a tiny tiny bit to
the already large amount of you know calories that you burn just just by
doing it nothing so I mean you know I'm not bashing exercising there's a lot of
positive benefits to it but weight loss really isn't one of them I mean it helps
a little bit so my point is you have the right eating plan that's really all you
got to do you know what I like to do you know I used to work out a lot when I was
younger but like you know you get older you get get tired of it you know making
heavy weight lifting and who you know I mean if you're 20 if you've never done
it go ahead go pursue that you know climb that mountain you know it's it's
really good to do when you're you know at a certain point your life if you've
never done it but once you've done it just like anything else like how long
can you do something for many many many years without you know kind of losing
interest you know so my whole thing was you know I got into really good shape
but you know I still had a pretty bad metabolism so I gained weight later in
life and you know my whole goal was just I just don't want one
that again like I just want to get to a point where I'm just you know I just
love them just lean and I don't necessarily have to do like crazy
amounts of exercise or just like rigorous dieting to maintain a little
weight I just wanted to find something that I could that was kind of easy to do
because like I don't want to exercise every day I don't want to go to the gym
I don't want to run on the treadmill every day I know I know these people who
do that that day you know like there's two groups there's someone who just want
the same thing to lose weight but if you make if you make them if they could get
getting too into them the fitness category you're there for life and I
know people who leave who swear by it they swear by you know they do some kind
of exercise between every day because they lost weight and they they continue
to do that to maintain our weight loss um yeah there's a lot of benefits to it
but you really don't need to it just it's just if you find the right eating
plan
thank you scared of everything so why is nobody else talking about it I don't
know I just think it's it's it's very appealing to market to people yeah you
could eat at night and you know it does kind of the whole skipping breakfast
idea kind of it's a little it's easier to sell because a lot of people already
wake up and aren't really that hungry something like you know they have a
breakfast but like you can sell them on well just you're not really that hungry
and you get more hungry you know later in the day so why don't you skip
breakfast because it's a little bit easier to do but my you know my thing is
that you know once you start down this road over though the way I do my my
system which is you know you kind of skip breakfast I mean you eat a big
breakfast eat a big launcher that you kind of chill out later in the afternoon
in the evening if you do that and you get accustomed to it
you're gonna be really hungry by back for breakfast you know wake up you know
every morning is amazing you wake up you could eat anything you want
as much as you want you know sometimes it's not that easy to eat a lot for
breakfast but you know what I you know recommend this you know have a decent
breakfast but then have a huge lunch again you could enjoy whatever foods you
want there's leave no limitation on what you could eat or I mean our homage
portions just have a good meal enjoy yourself
get get satisfied and you don't have to worry about calories you don't have to
worry about what specific foods you want to eat or not so what the hell was I
saying yeah like you know I did I did I did so many diets in my life organ you
had to try to UM you know restrict certain types of foods like it did
Adkins for a while that you know Atkins works if you can stick with it but you
know it's just so hard to do that long-term you know you kidding a carrot
you can't eat tomatoes you can't in an apple you know you're never gonna go
into the bathroom you know you're not you're not getting any any fiber you're
just all blocked up yeah when you first start you know Atkins it's it's amazing
you know you're eating cheeseburgers and uh you know without the bun and like all
this cheese and beef and butter and eggs and all that stuff it's you know go nuts
but then after a while they just really like you get this nasty feeling inside
you so um what else was I talking about so why is everybody talking about the
same thing hang on just one second guys
started to rain so I'm just making people sewing so why is everybody
talking about the same thing I don't know it seems like you know when it when
I kind of I found this plan that worked I mean I developed this plan that worked
you know I wasn't really on line a lot when I did it and then I'm getting
online to try to like you know promote the system then now I see everybody else
is talking about is skipping breakfast I got I'm I didn't I'm not in the
nutrition ministry I don't know what what's going on so I'm kind of getting
into this after the fact so yeah I see a lot of people talking about makes no
difference when you eat all it makes a difference is there is the amount of
calories but you know you know try this experiment you know like have you or
have like a you know a four hour eating window between you know 8 p.m. in the
evening and midnight ok and then go to bed you eat this a immunity to to 2,000
calories or whatever between 8 p.m. and 12 you and then go to bed and then you
know fasting the entire morning first of all that is that if it's actual torture
to wait the whole morning in daytime and evening until like 8 p.m. this is
torture this movie some people do that so do that and see what happens in the
morning you see if you gain weight or lose lean okay and then these do the
opposite is my my type of plan I mean it's a more extreme version so just get
8 a.m. in the morning till like 12:00 noon have a feast you know have freaking
5000 calories it makes no difference I mean if you want to track all that stuff
and and then see what happens I'll guarantee you you'll lose weight doing
that in the morning eating a feast in the morning and you know burning it off
the whole day versus you know waiting till night it's just torture waiting
until night time to eat or til they're late afternoon you know your body and
your brain needs food to function so you know I'm telling my I just um had a
physical and my doctor he said oh you you know you look thinner but I mean
I've been dead for a year so I'm gonna maybe I lost
let's go you look thinner like you lost weight Lynette lost weight you know I
just I'd be telling what I thought what I do I got you know I hate a lot for
breakfast and lunch I kind of you know slow down I don't don't need much at
night is it cool it'll make sense yeah you you burn everything off I'm like
yeah it makes sense like just it's a common sense you you could pick out
whatever you eat for breakfast for lunch II you burn it off during the day it
just makes sense that why not enjoy yourself you know and it just makes
sense like don't pick out at night or it's
like that saying he breakfast like a king lunch like a prince and eat dinner
like a pauper so yeah and he was actually telling me that he he fasts
during the day for Ramadan there were the religious holiday I'm not too
familiar about it but I think he said that he fasts from sunrise to sunset or
something so he has to wait all day until night time to finally eat and
whatever it's the Sun sets now at like 8:30 in the evening so he has to wait
till 8:30 9 o'clock to eat finally he says yeah he doesn't lose any weight you
know so this whole like skipping breakfast like not eating during the day
and waiting till tonight to eat I don't know there's a lot of guys on YouTube a
lot of fitness guys promoting it like ki no body the guy who does the the half
day diet Brendan Carter that guy Terry Crews that
the big guy with it was always moving his titties around a lot of guys are
talking about intermittent fasting you know the old-fashioned way skipping
breakfast but that all these the these jacked up body builder types you know so
I don't know and everybody they all seem to rave about it but like my you know
the point and the point I'm trying to get across it's like if you're just some
you know regular everyday person freaking bodybuilding you know I'm
freaking them go to the gym all the time just want a simple easy plan
to you know get that part of your life the weight-loss part you know and you
want to solve that issue and then move on move on move on with the rest of your
life like you know you wanna lose weight and then move on
you don't wanna again but of course you want to have that I'm gonna have that
set for life you don't want to be like okay and I apply you know gain weight
again but the point is you know a lot of these a lot of these plans it's like a
whole you know a lot of that for you gonna do you know exercising and weight
loss and a lot of stuff so anyway I'm rambling yeah my plan is simple then I

me who's always been fat now as fat as a kid and you know my goal
is just to look lose weight and to look the clothes I mean or I mean you know
what I mean like you're not gonna if you're looking to meet people or you
know look attractive nobody gives a shit about those last you know two pounds on
your belly on whether you have you know chill labs or not like already or super
muscular like let's say you're single and you're you're you know you want to
go out and meet somebody like you know you're gonna go out to a in an event
like a club a bar something like that I mean you're not gonna go shirtless
you're not gonna have your freakin abs showing and like even if you are like
muscular like overly muscular like you can't you know you can't wear like a
really tight shurni night oh yeah I went to a wedding recently where you know
everybody was dressed in his suit and then you saw this one guy who's super
muscular and he was in this really really tight shirt like he you know he
bought this shirt at the boys section and it was just like dude we get it
you're muscular like we don't need to see your freaking you know your nipples
like pointing out at your shirt and you know then you know the guy's a grown man
and you see doubt you know once in a while like some guy who obviously works
out wearing you know a really tight shirt that you really shouldn't be and
the point I'm trying to say is you know when you get like when you realize that
nobody else cares nobody else give this shit whether you know how fit you are
how great shape you go I mean there's a huge there's a huge difference between
being you know 40 pounds overweight and I'm losing 40 pounds that's a huge
difference you're gonna notice that people you know my treat you differently
or you're gonna hello you're gonna feel a lot better about yourself but that
last little between losing 40 pounds and Noah now I'm all jacked up and muscular
a shredded abs like nobody cares a friend of mine he recently started
working out and like if the guy looks amazing you know if he takes a shirt off
he's never gonna take a shirt off besides you know to his wife or whatever
and it's like you know who you know who really cares um and I just you know I
got a problem with all these you know all these you know people getting
tricked into following these these Fitness people you know selling you
these Fitness guys selling you a weight loss plan okay so basically like are you
gonna take advice from some guy who's all jacked up who's who's obviously he's
been lean his whole life he spends a lot of time working out in the gym and you
know he's you could tell he's never had to struggle with weight gain okay I've
been fat my whole life and I struggled with weight gain since I was a kid you
know I was as fat as a kid I started I got really into like exercising a weight
training when I was like a teenager and then you know just again II think I did
it for like six seven years a really hardcore
I even like competed in bodybuilding competitions when I was like 18 and 19
years old and I'm just gonna get just like anything else after a while you
kind of get tired of it and you know you move on with life you know I had a great
body I was I just I would love to have preserved then my main goal was I just
don't want to get fat again I don't want to be that fat guy anymore but cuz I
still thought like that I still had bad genetics it was just something I had to
maintain I still had to fight the the weight gain problem that I've had in my

other ones something about Latin dancing oh and now oh yeah that was Latin
dancing now he's got a new one called something like dance your way to ABS or
so I forgot the name is and he's like oh if you just dance like this you'll get
abs and he's like oh yeah he's got this thing he's got this move and was dude
that's how you get abs but like for some reason you know selling people on ABS is
so huge and yeah my you know my argument is like it's huge lose a lot of weight
those last few like two pounds three pounds and like that for you guys need
to get abs nobody cares dude nobody cares
besides you if you're gonna do it for yourself that's awesome do it for
yourself but don't do it just because you think like you know oh my god I'm
gonna get abs and then you know my door Bell's gonna ring but it's like all
these people want to meet me and nobody really cares you know
besides you so I guess that's about it um so if
