to be talking about how to get ready for the first day of school so whether

you've already started school or you're starting in a couple weeks or starting a

couple months if you are you're lucky because I'm starting a couple weeks and

started this video okay time to start some reading a week before the first

difficult right page one I wonder what the Dolans when they're doing right now

maybe they're filming a video or something I can't see why

yeah I'm doing my summer eating goodness she'd watch

Carrie I can't do it literally can't do it there are movies there's a movie oh

my god

okay I printed out a hold off of my high school I'm going to be totally ready for

the first day first period is in room 522 okay and then I have second period

all the way in 7/10 my god okay then as nutrition which is all the way

oh great and I have to stop my locker which is

overlay over here okay so my lockers here and then go from this room all the

way here then I'll have a couple minutes teaching you sure great hey love hi

wait if I have to get from this room all the way to this room in five minutes

what have I booked a P okay I need the perfect outfit for the first day of

school obviously you can't wear this because

everyone on snapchat already saw wearing it today and school starts in a week and

that just wouldn't be cute because people recognize that I'm wearing the

same outfit as /system okay we have this option but if you can

be a little warm underfoot tread on now I look like a potato

I'm totally are just randomness I can't wear school on the first day this could

be cute but I definitely already did election on my dummy with the shirt go

wore this shirt in blue on the last day of school something's I can't wear the

same shirt and pink on first day of school mom I need to go shopping any

so long stuff we get a boyfriend this way okay it's 8:45 and you have 15

minutes iPhone and then I'm going to sleep and get back on a sleep schedule a

few moments later 20 minutes later oh my god house Tech Warren what school has

started summer like cops um

one hour later wait did I tell me one more two hours

later

how is it already 6:30 in the morning

These days the headlines are constantly telling us: Artificial intelligence is changing the world!

Robots are taking our jobs!

96% of HR professionals in a recent survey believe that AI will greatly enhance talent acquisition.

Sounds great! But what the heck is AI anyway?

I asked a group of recruiting experts and these were their top questions about AI.

Q1: What is artificial intelligence for recruiting?

Artificial intelligence is when computers and machines can mimic human abilities such as learning, communicating, and pattern matching.

Examples of AI in our everyday life are pattern matching websites such as Netflix and Amazon

and chatbots for online customer support.

Examples of AI for recruiting include pattern matching for resume screening, candidate sourcing, and mining candidates from their own ATS

as well as chatbots for interview scheduling and candidate outreach.

Q2: What will be the impact of AI on recruiting?

13% of HR managers already see evidence of AI changing the workplace and

55% believe AI will change HR within the next five years.

Industry experts estimate that 100% of sourcing and screening activities can be automated

whereas only 20% of relationship management related tasks can be handled by AI.

Q3: Will AI take my job?

So the #1 question we get asked about AI is: Will AI replace us?

65% of HR professionals are not nervous about using AI.

Only 7% believe that their jobs can be replaced by robots.

So there you have it -

96% of HR believes that AI can help them

and only 7% believe that AI could do their job. So how do you feel about AI?

Have Security Checks Among Kids' Parents.

Prince William and Kate Middleton only wants the best for Prince George and that is to

let him experience growing up with a normal upbringing.

In attempt to keep this goal, the Royal couple is said to facilitate playdates for Prince

George in his nursery school at Westacre Montessori School, near King's Lynn, in Norfolk.

"Kate and William will be getting involved in Prince George's nursery life.

They won't ever want him to feel isolated or different from the other children, so that

means plenty of play dates with his classmates," a source said as mentioned in Independent.ie.

Amidst these gatherings, the Royal couple wants to make sure that their toddler is secured

with other kids thus setting up security checks among parents and securing 'family areas'

where their son can freely bond with his friends.

"Kate and William are very sociable and want to get involved in all aspects of his nursery

life, which includes meeting his new friends.

There would be security checks on parents coming into their home and personal 'family

areas' of the estate would be out of bounds, but there are plenty of communal areas where

George's friends can visit," the source further said.

Prince George's Montessori school has its core values promoting social development as

well as independence thus letting children choose the activity they like with the guidance

of a teacher.

"As George gets older there will be constraints in his life, so this is a great start where

he will get independence and freedom.

He needs to have as much freedom as possible for as long as possible.

This method of education gives a child a strong sense of what they like and dislike, which

should give him the confidence he'll need as our future monarch."

Middleton and Prince William have always been hands-on parents supervising their children's

growth and not relying on the help of nannies, Youth Health Mag said.

It was even said that Prince William ceremoniously was the first one to change his son's diaper.

Meanwhile, the Duchess of Cambridge is said to be jealous and have thrown a tantrum after

seeing candid, vacation photos of Princess Madeleine of Sweden and their baby as they

enjoyed their vacation, Celebrity Laundry said.

The photos may have also prompted Kate to ask for a vacation with their kids Prince

George and Princess Charlotte.

indiscriminately. These events are unpredictable and can

evolve quickly. For this reason, whenever you enter a

building as an employee, guest or customer, you must be

prepared and know what it is you will do if faced with the

worst case scenario, even if

it's just another day at the office.

sure to keep your hands up and empty as you clear the building.

Otherwise put simply, don't stop running.

their response by providing them information about the

shooter, the weapons they are carrying and the amount of

wounded that may still need medical assistance.

If you have been unable to evacuate

and are trapped in the facility during an active

shooter situation, remember making the decision to hide

does not prevent you from putting up a fight later.

If you are confronted by the active shooter, you have to

assume that your actions are all that stand between

yourself, your colleagues and grave harm. Fight for your life.

Search around you for sharp or heavy objects that

you may use to disable the attacker.

Collaborate with those around you to ensure you

aren't acting alone. You're taking action for your

survival, so do not hold back and do not stop fighting until

you know beyond certainty that you are safe.

>>:Committing to run, to hide or to fight will keep you

safer than if you freeze during a crisis.

Remember to prioritize your safety.

If you come across those who are wounded, may need assistance,

assist them if you can, but

do not let them inhibit your escape.

>>:As an individual, the most important thing you can do to

keep yourself safe - whether it is to run, hide or to fight -

is to commit to your decision and to continuously

re-evaluate the situation.

>>:If you own a business or operate a large public

facility, you may be able to better enable individual

Use this information to design evacuation plans that

can be used by employees and guests to your facility.

Reach out to law enforcement to see if they'll come to your

facility and assist you in drafting your response plan or

guide you to training that may assist employees in their

survival. Remember this training may be the difference

between life or death.

See about technology you may be able to incorporate to

make your facilities safer which may include audio or

visual cues for those with access and functional needs.

Plan for and train your employees to assist those who

may not be able to run, hide or fight.

>>:Equip them with a first aid or a go kit, an emergency

ladder in case you're not on the first story and explore

the possibility of mass notification technologies

which may enable you to alert those in the area of

any present dangers.

Of course, the hope is that neither you

nor any of your friends or colleagues will ever be

confronted with an active shooter situation.

However, should the worst case occur,

know that you can always run, hide or fight.

Impact of #MoveInMiami: Center for Civic Engagement - Duration: 1:30.

Staycation is a life-changing experience for these students. It's a four-day

poverty immersion experience with service and leadership and cohort building. The money

that we raised through #MoveInMiami allows our students to explore the city

of Hamilton and it pays for all of their food so for a cohort of 10 plus

facilitators, we also bring back student alumni, that covers our food for an

entire week. So we could not do the program without the #MoveInMiami funds.

The students are so thankful for the money because it really does help us.

I don't know what we would have done if we didn't have the funds from #MoveInMiami

to support Staycation. These students are fantastic. They go through a lot of life

struggle. They make a lot of life sacrifices to be able to serve during

their Spring Break and so this allows them we really truly believe that a lot of

and know that our students are financially strapped and so to allow

them to go on a Spring Break experience at no cost to them alleviates a burden

that they wouldn't be able to attend otherwise. And so the donors are

absolutely significant so thank you so much for the life changing experience

that you provide

Well here we are at the halfway point on my BBQ summer road trip.

I started this journey because Cabo Wabo and I are throwing a kickass party at

The American Royal, the World Series of Barbecue in Kansas City.

Where we plan on making up some backyard drinks and a unique look at beef brisket.

So I hit the road, seeking as much brisket knowledge as I could get.

I wanna share my top three tips for making the perfect beef brisket.

Number 1: Know where your beef came from.

It's important to know how the beef you're buying was raised.

Quality starts at the source, and a good brisket requires good marbling.

Remember, diet and genetics help determine the beef's flavor.

Number 2: Look for a good amount of marbling.

When it comes to smoking brisket, the fat is where the flavor is.

When you visit your butcher, ask for a cut that has a nice, thick point

and lots of intramuscular marbling.

Be sure to check the amount of visible fat on the flat of the brisket

which usually means there's a good amount of marbling on the inside.

And number 3: Don't cover up the beef's natural flavor.

All too often, people BBQ with a spice, rub or sauce that overpowers the meat.

Don't be one of these people.

Only pick flavors that will complement and enhance, not conceal.

If you've got a quality brisket already, don't ruin it by covering up the beef's natural flavor.

I am one of those people who like to use Korean brand product

And I usually use some certain brand

But what I'm going to review today

Is not the one I usually use

When I went to Korea

And I bought the product I usually use

I got some gifts

I usually don't use that gifted product

Because I didn't dare to challenge my skin since it's sensitive

And dry

If I found the product that suit to my skin

I will always use that one

But since it contains water

Contains a lot of water ingredient

And as far as I know

Product contains a lot of water

Good for dry skin

So I decided to try it

And it works

At the end I stop using my previous product

And use this gift set

So, today I'm going to review that gift set I've got

The gift set is

And the toner I've been using

Before using the Hera set is

I'm using Skin Food's product

Peach Sake Toner

Based on my experiences

From so many products that contains aqua (water)

Not all suits to my skin

I don't know why

But my skin is quite difficult

And sensitive

So if I already found one product that works on my skin

Pimples which more like prickly heat

On my cheek area

Bruntusan is a type of pimple that

I will never try to find any other else

My face is not wearing anything now

Just finished washing my face

Ok, now let's use the toner

Oh yeah I forgot something

So, Hera contains of

Peach extract

And

Cactus and Water lily extract

We know that cactus and water lily

And also peach

Are plants that have high amount of water

This also peach

It contains peach extract

It's written here

It contains of sake and peach extract

So both toner and Hera set

Both can moisturize and smoothen our skin

Our skin will not feel dry or tightened

Besides those extracts I mentioned

It also contains Lecithin

Lecithin helps keeping or lock the moisture inside our skin

And also supple

This is all in Korean

I cannot understand and cannot read it

So I've been googled the ingredients

Inside Hera's box there are two bottles

Moisturizing water

The other one is the emulsion

I will use the moisturizing water first

You can pour it on the hand or the cotton pad

I will use cotton pad

Sometimes I use hand too

Can you see it?

It didn't go into the cotton pad directly

Because it's not that watery

Now I'm going to use the emulsion

You can see my skin become glowing

More shiny

Perhaps all of you can try

Usually the order I use them is

Toner first

Then the Hera Aquabolic moisturizing water one

And then the emulsion

After that we can add serum

Or if you prefer to use
